if networking is available, sending a communication record acquisition request to a server, wherein the request comprises an account number, a communication window number, a communication record number and a preset range. And the server receives the communication record acquisition request, acquires all communication records which correspond to the communication window number under the account number and are within a preset range from top to bottom of the communication record number, and then returns the communication records to the client for display.
And if the network connection is impossible, returning information that the network connection is impossible to prompt the user.
The reason why the locally stored information is obtained first is that the client updates the communication information with the account number of the server in the recent period in real time in the running process, and the locally stored communication information in the recent period is consistent with the server.
And after obtaining the communication record and the context, the client jumps to the communication window page of the communication window number and displays the corresponding communication record and the context of the communication window number selected by clicking of the user.
In the method provided by the embodiment, the client acquires the communication record and the context instruction corresponding to the annotation triggered by the current user, and acquires and displays the communication record and the context content of the local or server according to the communication window number and the communication record number and the state of whether the client is connected to the network.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can quickly inquire the corresponding communication record by establishing the annotating mode for the communication record, thereby improving the working efficiency of personnel and making corresponding contribution to the office platform to seize the market through the characteristic function.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of main modules of a communication record processing apparatus 700 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including:
the adding module 701 is used for responding to an annotation adding operation of a user on a communication record in a current communication window, adding an annotation frame for the communication record, and receiving annotation content input by the user in the annotation frame;
a saving module 702, configured to obtain an account number of the user, a number of the current communication window, a number of the communication record, and annotation time, generate annotation basic information by combining the annotation content, and send the annotation basic information to the local client and the server for saving;
the query module 703 is configured to, in response to an annotation acquisition instruction triggered by a user, acquire and display annotation information corresponding to the account number from a client locally or a server; the annotation information comprises annotation basic information, a communication window name and a communication record corresponding to the communication record number.
In the implementation apparatus of the present invention, the adding module 701 is configured to:
dividing each communication record in the current communication window into an independent area by using an area dividing line;
and responding to the click operation of the user on a position in the current communication window, determining an area where the click position is located, so as to obtain the communication record located in the area, and adding an annotation frame for the communication record.
In the device for implementing the present invention, the query module 703 is configured to:
responding to an annotation obtaining operation triggered by a user in a communication window, obtaining an account number of the user and a number of the communication window, and generating an annotation obtaining instruction by combining a keyword input by the user;
when the key word is empty and the communication window number is empty, acquiring all annotation information under the account number from the local client or the server; or
When the key words are not empty and the communication window numbers are empty, acquiring all annotation information which accords with the key words under the account number from a local client or a server; or
When the key word is empty and the communication window number is not empty, acquiring all annotation information of the account number in the communication window number from a client local or a server; or
And when the key word is not empty and the communication window number is not empty, acquiring all annotation information, which is in accordance with the key word and is of the account number in the communication window number, from a local client or a service place.
In the device for implementing the present invention, the query module 703 is configured to:
detecting whether the client is networked, if so, sending an annotation acquisition request corresponding to the annotation acquisition instruction to the server so as to receive and display annotation information returned by the server;
and if the comment information fed back by the server side is not received within the preset time or the client side is not networked, sending the comment acquisition request to the local part of the client side, and displaying the locally inquired comment information.
The device further includes a server query module 703, configured to:
the server receives the annotation acquisition request transmitted by the client, and acquires annotation basic information corresponding to the account number, the communication window number and the key word in the annotation acquisition request;
acquiring a communication window name and a communication record according to the communication window number and the communication record number in each annotation basic information;
and generating annotation information and returning the annotation information to the client based on the acquired annotation basic information, the communication window name and the communication record corresponding to each piece of annotation basic information.
The apparatus for implementing the present invention further includes a context query module 704 (not shown in the figure) configured to:
responding to the selection operation of a user on one piece of annotation information, and acquiring a communication window number and a communication record number in the one piece of annotation information;
and acquiring and displaying a context communication record which corresponds to the account number and the communication window number and is within a preset range from top to bottom of the communication record number.
In the device for implementing the present invention, the context query module 704 is configured to:
locally acquiring and displaying a context communication record which corresponds to the account number and the communication window number and is within a preset range from top to bottom of the communication record number from a client; or
And when the local query is not available at the client, generating a communication record acquisition request and transmitting the communication record acquisition request to the server based on the account number, the communication window number, the communication record number and the upper and lower preset ranges so as to receive and display the context communication record returned by the server.
In the apparatus for implementing the present invention, the context query module 704 is further configured to:
and detecting whether the client is networked, if so, transmitting the communication record acquisition request to the server, and otherwise, returning information incapable of being networked.
In addition, the detailed implementation of the device in the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail in the above method, so that the repeated description is not repeated here.
FIG. 8 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 800 to which embodiments of the invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 8, a system architecture 800 may include terminal devices 801, 802, 803, a network 804 and a server 805 (by way of example only). The network 804 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 and the server 805. Network 804 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 to interact with a server 805 over a network 804 to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications may be installed on the terminal devices 801, 802, 803.
The terminal devices 801, 802, 803 may be various electronic devices having display screens and supporting web browsing, and the server 805 may be a server providing various services.
It should be noted that the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 805, and accordingly, the apparatus is generally disposed in the server 805.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 8 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 9, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 900 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 9 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the computer system 900 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)901 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)902 or a program loaded from a storage section 908 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 903. In the RAM 903, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 900 are also stored. The CPU 901, ROM 902, and RAM 903 are connected to each other via a bus 904. An input/output (I/O) interface 905 is also connected to bus 904.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 905: an input portion 906 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 907 including components such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 908 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 909 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 909 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 910 is also connected to the I/O interface 905 as necessary. A removable medium 911 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 910 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 908 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 909, and/or installed from the removable medium 911. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are executed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 901.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor comprises an adding module, a saving module and a query module. Where the names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the module itself, for example, a save module may also be described as a "save annotation module".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise:
responding to the annotation adding operation of a user on a communication record in a current communication window, adding an annotation frame for the communication record, and receiving annotation content input by the user in the annotation frame;
acquiring an account number of a user, the number of the current communication window, the number of the communication record and annotation time, generating annotation basic information by combining the annotation content, and sending the annotation basic information to a local client and a server for storage;
responding to an annotation acquisition instruction triggered by a user, acquiring and displaying annotation information corresponding to the account number from a local client or a server; the annotation information comprises annotation basic information, a communication window name and a communication record corresponding to the communication record number.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding communication records and the context can be quickly inquired by establishing the annotating mode for the communication records, so that the working efficiency of personnel is improved, and corresponding contribution is made to the office platform to seize the market through the characteristic function.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A communication record processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to the annotation adding operation of a user on a communication record in a current communication window, adding an annotation frame for the communication record, and receiving annotation content input by the user in the annotation frame;
acquiring an account number of a user, the number of the current communication window, the number of the communication record and annotation time, generating annotation basic information by combining the annotation content, and sending the annotation basic information to a local client and a server for storage;
responding to an annotation acquisition instruction triggered by a user, acquiring and displaying annotation information corresponding to the account number from a local client or a server; the annotation information comprises annotation basic information, a communication window name and a communication record corresponding to the communication record number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein adding an annotation frame to a communication record in the current communication window in response to a user operation of adding an annotation to the communication record comprises:
dividing each communication record in the current communication window into an independent area by using an area dividing line;
and responding to the click operation of the user on a position in the current communication window, determining an area where the click position is located, so as to obtain the communication record located in the area, and adding an annotation frame for the communication record.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining and displaying of the annotation information corresponding to the account number from a client local or a server in response to an annotation obtaining instruction triggered by a user comprises:
responding to an annotation obtaining operation triggered by a user in a communication window, obtaining an account number of the user and a number of the communication window, and generating an annotation obtaining instruction by combining a keyword input by the user;
when the key word is empty and the communication window number is empty, acquiring all annotation information under the account number from the local client or the server; or
When the key words are not empty and the communication window numbers are empty, acquiring all annotation information which accords with the key words under the account number from a local client or a server; or
When the key word is empty and the communication window number is not empty, acquiring all annotation information of the account number in the communication window number from a client local or a server; or
And when the key word is not empty and the communication window number is not empty, acquiring all annotation information, which is in accordance with the key word and is of the account number in the communication window number, from a local client or a service place.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining and displaying the annotation information corresponding to the account number from the client side or the server side comprises:
detecting whether the client is networked, if so, sending an annotation acquisition request corresponding to the annotation acquisition instruction to the server so as to receive and display annotation information returned by the server;
and if the comment information fed back by the server side is not received within the preset time or the client side is not networked, sending the comment acquisition request to the local part of the client side, and displaying the locally inquired comment information.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
the server receives the annotation acquisition request transmitted by the client, and acquires annotation basic information corresponding to the account number, the communication window number and the key word in the annotation acquisition request;
acquiring a communication window name and a communication record according to the communication window number and the communication record number in each annotation basic information;
and generating annotation information and returning the annotation information to the client based on the acquired annotation basic information, the communication window name and the communication record corresponding to each piece of annotation basic information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the obtaining and displaying of the annotation information corresponding to the account number from the client side or the server side, the method further comprises:
responding to the selection operation of a user on one piece of annotation information, and acquiring a communication window number and a communication record number in the one piece of annotation information;
and acquiring and displaying a context communication record which corresponds to the account number and the communication window number and is within a preset range from top to bottom of the communication record number.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining and displaying the contextual communication record corresponding to the account number and the communication window number and within a preset range from top to bottom of the communication record number comprises:
locally acquiring and displaying a context communication record which corresponds to the account number and the communication window number and is within a preset range from top to bottom of the communication record number from a client; or
And when the local query is not available at the client, generating a communication record acquisition request and transmitting the communication record acquisition request to the server based on the account number, the communication window number, the communication record number and the upper and lower preset ranges so as to receive and display the context communication record returned by the server.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the generating a communication record acquisition request and transmitting the communication record acquisition request to a server based on the account number, the communication window number, the communication record number, and the upper and lower preset ranges further comprises:
and detecting whether the client is networked, if so, transmitting the communication record acquisition request to the server, and otherwise, returning information incapable of being networked.
9. A communication record processing apparatus, comprising:
the adding module is used for responding to the annotating adding operation of a user on a communication record in the current communication window, adding an annotating frame for the communication record and receiving the annotating content input by the user in the annotating frame;
the storage module is used for acquiring the account number of the user, the number of the current communication window, the number of the communication record and the annotation time, generating annotation basic information by combining the annotation content, and sending the annotation basic information to the local client side and the server side for storage;
the query module is used for responding to an annotation acquisition instruction triggered by a user, acquiring and displaying annotation information corresponding to the account number from a client side locally or a server side; the annotation information comprises annotation basic information, a communication window name and a communication record corresponding to the communication record number.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
11. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
