In some embodiments of the invention, the user parameters may include a user population type, which may include elderly and younger people. The parsing the voice instruction to obtain the user parameter may include: and analyzing the voice command to acquire the voiceprint information of the user, and judging the user crowd type according to the voiceprint information of the user.
That is to say, as an embodiment, after the cloud server analyzes the voice instruction, the voiceprint information of the user can be acquired, and the user crowd type can be judged to be the old or the young according to the voiceprint information of the user, so that the work purpose of judging the user crowd type is achieved. In some embodiments of the present invention, the user parameter may further include a user location, and the user location may refer to a distance between the user and the voice air conditioner, wherein the user location may be obtained by receiving a voice instruction through a microphone array provided on the voice home appliance and performing sound source localization according to the microphone array.
It can be understood that, as an embodiment, after the microphone array receives the voice instruction, the microphone performs sound source localization according to the microphone array, the microphone can acquire the user position, thereby the distance between the user and the voice air conditioner can be judged, then the microphone transmits the user position information to the cloud server, then the cloud server fits the voice feedback result of the voice speed and/or the volume and/or the tone color suitable for the user to hear according to the user position, and controls the voice air conditioner to play the voice feedback result, and then the user can be ensured to hear the voice feedback result played by the voice air conditioner, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when receiving a voice instruction of a user, image information of the user may be collected, so as to determine a user crowd type according to the image information of the user and voiceprint information of the user. It should be noted that, can gather user's image information through the infrared camera on the voice air conditioner, and after gathering user's image information, the voice air conditioner can send user's image information to the high in the clouds server, so that the high in the clouds server judges user crowd type according to user's image information and user's vocal print information, so set up and can accurately judge that user crowd type is young or old person, can make the voice feedback result that the high in the clouds server fitting is more suitable for speech rate and/or volume and/or tone that the user heared, thereby can promote voice air conditioner's working property, and then can further promote user experience.

When the instruction parameter is query-class instruction information, for example: when the query type instruction information is similar to the weather query type problem, when the user crowd type is old people, the cloud server can acquire a voice feedback result with slow speech speed and high volume according to the query type instruction information, and therefore the old people can be guaranteed to clearly hear query information. When the instruction parameter is query-class instruction information, for example: when the query type instruction information is similar to the weather query type problem and the user crowd type is young, the cloud server can obtain a voice feedback result with a high speech speed according to the query type instruction information, so that the young can quickly obtain the query information.
Specifically, as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the above-mentioned interaction method of the voice air conditioner includes the following steps:

Therefore, the voice air conditioner interaction method provided by the embodiment of the invention can control the voice air conditioner to broadcast in a self-adaptive manner based on the information such as the instruction type, the user crowd type and the user position, fully meet the requirements of the user and improve the interaction experience.
It should be noted that, because the system described in the above embodiment of the present invention is a system adopted for implementing the method of the above embodiment of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can understand the specific structure and modification of the system based on the method described in the above embodiment of the present invention, and thus the detailed description is omitted here. According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, when the stored interaction program of the voice air conditioner is executed by the processor, the voice air conditioner can adaptively adjust the speed and/or volume of the played voice according to the actual application scene, for example, the speed and volume of the played voice can be automatically changed by the voice air conditioner according to different crowd types, so that the voice played by the voice air conditioner can be heard clearly by a user, the requirements of different crowd types on using the voice air conditioner are further met, good interaction between the voice air conditioner and the user is realized, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to implement the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides a computer device, including: the processor 1201 executes the interactive program to implement the interactive method of the voice air conditioner as described in the above embodiment.
According to the computer equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the processor executes the interaction program of the voice air conditioner stored in the memory, so that the voice air conditioner can adaptively adjust the speed and/or volume of the played voice according to the actual application scene, for example, the speed and volume of the played voice can be automatically changed according to different crowd types by the voice air conditioner, the voice played by the voice air conditioner can be heard clearly by a user, the requirements of different crowd types on using the voice air conditioner are further met, good interaction between the voice air conditioner and the user is realized, and the use experience of the user is improved.

Claims (12)

1. An interaction method of a voice household appliance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a voice instruction of a user;
analyzing the voice command to acquire user parameters and/or command parameters;
acquiring a voice feedback result according to the user parameter and/or the instruction parameter, wherein the voice feedback result comprises a speed and/or a volume;
and controlling the voice household appliance to play the voice feedback result according to the speed and/or volume of speech.
2. The interactive method for voice home appliances according to claim 1, wherein the user parameters include a user crowd type, and wherein parsing the voice command to obtain the user parameters comprises:
and analyzing the voice command to acquire the voiceprint information of the user, and judging the user crowd type according to the voiceprint information of the user.
3. The interaction method of a voice appliance according to claim 1, wherein the user parameter includes a user location, and wherein the voice instruction is received by a microphone array provided on the voice appliance, and a sound source is located according to the microphone array to obtain the user location.
4. The interaction method of voice home appliances according to claim 2, further comprising collecting image information of the user when receiving a voice command of the user, so as to determine the user crowd type according to the image information of the user and the voiceprint information of the user.
5. The interaction method of voice home appliances according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the command parameters include operation-class command information and query-class command information.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, on which an interaction program of a voice appliance is stored, the interaction program, when executed by a processor, implementing the interaction method of the voice appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and an interactive program of a voice appliance stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the interactive program to implement the interactive method of the voice appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. An interactive system of voice home appliances, which is characterized by comprising a voice home appliance and a cloud server, wherein the voice home appliance is communicated with the cloud server,
the voice household appliance is used for receiving a voice instruction of a user and sending the voice instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for analyzing the voice instruction to obtain a user parameter and/or an instruction parameter, and obtaining a voice feedback result according to the user parameter and/or the instruction parameter, wherein the voice feedback result comprises a speed and/or a volume;
the cloud server is further used for feeding back the voice feedback result to the voice household appliance so as to control the voice household appliance to play the voice feedback result according to the speed and/or volume of speech.

The interactive system for voice home appliances according to claim 8, wherein the user parameters include a user crowd type, and wherein the cloud server is further configured to parse the voice command to obtain voiceprint information of the user, and determine the user crowd type according to the voiceprint information of the user.

The interactive system of a voice appliance according to claim 8, wherein the user parameter comprises a user location, and wherein the voice command is received by a microphone array disposed on the voice appliance, and a sound source is located according to the microphone array to obtain the user location.
11. The interactive system for voice home appliances according to claim 9, wherein the voice home appliance further collects image information of the user when receiving a voice instruction of the user, and sends the image information of the user to the cloud server, so that the cloud server can determine the user crowd type according to the image information of the user and the voiceprint information of the user.
12. The interactive system of voice appliances according to any one of claims 8 to 11, wherein the command parameters include operation-class command information and query-class command information.
