Rotating the driving ring 27, pressing the three sliding blocks 25 by the convex part 28 on the driving ring 27, wherein the three sliding blocks 25 move to the direction close to the needle cylinder 3 and contact with the needle cylinder 3, two sliding blocks 25 are matched with the outer surface of the needle cylinder 3 in a sliding way, the first gear 30 is meshed with the annular tooth 29, and the second gear 32 also moves to the direction close to the fourth gear 38 and is meshed with the fourth gear 38; the three-way valve 40 is operated to conduct the hose 4, the drawing end of the injector 14 is drawn, the effusion is drawn in the center package, the clamping plate 34 drives the rack 33 to move in the drawing process, the rack 33 and the third gear 35 are matched to enable the third gear 35 to rotate, the power is transmitted to the fourth gear 38 after being reduced by the speed reducer 37, the fourth gear 38 and the second gear 32 are meshed to continue transmission to enable the first gear 30 to rotate, the needle cylinder 3 is driven to slowly move backwards, and the tissue contracted after the effusion is drawn is prevented from contacting the needle head 2. When bloody liquid appears in the needle cylinder 3, the three-way valve 40 is operated to conduct the conduit 41 and cut off the hose 4, the conduit 41 is inserted into the vacuum imbibition bottle 42, so that accumulated liquid is dripped on the gauze 8, and if the center is a dark red spot and the periphery is a light red halo, the accumulated liquid is pericardial liquid; if the whole blood is dropped on the gauze 8, the whole blood is uniformly spread to form a dark red spot, and the puncture needle 1 should be pulled out to stop the extraction.

the liquid pumping mechanism is integrally connected to one side of the needle cylinder support, a mounting groove is formed in the liquid pumping mechanism and used for mounting an injector, and the hose is detachably connected with the injector;
the transmission mechanism is arranged on one side of the mounting groove, is connected with the drawing end of the injector and the needle cylinder arranged in the needle cylinder bracket in a penetrating way, and can drive the needle cylinder to move backwards when the drawing end is drawn out.
