Description

Disposable endoscope sampling forceps
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical appliance, in particular to a pair of sampling forceps which is matched with an endoscope and extends into a body to collect a sample.
Background
Existing single-use flexible tube biopsy forceps generally comprise: the binding clip comprises a binding clip, an outer tube, a core bar, a slide block, a handle and a binding clip guy cable which is connected between the binding clip and the slide block and is positioned in the outer tube. When the sliding block slides back and forth on the core bar, the pulling rope of the binding clip can be driven to move, and then the binding clip is driven to move.
In this type of applicator structure, although the outer tube itself is a flexible tube that can be bent, in practical use, no operation is performed to achieve a predetermined bend in the appearance. Thus, after entering the human body, it is difficult to achieve the situation that some parts of the doctor want to extend the forceps head towards a specific direction so as to facilitate taking the sample by forceps.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the disposable endoscope sampling forceps, which can enable the forceps head to extend towards a specific direction and is beneficial to taking samples by forceps.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem comprises the following steps: there is provided a single use endoscopic sampling forceps comprising:
the clamp head is controlled to open and close and is used for embedding and taking a sample;
the bending piece is controlled to bend and straighten and is used for changing the direction of the binding clip towards a set direction, and the front end of the bending piece is sleeved at the rear end of the binding clip;
an outer tube, the front end of which is inserted in the rear end of the bending piece;
a core bar connected with the rear end of the outer tube;
a bending operation handle sleeved at the front end of the core rod;
the sliding block is sleeved on the core rod, is positioned behind the bending operation handle and can move back and forth relative to the core rod;
the binding clip cable penetrates through the outer pipe and is connected between the binding clip and the sliding block, so that the binding clip can be controlled to be opened and closed by operating the sliding block; and
a bending part cable, wear to locate this outer tube, connects between this bending part and this crooked handle for this crooked handle of operation can control this bending part and unbend.
Compared with the prior art, the disposable endoscope sampling forceps have the advantages that the forceps head can extend towards a specific direction through the ingenious matching of the forceps head, the bending piece, the outer tube, the bending operation handle, the sliding block, the forceps head pull cable and the bending piece pull cable, and the sample taking of the forceps is facilitated.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-5, fig. 1 is a perspective view of one embodiment of the disposable endoscopic applicator of the present invention, in an unflexed state. FIG. 2 is a top view of an embodiment of the single use endoscope applicator shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a side view schematic of the embodiment of the single use endoscope applicator shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 4 is a schematic bottom view of the embodiment of the single use endoscope applicator shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the embodiment of the single use endoscope applicator shown in FIG. 1.
The present invention provides a disposable endoscope sampling forceps 100, which comprises: binding clip 1, bending member 2, outer tube 3, sheath pipe 4, core bar 5, crooked handle 6, slider 7, handle 8, binding clip cable 9 and bending member cable 10.
Binding clip cable 9 is the wire, connects between binding clip 1 and slider 7, and slider 7 can drive the action of binding clip cable 9 when sliding around on core bar 5, and then drives the action of binding clip 1, for example: the forceps head 1 is opened or closed (folded).
The bent piece cable 10 is the wire, connects between bent piece 2 and crooked operation handle 6, and when crooked operation handle 6 took place the displacement around on core bar 5, can drive the action of bent piece cable 10, and then drive the action of bent piece 2 (crooked straightening), for example: bent at different angles.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9 in combination, fig. 8 is a side view of an embodiment of the single use endoscopic applicator of the present invention, shown in a first curved state. FIG. 9 is a schematic side view of an embodiment of a single use endoscope applicator of the present invention in a second curved state.
Referring to fig. 6, the bending member 2 is an elastic member, such as: is integrally formed by injection molding of rubber materials. The bending element 2 is hollow tubular and has a row of deformation openings 21 formed in one side. Referring to fig. 2, the deformation opening 21 has an elliptical shape in a top view. Referring to fig. 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9, the deformation opening 21 is V-shaped in side view.
In the non-bent condition (i.e. when the bending member 2 is in the free state, see fig. 3, 5 and 6), the opening width of the V-shape is the largest. As the bending angle is increased (i.e. as the bending member 2 is bent and deformed by being pulled by the bending member pulling cable 10, see fig. 8 and 9), the opening width of the V-shape becomes smaller and smaller. It will be appreciated that fig. 8 shows the state of bending to a position somewhere in the middle, and fig. 9 shows the state of bending to a position near the extreme position.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the flexure cables 10 are traversing respective deformation openings 21 in the tube wall of the flexure 2. That is, the pulling of the flexure cable 10 can act on these deformation openings 21, thereby changing the opening width of the V-shape of these deformation openings 21. In the present embodiment, the number of deformation openings 21 is five, and in other embodiments, the number of deformation openings 21 may be four, six, and other numbers.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the front end of the bending member 2 is fitted over the distal end of the bit 1, and the rear end of the bending member 2 is fitted over the front end of the outer tube 3. The bit cable 9 is inserted through the center of the flexure 2, and the flexure cable 10 is inserted through the flexure 2 on the side offset from the deformation opening 21. The front end 101 of the flexure cable 10 is fitted in the side of the flexure 2 biased toward the deformation opening 21, and is firmly fixed to the flexure 2.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the bending piece cable 10 is inserted through the outer tube 3 together with the bit cable 10. The rear end 102 of the bender cable 10 extends through an axially-disposed aperture 52 in the core rod 5 and is embedded in the bending lever 6 and is fixedly secured to the bending lever 6.
The inner edge of the bending operation handle 6 is provided with a plurality of projections 61, and the outer edge of the core rod 5 is provided with a plurality of grooves 51. The grooves 51 correspond to the projections 61, and the fitting structure enables an operator to operate with both hands, so that the projections 61 can rotate in the grooves 51, the projections 61 are locked with the grooves 51 at different positions in the front and back, and the bending operation handle 6 is displaced in the front and back direction relative to the core rod 5. It can be understood that when the bending operation handle 6 is displaced backward relative to the core rod 5, the bending member cable 10 is forced accordingly to deform and bend the bending member 2. When the bending operation handle 6 is displaced forwards relative to the core rod 5 to a set position, the bending piece inhaul cable 10 cannot be stressed, and the bending piece 2 cannot be deformed and bent.
It should be understood that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same, and those skilled in the art can modify the technical solutions described in the above embodiments, or make equivalent substitutions for some technical features; and such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.
