Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the pipe supporting tool described in patent document 1, the operator temporarily places the pipe on the first support member (the pipe temporarily placing band) during the pipe work, but in this case, the second support member (the pipe pressing band) is rotated around the axis of the bolt and pressed with one hand, so that a gap is secured between the first support member and the second support member.
In the pipe supporting tool described in patent document 2, although the operator does not need to continuously press the opening and closing member during the pipe work, the first supporting member and the second supporting member must be expanded to fit the pipe (see fig. 3 of the same patent document), and the workability is not necessarily good when one pipe is supported by a plurality of pipe supporting tools, and the structure in which the elastic member is disposed in the first mounting portion or the second mounting portion is not preferable because the number of parts and the number of assembly steps increase.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a pipe support tool having a simple structure and excellent workability in pipe work.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problem, a pipe support tool according to the present invention includes: a turnbuckle having a base attached to a structure and a pair of opposing pieces extending downward from the base; a first support member having a first mounting portion mounted to a first opposing piece of the pair of opposing pieces and a first support portion provided below the first mounting portion and supporting a part of a circumferential surface of a pipe, a second support member having a second mounting portion mounted to a second opposing piece of the pair of opposing pieces and a second support portion provided below the second mounting portion and supporting the other part of the circumferential surface of the pipe and engaged with the first support portion, and a fastening member composed of a bolt and a nut fastening the first opposing piece, the second opposing piece, the first mounting portion, and the second mounting portion, the bolt inserting through-holes formed in the first opposing piece, the second opposing piece, the first mounting portion, and the second mounting portion, respectively, the nut is combined with the bolt in a threaded mode; the first and second opposing pieces are elastically deformable with respect to the base, and a retaining portion that retains the nut from elastic deformation is provided in the bolt or the nut, even when the nut is loosened from the bolt.
According to this pipe supporting tool, since the first opposing piece and the second opposing piece are elastically deformable with respect to the base portion, and the bolt is provided with the retaining portion that retains the nut from coming off so as to maintain the elastic deformation of the first opposing piece and the second opposing piece even when the nut is loosened from the bolt, the nut is prevented from coming off during pipe work, and the elastic force is applied from the first opposing piece to the first supporting member and the elastic force is applied from the second opposing piece to the second supporting member, so that the rattling of the first supporting member and the second supporting member is suppressed even when the operator moves the first supporting member and the second supporting member, and the workability of pipe work can be improved with a simple configuration.
Further, the first support portion and the second support portion may be provided with an engaging claw and an engaged portion that engage with each other, and when the degree of tightening of the nut with respect to the bolt is increased, the engaging claw and the engaged portion are firmly engaged with each other, whereby the engagement of the first support portion and the second support portion can be suppressed from being loosened. In this case, in order to facilitate the engagement with the first support portion, it is preferable that the second support portion is provided with a guide portion for guiding the engagement of the engagement claw with the engaged portion.

In the first pitch portion 22a and the first pitch portion 23a, a retaining portion 22d and a retaining portion 23d rising up below the swivel nut 24 are formed so that the swivel nut 24 does not fall off from the insertion hole 21a, and a round hole 22e and a round hole 23e through which the shaft portion 61 of the bolt 60 is inserted are formed in the overlapping portion 22c and the overlapping portion 23 c.
The band piece 30 is formed by press working a band-shaped steel plate, and as shown in fig. 4, includes a suspending portion 31 and a supporting portion 32, the suspending portion 31 is attached so as to overlap and abut on the overlapping portion 22c of the tightening piece 22, and the supporting portion 32 is provided below the suspending portion 31 and supports a portion of the circumferential surface of the pipe P including the lower end Pa.
The suspending portion 31 has a substantially rectangular flat plate shape with a height dimension h, and the suspending portion 31 is formed with a circular hole 31a through which the shaft portion 61 of the bolt 60 is inserted, and a pair of protruding portions 31b, 31b that protrude outward through the circular hole 31 a. The pair of projections 31b and 31b regulate the rotation (co-rotation) of the head 62 of the bolt 60 when the nut 70 is screwed to the shaft 61 of the bolt 60.
The support portion 32 has: a bent portion 32a bent in an arc shape having a diameter equal to or substantially equal to the outer diameter of the pipe P, an enlarged diameter portion 32b provided between the suspending portion 31 and the bent portion 32a and bent in an arc shape having a diameter larger than the bent portion 32a, and an engaging claw 32c provided at the tip of the bent portion 32a and bent in a hook shape toward the outside of the arc.
The band piece 40 is formed by press working a band-shaped steel plate, and as shown in fig. 5, includes a suspending portion 41 and a supporting portion 42, the suspending portion 41 is attached so as to overlap with the overlapping portion 23c of the tightening piece 23, and the supporting portion 42 is provided below the suspending portion 41 and supports the other portion of the circumferential surface of the pipe P.
The suspending portion 41 is provided with a contact piece 43 and an inclined piece 44, the contact piece 43 contacts the tightening piece 23 in a state where the suspending portion 41 is fastened together with the tightening pieces 22 and 23 and the suspending portion 31 as described later, and the inclined piece 44 extends upward from an upper portion of the contact piece 43 and in a direction away from the tightening piece 23. The contact piece 43 has a substantially rectangular flat plate shape with a height dimension h, similarly to the suspending portion 31, and a long hole 41a through which the shaft portion 61 of the bolt 60 is inserted is formed so as to extend from the contact piece 43 to the inclined piece 44.
The support portion 42 has: a bent portion 42a bent in an arc shape having a diameter equal to or substantially equal to the outer diameter of the pipe P, an enlarged diameter portion 42b provided between the suspending portion 41 and the bent portion 42a and bent in an arc shape having a diameter larger than the bent portion 42a, and a bent portion 42d provided at the tip of the bent portion 42a and having an engaged hole 42c engaged with the engaging claw 32 c. A tapered surface 42e that guides engagement of the engaging claw 32c with the engaged hole 42c is provided on the front end side of the engaged hole 42c inside the bent portion 42 d.
In the bolt 60, the shaft portion 61 having a thread formed around it is inserted through the circular hole 31a of the suspending portion 31, the circular hole 22e of the tightening piece 22, the circular hole 23e of the tightening piece 23, and the long hole 41a of the suspending portion 41 in this order, and the head portion 62 abuts against the suspending portion 31. The nut 70 is screwed to a portion of the shaft portion 61 protruding from the elongated hole 41 a. The shaft portion 61 of the bolt 60 is provided with a retaining portion 61a, and the thread surface of the retaining portion 61a is irregularly processed to retain the nut 70, so that even if the nut 70 is loosened to the retaining portion 61a, the head portion 62 and the nut 70 apply a force toward the inside of the turnbuckle 20 to the tightening piece 22 and the tightening piece 23 via the suspending portion 31 and the suspending portion 41, and the elastic deformation of the tightening pieces 22 and 23 with respect to the base portion 21 is maintained. Then, the suspending portion 31, the tightening piece 22, the tightening piece 23, and the suspending portion 41 are fastened by tightening the nut 70 against the elastic force of the tightening pieces 22, 23.
When performing a pipe work using the pipe supporting tool 10, first, as shown in fig. 6, the operator lifts the band piece 40 so that the shaft portion 61 of the bolt 60 moves relatively from the abutting piece 43 side to the inclined piece 44 side in the elongated hole 41a, and brings the inclined piece 44 into abutment with the tightening piece 23 without bringing the abutting piece 43 into abutment, thereby bringing the band piece 40 into an open state with respect to the band piece 30. At this time, since the urging force (the rightward urging force in fig. 6) generated by the elasticity of the tightening piece 23 acts on the suspending portion 41, the operator pulls down the band piece 40 to move the shaft portion 61 relatively upward in the long hole 41a formed in the abutting piece 43, and then rotates the band piece 40 in the arrow a direction in fig. 6 against the urging force to move the shaft portion 61 relatively upward in the long hole 41a formed in the inclined piece 44.
Next, as shown in fig. 7, the operator temporarily sets the pipe P by inserting the pipe P into the pipe supporting tool 10 from between the band piece 30 and the band piece 40, and supporting a portion of the circumferential surface thereof including the lower end portion Pa by the bent portion 32a of the supporting portion 32.
Next, as shown in fig. 8, the operator turns the band piece 40 in the direction of arrow B to close it while following a trajectory opposite to that in the open state, and as shown in fig. 9, engages the engaging claw 32c with the engaged hole 42c by hooking the engaging claw 32c to the engaged hole 42c while being guided by the tapered surface 42e, thereby tightening the nut 70. When the tightening degree of the nut 70 to the bolt 60 is increased, a force in the arrow C direction acts on the belt piece 40, and therefore the engagement claw 32C and the engaged hole 42C are firmly engaged.
According to the pipe supporting tool 10 of the present embodiment, the tightening piece 22 and the tightening piece 23 are elastically deformable with respect to the base 21, and the bolt 60 is provided with the retaining portion 61a that retains the nut 70 so as to maintain the elastic deformation of the tightening piece 22 and the tightening piece 23 even when the nut 70 is loosened, so that the nut 70 is prevented from being removed during the pipe work, and the elastic force is applied to the band piece 30 from the tightening piece 22 and the elastic force is applied to the band piece 40 from the tightening piece 23, and therefore, even if the operator moves the band piece 30 and the band piece 40, the play of these is suppressed, and the workability of the pipe work can be improved with a simple configuration.
Further, the belt piece 30 and the belt piece 40 are provided with the engaging claws 32c and the engaged holes 42c that engage with each other, and when the tightening of the nut 70 to the bolt 60 is increased, the engaging claws 32c and the engaged holes 42c are firmly engaged with each other, so that the loosening of the engagement of the belt piece 30 and the belt piece 40 can be suppressed.
The embodiments for carrying out the present invention have been described above as examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be appropriately changed or the like within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the engaging claws 32c are provided on the belt piece 30 and the engaged holes 42c are provided on the belt piece 40, but the engaging form is not limited to this, and it is needless to say that the engaged holes may be provided on the belt piece 30 and the engaging claws may be provided on the belt piece 40.
In the above embodiment, the shaft portion 61 of the bolt 60 is provided with the retaining portion 61a, but such a retaining portion may be provided not on the bolt but on the nut.
