本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种融合器。
背景技术
聚醚醚酮(PEEK)融合器是法国Scient’X公司研制的并于1997年用于临床。聚醚醚酮是一种热塑性聚合物,具有高强度、高刚度、耐腐蚀、抗水解等机械性能,而且还有很好的生物相容性,但是,聚醚醚酮融合器表面成骨效能较低,由此,科学家们针对性地研发出金属融合器。
经过实验研究发现,钛合金(Ti6Al4V)与其他金属相比具有很强的抗疲劳性和耐腐蚀性。钛合金还具有较好的生物相容性,将钛金属植入到动物体内,与其他金属相比钛合金的排斥反应较小。随着临床的应用,现有的钛合金融合器的缺点逐渐显露出来:现有的钛合金融合器因结构设计不合理而导致弹性模量较高(110GPa),会出现力学性能不匹配,造成应力大量集中在植入体,术后容易出现临近椎体的下沉和松动等问题。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种融合器,包括:主体,其呈扁平形状的多孔结构体,所述主体由若干个结构单元构成;其中,所述结构单元包括基体以及自所述基体的表面延伸的若干个外延部,所述基体的表面和/或所述外延部的表面由若干个曲面光滑连接构成;并且,所述主体的孔隙率高于40%。
进一步的,所述基体与所述外延部的结构通过参数化设计获得,参数化公式为:

进一步的,所述基体呈球形,若干个所述外延部沿球形的所述基体的外周均布。
进一步的,所述外延部有六个,并且相邻两个所述外延部的轴线相互垂直。

本发明的有益效果有:本发明的融合器为若干个结构单元构成扁平形状的多孔结构体,还利用参数化设计控制融合器整体结构的孔隙率,有效降低融合体的弹性模量,其次,结构单元包括基体和自基体的表面延伸的若干个外延部,基体和/或外延部的表面由若干个曲面光滑连接构成,这样的设计有效降低应力集中的问题,也利于细胞黏附,提升患者的术后恢复效果。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图6所示的一种融合器,其采用钛合金以3D打印的方式一体成型获得,该融合器包括主体10,主体10为呈扁平形状的多孔结构体,主体10的上下端面具有一定的倾斜角度,上下端面的相对倾斜角度可根据患者的实际情况而定,具体的,主体10由若干个结构单元构成,其可以是通过3D打印的方式使得若干个结构单元熔融以构建成扁平形状的多孔结构体的融合器,该结构单元包括基体111以及自基体111的表面延伸的若干个外延部112,基体111的表面和/或外延部112的表面由若干个曲面光滑连接构成,使得基体111和外延部112的表面均为弧形光滑连接,避免产生折角,这样的设计能够有效降低主体10的弹性模量,消除应力集中的问题,需要说明的是,该若干个曲面的面积极小,基体111/外延部112的表面可以看成是若干个该面积极小的曲面分割而成,且相邻两个曲面之间光滑连接;我们发现,融合器的孔隙率高于40%时能够有效增大融合器的比表面积和通透性,进一步提高融合器的成骨性,并且采用曲面光滑连接构成基体111和外延部112的表面时,融合器的孔隙率高于40%即使得该多孔结构体的弹性模量与致密骨和松质骨相匹配。
实施例一
参照图1与图7所示,结构单元的整体结构优化可以通过参数化设计获得,即该实施例下基体111与外延部112的结构和相对位置关系可以通过参数化设计获得,其参数化公式为:

其中,L孔单元尺寸参数,C为孔隙率参数,采用该参数化公式建模形成的结构单元,基体111呈球形,若干个外延部112沿球形的基体111的外周均布,相邻两个结构单元之间通过外延部112连接构成,若干个结构单元相连接从而形成扁平形状的多孔结构体,需要说明的是,不同的两个结构单元的两个外延部112之间的连接处也是光滑连接,即多孔结构体内部的多孔结构均为光滑曲面,进一步消除应力集中的问题,降低弹性模量;该基体111上具有六个外延部112,并且相邻两个外延部112的轴线相互垂直,且对称设置的其中两个外延部112之间的连线与两个对称设置的另外两个外延部112之间的连线的交点位于球心点,此时该结构单元为结构对称的球形并且球形的外表面有对称设置的六个外延部112,其类似突触结构,若干个结构单元即通过外延部112之间相互熔融连接从而构成扁平形状的多孔结构体;需要说明的是,本实施例以参数化公式

构建基体111和外延部112的表面均由若干个曲面光滑连接构成的结构单元,构建融合器时通过该若干个结构单元相互连接形成,通过参数化公式中调整C的值即可调整融合器的孔隙率大小,孔隙率的变化引发力学性能的变化,从而可以获得孔隙率和弹性模量均在合适范围内的融合器。
实施例二
参照图2与图7所示,结构单元的整体结构优化可以通过参数化设计获得,即该实施例下基体111与外延部112的结构和相对位置关系可以通过参数化设计获得,其参数化公式为:

其中,L为孔单元尺寸参数,C为孔隙率参数,采用该参数化公式建模形成的结构单元,同一基体111上的至少两个相邻的外延部112相交并与基体111的表面围合形成孔隙结构,即单个结构单元上就具备了至少一个孔隙结构,若干个结构单元组合构建形成多孔结构体的主体10时,相邻两个结构单元之间可以形成孔隙结构,也可以不形成孔隙结构,在本实施例中,外延部112上与基体111表面围合形成孔隙结构的一面由若干个曲面构成,而其与另一个结构单元相连接的表面可以是平面,其也可以由若干个曲面构成,该表面是通过熔融的方式与另一个结构单元的外延部112光滑连接;进一步的,通过调整L和C的参数大小即可调整单个结构单元中孔隙结构的大小,即可以根据实际需要调整该融合器的孔隙率大小及其弹性模量大小。
实施例三
参照图3与图7所示,结构单元的整体结构优化可以通过参数化设计获得,即该实施例下基体111与外延部112的结构和相对位置关系可以通过参数化设计获得,其参数化公式为:

其中,L为孔单元尺寸参数,C为孔隙率参数;采用该参数化公式建模形成的结构单元,外延部112有八个分别自基体111的外表面朝外延伸,该八个外延部112沿球形周向均布,具体的,外延部112包括圆柱部和椎部,圆柱部的一端与基体111光滑连接,另一端与椎部光滑连接,椎部具有第一端面、第二端面和第三端面,并且第一端面、第二端面和第三端面自圆柱部的另一端呈伞状内延而相交,由此可看出,该外延部112通过第一端面、第二端面和第三端面分别与三个另外的结构单元连接,从而可以构成紧密的扁平形状的多孔结构体,该外延部112通过第一端面、第二端面和第三端面分别与不同的结构单元连接后,其连接处也为光滑,从而确保多孔结构内部均为曲面或光滑面结构,消除内部的应力集中问题;进一步的,第一端面、第二端面和第三端面相互垂直,其目的在于增加相邻的结构单元的连接强度,同时还能避免相邻两个结构单元之间发生干涉的问题。
需要说明的是,上述实施例一、实施例二和实施例三中的变量x、变量y、变量z表示空间中的三个方向。
实施例四
参照图4所示,在本实施例中,结构单元呈体心立方结构,基体111位于立方结构的中心,八个外延部112延伸至立方结构的八个边角,该结构单元整体为晶格结构,此时外延部112可以呈柱状或锥状,并且柱状或锥状外延部112上远离基体111的一端也具有三个端面,该三个端面两两相连并且形成锥尖状,此时该外延部112通过该三个端面分别连接三个另外的结构的单元的三个外延部112,若干个该形状的结构单元相连接从而形成呈扁平形状的多孔结构体;研究表明,采用体心立方结构的结构单元构成的多孔结构体的融合器,其孔隙率在50%或以上时弹性模量与脊柱皮质骨相当。
实施例五
参照图5所示,在本实施例中,结构单元呈金刚石结构,此时基体111的中心处具有孔隙结构,外延部112自基体111的角边处延伸,该结构单元整体为晶格结构,外延部112远离基体111的一端具有三个端面,该三个端面两两相连并且形成锥尖状,此时该外延部112通过该三个端面分别连接三个另外的结构的单元的三个外延部112,若干个该形状的结构单元相连接从而形成呈扁平形状的多孔结构体;研究表明,采用体心立方结构的结构单元构成的多孔结构体的融合器,其孔隙率在60%或以上时弹性模量与脊柱皮质骨相当。
需要说明的是,通过上述实施例一、实施例二和实施例三的参数化设计结构单元构建融合器时,先是利用实施例一、实施例二或实施例三的函数公式在Mathematica软件中建立结构单元,通过控制函数L和C调节结构单元的孔隙率变化,而后用Solidowkrs软件构建一定尺寸且上下端面具有一定角度的融合器实体模型,融合器实体模型的各尺寸和上下端面的相对倾斜角度根据患者的实际情况调整;其次需要建立融合器的边界,最后将结构单元、融合器实体模型和融合器边界导入3-matic软件中进行布尔运算,即可获得即可得到低弹性模量融合器,参照图8所示。
需要说明的是,通过体心立方结构和金刚石结构构建融合器时,首先利用Solidowkrs软件构建一定尺寸且上下端面具有一定角度的融合器实体模型,融合器实体模型的各尺寸和上下端面的相对倾斜角度根据患者的实际情况调整;完成建模后将融合器实体模型导入3-Matic软件,选取匹配弹性模量的结构单元如体心立方结构或金刚石结构对实体模型进行填充从而得到多孔结构的融合器,在3-Magics软件中将融合器模型的框架与多孔结构融合器进行合并运算,即可得到低弹性模量融合器,参照图9所示。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

1.一种融合器,其特征在于,包括:
主体(10),其呈扁平形状的多孔结构体,所述主体(10)由若干个结构单元构成;
其中,所述结构单元包括基体(111)以及自所述基体(111)的表面延伸的若干个外延部(112),所述基体(111)的表面和/或所述外延部(112)的表面由若干个曲面光滑连接构成;
并且,所述主体(10)的孔隙率高于40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述基体(111)与所述外延部(112)的结构通过参数化设计获得,参数化公式为:

其中,L为孔单元尺寸参数,C为孔隙率参数。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述基体(111)呈球形,若干个所述外延部(112)沿球形的所述基体(111)的外周均布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述外延部(112)有六个,并且相邻两个所述外延部(112)的轴线相互垂直。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述基体(111)与所述外延部(112)的结构通过参数化设计获得,参数化公式为:

6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,至少两个所述外延部(112)相交并与所述基体(111)的表面围合形成孔隙结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述基体(111)与所述外延部(112)的结构通过参数化设计获得,参数化公式为:

8.根据权利要求1或7所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述外延部(112)有八个,所述外延部(112)包括圆柱部与椎部,所述椎部包括第一端面、第二端面与第三端面,所述第一端面、所述第二端面与所述第三端面自所述圆柱部的侧面呈伞状内延而相交。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述第一端面、所述第二端面与所述第三端面相互垂直。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述结构单元呈体心立方结构,所述基体(111)位于立方结构的中心,八个所述外延部(112)延伸至立方结构的八个边角。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述外延部(112)呈柱状或锥状。
12.根据权利要求1所述的一种融合器,其特征在于,所述结构单元呈金刚石结构。
