The invention relates to an electric vehicle controller with good waterproof and sealing performances, which is structurally characterized in that end covers are respectively arranged at two ends of a main shell, a mounting opening is formed in a first end cover, a cable clamping block is arranged in the mounting opening, an elastic gasket is arranged between the first end cover and the main shell, a wire outlet is formed in the center of the elastic gasket, a cable is clamped in the cable clamping block and led out of the main shell, a slot is formed in the inner side surface of a second end cover, a clamping groove matched with the slot is formed in the end part of the main shell, the second end cover is clamped in the clamping groove of the main shell through the slot, an elastic gasket is embedded in the slot, and glue layers are arranged between the elastic gasket and contact surfaces of the first end cover and the main shell, and between the elastic gasket and contact surfaces of the slot of the second end cover and the clamping groove of the main shell. The invention has the advantages that: one end cover is hermetically connected with the main shell through an elastic gasket matched with a clamping structure, so that the waterproof sealing performance is ensured, and the using amount of a foaming material is reduced; the connection between the foaming material and each structure is provided with glue layers, so that the connection reliability is high; the good waterproof sealing performance of the electric vehicle controller can be effectively realized.

Background
The electric vehicle comprises an electric bicycle, an electric tricycle, an electric motorcycle and the like, and an electric vehicle controller is a control center part of the electric vehicle and needs good waterproof, shockproof and heat dissipation performance. If the water tightness is poor, the controller of the electric vehicle is flooded, the circuit board components and parts are short-circuited and failed, and the controller is damaged. The proportion of the situation that the electric vehicle controller is damaged due to the waterproof problem in the market is more than half, and particularly in rainy and humid southern areas, the waterproof problem of the electric vehicle controller is particularly prominent.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows: an electric vehicle controller with good waterproof and sealing performance structurally comprises a main shell internally provided with the electric vehicle controller, wherein a first end cover and a second end cover are respectively arranged at two ends of the main shell, a mounting opening is formed in the first end cover, a cable clamping block is arranged in the mounting opening, an elastic gasket is arranged between the first end cover and the main shell, a wire outlet matched with the mounting opening is formed in the center of the elastic gasket, a part of the cable clamping block extends into the wire outlet, a cable of the electric vehicle controller in the main shell is clamped in the cable clamping block and led out of the main shell, a circle of raised slot is formed in the edge of the inner side face of the second end cover, a clamping groove matched with the slot is formed in the end part of the main shell, the second end cover is clamped in the clamping groove of the main shell through the slot, an elastic gasket is embedded in the slot, a glue layer is arranged between the elastic gasket and the contact faces of the first end cover and the main shell, and glue layers are arranged between the elastic gasket and the contact faces of the slot of the second end cover and the clamping groove of the main shell, and the cable fixture block, the mounting port, the wire outlet and the cable of the electric vehicle controller are connected by glue pouring.
Preferably, the centers of the left side, the right side, the upper side and the lower side of the first end cover, the elastic gasket, the main shell and the second end cover are correspondingly provided with screw holes, and the first end cover, the elastic gasket, the main shell and the second end cover are connected together by screws penetrating through the screw holes at the corresponding positions.
Preferably, the elastic gasket and the elastic washer are made of EVA materials.

1) coating a glue layer on the contact surface of the elastic gasket and the main shell for connection, and coating a glue layer on the contact surface of the elastic gasket, the second end cover slot and the main shell clamping groove for connection;
2) clamping a cable of a controller in the main shell in a cable clamping block, and clamping the cable clamping block in a first end cover mounting port;

5) and screws sequentially penetrate through the corresponding screw holes in the centers of the left side, the right side, the upper side and the lower side of the first end cover, the elastic gasket, the main shell and the second end cover to finish the assembly of the electric vehicle controller with good waterproof and sealing performance.
The invention has the advantages that: the structure design is reasonable, one end cover is hermetically connected with the main shell through the elastic gasket matched with the clamping structure, the using amount of foaming materials is reduced on the premise of ensuring the waterproof sealing performance, and the production cost can be reduced; glue layers are arranged between the foaming material and each structure, so that the connection reliability is effectively improved; the good waterproof sealing performance of the electric vehicle controller can be effectively realized.

As shown in figure 1, the electric vehicle controller with good waterproof and sealing performance structurally comprises a main shell 1 internally provided with the electric vehicle controller, a first end cover 2 and a second end cover 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the main shell 1, a mounting opening 5 is formed on the first end cover 2, a cable clamping block 4 is arranged in the mounting opening 5, an elastic gasket 6 is arranged between the first end cover 2 and the main shell 1, a wire outlet 7 matched with the mounting opening 5 is formed in the center of the elastic gasket 6, a part of the cable clamping block 4 extends into the wire outlet 7, a cable of the electric vehicle controller in the main shell 1 is clamped in the cable clamping block 4 and led out of the main shell 1, a circle of convex slot 8 is arranged at the edge of the inner side surface of the second end cover 3, a clamping groove matched with the slot 8 is arranged at the end part of the main shell 1, the second end cover 3 is clamped in the clamping groove of the main shell 1 through the slot 8, an elastic gasket 9 is embedded in the slot 8, and a glue layer is arranged between the elastic gasket 6 and the contact surfaces of the first end cover 2 and the main shell 1, and glue layers are arranged between the elastic gasket 9 and the contact surfaces of the slot 8 of the second end cover 3 and the slot of the main shell body 1, and the cable clamping block 4, the mounting port 5, the wire outlet 7 and a cable of the electric vehicle controller are connected in a glue filling manner.
The centers of the left side, the right side, the upper side and the lower side of the first end cover 2, the elastic gasket 6, the main shell 1 and the second end cover 3 are correspondingly provided with screw holes 10, and screws penetrating through the screw holes 10 at the corresponding positions connect the first end cover 2, the elastic gasket 6, the main shell 1 and the second end cover 3 together.
The material of the elastic pad 6 and the elastic washer 9 is preferably EVA. Has the advantages of good buffering, shock resistance, heat insulation, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and the like, and is non-toxic and non-absorbent.
According to the above structure, when the device is installed,
1) connecting the elastic gasket 6 with the contact surface of the main shell 1 by coating a glue layer, and connecting the elastic gasket 9 with the contact surface of the slot 8 of the second end cover 3 and the contact surface of the clamping slot of the main shell 1 by coating a glue layer;
2) clamping a cable of a controller in the main shell 1 in a cable clamping block 4, and clamping the cable clamping block 4 in an installation opening 5 of the first end cover 2;
3) coating a glue layer on the contact surface of the elastic gasket 6 and the first end cover 2, connecting the first end cover 2 provided with the cable fixture block 4 with the elastic gasket 6, and keeping the cable fixture block 4 extending into the outlet 7;
4) the cable fixture block 4, the mounting port 5, the wire outlet 7 and the cable of the electric vehicle controller are in full sealing connection through glue filling;
5) and screws sequentially penetrate through the corresponding screw holes 10 in the centers of the left side, the right side, the upper side and the lower side of the first end cover 2, the elastic gasket 6, the main shell 1 and the second end cover 3 to complete the assembly of the electric vehicle controller with good waterproof and sealing performance.
All the above components are prior art, and those skilled in the art can use any model and existing design that can implement their corresponding functions.

An electric vehicle controller with good waterproof and sealing performance is characterized by comprising a main shell (1) internally provided with the electric vehicle controller, wherein a first end cover (2) and a second end cover (3) are respectively arranged at two ends of the main shell (1), a mounting opening (5) is formed in the first end cover (2), a cable clamping block (4) is arranged in the mounting opening (5), an elastic gasket (6) is arranged between the first end cover (2) and the main shell (1), a wire outlet (7) matched with the mounting opening (5) is formed in the center of the elastic gasket (6), a part of the cable clamping block (4) extends into the wire outlet (7), a cable of the electric vehicle controller in the main shell (1) is clamped in the cable clamping block (4) and leads out the main shell (1), a circle of convex slot (8) is formed in the edge of the inner side face of the second end cover (3), and a clamping groove matched with the slot (8) is formed in the end part of the main shell (1), second end cover (3) are through slot (8) joint in main casing body (1) draw-in groove and slot (8) embedded elastic packing ring (9), establish the glue layer between elastic packing ring (6) and first end cover (2) and main casing body (1) contact surface, all establish the glue layer between the contact surface of elastic packing ring (9) and second end cover (3) slot (8) and main casing body (1) draw-in groove, cable fixture block (4), installing port (5), glue filling connection between outlet (7) and electric vehicle controller's the cable.

4. The method for mounting a controller of an electric vehicle according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
1) connecting the elastic gasket (6) with the contact surface of the main shell (1) by applying a glue layer, and connecting the elastic gasket (9) with the contact surface of the slot (8) of the second end cover (3) and the contact surface of the clamping slot of the main shell (1) by applying a glue layer;
2) clamping a cable of a controller in the main shell (1) in a cable clamping block (4), and clamping the cable clamping block (4) in a mounting port (5) of the first end cover (2);
3) coating a glue layer on the contact surface of the elastic gasket (6) and the first end cover (2), connecting the first end cover (2) provided with the cable clamping block (4) with the elastic gasket (6), and keeping the cable clamping block (4) extending into the outlet (7);
4) the cable clamping block (4), the mounting port (5), the wire outlet (7) and the cable of the electric vehicle controller are in full sealing connection through glue filling;
5) and screws sequentially penetrate through the corresponding screw holes (10) in the centers of the left side, the right side, the upper side and the lower side of the first end cover (2), the elastic gasket (6), the main shell (1) and the second end cover (3), so that the assembly of the electric vehicle controller with good waterproof and sealing performance is completed.
