Abstract
The application discloses a payroll data calculation method, a system, a corresponding computer device and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: taking any calculation pay item from the first set as a current calculation pay item and analyzing a base pay item and/or a calculation pay item to which the current calculation pay item relates; determining whether a base payroll and/or a calculation payroll to which a current calculation payroll relates is in the second set; setting a current sequence number for the calculation sequence of the current calculation payroll and moving the current calculation payroll into the second set in response to all basic payroll and/or calculation payroll related to the current calculation payroll being in the second set; determining whether the first set has additional computing payroll items; in response to the first set no longer including any computing payroll items, data for respective computing payroll items is computed in respective computing orders for all computing payroll items in the second set. The invention can quickly and accurately calculate the data of each payroll item.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of electrical digital data processing, and in particular, to a method and system for calculating payroll data, and a corresponding computer device and storage medium.
Background
Payroll data is the basis for the payroll distribution, and the minimum data unit is a payroll item (also called payroll item). Some payroll items are basic payroll items, whose data is independent of other payroll items and typically requires manual entry monthly. Some payroll items are calculation payroll items whose data is calculated from other underlying payroll items and/or other calculation payroll items by the relevant rules. Because reference relations exist among payroll items needing to be calculated, calculation results are prone to be inaccurate or even impossible to calculate due to improper reference. In addition, due to the change of statistical purposes and rules, the calculation payroll item often needs to be changed along with the change of the statistical purposes and the rules, and the problem that the calculation result is inaccurate or even cannot be calculated due to the wrong setting of the calculation formula of the calculation payroll item is also easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a payroll data calculation method which can quickly and accurately calculate the data of each payroll item. The invention also provides a payroll data calculation system, computer equipment and a storage medium for realizing the payroll data calculation method.
In a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a payroll data calculation method comprising:
taking any calculation pay item from a first set as a current calculation pay item and analyzing a basic pay item and/or a calculation pay item related to the current calculation pay item, wherein the first set is a set of calculation pay items, the second set is a set of basic pay items, the basic pay item refers to a pay item the data of which is independent of other pay items, the calculation pay item refers to a pay item the data of which is dependent on other pay items, and the other pay items comprise other basic pay items and/or other calculation pay items;
determining whether all underlying payroll items and/or computing payroll items to which a current computing payroll item relates are in the second set;
setting a current sequence number for the calculation sequence of the current calculation payroll and moving the current calculation payroll into the second set in response to all basic payroll and/or calculation payroll related to the current calculation payroll being in the second set;
determining whether the first set has additional computing payroll items;
in response to the first set no longer including any computing payroll items, data for respective computing payroll items is computed in respective computing orders for all computing payroll items in the second set.
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a payroll data computing system comprising:
the system comprises an analysis module, a calculation module and a calculation module, wherein the analysis module is used for taking any calculation pay item from a first set as a current calculation pay item and analyzing a basic pay item and/or a calculation pay item related to the current calculation pay item, the first set is a set of calculation pay items, the second set is a set of basic pay items, the basic pay item refers to a pay item of which data is independent of other pay items, the calculation pay item refers to a pay item of which data is dependent on other pay items, and the other pay items comprise other basic pay items and/or other calculation pay items;
a first determination module to determine whether all base payroll items and/or calculation payroll items to which a current calculation payroll item relates are in the second set;
a setting module, configured to set a current sequence number for a calculation order of a current calculation payroll item and move the current calculation payroll item into the second set in response to that all basic payroll items and/or calculation payroll items related to the current calculation payroll item are/is in the second set;
a second determination module to determine whether the first set further comprises computing payroll items;
a calculation module for calculating data of respective calculation payroll items in respective calculation orders of all calculation payroll items in the second set in response to the first set no longer including any calculation payroll items.
In a third aspect of the invention, a computer device is provided, comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method according to the first aspect of the invention or implements the functions of the system according to the second aspect of the invention.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method according to the first aspect of the present invention or performs the functions of the system according to the second aspect of the present invention.
According to the method, payroll items are grouped into two sets, namely all calculation payroll items are grouped into a first set, all basic payroll items are grouped into a second set, then calculation payroll items in the first set are taken to be analyzed, whether other payroll item data referenced by the calculation payroll items are ready or not is determined, if the calculation payroll items are ready, calculation sequence of the calculation payroll items is set to be current sequence, the calculation payroll items are moved to the second set, and so on, payroll items in the second set are gradually increased along with the progress of the sorting process, payroll items in the first set are gradually reduced along with the progress of the sorting process until no payroll items exist in the first set, and then data of corresponding calculation payroll items are respectively calculated according to corresponding calculation sequence of all calculation payroll items in the second set. The calculation is performed based on the ordered sequence of calculation payroll items, and the base item on which each calculation payroll item depends and/or the calculation item have correctly calculated the result before the calculation of the calculation payroll item, thereby ensuring that the calculation result is correct.

Detailed Description
Embodiments and examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The scope of applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description given hereinafter. It should be understood, however, that the detailed description and the specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration only.
For payroll items, payroll items are divided into basic payroll items and calculation payroll items according to the interrelations between payroll items, wherein basic payroll items refer to payroll items whose data is independent of other payroll items, and calculation payroll items refer to payroll items whose data is dependent on other basic payroll items and/or other calculation payroll items. That is, the data for calculating payroll is calculated according to the corresponding calculation formula based on other underlying payroll and/or other data for calculating payroll. Typically, the payroll number involved in a unit of payroll system does not exceed 200, with the base payroll accounting for around 50%. The data for the underlying payroll items is typically entered manually. All computing payroll items are grouped into a first set and all base payroll items are grouped into a second set.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of a payroll data calculation method according to the present invention.
In step S102, any calculation payroll item is taken from the first set as a current calculation payroll item and a calculation formula corresponding to the current calculation payroll item is used to analyze which basic payroll items and/or calculation payroll items the current calculation payroll item relates to. In other embodiments, the calculation pay items may also be taken in order according to the coding order of the calculation pay items in the first set, and then the base pay items and/or the calculation pay items involved may be analyzed according to the calculation formula corresponding to the calculation pay items. And performing a loop on all the calculation pay items in the first set, and then starting the next loop of the calculation pay items remaining in the first set, wherein the next loop is performed according to the coding sequence of the calculation pay items remaining in the first set, so that the situation that when the first set contains more than three calculation pay items, a certain calculation is performed, but the calculation pay items remaining in the first set are continuously performed, so that the calculation efficiency is reduced.
At step S104, it is determined whether all of the underlying payroll items and/or the calculation payroll items to which the current calculation payroll item relates have been included in the second set. If so, indicating that other payroll data referenced by the current calculation payroll is ready, calculation may be performed, and processing proceeds to step S106; otherwise, the process proceeds to step S108.
In step S106, when all the basic payroll items and/or the calculation payroll items related to the current calculation payroll item are in the second set, setting the current sequence number for the calculation sequence of the current calculation payroll item and moving the current calculation payroll item into the second set.
In step S108, 1 is added to the loop count of steps S102, S104, and S106 for taking the calculation payroll from the first set and performing the analysis determination, which is used to determine the number of times the determination is performed on the calculation payroll.
At step S110, it is determined whether the first set has any remaining computing payroll items. If so, the process proceeds to step S112; otherwise, the process proceeds to step S120.
In step S112, it is determined whether the loop count has reached a predetermined limited number of times when the first set has remaining calculation payroll items. If the loop count has not reached the limit number of times, the process proceeds to step S102; otherwise, if the loop count has reached the defined number of times, the formula representing the remaining calculation payroll items in the first set has a loop reference problem for payroll items, and the remaining calculation formulas for calculation payroll items need to be reset, then the process proceeds to step S114. The aforementioned limit number can be evaluated and determined according to the amount of the calculated payroll of a unit such as a hospital. For example, the calculation payroll items may be divided into pay items for increasing salaries, pay items for decreasing salaries, and sum payroll items, wherein pay items for increasing salaries and pay items for decreasing salaries may be calculated independently of each other, and sum payroll items may be calculated based on the base payroll items, pay items for increasing salaries and pay items for decreasing salaries, and the like. If the increase payroll item of the hospital does not exceed 10, the deduct payroll item does not exceed 10, and the sum payroll item also does not exceed 10, the limit number may be determined to be 10 x 10 to 1000. Of course, the defined number of times may also be predetermined and set according to any other suitable rule or criteria.
At step S114, a prompt is issued that there is a setting error for the remaining calculation payroll items in the first set, thereby enabling the personnel involved to review and reset the calculation formulas for the remaining calculation payroll items, and then perform the method of the present invention again until no more miscalculated payroll items are found.
In step S120, when the first set no longer includes any calculation payroll, it indicates that the ordering of all calculation payroll items is completed, and the data of the corresponding calculation payroll items are calculated according to the corresponding calculation formulas according to the corresponding calculation orders of all calculation payroll items in the second set, respectively, and the calculation result is definitely correct.
FIG. 2 shows a block diagram of a preferred embodiment of a payroll data calculation system according to the present invention, the system comprising:
an analysis module 202, configured to take any of the calculation payroll items from the first set as a current calculation payroll item and analyze a base payroll item and/or a calculation payroll item related to the current calculation payroll item;
a first determination module 204 for determining whether a base payroll and/or a calculation payroll to which a current calculation payroll relates is in the second set;
a setting module 206, configured to set a current sequence number for a calculation order of the current calculation payroll item and move the current calculation payroll item into the second set in response to that all basic payroll items and/or calculation payroll items related to the current calculation payroll item are in the second set;
a second determination module 208 for determining whether the first set further comprises computing payroll items;
a calculation module 210, configured to, in response to the first set no longer including any calculation payroll items, calculate data of the respective calculation payroll items in the respective calculation orders of all calculation payroll items in the second set.
In an embodiment, the system further includes a counting module, configured to count a cycle performed by the analysis module 202, the first determination module 204, and the setting module 206, where the cycle is used to take the calculation payroll from the first set and perform analysis and judgment, and the cycle count is increased by 1 every time the calculation payroll is taken from the first set and a corresponding analysis and judgment is performed.
In an embodiment, the system further includes a third determining module, configured to determine whether a loop count for taking and analyzing the calculation payroll from the first set reaches a predetermined number of times in response to the first set further having calculation payroll; and a loop module, configured to, in response to that a loop that takes the calculation payroll from the first set and performs analysis and judgment does not reach a predetermined number of times, take the calculation payroll from the first set and perform analysis and judgment performed by the loop performing analysis module 202, the first determination module 204, and the setting module 206.
In an embodiment, the system further includes a prompt module, configured to send a prompt that there is a setting error in the remaining calculation payroll items in the first set in response to that there are still remaining calculation payroll items in the first set and that a cycle of taking calculation payroll items from the first set and performing analysis and judgment reaches a predetermined number of times.
In another embodiment, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiment or other corresponding method embodiments described in conjunction with fig. 1 or implements the functions of the system embodiment or other corresponding system embodiments described in conjunction with fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
In another embodiment, the present invention provides a computer device, including a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the processor implements the steps of the method embodiment or other corresponding method embodiments described in conjunction with fig. 1 or implements the functions of the system embodiment or other corresponding system embodiments described in conjunction with fig. 2 when executing the computer program, and details of the steps are not repeated herein.
The various embodiments described herein, or certain features, structures, or characteristics thereof, may be combined as suitable in one or more embodiments of the invention. Additionally, in some cases, the order of steps depicted in the flowcharts and/or in the pipelined process may be modified, as appropriate, and need not be performed exactly in the order depicted. In addition, various aspects of the invention may be implemented using software, hardware, firmware, or a combination thereof, and/or other computer implemented modules or devices that perform the described functions. Software implementations of the present invention may include executable code stored in a computer readable medium and executed by one or more processors. The computer-readable medium may include a computer hard drive, ROM, RAM, flash memory, portable computer storage media such as CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, flash drives, and/or other devices with a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, and/or any other suitable tangible or non-transitory computer-readable medium or computer memory on which executable code may be stored and executed by a processor. The present invention may be used in conjunction with any suitable operating system.

Claims (10)
1. A method of payroll data calculation, the method comprising:
taking any calculation pay item from a first set as a current calculation pay item and analyzing a basic pay item and/or a calculation pay item related to the current calculation pay item, wherein the first set is a set of calculation pay items, the second set is a set of basic pay items, the basic pay item refers to a pay item the data of which is independent of other pay items, the calculation pay item refers to a pay item the data of which is dependent on other pay items, and the other pay items comprise other basic pay items and/or other calculation pay items;
determining whether all underlying payroll items and/or computing payroll items to which a current computing payroll item relates are in the second set;
setting a current sequence number for the calculation sequence of the current calculation payroll and moving the current calculation payroll into the second set in response to all basic payroll and/or calculation payroll related to the current calculation payroll being in the second set;
determining whether the first set has additional computing payroll items;
in response to the first set no longer including any computing payroll items, data for respective computing payroll items is computed in respective computing orders for all computing payroll items in the second set.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the first set and further calculating payroll items, and determining whether the cycle of taking and analyzing the calculation payroll items from the first set reaches a preset number of times;
and in response to the cycle of taking the calculation payroll items from the first set and performing analysis judgment not reaching the preset number, continuing to take the calculation payroll items from the first set and performing analysis judgment.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and sending out a prompt that setting errors exist in the rest calculation payroll items in the first set in response to the cycle of taking calculation payroll items from the first set and carrying out analysis and judgment reaching a preset number of times.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein analyzing the base payroll and/or the calculation payroll to which the current calculation payroll relates is performed based on a calculation formula corresponding to the current calculation payroll.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the data for calculating the respective calculation payroll items is calculated based on respective calculation formulas for the respective calculation payroll items.
6. A payroll data computing system, the system comprising:

a setting module, configured to set a current sequence number for a calculation order of a current calculation payroll item and move the current calculation payroll item into the second set in response to that all basic payroll items and/or calculation payroll items related to the current calculation payroll item are/is in the second set;
a second determination module to determine whether the first set further comprises computing payroll items;
a calculation module for calculating data of respective calculation payroll items in respective calculation orders of all calculation payroll items in the second set in response to the first set no longer including any calculation payroll items.
7. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
a third determining module, configured to determine, in response to the first set further having calculation payroll items, whether a cycle of taking calculation payroll items from the first set and performing analysis and judgment reaches a predetermined number of times;
and the circulation module is used for responding to the circulation that the calculation payroll items are taken from the first set and analyzed and judged for no more than a preset number of times, and continuing to take the calculation payroll items from the first set and analyzed and judged.
