Description

Data processing method, device, related equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless technologies, and in particular, to a data processing method, an apparatus, a related device, and a storage medium.
Background
In the fifth generation mobile communication system, Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) technology may be used for more reliable transmission of data, but when the HARQ technology is used for data transmission, a problem of low transmission efficiency may occur. For example, for the retransmission mechanism of HARQ, when the transmitting device retransmits the data packet using the HARQ technique, if the transmission number is equal to the maximum transmission number and the transmission fails, the data packet with the transmission failure is discarded, and thus the receiving device cannot receive the data packet. In addition, if the number of transmissions is less than the maximum number of transmissions, the receiving device may not successfully receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device or a new data packet subsequently transmitted. Therefore, it is desirable to find a technical solution capable of improving the success rate of transmitting data packets.

Detailed Description
Before the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention is introduced, a description is given of a related art.
In the related art, in the fifth generation mobile communication system, the transmitting device may transmit the data packet to the receiving device, and the number of transmission times may be more than one. In practical application, when a sending device sends a data packet to a receiving device and the sending fails, an Automatic Repeat request (ARQ) technique may be used, where ARQ is one of basic functions of a Radio Link Control (RLC) layer, and specifically, ARQ functions as: and supporting the AM RLC, and realizing retransmission of the RLC PDU, namely, after the RLC PDU fails to be sent, establishing a new MAC PDU according to the instruction of the MAC layer and sending the new MAC PDU to the MAC layer for retransmission. However, in the case of poor channel quality, the ARQ technique cannot protect the transmitted data packet to suppress interference, and therefore, the HARQ technique may be used to more reliably transmit data, but when the HARQ technique is used to transmit data, the transmission efficiency may be low. For example, for the retransmission mechanism of HARQ, when the transmitting device retransmits the data packet using the HARQ technology, if the transmission number is equal to the maximum transmission number and the transmission fails and fails, the data packet with the transmission failure is discarded, and thus the receiving device cannot receive the data packet. In addition, if the number of transmissions is less than the maximum number of transmissions, the receiving device may not successfully receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device or a new data packet subsequently transmitted, even if the transmission channel is poor. Therefore, it is desirable to find a technical solution capable of improving the success rate of transmitting data packets.
Based on this, in various embodiments of the present invention, when the first HARQ entity of the transmitting apparatus performs a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting apparatus performs the reset operation on at least one of: a first HARQ process corresponding to a data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity and data in the data packet; and the sending equipment sends the data packet to receiving equipment.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The embodiment of the invention provides a data processing method, which is applied to sending equipment; as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: when the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs the reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs the reset operation on at least one of the following: a first HARQ process corresponding to a data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity and data in the data packet;
step 102: and the sending equipment sends the data packet to receiving equipment.
Here, in step 101, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may be configured by a plurality of HARQ processes, each of which may be configured to transmit one Transport Block (TB); one TB may refer to the packet composed of MAC PDUs.
Here, in step 101, in actual application, the first HARQ entity may perform a reset operation if the number of transmissions of the data packet by the first HARQ entity is equal to the maximum number of transmissions and the transmission fails; or, the first HARQ entity may perform a reset operation on the condition that the number of transmissions of the data packet by the first HARQ entity is less than the maximum number of transmissions; alternatively, the first HARQ entity may perform a reset operation if the number of transmissions of the data packet by the first HARQ entity is less than the maximum number of transmissions and the channel quality is lower than a channel quality threshold. The first HARQ entity executes a reset operation, and can perform sending related processing on the content of the data packet transmitted by at least one HARQ process.
Here, in step 102, after the first HARQ entity performs a reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity and the data in the data packet, a new data transmission process can be started for the data packet. Specifically, for a data packet whose transmission times are equal to the maximum transmission times and which has failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity performs a reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as newly transmitted data, and a new round of data transmission process is started; and aiming at the data packet with the sending times smaller than the maximum sending times, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new data sending process is started.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the sending equipment is network equipment, the receiving equipment is a terminal; and when the sending equipment is a terminal, the receiving equipment is network equipment.
First, the following description will take a transmitting device as a network device and a receiving device as a terminal as an example.
In practical application, the process of performing the reset operation by the first HARQ entity of the sending device specifically includes the following several cases:
in case 1, the transmitting apparatus may maintain a plurality of HARQ entities, each HARQ entity may be formed by a plurality of HARQ processes, and thus, when the first HARQ entity has a new function for resetting, it may attempt to replace the HARQ entity so as to retransmit a data packet using a HARQ process of another HARQ entity, so as to improve a transmission success rate of the data packet.
In case 2, since the first HARQ entity may be composed of a plurality of HARQ processes, each HARQ process may be configured with different parameters, when the first HARQ entity has a new reconfiguration function, the first HARQ process may be reconfigured in an attempt to retransmit the packet by using the reconfigured first HARQ process, so as to improve a transmission success rate of the packet.
Case 3, since the data packet may be composed of MAC PDU; the MAC PDU is composed of fields such as a MAC header, a MAC SDU, a MAC Control Element (CE), padding, and the like, and thus, when the first HARQ entity has a function of resetting a new function, it may try to reconstruct a data packet and retransmit the data packet after reconstruction, so as to improve a transmission success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the sending device is a network device; the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs a reset operation on at least one of:
a first HARQ entity of the sending equipment selects a second HARQ entity except the first HARQ entity from at least two HARQ entities, and sends the data packet to a second HARQ process of the second HARQ entity;
a first HARQ entity of the sending equipment resets the relevant parameters of the first HARQ process;
the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment analyzes the data packet to obtain MAC SDU; and the MAC SDU is established to obtain the established MAC PDU.
Here, the resetting of the related parameter of the first HARQ process by the first HARQ entity of the sending device may mean that other parameters except a process identifier in HARQ information corresponding to the first HARQ process by the first HARQ entity of the sending device are set as initial values. Other parameters may be: new Data Indicator (NDI), Redundancy Version (RV), Modulation and Coding Scheme (MCS); the NDI is used to indicate whether the scheduled data is newly transmitted or retransmitted, the RV is used to indicate a redundancy version used for transmission, and the MCS is used to indicate a modulation and decoding scheme used for transmission.
Here, the parsing of the data packet by the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may mean that the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device removes invalid contents in the data packet, such as MAC CE, padding, and the like, to obtain MAC SDU, which is valid data, and constructs a new MAC PDU using the MAC SDU.
It should be noted that, here, the first HARQ entity of the sending device has a reset function and a data forwarding function. Wherein, the reset function may refer to: the first HARQ entity can select the HARQ process of a new HARQ entity; or, the relevant parameters of the first HARQ process may be reset; alternatively, the data packet may be reconstructed. The data forwarding function may refer to: the first HARQ entity may send the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process to the HARQ process of the selected new HARQ entity.
In practical application, when the first HARQ entity of the sending device has a new resetting function, and after the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs a resetting operation, that is, a reset operation, Adaptive Modulation and Coding (AMC) parameter may be reset, and a new air interface resource, such as PRB, is selected again, so as to restart a new data sending process. The method comprises the following steps that the sending equipment starts a new data sending process, and specifically comprises the following conditions:
in case 1, after the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs a reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new data transmission process may be started using a new PRB.
In case 2, after the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs a reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new physical layer link may be used to start a new data sending process.
In case 3, after the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs a reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new data transmission process may be started by using a new carrier.
In case 4, after the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs a reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new data transmission process may be started using a new physical channel.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the manner in which the sending device sends the data packet to the receiving device includes one of the following:
executing a first operation by using a second PRB different from the first PRB corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to receiving equipment; the first operation includes one of: newly transmitting and retransmitting;
executing a first operation by using a second physical layer transmission link different from a first physical layer transmission link corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: newly transmitting and retransmitting;
executing a first operation by using a second carrier different from the first carrier corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: newly transmitting and retransmitting;
executing a first operation by using a second physical channel different from a first physical channel corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: and newly transmitting and retransmitting.
Here, for a data packet whose transmission number is equal to the maximum transmission number and whose transmission has failed, after the first HARQ entity performs a reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as newly transmitted data, and new transmission is performed by using the reselected air interface resource, so as to transmit the newly transmitted data to the receiving device.
And aiming at the data packet with the sending times smaller than the maximum sending times, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and new transmission is executed by utilizing the reselected air interface resource so as to send the new transmission data to the receiving equipment.
Here, the packet on which the first operation is performed is scheduled to have a higher priority than the packet on which the first operation is not performed; the data packet not performing the first operation may refer to a newly transmitted data packet or a retransmitted data packet not performing the first operation.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2a, the sending device is a network device, and the receiving device is a terminal; a process for a sending device to perform a first operation is described, comprising:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a network device performs a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the network device selects a second HARQ entity except the first HARQ entity from at least two HARQ entities, and takes the second HARQ process of the second HARQ entity as a HARQ process for performing the first operation.
Step 2: a first HARQ entity of the network equipment sends a data packet transmitted by a first HARQ process to a second HARQ entity;
and step 3: and the second HARQ entity of the network equipment takes the data packet as a data packet for executing the first operation and executes the first operation by utilizing the second HARQ process.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the network device is capable of performing a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the network device may be able to select a new HARQ process of the new HARQ entity, i.e. the first HARQ entity of the network device may implement a reset function for the transmitted data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the network device executes the reset function, for a data packet whose transmission times are equal to the maximum transmission times and which has failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the data in the data packet and the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet, the data packet is used as newly transmitted data, and a new round of data transmission process is started; aiming at a data packet with the sending times smaller than the maximum sending times, after the first HARQ entity executes a reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new round of data sending process is started.
In an example, as shown in fig. 2b, the sending device is a network device, and the receiving device is a terminal; a process for a sending device to perform a first operation is described, comprising:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of network equipment executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the network equipment resets relevant parameters of the first HARQ process; and taking the reset first HARQ process as the HARQ process for executing the first operation.
Step 2: a first HARQ entity of the network equipment takes the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process as a data packet for executing a first operation; and executing a first operation by using the reset first HARQ process.
Here, the network device may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the terminal by using the reset first HARQ process. The air interface resource comprises one of the following: PRB, physical layer transmission link, carrier wave and physical channel.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the network device is capable of performing a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the sending device may perform parameter resetting on the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity, that is, the first HARQ entity of the sending device may implement a function of resetting the sent data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the sending device executes the reset function, for a data packet whose sending times are equal to the maximum sending times and which is failed to be sent, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the data in the data packet and the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet, the data packet is used as newly-transmitted data, and a new round of data sending process is started; aiming at a data packet with the sending times smaller than the maximum sending times, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as the retransmission data, and a new round of data sending process is started.
In an example, as shown in fig. 2c, the sending device is a network device, and the receiving device is a terminal; a process for a sending device to perform a first operation is described, comprising:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of the network equipment executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the network equipment analyzes the data packet to obtain MAC SDU; and the MAC SDU is established to obtain the established MAC PDU.
Step 2: a first HARQ entity of the network equipment takes the constructed MAC PDU as a data packet for executing a first operation; and executing a first operation using the first HARQ process.
Here, the network device may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the terminal by using the first HARQ process.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the network device is capable of performing a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the sending device may be capable of reconstructing the data packet with failed transmission, that is, the first HARQ entity of the sending device may implement a reset function for sending data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the sending device executes the reset function, for a data packet whose sending times are equal to the maximum sending times and which is failed to be sent, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the data in the data packet and the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet, the data packet is used as newly-transmitted data, and a new round of data sending process is started; aiming at a data packet with the sending times smaller than the maximum sending times, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new round of data sending process is started.
In practical application, after the sending device executes the first operation and sends the data packet to the receiving device, the receiving device may be further informed to synchronously execute a reset function so as to receive the data packet sent by the sending device executing the first operation.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the method further comprises:
sending a notification message to the receiving device;
the notification message is used to instruct the sending device to perform a first operation using a second air interface resource different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructing the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device.
For example, the sending device may use Downlink Control Information (DCI))The information sends the notification message to the receiving equipment; the DCI information comprises a first identifier; when the first identifier is set to be valid, the first identifier may be used to instruct the sending device to perform a first operation using a second air interface resource different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructing the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device. Wherein the sending device may set the first flag to be valid after performing a reset operation.
For another example, the sending device may also send the notification message to the receiving device through HARQ information; the HARQ information comprises NDI; when the NDI is used to indicate that the scheduled data is newly transmitted data, the NDI may be used to indicate that the sending device performs a first operation using a second air interface resource different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructing the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device. The sending device may set, when performing the transmission-related processing on the content of the data packet and performing the first operation, a value of the NDI to a value opposite to a value of the NDI before performing the reset operation, for example, set from 0 to 1.
For another example, the sending device may also send the notification message to the receiving device through HARQ information; the HARQ information comprises RV; when the value of the RV is a new value k, the RV may be configured to indicate that scheduling data is newly transmitted data, and the NDI may be configured to indicate that the sending device performs a first operation using a second air interface resource different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructing the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device.
In practical application, when the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs the reset operation, the sending device may determine whether the reset operation needs to be performed, and after determining that the reset operation is performed, the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs sending related processing on the content of the data packet, so as to improve the sending success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the sending device is a network device; before the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs the reset operation, the method further includes one of:
when the sending times of the first HARQ process to the data packet are equal to the maximum sending times, the sending is failed and the sending is failed, the sending equipment executes the resetting operation;
and when the sending times of the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity to the data packet is less than the maximum sending times, the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment executes the resetting operation.
For example, it is assumed that N represents the maximum number of transmissions in one transmission period, and if N is 4, the 1 st transmission is referred to as initial transmission, and the 2 nd transmission, the 3 rd transmission, and the 4 th transmission are referred to as retransmission. And when the number of times of sending the data packet by the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment is equal to N and the sending is failed, the sending equipment executes resetting operation.
For another example, assuming that The information quality is represented by a block error rate (BLER), when The number of times of sending The data packet by The first HARQ process is less than N and The obtained BLER is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, The sending device executes a reset operation; and when the obtained BLER is smaller than a preset threshold, the sending equipment continues to retransmit the data packet by using the first HARQ process.
Second, a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below by taking a transmitting device as a terminal and a receiving device as a network device as an example.
In practical application, the process of performing the reset operation by the first HARQ entity of the sending device specifically includes the following several cases:
in case 1, the transmitting device may maintain one HARQ entity, which may be formed by a plurality of HARQ processes, and thus, when the first HARQ entity has a new resetting function, it may attempt to replace the HARQ process so as to retransmit a data packet using another HARQ process, so as to improve a success rate of transmitting the data packet.
In case 2, since the first HARQ entity may be composed of a plurality of HARQ processes, each HARQ process may be configured with different parameters, when the first HARQ entity has a new function, it may attempt to change the configuration of the first HARQ process, so as to retransmit the packet using the reconfigured first HARQ process, so as to improve the success rate of transmitting the packet.
Case 3, since the data packet may be composed of MAC PDU; the MAC PDU is composed of fields such as a MAC header, a MAC SDU, a MAC CE, padding, and the like, so that when the number of times of transmission of the data packet by the first HARQ process in the first HARQ entity is equal to the maximum number of times of transmission, and transmission fails and fails, reconstruction of the data packet with the transmission failure may be attempted, and retransmission is performed through the reconstructed data packet, so as to improve the success rate of transmission of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the sending device is a terminal; the method for the first HARQ entity of the sending device to perform the sending related processing on the content of the data packet includes one of the following:
the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment selects a third HARQ process except the first HARQ process from at least two HARQ processes;
a first HARQ entity of the sending equipment resets the relevant parameters of the first HARQ process;
the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment analyzes the data packet to obtain MAC SDU; and the MAC SDU is established to obtain the established MAC PDU.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting apparatus has a reset function. Wherein, the reset function may refer to: the first HARQ entity can select the HARQ process of a new HARQ entity; or, the relevant parameters of the first HARQ process that fails to retransmit the data packet may be reset; alternatively, the failed packet may be reconstructed.
In practical application, after the first HARQ entity of the sending device performs a reset operation, that is, a reset operation, a new air interface resource may be selected, and a new round of data sending process may be started again.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the manner in which the sending device sends the data packet to the receiving device includes one of the following:
executing a first operation by using a second PRB different from the first PRB corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to receiving equipment; the first operation includes one of: newly transmitting and retransmitting;
executing a first operation by using a second physical layer transmission link different from a first physical layer transmission link corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: newly transmitting and retransmitting;
executing a first operation by using a second carrier different from the first carrier corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: newly transmitting and retransmitting;
executing a first operation by using a second physical channel different from a first physical channel corresponding to the first HARQ process so as to send the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: and newly transmitting and retransmitting.
In one example, as shown in fig. 3a, the sending device is a terminal, and the receiving device is a network device; a process for a sending device to perform a first operation is described, comprising:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a terminal executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the terminal selects a third HARQ process except the first HARQ process from at least two HARQ processes, and the third HARQ process is used as the HARQ process executing the first operation.
Step 2: the terminal takes the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process as a data packet for executing the first operation; and performing a first operation using the third HARQ process.
Here, the terminal may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet performing the first operation to a network device by using the second HARQ process of the second HARQ entity.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the terminal is capable of performing a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the terminal may replace the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet that fails to be sent, that is, the first HARQ entity of the terminal may implement a function of resetting the sent data. In addition, after a first HARQ entity of the terminal executes a reset function, for a data packet whose transmission times are equal to the maximum transmission times and which has failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes a reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, taking the data packet as newly transmitted data, and starting a new round of data transmission process; aiming at a data packet with the sending times smaller than the maximum sending times, after the first HARQ entity executes a reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new round of data sending process is started.
In an example, as shown in fig. 3b, the sending device is a terminal, and the receiving device is a network device; a process for a sending device to perform a first operation is described, comprising:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a terminal executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the terminal resets relevant parameters of a first HARQ process; and taking the reset first HARQ process as the HARQ process for executing the first operation.
Step 2: the terminal takes the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process as a data packet for executing the first operation; and executing a first operation by using the reset first HARQ process.
Here, the terminal may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the network device by using the reset first HARQ process.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the terminal is capable of performing a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the terminal may reset the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity, that is, the first HARQ entity of the terminal may implement a reset function for sending data.
3c, the sending device is a terminal, and the receiving device is a network device; a process for a sending device to perform a first operation is described, comprising:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a terminal executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the terminal analyzes the data packet to obtain MAC SDU; and the MAC SDU is established to obtain the established MAC PDU.
Step 2: the terminal takes the constructed MAC PDU as a data packet for executing a first operation; and executing a first operation using the first HARQ process.
Here, the terminal may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the network device by using the first HARQ process.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the terminal is capable of performing a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the terminal may be capable of reconstructing the data packet that fails to be sent, that is, the first HARQ entity of the terminal may implement a function of resetting sent data. In addition, after a first HARQ entity of the terminal executes a reset function, for a data packet whose transmission times are equal to the maximum transmission times and which has failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes a reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, taking the data packet as newly transmitted data, and starting a new round of data transmission process; aiming at a data packet with the sending times smaller than the maximum sending times, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new round of data sending process is started.
In actual application, the sending equipment is a terminal, and the receiving equipment is network equipment; when the number of times of sending the data packet by the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity of the terminal is equal to the maximum number of times of sending, and the sending fails, the terminal may determine whether a reset operation needs to be performed according to the indication information of the network device, and when the reset operation is determined to be performed, the first HARQ entity of the terminal performs sending related processing on the content of the data packet with the sending failure, so as to improve the sending success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the sending device is a terminal; before the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation, the method further includes:
the sending equipment acquires first information; wherein the first information is used for instructing the sending equipment to execute a reset operation; the first information is sent to the sending equipment by the receiving equipment when the receiving equipment determines that the sending times of the first HARQ process to the data packet is equal to the maximum sending times and the sending is failed or the sending times is less than the maximum sending times; and the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment executes the resetting operation according to the first information.
Here, the sending device is a terminal, and the receiving device is a network device; the first information may refer to DCI information or HARQ information transmitted to the terminal by the network device.
In actual application, the sending equipment is a terminal, and the receiving equipment is network equipment; when the number of times of sending the data packet by the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity of the terminal is equal to the maximum number of times of sending, and the sending is failed, the terminal judges whether a reset operation needs to be executed, and after the reset operation is determined to be executed, a first request is sent to the network equipment to request the terminal to be allowed to execute the reset operation so as to carry out relevant sending processing on the content of the data packet, thereby improving the sending success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the sending device is a terminal; before the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation, the method further includes:
when the number of times of sending the data packet by a first HARQ process of a first HARQ entity of the sending equipment is equal to the maximum number of times of sending and the sending is failed, the sending equipment starts a timer;
if the sending equipment does not receive the confirmation message after the timer is overtime, the sending equipment sends a first request to receiving equipment; the first request is used for requesting the sending equipment to execute reset operation;
the sending equipment receives second information sent by the receiving equipment; the second information is used for indicating the sending equipment to execute reset operation;
and the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment executes the resetting operation according to the second information.
The sending equipment is a terminal, and the receiving equipment is network equipment; the transmitting device may transmit the first request to the receiving device through Uplink Control Information (UCI).
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment has the reset function, namely, the first HARQ entity can execute the reset operation on at least one of the following items: after the reset operation is executed, a new round of data sending process can be started for the data packet, the sending success rate of the data packet can be improved, and then the data transmission efficiency is improved.
Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a data processing method, which is applied to a receiving device, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401: the receiving equipment receives a data packet sent by the sending equipment;
wherein the data packet is transmitted after performing a reset operation on at least one of the following when a first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs a reset operation: a first HARQ process corresponding to a data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity, and data in the data packet.
Here, in step 401, after the receiving device receives the data packet sent by the sending device, if the data packet has no error, the receiving device may send an ACK message to the receiving device; if the data packet still has errors, the receiving device may feed back a NACK message to the receiving device to instruct the transmitting device to perform retransmission.
In practical application, after the sending device executes the first operation and sends the data packet to the receiving device, the receiving device may be further informed to synchronously execute a reset function so as to receive the data packet sent by the sending device executing the first operation.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the method further comprises:
the receiving equipment receives the notification message sent by the sending equipment; the notification message is used for instructing the receiving equipment to execute a reset operation;
and the receiving equipment executes reset operation according to the notification message.
Here, the manner in which the receiving apparatus performs the reset operation includes at least one of:
a third HARQ entity of the receiving equipment empties a receiving buffer of a fourth HARQ process; a data packet for executing first operation sending is stored in a receiving cache of the third HARQ process;
a third HARQ entity of the receiving equipment performs code combination on the received data packet and the data packet in the receiving cache of the fourth HARQ process;
and resetting the related parameters of the fourth HARQ process by a third HARQ entity of the receiving equipment.
Here, after receiving the data packet sent by the sending device, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may store the received data packet in a receiving buffer, such as a soft buffer, and obtain channel quality; when the acquired channel quality is less than the channel quality threshold, clearing the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process; when the obtained channel quality is greater than or equal to the channel quality threshold, carrying out code combination on the received data packet and the data packet in the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process;
here, the resetting of the related parameter of the fourth HARQ process by the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may mean that other parameters except a process identifier in HARQ information corresponding to the fourth HARQ process by the third HARQ entity of the receiving device are set as initial values. Other parameters may be: NDI, RV, MCS. By resetting the relevant parameters of the fourth HARQ process, it can be ensured that the air interface resources used by the receiving device when receiving data are the same as the air interface resources used by the sending device when sending data.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5a, a process for a receiving device to receive a data packet transmitted by a transmitting device executing a first operation is described, which includes:

Here, the third HARQ entity of the reception apparatus stores the received data packet in a reception buffer of the fourth HARQ process.
Step 2: a third HARQ entity of the receiving equipment acquires the channel quality; and when the acquired channel quality is less than the channel quality threshold, emptying the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process.
For example, assume the channel quality is BLER; and when the obtained BLER is greater than or equal to 50%, emptying the data packet which is stored in the receiving buffer of the third HARQ process and is sent by the sending equipment executing the first operation.
Here, the receiving device empties the receive buffer of the fourth HARQ process of the third HARQ entity, which has the following advantages:
the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may be capable of emptying the receive buffer of the fourth HARQ process, that is, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may implement a reset function for the received data. In addition, when the acquired channel quality is less than the channel quality threshold, the fourth HARQ of the receiving device clears the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process, which may reduce the overhead of the data buffer.
In an example, as shown in fig. 5b, a process for a receiving device to receive a data packet transmitted by a transmitting device executing a first operation is described, which includes:
step 1: and the receiving equipment receives the data packet sent by the sending equipment.
Here, the third HARQ entity of the receiving apparatus stores the received data packet in a reception buffer of the fourth HARQ process, and stores in a reception buffer of the fourth HARQ process of the third HARQ entity.
Step 2: a third HARQ entity of the receiving equipment acquires the channel quality; and when the acquired channel quality is greater than or equal to the channel quality threshold, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device performs code combination on the received data packet and the data packet in the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process.
Here, before the code combining, the received packet may be decoded.
Here, the receiving device performs the reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device performing the first operation, which has the following advantages:
the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may perform code combining on the received data packet and the data packet in the receive Buffer of the fourth HARQ process, that is, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may implement a function of resetting the received data, so that the receive Buffer of the fourth HARQ process, such as soft Buffer, has a new code combining fault-tolerant capability.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the receiving equipment can receive the data packet sent by the sending equipment; the first HARQ entity of the sending device is provided with a reset function, namely, the first HARQ entity can execute a reset operation on at least one of the following: after the reset operation is executed, a new data sending process can be started for the data packet, so that the sending success rate of the data packet can be improved, and the data transmission efficiency is further improved.
