However, when the liquid-impermeable sheet is designed to have the transverse stripe using a deep tone as described above, there are problems as follows: a dark-colored lateral stripe design appears in a portion where no absorber is present, and it is determined that an absorber is present, and the position of the absorber cannot be detected correctly.
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to enable a design sheet to be designed with a deep-tone horizontal stripe.
Another object is to obtain the following form: it is possible to confirm whether the absorber (absorbent core) is properly arranged in the manufacturing process.

Fig. 1 to 6 show an example 100 of a first pants-type disposable diaper. The inner body 200 is a portion for absorbing and retaining excrement such as urine, and the outer bodies 12F and 12B are portions for supporting the inner body 200 with respect to the body of the wearer. The fixation of the interior body 200 to the exterior bodies 12F, 12B may be performed by a bonding means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot-melt adhesive. The top sheet 30 has a liquid-permeable property, and examples thereof include a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric, a porous plastic sheet, and the like. The kind of the raw material fiber of the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited. Examples thereof include olefin-based fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, regenerated fibers such as rayon and cuprammonium fibers, natural fibers such as cotton, and the like, and mixed fibers and composite fibers using two or more of these fibers. Further, the nonwoven fabric may be produced by any process. Examples of the processing method include known methods such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a hot-rolling method, a melt-blowing method, a needle-punching method, a hot-air method, and a point-bonding method. For example, when flexibility and drapability are desired, the spunbond method and the spunlace method are preferred processing methods, and when bulkiness and flexibility are desired, the hot air method, the spot-bonding method, and the hot-rolling method are preferred processing methods.
The top sheet 30 may be composed of one sheet, or may be composed of a laminate sheet obtained by laminating two or more sheets. Similarly, the top sheet 30 may be formed of one sheet or two or more sheets in the planar direction.
In the case where the three-dimensional gather portion 60 is provided, both side portions of the top sheet 30 preferably pass between the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and the three-dimensional gather portion 60 and are wound around the back surface side of the absorbent member 50, and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and the three-dimensional gather portion 60 are preferably joined to each other in order to prevent liquid from permeating.
For the purpose of preventing positional deviation with respect to the back side member, etc., it is desirable that the top sheet 30 is fixed to the member adjacent on the back side by a bonding means based on material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot melt adhesive. (intermediate sheet 40)
In order to rapidly transfer the liquid having passed through the top sheet 30 to the absorbent member, an intermediate sheet (also referred to as "second sheet") 40 having a liquid passing speed higher than that of the top sheet 30 may be provided. The intermediate sheet 40 not only can rapidly move the liquid toward the absorbent body to improve the absorption performance of the absorbent body, but also can prevent the phenomenon of "back flow" of the absorbed liquid from the absorbent body, and can keep the top sheet 30 in a dry state. The intermediate sheet 40 may also be omitted.
The intermediate sheet 40 may be made of the same material as the top sheet 30, or may be made of spunlace nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, pulp nonwoven fabric, a mixed sheet of pulp and rayon, point-bond nonwoven fabric, or crepe paper. The air-through nonwoven fabric is particularly bulky and is therefore preferable. In the air-through nonwoven fabric, a composite fiber having a core-sheath structure is preferably used, and in this case, the resin used for the core may be polypropylene (PP), but Polyester (PET) having high rigidity is preferred. The weight per unit area is preferably 20 to 80g/m2More preferably 25 to 60g/m2. The thickness of the raw material fiber of the nonwoven fabric is preferably 2.0 to 10 dtex. In order to make the nonwoven fabric bulky, it is preferable to use a bias fiber, a hollow fiber, or a bias and hollow fiber having no core at the center as a mixed fiber of all or a part of the raw material fibers.
The intermediate sheet 40 in the illustrated embodiment is shorter than the width of the absorber 56 and is disposed at the center, and may be provided over the entire width. The longitudinal length of the intermediate sheet 40 may be the same as the length of the absorber 56, or may be within a short length range centered on the liquid-receiving region.
For the purpose of preventing positional deviation or the like of the intermediate sheet 40 with respect to the rear surface side member, it is desirable that the intermediate sheet 40 is fixed to the member adjacent on the rear surface side by a bonding means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot melt adhesive. In the illustrated embodiment, the intermediate sheet 40 is fixed to the front surface of the portion of the packaging sheet 58 located on the front surface side of the absorber 56 by a hot melt adhesive applied to the back surface thereof.

The material of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a plastic film made of an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, a laminated nonwoven fabric in which a plastic film is provided on the surface of a nonwoven fabric, and a laminate sheet in which a nonwoven fabric and the like are laminated on a plastic film and bonded. As the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, a fabric having liquid-impermeable property and moisture-permeable property is preferably used from the viewpoint of prevention of stuffiness. As a plastic film having moisture permeability, a microporous plastic film obtained as follows is widely used: an inorganic filler is mixed with an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and the sheet is stretched in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. In addition, as the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, a sheet having liquid-impermeability without using a plastic film may be used, and such a sheet is rendered liquid-impermeable by the following method: a non-woven fabric using micro fine denier fiber is used; the voids of the fibers are reduced by applying heat or pressure, thereby enhancing the leakage prevention; and coating a super absorbent resin or a hydrophobic resin or a water repellent agent.
The liquid-impermeable sheet 11 may be formed to have a width converging on the back surface side of the absorbent member 50 as shown in the figure, and may extend to both sides of the absorbent member 50 and to both side portions of the surface of the absorbent member 50 on the top sheet 30 side in order to improve leakage prevention. The width of the extending portion is preferably about 5 to 20mm on the left and right sides.
Further, a discharge indicator whose color changes due to absorption of a liquid component may be provided on the inner side of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, particularly on the surface closer to the absorbent body 56.

The three-dimensional gather portion 60 of the present embodiment is provided so as to rise from the side portion of the inner body 200, the root side portion of the three-dimensional gather portion 60 rises obliquely toward the widthwise central side, and the end side portion of the three-dimensional gather portion 60 with respect to the intermediate portion rises obliquely toward the widthwise outer side.
More specifically, the three-dimensional gather portion 60 is configured as follows: a belt-like gather sheet 62 having a length equal to the length of the interior body 200 in the front-rear direction is folded back in the width direction so as to be folded into two, and a plurality of the gather elastic members 63 are fixed between the folded-back portion and the sheet in the vicinity thereof at intervals in the width direction in a state where the elongated gather elastic members 63 are elongated in the length direction. A base end portion of the three-dimensional gather portion 60 on the opposite side to the tip end portion (an end portion on the opposite side to the portion where the sheet is folded back in the width direction) is an attachment portion 65 fixed to the back surface of the side edge portion of the interior body 200, and a portion other than the attachment portion 65 is a protruding portion 66 (a portion on the folded-back portion side) protruding from the attachment portion 65. The projecting portion 66 is constituted by a root side portion toward the center side in the width direction and a tip side portion turned back from the tip of the root side portion toward the outer side in the width direction. This form is a three-dimensional gather portion of the surface contact type, and a three-dimensional gather portion of the line contact type (not shown) that is not folded back to the outside in the width direction may be employed. The projecting portions 66 have front and rear end portions which are front and rear fixing portions 67 fixed to the side surface of the top sheet 30 in a laid-down state, and have a front and rear intermediate portion which is not fixed between the front and rear fixing portions 67 and a front and rear intermediate portion which is a free portion 68, and the gather portion elastic member 63 along the front and rear direction is fixed to the free portion 68 in an extended state.
At the free portions 68 of the three-dimensional gather portion 60, at least one of a hot-melt adhesive by various application methods and a fixing means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing can be used for bonding the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62 or fixing the gather portion elastic member 63 sandwiched therebetween. Since the flexibility is impaired if the entire surfaces of the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62 are bonded, it is preferable that the portions other than the bonded portion of the gather elastic member 63 are not bonded or weakly bonded. In the illustrated embodiment, the structure is as follows: by applying the hot melt adhesive only to the outer peripheral surface of the gather elastic member 63 with an application member such as a coating gun or a glue nozzle and sandwiching the gather elastic member 63 between the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62, the elongated elastic member is fixed to the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62 and the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62 are fixed with only the hot melt adhesive applied to the outer peripheral surface of the gather elastic member 63.
In addition, for fixing the waterproof film 64 and the gather sheet 62 incorporated in the three-dimensional gather portion 60 or fixing the front-rear fixing portion 67 to the side surface of the interior body 200, at least one of a hot melt adhesive by various application methods and a means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing can be used. In the illustrated embodiment, the waterproof film 64 is fixed by slit coating using a hot-melt adhesive. In addition, although a hot-melt adhesive and a material fusion method are used in combination for fixing the front and rear fixing portions 67 in the illustrated embodiment, these fixing portions may be performed by only one of the methods.
As the gather sheet 62, a gather sheet obtained by subjecting a nonwoven fabric excellent in softness, uniformity, and hiding property, such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric (SS, SSs, etc.), an SMS nonwoven fabric (SMS, SSMMS, etc.), and a meltblown nonwoven fabric, to water repellent treatment with silicone or the like as necessary can be suitably used, and the weight per unit area of the fiber is preferably about 10 to 30g/m2. As the elongated elastic member (gather portion elastic member) 63, a rubber thread or the like can be used. When the spandex rubber wire is used, the thickness is preferably 470 to 1240dtex, and more preferably 620 to 940 dtex. The elongation at fixation is preferably 150 to 350%, more preferably 200 to 300%. As shown in the drawing, the waterproof film 64 may be interposed between the folded gather sheets.
The number of the elongated elastic members 63 provided in the free portion of the three-dimensional gather portion 60 is preferably 2 to 6, and more preferably 3 to 5. The arrangement interval 60d is preferably 3 to 10 mm. With such a configuration, the skin can be easily brought into surface contact within the range where the elongated elastic member 63 is disposed. The elongated elastic member 63 may be disposed not only on the distal end side but also on the root side.
The fixing object of the mounting portion 65 of the three-dimensional gather portion 60 may be an appropriate member such as the top sheet 30, the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, and the absorbent member 50 in the interior body 200.
In the three-dimensional gather portion 60 configured as described above, the contraction force of the elongated elastic member 63 acts to bring the front and rear direction both end portions into proximity, but the front and rear direction both end portions of the protruding portion 66 are fixed so as not to rise, whereas the both end portions form an unfixed free portion therebetween, so that only the free portion rises so as to come into contact with the body side as shown in fig. 3. In particular, when the attachment portion 65 is positioned on the back side of the interior body 200, the three-dimensional gather portion 60 rises so as to open outward in the width direction at the crotch portion and the vicinity thereof, and therefore the three-dimensional gather portion 60 comes into surface contact with the periphery of the leg portion, and the fit is improved.
The dimensions of the three-dimensional gather portion 60 can be determined as appropriate, but in the case of an infant diaper, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the rising height (the width-directional length of the protruding portion 66 in the expanded state) W6 of the three-dimensional gather portion 60 is preferably 15 to 60mm, and particularly preferably 20 to 40 mm. The separation distance W3 between the innermost fold lines in the state where the three-dimensional gather portion 60 is folded flat parallel to the front surface of the top sheet 30 is preferably 60 to 190mm, and particularly preferably 70 to 140 mm.
Further, unlike the illustrated embodiment, two (two) three-dimensional gather portions may be provided on each of the right and left sides of the inner body 200.

The absorbent body 56 may be formed of an aggregate of fibers. As the fiber aggregate, in addition to an aggregate obtained by stacking short fibers such as cotton pulp or synthetic fibers, a filament (filament) aggregate obtained by opening a tow (fiber bundle) of synthetic fibers such as cellulose acetate, if necessary, can be used. The superabsorbent polymer particles are preferably dispersed and held in the absorbent body 56.
The absorbent body 56 may have a rectangular shape, but as shown in fig. 1 and 2, it is preferable to form the absorbent body 56 and the three-dimensional gather portion 60 in an hourglass shape having a front end portion, a rear end portion, and a narrowed portion which is located between the front end portion and the rear end portion and which has a width smaller than the width of the front end portion and the rear end portion, because the fit around the leg portions is improved in the absorbent body 56 itself and the three-dimensional gather portion 60.
The size of the absorbent body 56 may be appropriately determined as long as it extends over the front, rear, left, and right sides of the urination opening position, but preferably extends in the front-rear direction and the width direction to the peripheral edge portion of the interior body or the vicinity thereof. Reference numeral 56X denotes the width of the absorber 56.
(super absorbent Polymer particles)
The super absorbent polymer particles may be contained in a part or all of the absorbent body 56. The super absorbent polymer particles include "powder" in addition to "particles". As the super absorbent polymer particles, particles used in such disposable diapers can be used as they are, and for example, particles having a ratio of particles remaining on the screen of 30% by weight or less in the screening (shaking for 5 minutes) using a standard screen of 500 μm (JIS Z8801-1: 2006) are preferable, and particles having a ratio of particles remaining on the screen of 60% by weight or more in the screening (shaking for 5 minutes) using a standard screen of 180 μm (JIS Z8801-1: 2006) are preferable.
The material of the super absorbent polymer particles is not particularly limited, but a material having a water absorption capacity of 40g/g or more is preferable. Examples of the super absorbent polymer particles include high absorbent polymer particles such as starch-based, cellulose-based, and synthetic polymer-based, and high absorbent polymer particles such as starch-acrylic acid (salt) -grafted polymer, saponified product of starch-acrylonitrile copolymer, crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and acrylic acid (salt) -based polymer can be used. The shape of the super absorbent polymer particles is preferably a powder shape which is generally used, but other shapes may be used.
The superabsorbent polymer particles preferably have a water absorption rate of 70 seconds or less, particularly 40 seconds or less. If the water absorption rate is too slow, so-called back flow in which the liquid supplied into the absorbent body 56 returns to the outside of the absorbent body 56 tends to occur.
The basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be determined as appropriate depending on the absorption amount required for the application of the absorbent body 56. Therefore, it can be 50 to 350g/m2. If the weight per unit area of the polymer is less than 50g/m2It is difficult to secure the absorption amount. If it exceeds 350g/m2The effect is saturated.
The distribution density or the distribution amount of the super absorbent polymer particles can be adjusted in the planar direction of the absorbent body 56, if necessary. For example, the amount of distribution at the liquid discharge portion may be made higher than the amount of distribution at other portions. In the case of considering the difference between men and women, the distribution density (amount) can be increased in the front side in the case of men, and the distribution density (amount) can be increased in the central portion in the case of women. Further, a portion where no polymer is present may be provided locally (for example, in a dot shape) in the planar direction of the absorbent body 56.

When the packaging sheet 58 is used, a thin paper (particularly crepe paper), a nonwoven fabric, a polyethylene laminated nonwoven fabric, a sheet with small holes, or the like can be used as a material. Among these, a sheet that does not cause the super absorbent polymer particles to come out is preferable. When a nonwoven fabric is used instead of crepe paper, a hydrophilic SMS nonwoven fabric (SMS, SSMMS, etc.) is particularly suitable, and polypropylene, a polyethylene/polypropylene composite material, or the like can be used as the material. The weight per unit area is preferably 5 to 40g/m2Particularly preferably 10 to 30g/m2。
The packaging method of the packaging sheet 58 can be appropriately determined, but from the viewpoints of ease of production, prevention of leakage of superabsorbent polymer particles from the front and rear edges, and the like, the following method is preferred: the packaging sheet 58 is wound in a tubular shape so as to surround the front and back surfaces and both side surfaces of the absorbent body 56, and the front and back edge portions thereof are protruded from the front and back of the absorbent body 56, and the overlapped portion of the wound and overlapped portion and the overlapped portion of the front and back protruded portion are joined together by a joining means such as a hot melt adhesive or material welding.
( outer cases 12F and 12B)
The outer bodies 12F and 12B are composed of a front side outer body 12F which is a part constituting the front body portion F and a rear side outer body 12B which is a part constituting the rear body portion B, and the front side outer body 12F and the rear side outer body 12B are discontinuous on the crotch side and separated in the front-rear direction. The separation distance 12d may be about 150 to 250 mm. The crotch cover sheet 12M made of nonwoven fabric or the like is desirably bonded so as to cover a part (for example, the entire part extending in the front-rear direction of the portion exposed between the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B, but not extending to the front-rear end of the inner cover 200, and not reaching both side edges of the inner cover 200 in the width direction) or the entire part of the exposed portion of the back surface of the inner cover 200 at the separated portion, but may be omitted. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the outer body 12 may be an integral outer body that continues from the front body portion F through the crotch to the rear body portion B. That is, the outer cases 12F and 12B constituting the front body portion F and the rear body portion B respectively correspond to the former embodiment, and the outer case 12 integrally constituting the front body portion F and the rear body portion B corresponds to the latter embodiment.
The outer cases 12F and 12B have a waist portion corresponding to the waist region T and extending in the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, the front side outer package 12F does not have a portion corresponding to the middle region L, but the rear side outer package 12B has a hip cover portion 14 extending from the waist region T toward the middle region L. Although not shown, a groin cover portion extending from the waist region T toward the middle region L may be provided on the front side outer cover 12F, a groin cover portion may be provided but no hip cover portion may be provided, or a portion corresponding to the middle region L may not be provided on both the front side outer cover 12F and the rear side outer cover 12B. In the illustrated embodiment, the lower edge of the hip cover portion 14 is formed linearly in the width direction in the same manner as the lower edge of the front side outer package 12F, but may be curved so as to approach the waist opening side as it goes to the outside in the width direction.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the outer cases 12F and 12B are formed by joining the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H together by joining means such as hot melt adhesive or fusion bonding. The sheet forming the outer sheet layer 12S and the sheet forming the inner sheet layer 12H may be a common single sheet as in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, or may be separate sheets as in the embodiment shown in fig. 8. That is, in the former case, the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S are formed by an inner portion and an outer portion of one sheet folded back at the edge of the waist opening WO (or the edge on the crotch side). In the former system, there is an advantage that the number of sheets is small, and in the latter system, there is an advantage that the offset is less likely to occur when the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S are bonded.
The sheet used for the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H may be used without particular limitation, but a nonwoven fabric is preferable, and for example, a nonwoven fabric composed of olefin-based fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, or mixed fibers or composite fibers using two or more of these fibers may be used. Further, the nonwoven fabric may be produced by any process. Examples of the processing method include known methods such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a hot-rolling method, a melt-blowing method, a needle-punching method, a hot-air method, and a point-bonding method. When a nonwoven fabric is used, the weight per unit area is preferably about 10 to 30g/m2。
The total weight of the outer cases 12F and 12B is preferably about 20 to 60g/m2。
(expansion region and non-expansion region)
In the outer bodies 12F and 12B, elongated elastic members (lateral elastic members) 15 to 19 such as rubber strings are provided between the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H in the width direction at the waist lower portion in order to improve the fit to the waist of the wearer, and are formed with stretchable regions that elastically stretch in the width direction in accordance with the stretching of the elastic members. In this stretch region, the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H contract with contraction of the elastic member in a natural length state, and wrinkles or folds are formed, and when the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H are stretched in the longitudinal direction of the elastic member, they can be stretched to a predetermined elongation as follows: they are extremely elongated without wrinkles. The elongated elastic members 15 to 19 may be made of synthetic rubber or natural rubber. The outer sheets 12F and 12B are bonded to each other by the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H, and the elongated elastic members 15 to 19 interposed therebetween are fixed by at least one of a hot-melt adhesive by various coating methods and a fixing means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing. Since flexibility is impaired when the entire surfaces of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B are firmly fixed, it is preferable that the portions other than the bonding portions of the elongated elastic members 15 to 19 are not bonded or weakly bonded. In the illustrated embodiment, the structure is as follows: the hot melt adhesive is applied only to the outer peripheral surfaces of the elongated elastic members 15 to 19 by a coating means such as a coating gun or a glue nozzle and sandwiched between the two sheet layers 12S and 12H, whereby the elongated elastic members 15 to 19 are fixed to the two sheet layers 12S and 12H and the two sheet layers 12S and 12H are fixed only by the hot melt adhesive applied to the outer peripheral surfaces of the elongated elastic members 15 to 19. The elastic members 15 to 19 may be fixed to the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H only at both ends in the stretching direction in the stretching region.
More specifically, the plurality of waist elastic members 17 are attached between the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H at the waist portion W of the outer bodies 12F and 12B at intervals in the vertical direction so as to be continuous over the entire width direction. Further, 1 or more of the waist elastic members 17 disposed in the region adjacent to the waist lower portion U may overlap the interior body 200, or may be disposed on both sides in the width direction thereof excluding the center in the width direction overlapping the interior body 200. A plurality of waist lower elastic members 15 and 19 made of an elongated elastic member are attached to the outer sheets 12F and 12B at the waist lower portion U with a gap therebetween in the vertical direction between the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H.
The elastic members 15, 19 in the lower waist region are preferably provided at intervals of 1 to 15mm, more preferably 3 to 8mm, of about 5 to 30 pieces having a thickness of 155 to 1880dtex, more preferably about 470 to 1240dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber, in the case of natural rubber, the cross-sectional area is 0.05 to 1.5mm2Particularly preferably about 0.1 to 1.0mm2) The elongation of the waist lower portion U in the width direction is preferably 200 to 350%, and particularly preferably about 240 to 300% based on the arrangement.
A plurality of cover elastic members 16 made of an elongated elastic member are attached to the hip cover 14 of the rear outer package 12B at intervals in the vertical direction between the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H.
The cover elastic member 16 is preferably provided with about 2 to 10 pieces of 155 to 1880dtex, more preferably about 470 to 1240dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber, the cross-sectional area is 0.05 to 1.5mm in the case of natural rubber) at intervals of 5 to 40mm, more preferably 5 to 20mm2Particularly preferably about 0.1 to 1.0mm2) The rubber thread of (3) preferably has an elongation of 150 to 300%, particularly preferably 180 to 260%, in the width direction of the cover portion.
When the groin cover portion is provided on the front side outer package 12F, the cover portion elastic member may be provided in the same manner.
In the case where the elastic members 15, 16, and 19 are provided in the range in the front-rear direction including the absorbent body 56 as in the below-waist portion U or the hip cover portion 14 of the illustrated embodiment, in order to prevent the absorbent body 56 from shrinking in the width direction over a part or the entire range thereof, the middle in the width direction (preferably including the entire inner and outer fixing portions 201) including a part or the entire portion overlapping the absorbent body 56 in the width direction is set as the non-stretchable region a1, and the both sides in the width direction are set as the stretchable regions a 2. The waist portion W is preferably set as the stretchable region a2 as a whole in the width direction, but a non-stretchable region may be provided at the middle in the width direction as in the waist lower portion U.
(formation of non-stretchable region)
The stretch region a2 and the non-stretch region a1 may be formed by: the elastic members 15 to 17, 19 are supplied between the inner sheet 12H and the outer sheet 12S, the elastic members 15, 16, 19 are fixed by a hot melt adhesive at least at both ends in the stretching direction in the stretching region A2, the elastic members 15, 16, 19 are not fixed in the region that becomes the non-stretching region A1, and the elastic members 15, 16, 19 are cut by pressing and heating at a position in the middle in the width direction or almost the entire elastic members 15, 16, 19 are finely cut by pressing and heating in the region that becomes the non-stretching region A1, thereby maintaining the stretchability in the stretching region A2 and eliminating the stretchability in the non-stretching region A1.

In order to improve the external attractive force of the product, it is desirable to provide a design sheet in which the design can be visually confirmed. The design sheet is generally formed by printing a design drawing on a design-providing sheet in a colored manner.
This design sheet can be incorporated as a sheet different from the above-described constituent members, but it is economical to form the design sheet by performing color printing on the back surface side of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11.
As a design on the design sheet, as shown in fig. 11, the following example is preferable: a horizontal stripe design approximately parallel to the width direction of the product is provided to express the tone of the young. The size and shape of the horizontal stripe design HS are not particularly limited. For example, the dimensions and intervals in the front-rear direction of the horizontal stripe design HS may be all the same or may be different as in the illustrated example. The dimension of the horizontal stripe design HS in the front-rear direction may also be varied regularly or irregularly in the width direction. More specifically, the front and rear edges of the horizontal stripe design HS may be linear (rectangular as a whole), regular wavy (wavy or cloudy as a whole), irregular wavy, or curved.
The liquid-impermeable sheet 11 as the design-providing sheet is formed with a transverse stripe design HS in the width direction at intervals in the front-rear direction of the disposable diaper, and in the use state, the transverse stripe design can be visually recognized through the crotch cover sheet 12M, the outer sheet 12S, and the inner sheet 12H, for example, from the outside.
In this case, in order to control the position of the design sheet to be attached or to check the position after the attachment, it is preferable to add a so-called alignment mark (distance mark) R in the form shown in fig. 11, for example.
The mode shown in fig. 11 is illustrated by black and white shading, but one example thereof is: the alignment marks R are printed in black and the horizontal stripe design HS contains deep blue 01, red 02, medium blue 03 and light blue 04.
In the black-and-white shading diagram, the black alignment mark R cannot be distinguished from the deep blue 01 horizontal stripe, and therefore, white lines are marked to indicate division into the alignment marks R.
The mode shown in fig. 11 is an example in which the alignment mark R and the horizontal stripe design HS are entirely overlapped, but may be partially overlapped.
An example of the use of the alignment mark R will be described later.
< second pants-type disposable diaper >
The first pants-type disposable diaper shown in fig. 1 to 6 has a structure in which an inner body 200 is provided between front and rear outer bodies 12F and 12B.
Instead of this first pants-type disposable diaper, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, a second pants-type disposable diaper having the following structure may be used: the inner body 200 is provided inside the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H that are not divided into the front and rear.
When the components of the second pants-type disposable diaper are substantially the same as those of the first pants-type disposable diaper, the same reference numerals are used and the description thereof is omitted.
In the second pants-type disposable diaper, a front bending elastic member 70F is provided between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H of the front body portion F, and the front bending elastic member 70F is arranged so as to bulge from the side seal portions 12A, 12A on both sides toward the crotch portion side and is fixed by a hot melt adhesive. Further, a back bending elastic member 70B is provided between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H of the back body portion B, and the back bending elastic member 70B is arranged so as to bulge out from the side seal portions 12A, 12A on both sides toward the crotch side and is fixed by a hot melt adhesive.
When the position of the front curved elastic member 70F and the end edge position of the intermediate sheet 40 extending toward the crotch side in fig. 7 are comparatively observed, the front curved elastic member 70F is disposed so as to cross so as to cover the end portion of the intermediate sheet 40 extending toward the crotch side, whereby the intermediate sheet 40 positively contacts the skin of the wearer, which is optimal for improving the absorption of urine in the intermediate sheet 40.
The first pants-type disposable diaper and/or the second pants-type disposable diaper can be provided with a design sheet.
As described above, for example, in the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 as the design imparting sheet, the transverse stripe design HS in the width direction is formed so as to be spaced apart in the front-rear direction of the disposable diaper, and in the use state, the transverse stripe design can be visually recognized through, for example, the crotch cover sheet 12M, the outer sheet layer 12S, and the inner sheet layer 12H from the outside in the first pants-type disposable diaper, and the transverse stripe design can be visually recognized through the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H in the second pants-type disposable diaper.
The alignment mark R in the design sheet can be used for control of the attachment position of the design sheet and position confirmation after attachment in the manufacturing process of the disposable diaper.
That is, as shown in fig. 12, which is a conceptual explanatory view, the manufacturing process includes the following steps: the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 as a design sheet, which is continuously conveyed in the production line direction at a position on the back surface side of the absorber 56 in the product state, is cut transversely at a position between the absorbers 56, 56 adjacent in the production line direction after the absorbers 56 are intermittently arranged in the production line direction.
Alignment marks R, R are formed on both sides of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 in the production line direction. Specifically, the transmitted light amount detection means, for example, the light source 81 and the transmitted light amount detector 82 are disposed in the direction intersecting the absorber 56 on the production line, and when the length Le in the production line direction indicating the amount of light transmitted by the transmitted light amount detector 82 that is equal to or greater than the threshold value is within a predetermined length range, it is determined that the absorber 56 is intermittently disposed in the normal state in the production line direction.
When the length is not within the predetermined length range, it can be determined that the absorbent bodies 56 are intermittently arranged in a non-regular state in the line direction.
With respect to a semi-finished product or a product in which the position of the absorber 56 is irregular, shipment of an irregular product (defective product) can be prevented by excluding the product from the production line.
As a result of the absence of the absorber 56 between the absorbers 56, the transmitted light amount increases, and the length Le in the line direction indicating the amount of light transmitted by the transmitted light amount detector 82 that is equal to or greater than the threshold value can be determined as the absence of the absorber 56.
In addition to the case where the lateral stripe design HS is not originally formed at the position corresponding to the space between the absorbers 56, as can be seen from fig. 12, in the case where the lateral stripe design HS is formed at the position corresponding to the space between the absorbers 56, the transmitted light amount is required to be high to a certain degree, and therefore the coloring of the lateral stripe design HS is preferably light (for example, the aforementioned light blue 04). In this case, if the arrangement of the design sheet (liquid-impermeable sheet 11) is shifted, the arrangement of the horizontal stripe design HS is shifted, and there is a concern that: the dark portion of the horizontal stripe design HS is disposed at a position corresponding to a position between the absorbers 56, 56. Therefore, as described above, it is preferable that the alignment mark R, R be provided on the design sheet (liquid-impermeable sheet 11) and the design sheet (liquid-impermeable sheet 11) be disposed at an appropriate position.
And the lightness L is measured by a color difference meter. In the present invention, a hand-held spectrocolorimeter NF 333 (trade name) of japan electrochromatography, ltd, was used, and when the light source was D65, the viewing angle condition was 2 °, and the illumination/light receiving condition was 0 °: under the measurement conditions of a 45c two-beam target spectroscopic method and a measurement diameter of 8mm phi, the luminance was measured in a state where an attached white correction plate was in contact with the back surface of the design sheet.
The lightness of each stripe in the horizontal stripe design is shown in table 1. Also, only the lightness measurement values of the attached white correction plates are also shown in table 1 as reference values.

And, found that: when the stripe of the medium blue 03 exists between the adjacent absorbers 56, there is a high possibility that the absorber 56 is erroneously determined to exist although the absorbent core does not exist between the absorbers 56, 56.
In contrast, it was found that: in the case of the horizontal stripe based on the light blue 04, the absorber 56 is not erroneously determined to be present.
As a result, it was found that: the lightness difference Delta between the lightness L of the horizontal stripe design and the lightness L of the ground color (when in contact with white thick paper) of the design-imparted sheet needs to be within 10.
As shown in fig. 11, the regions Z having a light color (for example, the light blue 04) are preferably located at both ends of the horizontal stripe group having a darker color. Further, a structure that conforms to the following conditions in relation to the length of the absorbent body (absorbent core) 56 is preferable in relation to positional deviation from the design sheet.

1. A disposable diaper characterized in that it comprises a chassis,

an absorber having a length shorter than its full length is provided for the design sheet,
the transverse stripe design is not formed between the end edge of the design sheet and the end edge of the absorbent body, or the lightness difference Delta between the lightness L of the transverse stripe design and the lightness L of the ground color of the design-added sheet is within 10 even if the transverse stripe design is formed.
