Abstract
The invention provides a method and a system for controlling preferential plan by overall calculation, which relate to the technical field of convergence service support in the telecommunication industry and comprise the following steps: defining different preferential rules and preferential rule execution conditions; creating an integration group, and forming a preference instance record according to one or more preference rules and preference rule execution conditions associated with the group package; a user joins a fusion group to form a group membership record; when preferential charging is carried out on the group members, preferential rules which the group members accord with are obtained by sequentially inquiring the group member relationship records and the preferential instance records; and judging whether the group member accords with the preferential rule execution condition, and if so, performing preferential charging on the group member according to the preferential rule. The invention enables the creation of the fusion group to directly form the preferential instance record according to the preferential rule associated with the group package by defining the preferential rule and the preferential rule execution condition, and performs preferential charging in combination with the preferential rule matched with the group members after normal charging is only required when calculating the group member cost.
