Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
For ease of understanding, the terms involved in the embodiments of the present application are explained below.
A barrage (barrage), which refers to a comment subtitle that pops up when viewing video or other dynamic content over a network, may be displayed in a scrolling, hovering, etc. manner on a screen viewed by a user. In the process of watching videos or other dynamic contents, a user can watch the barrages published by other users, and can also send barrages, and the sent barrages can be seen by other users to realize interaction in the process of watching videos.
The release time point of the barrage information refers to the time point of the video picture being played in the playing time axis of the video when the user releases the barrage information.
Non-full screen page: a video playing page, wherein a part of the page plays videos, and a part of the page displays episode information, video recommendation, comments and other information related to the videos.
The following describes the design concept of the embodiment of the present application.
Currently, a barrage is generally displayed in a fixed area or in a full screen, and some video software also provides setting options for the barrage display area, such as the user-defined barrage display area, transparency, and the like. However, the bullet screen display modes can all have the condition that bullet screen contents block video pictures, and if a user directly closes the bullet screen, the user lacks the interest of watching the video.
In consideration of that in a non-full-screen playing page, only a part of areas display video pictures, and the rest areas are used for displaying content of related non-video pictures such as recommendation or comment, therefore, when bullet screen information is displayed in an area where the video pictures are not displayed, the video pictures are not blocked, and meanwhile, the requirement of a user for watching bullet screens can be met. And playing the video picture of the target video in the video playing area in the non-full-screen playing page, and displaying bullet screen information associated with the played video picture in the target area in the screen playing page, wherein the target area is an area outside the video playing area in the non-full-screen playing page.
In the embodiment of the application, the barrage information associated with the video picture is displayed in the area outside the video playing area of the non-full screen playing page, so that the barrage information does not cover the video picture, and the user is not influenced to view the barrage information in real time, the conflict and contradiction problem that the user wants to view the barrage and the video content is solved, the utilization rate of the screen space during the non-full screen playing is improved, and the experience of the user for watching the video is improved.
After the design concept of the embodiments of the present application is introduced, some simple descriptions are made below on a system architecture to which the technical solution of the embodiments of the present application can be applied, and it should be noted that the system architecture described below is only used to illustrate the embodiments of the present application and is not limited thereto. In the specific implementation, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be flexibly applied according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 1, a system architecture diagram applicable to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the system architecture includes at least M terminal devices 101 and a server 102, and the M terminal devices 101 are the terminal devices 101-1 shown in fig. 1 and the terminal devices 101-M, where M is a positive integer, and the value of M is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
A client is installed in the terminal apparatus 101, and the client is provided with a video playback service by the server 102. The client in the terminal device 101 may be a browser client, a video application client, or the like. Of course, the client in the terminal device 101 may also be a video player or the like capable of providing a playing service without being connected to the network, and such a client may be used for playing the video stored in the storage space of the terminal device 101, or may have an independent playing function and be capable of using the video playing service provided by the server 102, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application. The terminal device 101 can include one or more processors 1011, memory 1012, I/O interfaces 1013 to interact with the server 102, and a display panel 1014, among others. The terminal device 101 may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, etc.
The server 102 is a server providing video playback services, and the server 102 may include one or more processors 1021, memory 1022, and I/O interfaces 1023 for interaction with the terminal device 101, etc. In addition, server 102 can also configure database 1024. The server 102 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or may be a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, a content delivery network (Content Delivery Network, CDN), basic cloud computing services such as big data and an artificial intelligence platform. The terminal device 101 and the server 102 may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the present application is not limited herein.
A user can access the server 102 through a client installed in the terminal apparatus 101, thereby using the video play service provided by the server 102. For example, the terminal device 101 may access the server 102 through a video application client, and may also access the server 102 through a portal of a video application in a browser client. In the process of using the video playing service provided by the server 102, a user can access the server 102 through a client installed in the terminal device 101 to obtain corresponding bullet screen information, and display the bullet screen information through a playing interface of the client. The user can also input the bullet screen information to be published through the client in the process of watching the video, and the client records the video corresponding to the bullet screen information and the publishing time point and uploads the video to the server 102. The release time point corresponding to the barrage information is a time point where the video picture being played is located in the playing time axis of the video when the user inputs the barrage information. For example, if the length of the video a is 5 minutes, the length of the playing time axis of the video a is 0-5 minutes, when the user plays the video a to 58 seconds, a piece of bullet screen information B is released, the release time point of the bullet screen information B is 58 seconds in the playing time axis of the video a, and the bullet screen information B is associated with a video picture corresponding to 58 seconds in the video a. The server 102 stores the bullet screen information and the release time point sent by the user in association with the corresponding video, so that when the server 102 receives the bullet screen acquisition request sent by the client, the corresponding bullet screen information can be sent to the client, so that the client can display the bullet screen information in the video picture, and meanwhile, according to the release time point of the bullet screen information, the bullet screen information can be displayed when the video picture corresponding to the release time point is played.
Based on the system architecture diagram shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a flow of a video playback control method, as shown in fig. 2, where the flow of the method is performed by a video playback control apparatus, which may be the terminal device 101 shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
step S201, playing the video frame of the target video in the video playing area in the non-full screen playing page.
Specifically, the user may open a video application client on the terminal device, select a target video to be watched, the terminal device sends a request for obtaining the target video to the server, and the server sends the target video to the terminal device, so that the terminal device plays the target video. The user may select to play the target video non-full screen or full screen in the video application client.
Illustratively, the user is set to select a non-full-screen playing target video in the video application client, and the non-full-screen playing page displayed by the video application client is shown in fig. 3. When the user clicks the switch button 301 in the non-full-screen playing page of the video application client, the video application client switches from the non-full-screen playing page to the full-screen playing page, as shown in fig. 4. Of course, the user may also click the switch button in the full-screen playing page of the video application client, so that the video application client switches from the full-screen playing page to the non-full-screen playing page.
The non-full-screen playing page comprises a video playing area and a non-video playing area, wherein video pictures of the target video are played in the video playing area, and information such as video introduction, episode information, video recommendation, comments and the like related to the target video can be displayed in the non-video playing area.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper half part of the non-full-screen playing page is a video playing area, the football game video is played in the video playing area, the lower half part of the non-full-screen playing page is a non-video playing area, and the recommended video of other football games is displayed in the non-video playing area.
As shown in fig. 6, the upper half part of the non-full-screen playing page is a video playing area, a television play is played in the video playing area, the lower half part of the non-full-screen playing page is a non-video playing area, and basic information and episode information of the played television play are displayed in the non-video playing area.
As shown in fig. 7, the upper half of the non-full-screen playing page is a video playing area, the singing performance video is played in the video playing area, the lower half of the non-full-screen playing page is a non-video playing area, and comments related to the singing performance video are displayed in the non-video playing area.
Step S202, displaying bullet screen information associated with the played video picture in a target area in the non-full-screen playing page.
Specifically, the target area is an area outside the video playing area in the non-full-screen playing page, namely, the non-video playing area. If the user opens the barrage function, the terminal equipment initiates a barrage acquisition request aiming at the target video to the server, and the server sends barrage information related to the target video to the terminal equipment based on the barrage acquisition request. The terminal equipment can display the barrage information matched with the playing progress at the release time point in the target area according to the playing progress of the target video and the release time point of the barrage information when the target video is played.
For example, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a bullet screen in a video playing area of a non-full-screen playing page, where bullet screen contents in the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page obstruct a video frame, and it is difficult for a user to see the contents in the video frame.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a barrage in an area outside the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, at this time, the singing performance video is played in the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, and barrage information related to the singing performance video is shown in the area outside the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, so that the video picture is not blocked by the barrage, and a user can watch the singing performance and at the same time watch the barrage.
Optionally, in the step S202, the embodiment of the present application provides at least two ways of displaying bullet screen information:
display mode one:
scrolling the presentation of bullet screen information at the target area, the scrolling directions including but not limited to: left to right, right to left, top to bottom, bottom to top, etc.
Taking a scrolling manner from right to left as an example, the bullet screen information "XXX team fueling" associated with the football game video enters from the right side of the target area of the non-full-screen playing page, refer to fig. 10a, and disappears after scrolling to the left side of the target area of the non-full-screen playing page, refer to fig. 10b.
And a second display mode: and the fixed point display disappears after the preset time period. The bullet screen information automatically disappears after the preset time is displayed in the target area, and the bullet screen information does not move within the preset time.
The preset time period may be set by the user, for example, may be 2 seconds, 5 seconds, or 30 seconds. The preset duration of the bullet screen information is determined according to the length of the bullet screen information, so that the shorter bullet screen information can be displayed for a shorter time, and the longer bullet screen information can be displayed for a longer time, so that the user is ensured to have enough time to read the bullet screen information, and more bullet screen information is displayed in a limited time.
Optionally, in step S202 above, before the target area in the non-full-screen playing page displays the barrage information associated with the played video screen, the barrage display mode is determined to be a target mode, where the target mode is used to indicate that the barrage information associated with the video screen is displayed in the target area.
In a specific implementation, the barrage display mode may default to a target mode, and when the user opens the barrage, barrage information associated with the played video frame is displayed in a target area in the non-full-screen playing page.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 11, a football game video is played in a video playing area of a non-full-screen playing page, and a brief introduction of the football game is displayed in a target area of the non-full-screen playing page. The user may click on the bullet screen on/off button 1101 in the video playing area to turn on the bullet screen, and display bullet screen information associated with the football game video in the target area of the non-full-screen playing page.
The bullet screen display mode may also be a target mode or a normal mode set by the user, specifically, the user may set the bullet screen display mode as the target mode in the bullet screen setting menu, and the terminal device saves the bullet screen display mode as the target mode in response to a setting operation to set the bullet screen display mode as the target mode. When a user opens a bullet screen, bullet screen information associated with a video picture being played is displayed in a target area in a non-full-screen play page. The user may also set the bullet screen display mode to the normal mode in the bullet screen setting menu, and the terminal device saves the bullet screen display mode to the normal mode in response to a setting operation to set the bullet screen display mode to the normal mode. When a user opens a bullet screen, bullet screen information associated with a played video picture is displayed in a video playing area in a non-full-screen playing page.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 12, the football game video is played in the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, and the introduction of the football game is displayed in the target area of the non-full-screen playing page. The user may click on the bullet screen setting button 1201, the terminal device may pop up the bullet screen setting menu 1202, and the user may set bullet screen related parameters in the bullet screen setting menu 1202. The user can turn on or off the target mode by clicking the target mode on/off button 1203. When the target mode is started, the terminal device stores the barrage display mode as the target mode. When the target mode is closed, the terminal device saves the barrage display mode as a normal mode. In addition, the user can set parameters such as opacity and font size of the bullet screen in the bullet screen setting menu 1202. The user clicks the barrage opening/closing button to open the barrage in the video playing area, and when the terminal device determines that the barrage display mode is the target mode, barrage information associated with football game video is displayed in the target area of the non-full-screen playing page, as shown in fig. 11. At this time, if the target mode on/off button 1203 is clicked, the target mode is turned off, and the terminal device displays the barrage information associated with the football game video in the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, as shown in fig. 13.
According to the embodiment of the application, the barrage setting menu is provided for the user, so that the user can set the display mode of barrage information based on own preference, thereby avoiding the barrage information from shielding video pictures on one hand and improving user experience on the other hand.
Optionally, in step S202 described above, the bullet screen information associated with the played video frame is displayed in the video playing area, and when it is determined that the setting operation of the user is monitored, the terminal device displays the bullet screen information associated with the played video frame in the target area in the non-full-screen playing page, where the setting operation is used to instruct to display the bullet screen information in the target area.
In particular implementations, the setting operation includes, but is not limited to, a slide up and down operation, a slide left and right operation, a long press operation, a double click operation. And when the terminal equipment detects the setting operation, moving bullet screen information displayed in the video area to the target area for display.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 14, the setting operation is a slide-down operation, playing a football game video in a video playing area of a non-full-screen playing page, and displaying bullet screen information associated with the football game video in the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, and displaying a brief introduction of the football game in a target area of the non-full-screen playing page. And the user performs a sliding operation in a video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, and moves bullet screen information associated with football match videos to a target area of the non-full-screen playing page for display. The bullet screen information is moved through the user input setting operation, and the bullet screen information is moved from the video playing area to the non-video area for display, so that the bullet screen information is prevented from shielding video pictures on one hand, and the interactivity of a user is improved on the other hand.
Optionally, the video playing area in the non-full screen playing page displays the barrage information associated with the played video picture, and when the terminal device monitors the moving operation of the user, the barrage information associated with the played video picture is moved based on the moving operation.
In specific implementation, when a user presses and drags the barrage information associated with a played video picture for a long time in a video playing area in a non-full screen playing page, the terminal device responds to the long press and drag operation of the user and moves the barrage information associated with the played video picture. When the user stops the drag operation, the terminal device displays bullet screen information associated with the played video picture at a position where the user stops the drag operation. The position where the user stops the drag operation may be a video playing area in the non-full-screen playing page, at which time bullet screen information associated with the played video picture is displayed in the video playing area in the non-full-screen playing page; the position where the user stops the drag operation may also be a target area, where the target area is an area other than the video playing area in the non-full-screen playing page, and at this time, bullet screen information associated with the played video picture is displayed in the target area. The position where the user stops the drag operation may also be the junction between the video playing area and the target area in the non-full-screen playing page, where the bullet screen information associated with the played video picture is displayed at the junction between the video playing area and the target area. It should be noted that, the position where the user stops the drag operation is not limited to the above three positions, but may be other positions, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
Illustratively, playing football game video in a video playing area of a non-full-screen playing page, displaying bullet screen information associated with the football game video in the video playing area of the non-full-screen playing page, and displaying a brief introduction of the football game in a target area of the non-full-screen playing page is set, as shown in fig. 13.
And when the position where the user stops the dragging operation is the video playing area, displaying the barrage information associated with the football game video in the video playing area, as shown in fig. 15. When the position where the user stops the drag operation is the junction between the video playing area and the target area, the barrage information associated with the football game video is displayed at the junction between the video playing area and the target area, as shown in fig. 16. When the position where the user stops the drag operation is the target area, bullet screen information associated with the football game video is displayed in the target area, as shown in fig. 17.
Based on the above embodiment, the user may select a part of the barrage information from the barrage information displayed in the video playing area in the non-full-screen playing page, and then drag the selected part of the barrage information, and the terminal device moves the selected part of the barrage information in response to the selection and drag operation of the user.
