step 2: sleeving the end cover (101) on the cable, and inserting one end of the cable, which needs to be butted, into the movable fixing device (4); assembling the movable fixing device (4) with the outer pipe (1) and fixing the end cover (101), wherein the movable fixing device (4) can slide along the axial direction of the outer pipe (1) and is limited by the end cover (101);
and step 3: butting wire cores of the cable with a wiring harness (301), and wrapping an insulating tape at the butting position;
and 4, step 4: the two outer pipes (1) are butted, and the connecting disc (2) is clamped and fixed through the outer pipes (1).
