Further, the main control unit 73 further includes a timing unit 734, the timing unit 734 is respectively in data connection with the infrared receiving tube 72 and the processing unit 732, when the infrared receiving tube 72 receives the infrared light sent by the infrared transmitting tube 71, the timing unit 734 starts timing, when the infrared receiving tube 72 loses the infrared light, the timing unit 734 stops timing, and sends the calculated time length to the processing unit 732, and the processing unit 732 sends the time length of the use of the swing case 1 to the distribution unit 62 through the sending unit 733.
The unified maintenance and replacement of the throwing box 1 are realized by considering the use times of the throwing box 1 on the one hand, and considering the time length of inserting the fork handle 41 into the positioning hole groove 121 on the other hand, wherein the time length of inserting the fork handle 41 represents the wear time length of the bottom plate 12, so that the main control unit 73 is provided with the timing unit 734, the timing unit 734 can judge the time length of inserting the fork handle 41 into the positioning hole groove 121 according to the time of generating infrared light by the infrared transmitting tube 71, the timing unit 734 can be used as the basis for average use of the throwing box 1, when the use times of the throwing box 1 are the same, the time length of inserting the fork handle 41 is used as the scheduling basis, and when the use times are the same, the use times of the throwing box 1 is used as the scheduling basis.
Further, the allocation unit 62 includes a usage number unit 621, a usage time length unit 622, and a scheduling unit 623, the processing unit 732 sends the identification code of the canister 1, the usage time length of the canister 1 to the usage number unit 621, and the usage time length unit 622, respectively, through a sending unit 733, and the scheduling unit 623 is in data connection with the usage number unit 621, the usage time length unit 622, the order information unit 61, and the indication unit 63, respectively.

For the case 1, in order to ensure the stable connection between the case 11 and the bottom plate 12, a metal rod 122 with elasticity is provided on the bottom plate 12, when the case 1 is connected with the bottom plate 12, the metal rod 122 is aligned with the groove 13, and under the action of the elasticity of the spring 124, the baffle 123 and the metal rod 122 can be pushed to move upwards, so that the top end of the metal rod 122 can abut against the top of the groove 13, and the case 11 is prevented from falling off from the bottom plate 12.

When the positioning hole groove 121 of the bottom plate 12 is used for a large number of times or long time and needs to be replaced, firstly, the lifting plate 82 on the first placing groove 84 is lifted, then the box 1 is transferred to the lifting plate 82 of the first placing groove 84 through the forklift 4, after the box 1 is aligned with the lifting plate 82, the lifting plate 82 is lowered, the bottom surface of the box 11 is kept above the maintenance table 81 after the lowering is finished, the electromagnet 83 is arranged below the lifting plate 82, the magnetic force of the electromagnet 83 is larger than the elastic force of the spring 124, therefore, the electromagnet 83 can magnetically attract the metal rod 122, the metal rod 122 moves downwards under the action of the magnetic force and leaves the groove 13, then the box 11 is pushed through the arranged pushing mechanism, after the box 11 is separated from the bottom plate 12, the box 11 is pushed into the second placing groove 85, a new bottom plate 12 is arranged in the second placing groove 85, after the box 11 is combined with the new bottom plate 12, the lifting plate 82 of the second placing groove 85 is lifted, the magnetic force of the electromagnet 83 is weakened, the metal rod 122 on the new bottom plate 12 is separated from the bottom plate 12, and the metal rod 122 is placed under the action of the spring 124 again, and the bottom plate 12 is replaced again, and the bottom plate 12 is replaced.
Further, the pushing mechanism comprises a first hydraulic cylinder 86 and a pushing plate 87, wherein an output shaft of the first hydraulic cylinder 86 is connected with the pushing plate 87, and the pushing plate 87 is located on one side of the first placing groove 84.
When the box 11 is pushed, the first hydraulic cylinder 86 drives the pushing plate 87 to move, and the pushing plate 87 can push the box 11 to move towards the second placing groove 85.
Further, the box throwing maintenance mechanism further comprises a second hydraulic cylinder 88, wherein the second hydraulic cylinder 88 is arranged below the lifting plate 82, and an output shaft of the second hydraulic cylinder is connected with the bottom surface of the lifting plate 82.
A second hydraulic cylinder 88 is provided for lifting the lifting plate 82.

Claims (5)
1. A flail box transport system comprising:
the throwing box is used for storing finished cigarettes;
the storage shed frame is used for storing empty throwing boxes and throwing boxes filled with finished cigarettes;
the transport vehicle is used for transporting the throwing box to a delivery point;
the forklift is used for transferring the throwing box;
the platform is used for placing the empty throwing box to carry out boxing of finished cigarettes;
the task distribution system is used for distributing tasks to the forklift transferring and throwing box according to order content;
the storage shed frame comprises an empty box storage frame and a full box storage frame, the task distribution system comprises an order information unit, a distribution unit and an indication unit, the indication unit is respectively arranged on the throwing box, the empty box storage frame, the full box storage frame, the transport vehicle and the platform, the order information unit processes a transport order, and the distribution unit is respectively connected with the order information unit and the indication unit in a data mode;
the indicating unit comprises a digital display screen, the distributing unit controls the digital display screen on one throwing box on the empty box storage rack and the digital display screen on a platform to be boxed to display the same numbers, and the distributing unit controls the digital display screen on the throwing box to be transported on the full box storage rack and the digital display screen on the transport vehicle of the to-be-sent vehicle to display the same numbers;
the throwing box comprises a box body and a bottom plate, the box body is arranged above the bottom plate, the indicating unit is arranged on the upper surface of the box body, and a positioning hole slot for inserting a fork handle of a forklift is formed in the side surface of the bottom plate;
the device comprises a fork handle, a distributing unit, a main control unit, a storage unit, a processing unit and a transmission unit, wherein the fork handle is used for throwing a box, the box throwing wheel comprises an infrared transmitting tube, an infrared receiving tube and a main control unit, the infrared transmitting tube and the infrared receiving tube are arranged on the bottom surface of a locating hole groove, the infrared transmitting tube and the infrared receiving tube incline towards each other and are axisymmetric with a vertical line of the horizontal line, the bottom surface of a fork handle of the fork truck is provided with a mirror surface which is parallel to the horizontal line, the main control unit is arranged in the bottom plate and comprises the storage unit, the processing unit and the transmission unit, the storage unit is internally stored with an identification code corresponding to the box throwing, and the processing unit is respectively in data connection with the infrared receiving tube, the storage unit and the transmission unit and transmits the identification code of the box throwing to the distributing unit through the transmission unit;
the main control unit further comprises a timing unit which is respectively connected with the infrared receiving tube and the processing unit in a data mode, when the infrared receiving tube receives infrared light sent by the infrared transmitting tube, the timing unit starts timing, when the infrared receiving tube loses infrared light, the timing unit stops timing and sends calculated time length to the processing unit, and the processing unit sends the using time length of the throwing box to the distribution unit through the sending unit;
the distribution unit comprises a using frequency unit, a using time length unit and a scheduling unit, wherein the processing unit respectively sends the identification code of the throwing box, the using time length of the throwing box to the using frequency unit and the using time length unit through the sending unit, and the scheduling unit is respectively in data connection with the using frequency unit, the using time length unit, the order information unit and the indicating unit.

The box throwing transportation system of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the box body is provided with a groove, the upper surface of the bottom plate is provided with a metal rod, the metal rod stretches into the bottom plate, a baffle is arranged on a part of the outer wall of the metal rod, which is positioned in the bottom plate, a spring is arranged in the bottom plate, the spring is sleeved on the metal rod, the bottom end of the spring is abutted against the upper surface of the baffle, the top end of the spring is contacted with the inner top surface of the bottom plate, and the metal rod is ejected into the groove.

The tank throwing and transporting system of claim 2, further comprising a tank throwing and maintaining mechanism, wherein the tank throwing and maintaining mechanism comprises an overhaul stand, a lifting plate, an electromagnet and a pushing mechanism, the upper surface of the overhaul stand is provided with a first placing groove and a second placing groove, the lifting plate is respectively arranged in the first placing groove and the second placing groove, the electromagnet is arranged in the overhaul stand and is positioned below the lifting plate, the pushing mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the overhaul stand, the first placing groove is positioned between the pushing mechanism and the second placing groove, and the lifting plate in the second placing groove is provided with a brand new bottom plate.
4. A box handling system according to claim 3, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a first hydraulic cylinder and a pushing plate, the output shaft of the first hydraulic cylinder being connected to the pushing plate, the pushing plate being located on the side of the first holding tank.
5. A flail transportation system according to claim 3, wherein the flail maintenance mechanism further comprises a second hydraulic cylinder arranged below the lifting plate, and wherein the output shaft thereof is connected to the bottom surface of the lifting plate.
