Disclosure of Invention
However, in the above down jacket, the sleeve portion bulges due to the down inside, and thus looks much thicker than the wearer's actual arm. In addition, since the side abdomen is also swollen by the down inside, the wearer hardly tightens the side abdomen and the arm of the wearer is easily separated from the body. As a result, it is difficult to secure a slim outer shape (body shape) when the down jacket is worn.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a jacket which has a high cold-proof function, is lightweight, and can make a wearer slim.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. The dimensional ratios in the drawings are not limited to the illustrated ratios. The following embodiments are illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a jacket 1 showing an example of the structure of the jacket 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a rear view of the jacket 1. The jacket 1 is for example a parka, jacket or coat.
The jacket 1 includes, for example, a front body 10, a back body 11, sleeve portions 12, a flank portion 13, shoulder portions 14, and a hood 15.
Each of the front body 10, the back body 11, the sleeve portions 12, the side abdomen portions 13, the shoulder portions 14, and the hood 15 has a cold-proof area in which a cold-proof material is wrapped.
Fig. 3 is an expanded view of the jacket 1 in an expanded state as viewed from the inside, and shows cold-proof regions provided in the front body 10, the rear body 11, the sleeve portions 12, the flank portions 13, the shoulder portions 14, and the hood 15. In the cold-proof area of each part, either down or cotton material is wrapped as a cold-proof material.
For example, the down is wrapped by providing a space in the inner liner of the jacket 1, and sewing the down into the space. The cotton material is formed into a sheet shape, for example, and sandwiched between the inner liner and the outer layer fabric of the outer cover 1, and is wrapped by sewing each other. In the present specification, "up", "down", "up and down", "right and left" refer to the direction of the jacket 1 shown in fig. 1 to 3 as a reference.
Herein, down is a material containing at least one of feathers or down feathers. The cotton material is a material containing cotton or a material containing chemical fibers, such as rayon fibers, polyester fibers, polyolefin fibers, acrylic fibers, and acrylic fibers, which are substantially the same material as cotton. Down is lighter and more heat retaining than cotton, and cotton is stronger and more water resistant than down. In addition, a moisture-absorbing heat-generating cotton of a functional cotton may be used as the cotton material.
As shown in fig. 3, the front body 10 has a down region R1 in which down is enclosed. The down regions R1 are provided in the right front body 10a and the left front body 10b, respectively. The down feather region R1 is a substantially rectangular region that is long in the vertical direction of the right and left front bodies 10a, 10 b.
The down feather region R1 is provided over a substantial entirety including the upper part and the lower part except for, for example, the hem 20 of the front body 10 and the front flap part (a part to which a button or a zipper for fitting and fixing the right front body 10a and the left front body 10b to each other is attached, and a vertically elongated part provided at the center side end parts of the right front body 10a and the left front body 10 b). The down region R1 is arranged to cover the chest, abdomen and lower abdomen of the wearer of the garment 1.
The back 11 has, for example, an upper part 11a covering the back of the wearer of the jacket 1 and a lower part 11b covering the buttocks of the wearer. The back body 11 has a down region R2 containing a down material in the upper part 11a thereof and a cotton region R3 containing a cotton material in the lower part 11b thereof.
The down region R2 is disposed in a substantially square region of the upper portion 11a of the rear body 11, and the cotton region R3 is disposed in a substantially square region of the lower portion 11b of the rear body 11.
The cotton region R3 is provided in the lower portion 11b of the back 11 except for the region from the lower end T1 to the boundary line D1 of the skirt 20. A boundary D1 between the down feather region R2 and the cotton region R3 is formed in a straight line shape extending in the left-right direction.
The boundary line D1 is provided at a position separated from the lower end T1 toward the upper end T2 by 10% to 60%, preferably 15% to 40%, of the entire length L1 of the rear body 11 in the vertical direction. The total length L2 of the down region R2 in the vertical direction is set to, for example, 35cm to 70cm, preferably 45cm to 60 cm. The cotton region R3 has an overall length L3 in the vertical direction set to, for example, 10cm to 40cm, preferably 15cm to 35 cm.
The ratio of the total length of the down feather region R2 to the cotton region R3 (L2 to L3) of the back body 11 is set to 6 to 0.8 to 1, for example.
The sleeve portion 12 shown in fig. 1 and 2 has a cotton region R4 (shown in fig. 3) containing cotton material in its entirety. The "whole of the sleeve 12" described herein may be substantially the whole, and for example, 90% or more of the surface area of the sleeve 12.
The flank section 13 shown in fig. 3 is located below the sleeve section 12 between the front body 10 and the rear body 11 in the right-left direction. The side abdominal section 13 has a cotton region R5 in its entirety, which encloses cotton material.
The "whole of the flank section 13" described herein may be substantially the whole, and for example, 90% or more of the surface area of the flank section 13. For example, the lap 20 of the side belly portion 13 may not be provided with the cotton region R5. The cotton region R5 is disposed in a substantially long and long rectangular region in the vertical direction surrounding the front body 10, the rear body 11, and the sleeve 12.
The shoulder portion 14 is formed in a band shape from the base end edge 12a of the sleeve 12 toward the neck. As shown in fig. 4, the shoulder portion 14 has an outer edge formed by, for example, the front body 10, the front-rear edge 14a on the rear body 11 side, the upper end edge 14b on the hood 15 side, and the lower end edge 14c on the sleeve portion 12 side.
The front and rear edges 14a correspond to the upper edge 10c of the front body 10 and the upper edge 11c of the rear body 11, the upper edge 14b corresponds to the lower edge 15c of a collar portion 15b described later, and the lower edge 14c corresponds to the base edge 12a of the sleeve portion 12.
The front and rear edges 14a of the shoulder portions 14 connect the base end edge 12a of the sleeve portion 12 and the lower end edge 15c of the collar portion 15b located on the center side of the jacket 1, and extend obliquely so as to rise sequentially from the base end edge 12a toward the lower end edge 15 c. As shown in fig. 3, the shoulder portion 14 has a cotton region R6 containing cotton material therein in its entirety.
As shown in fig. 3, the hood 15 has a main body portion 15a and a collar portion 15 b. The body portion 15a is a portion including at least the top portion 15D, and is formed in a dome shape so as to cover the head of the wearer.
The collar portion 15b is a portion surrounded by the front body 10, the back body 11, the shoulder portions 14, and the main body portion 15a, and is formed in a band shape so as to cover the wearer's neckline. The main body 15a has a cotton region R7 in which cotton material is enclosed. The collar portion 15b has a down region R8 in which a down material is enclosed.
For example, the cold-proof region may not be formed in the rim 30 or the front portion 31 of the hood 15. The hood 15 can be detached freely from the body of the jacket 1, or can be fixed to the body of the jacket 1 all the time.
As shown in fig. 3, the cotton region R3 of the back 11 is connected to the cotton regions R5 of the left and right abdominal parts 13, and the cotton regions R5 of the left and right abdominal parts 13 are connected to the cotton regions R4 of the left and right sleeves 12. The cotton regions R4 of the left and right sleeve portions 12 are connected to the cotton regions R6 of the left and right shoulder portions 14.
Therefore, the cotton region R3 of the back 11, the cotton region R5 of the flank 13, the cotton region R4 of the sleeve 12, and the cotton region R6 of the shoulder 14 are continuous with each other.
The down feather region R1 of the front body 10 is connected to the down feather region R8 of the collar section 15b, and the down feather region R8 of the collar section 15b is connected to the down feather region R2 of the back body 11. Therefore, the down feather region R1 of the front body 10, the down feather region R8 of the collar section 15b, and the down feather region R2 of the rear body 11 are continuous with each other.
According to the present embodiment, each of the front body 10, the back body 11, the sleeve portions 12, and the side abdominal portions 13 has a cold-proof region in which a cold-proof material is wrapped, and each of the front body 10 and the back body 11 has a down region R1, R2 in which down wrapped with a cold-proof material is wrapped at least in the upper portion. Therefore, the heat retaining property of the back and chest of the wearer of the jacket 1 can be ensured, and the lightweight property of the jacket 1 can be ensured.
The sleeve 12 has a cotton region R4 in which cotton material of cold-proof material is wrapped in the whole, and the side web 13 has a cotton region R5 in which cotton material of cold-proof material is wrapped in at least the lower part thereof. Thus, the wearer of garment 1 may look slimmer in their arms or may more easily gather their arms sufficiently to attach them to the body. As a result, the shape (outer shape) of the wearer of the jacket 1 can be formed into a slender shape. Therefore, the body of the wearer of the jacket 1 can be formed into a slim shape while ensuring high cold resistance and lightweight of the jacket 1.
The back body 11 has a cotton region R3 containing cotton material in the lower portion 11b thereof. Since the cotton material is stronger than the down, for example, even if the lower portion 11b of the back 11 is pressed against the buttocks of the wearer each time the wearer of the jacket 1 sits, it is possible to suppress deterioration of the cold-proof function of the jacket 1 or change in the shape of the jacket 1.
Further, since the cotton material is more resistant to water than down, it is possible to suppress deterioration of the cold-proof function or durability of the outer cover 1 even if the wearer sits in a wet place. This construction is particularly suitable for sports coats 1 for outdoor use, skiing, skateboarding and the like.
Since the cotton regions R5 of the side abdominal section 13 are connected to the cotton regions R3 of the back body 11, the cotton regions R5 and R3 function as a part of the skeleton of the jacket 1, and the strength of the jacket 1 can be improved. Further, the work of containing the cotton material in the outer cover 1 can be performed more easily.
Since the abdomen part 13 has the cotton region R5 in its entirety, the wearer of the jacket 1 can wear the jacket by tightening the abdomen part and sufficiently drawing the arms. Therefore, the shape of the wearer of the jacket 1 can be further improved.
Since the hood 15 has the cotton region R7 in which cotton material is wrapped in the main body portion 15a including at least the top portion 15D, even when the hood 15 is wet with rain, snow, or the like, it is possible to suppress deterioration of the cold-proof function of the hood 15 compared to down.
Since the collar portion 15b of the hood 15 has the down region R8 in which down is wrapped, the cold resistance and the lightweight of the hood 15 can be ensured.
Since the shoulder portion 14 has the cotton region R6 in which cotton material is wrapped, even when the shoulder portion 14 is wet with rain, snow, or the like, it is possible to suppress deterioration of the cold-proof function of the shoulder portion 14 compared to down. Further, it is possible to suppress the wear of the cold-proof material of the shoulder portion 14 due to the string when carrying the backpack or the like. This construction is particularly suitable for sports coats 1 for outdoor use, skiing, skateboarding and the like. Further, a net material such as a double layer raschel may be used for the shoulder portion 14.
Since the cotton regions R6 of the shoulder portions 14 are continuous with the cotton regions R4 of the sleeve portions 12, the cotton regions R6 and R4 function as a part of the framework of the outer cover 1, and the strength of the outer cover 1 can be improved.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the whole of the back body 11 may be a down region R2 in which down is wrapped. That is, the upper and lower portions 11a, 11b of the back 11 may be the same down region R2 without the cotton region R3. In this case, the heat retaining property and the lightweight property of the jacket 1 can be improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-5 above, the shoulder 14 may also have a down region instead of the cotton region R6. The hood 15 may be a cotton region R7 for both the body portion 15a and the collar portion 15b, or a down region R8.
As shown in fig. 6, the jacket 1 may be configured such that the front body 10 includes an upper portion 10d and a lower portion 10e, the down region R1 is disposed in the upper portion 10d, and the cotton region R10 is disposed in the lower portion 10 e. The upper portion 10d is, for example, a portion covering the chest and abdomen of the wearer of the jacket 1, and the lower portion 10e is a portion covering the lower abdomen of the wearer of the jacket 1.
In this case, the cotton region R10 is provided in the lower portion 10e of the front body 10 except for the region from the lower end T3 to the boundary line D2 of the skirt 20. A boundary D2 between the down feather region R1 and the cotton region R10 is formed in a straight line shape extending in the left-right direction. The boundary line D2 is provided at a position of 10% to 60%, preferably 20% to 55%, of the vertical total length L4 of the front body 10 from the lower end T3 toward the upper end T4.
The vertical total length L5 of the down region R1 is set to, for example, 35cm to 70 cm. The cotton region R10 has an overall length L6 in the vertical direction of, for example, 10cm to 60cm, preferably 20cm to 50 cm. The ratio of the total length of the down region R1 to the cotton region R10 (L5 to L6) of the front body 10 is set to be, for example, 6 to 0.8 to 1. The boundary line D2 may be arranged on the same straight line as the boundary line D1 of the rear body 11 of the above embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, the flank portion 13 includes an upper portion 13a and a lower portion 13b, and the down region R11 may be disposed in the upper portion 13a and the cotton region R5 may be disposed in the lower portion 13 b. In this case, the boundary line D3 between the upper portion 13a and the lower portion 13b may be arranged at the same position in the vertical direction as the boundary line D2 and the boundary line D1, and may be arranged on the same straight line as the boundary line D2 and the boundary line D1.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the jacket 1 may not have the shoulder portion 14 different from the front body 10 or the back body 11. In addition, the hood 15 can also be freely removed from the shell 1. Fig. 6 shows the jacket 1 with the hood 15 removed. Other configurations of the front body 11, the sleeve portion 12, and the like of the jacket 1 shown in fig. 6 may be the same as those of the above-described embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 5.
The jacket 1 in the above embodiments may have other shapes. With or without the hood 15. The jacket 1 may be a jacket, coat, parka, etc.
