In the embodiment of the application, after finding the food object, the user can place the food object on the bottom tray and obtain the food object image of the food object placed on the bottom tray by the self-service pickup device, and obtain the user image for extracting the food object. And then the self-service pickup equipment identifies the food object image, determines food object information, identifies the user image, determines verification information, verifies according to the verification information and the food object information, and determines a verification result. And then outputting an extraction result corresponding to the verification result to the user to prompt the user about the extraction condition of the food object. The user places the food object on the bottom tray, obtains food object information and verification information through self-service pickup equipment to the check-up, the user can accomplish taking out of stock by oneself, has promoted the efficiency of take out delivery.
Optionally, as an embodiment, the verification execution module 1008 specifically includes: sending the food object information and the verification information for verification; and receiving a checking result. The server side checks the food object according to the food object information and the verification information, and returns a check result.
Optionally, as an embodiment, the first information processing module 1004 specifically includes: and identifying the bar code identification in the food object image to determine the food object information. Optionally, as an embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the character recognition execution module is used for performing image character recognition processing on the food object image and determining corresponding food object information under the condition that a preset condition is met, wherein the preset condition comprises that: the identification of the bar code identifier fails, and/or the verification result is verification failure. The food object information can be determined by identifying the bar code identification in the food object image through the first camera, and under the condition that the identification of the bar code identification fails, the food object information can be identified in a character identification mode.
Optionally, as an embodiment, the extraction result output module 1010 includes at least one of the following modules: the first prompting submodule is used for displaying prompting information through a prompting lamp; the second prompting submodule is used for displaying prompting information through a display screen; and the third prompting submodule is used for playing prompting information through a sound prompting device. The self-service pickup equipment can output prompt information through a display screen, a sound prompter and a prompt lamp, and an extraction result is displayed for a user.
Optionally, as an embodiment, the apparatus further includes: and the body temperature measurement processing module is used for measuring body temperature data and outputting warning information under the condition that the body temperature data exceeds a threshold value. Optionally, as an embodiment, the apparatus further includes: and the food temperature measuring and processing module is used for measuring the temperature data of the food object and outputting warning information under the condition that the temperature data exceeds a temperature threshold value. The body temperature of the user may be measured by a temperature sensor, and the temperature of the food item may also be measured by a temperature sensor.
The present application further provides a non-transitory, readable storage medium, where one or more modules (programs) are stored, and when the one or more modules are applied to a device, the device may execute instructions (instructions) of method steps in this application.
Embodiments of the present application provide one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause an electronic device to perform the methods as described in one or more of the above embodiments. In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment comprises a server, terminal equipment, self-service pickup equipment and other equipment.
Embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as an apparatus, which may include electronic devices such as servers (clusters), terminals, self-service pickup devices, etc., using any suitable hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof, for a desired configuration. Fig. 11 schematically illustrates an example apparatus 1100 that may be used to implement various embodiments described herein.
For one embodiment, fig. 11 illustrates an example apparatus 1100 having one or more processors 1102, a control module (chipset) 1104 coupled to at least one of the processor(s) 1102, a memory 1106 coupled to the control module 1104, a non-volatile memory (NVM)/storage 1108 coupled to the control module 1104, one or more input/output devices 1110 coupled to the control module 1104, and a network interface 1112 coupled to the control module 1104.
The processor 1102 may include one or more single-core or multi-core processors, and the processor 1102 may include any combination of general-purpose or special-purpose processors (e.g., graphics processors, application processors, baseband processors, etc.). In some embodiments, the apparatus 1100 can be used as a server, a terminal, a self-service pickup device, or the like in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 1100 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., the memory 1106 or the NVM/storage 1108) having instructions 1114 and one or more processors 1102 in combination with the one or more computer-readable media configured to execute the instructions 1114 to implement modules to perform the actions described in this disclosure.
For one embodiment, control module 1104 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 1102 and/or to any suitable device or component in communication with control module 1104.
The control module 1104 may include a memory controller module to provide an interface to the memory 1106. The memory controller module may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
The memory 1106 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions 1114 for the device 1100. For one embodiment, memory 1106 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the memory 1106 may comprise a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, control module 1104 may include one or more input/output controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 1108 and input/output device(s) 1110.
For example, NVM/storage 1108 may be used to store data and/or instructions 1114. NVM/storage 1108 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drives, and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drives).
NVM/storage 1108 may include storage resources that are part of the device on which apparatus 1100 is installed, or it may be accessible by the device and need not be part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 1108 may be accessed over a network via input/output device(s) 1110.
Input/output device(s) 1110 may provide an interface for apparatus 1100 to communicate with any other suitable device, input/output devices 1110 may include communication components, audio components, sensor components, and so forth. Network interface 1112 may provide an interface for device 1100 to communicate over one or more networks, and device 1100 may communicate wirelessly with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols, such as access to a communication standard-based wireless network, e.g., WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc., or a combination thereof.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) (e.g., memory controller module) of the control module 1104. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of control module 1104 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the control module 1104. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of control module 1104 to form a system on chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, the apparatus 1100 may be, but is not limited to: a server, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.), among other terminal devices. In various embodiments, the apparatus 1100 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, device 1100 includes one or more cameras, keyboards, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screens (including touch screen displays), non-volatile memory ports, multiple antennas, graphics chips, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), and speakers.
The detection device can adopt a main control chip as a processor or a control module, sensor data, position information and the like are stored in a memory or an NVM/storage device, a sensor group can be used as an input/output device, and a communication interface can comprise a network interface.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, including: a processor; and a memory having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes the processor to perform a method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide one or more machine-readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, cause a processor to perform a method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (29)

1. A self-service pickup device, characterized in that the device comprises: a bottom tray, a top assembly and a support assembly;
the top assembly comprises a first camera;
the first camera is positioned on one side of the top component facing the bottom tray, so that an object information image of the logistics object on the bottom tray is shot through the first camera and an authentication information image of the logistics object is extracted;
an output member is positioned on the support assembly to output a result of the withdrawing of the logistics object through the output member.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the second camera is positioned on the supporting component, so that a user image of a user is shot through the second camera to serve as an authentication information image.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the output component comprises at least one of: display screen, warning light and sound prompting device.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a weight sensor;
the weight sensor is disposed on the bottom tray to measure weight information of the logistics object placed on the bottom tray through the weight sensor.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a temperature sensor;
the temperature sensor is arranged on at least one of the following positions: the top assembly is far away from one side of the supporting component, the top assembly faces one side of the bottom tray and is arranged on the supporting component, so that temperature information is measured through the temperature sensor, and the temperature information comprises body temperature information.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
and the light supplement lamp is arranged on one surface of the top component facing the bottom tray so as to supplement light to the object on the bottom tray.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
a processing part acquiring the photographed object information image and the authentication information image, recognizing the object information image to determine the logistics object information, and recognizing the authentication information image to determine the authentication information;
and the communication component is used for sending the logistics object information and the identity information to carry out verification and receiving a corresponding verification result, wherein the verification result is used for determining the taking-out result of the logistics object.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
the processing component identifies volume information of the logistics object based on the target image of the logistics object shot by the first camera.
9. A self-service pickup method is characterized by being applied to self-service pickup equipment, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring an object information image of a logistics object on a bottom tray, and acquiring a verification information image for extracting the logistics object;
identifying the object information image and determining logistics object information of the logistics object;
identifying the verification information image and determining corresponding verification information;
verifying according to the logistics object information and the verification information to determine a verification result;
and outputting a corresponding extraction result according to the verification result.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the verifying according to the logistics object information and the verification information, and determining the verification result comprises:
sending the logistics object information and the verification information for verification;
and receiving a checking result.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the identifying the object information image and determining the logistics object information of the logistics object comprises:
and identifying the bar code identification in the object information image to determine logistics object information.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
under the condition that preset conditions are met, performing image character recognition processing on the object information image, and determining corresponding logistics object information, wherein the preset conditions comprise: the identification of the bar code identifier fails, and/or the verification result is verification failure.
13. The method of claim 9, wherein the identifying the authentication information image and determining the corresponding authentication information comprises:
and identifying the health bar code information in the verification information image to determine verification information and health information of the user.
14. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and shooting a user image of the user, and performing face recognition to determine identity information of the user as verification information.
15. The method of claim 9, wherein the verification result comprises a verification success or a verification failure, and the outputting the corresponding fetching result comprises at least one of:
displaying prompt information through a prompt lamp;
displaying prompt information through a display screen;
and playing the prompt information through the sound prompter.
16. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and measuring body temperature data, and outputting warning information under the condition that the body temperature data exceeds a threshold value.
17. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
temperature data of the physical distribution object is measured, and warning information is output when the temperature data exceeds a temperature threshold value.
18. The method of claim 9, further comprising at least one of:
acquiring weight information of the logistics object;
and identifying the shot target image of the logistics object to determine corresponding volume information.
19. A self-service pickup method is characterized by being applied to self-service pickup equipment, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a food object image of a food object on a bottom tray and acquiring a user image from which the food object is extracted;
recognizing the object information image and determining food object information of the food object;
identifying the user image and determining corresponding verification information;
verifying according to the food object information and the verification information to determine a verification result;
and outputting a corresponding extraction result according to the verification result.
20. A self-service pickup method is characterized by being applied to self-service pickup equipment and comprising the following steps:
acquiring logistics object information of a logistics object and extracting verification information of the logistics object;
verifying according to the logistics object information and the verification information to determine a verification result;
and outputting a corresponding extraction result according to the verification result.
21. The method according to claim 20, wherein the acquiring the logistics object information of the logistics object comprises at least one of the following steps:
identifying the bar code identification of the logistics object to determine logistics object information;
shooting an object information image of a logistics object, wherein the object information image is used for determining logistics object information;
and acquiring the input logistics identification data to determine logistics object information.
22. The method of claim 20, wherein the step of obtaining authentication information comprises at least one of:
shooting a certificate image to determine verification information;
shooting a face image, and performing face recognition to determine verification information;
acquiring fingerprint information to determine verification information;
and sensing the chip information to determine the verification information.
23. A self-service pickup method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an object information image of a logistics object on a bottom tray, and acquiring verification information for extracting the logistics object;
identifying the object information image and determining logistics object information of the logistics object;
identifying the verification information image and determining corresponding verification information;
determining a verification result according to the logistics object information, the verification information and the body temperature data of the user;
and outputting a corresponding extraction result according to the verification result.
24. A self-service pickup device, comprising:
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring an object information image of the logistics object on the bottom tray and acquiring a verification information image for extracting the logistics object;
the first image identification module is used for identifying the object information image and determining logistics object information of the logistics object;
the second image identification module is used for identifying the verification information image and determining corresponding verification information;
the verification module is used for verifying according to the logistics object information and the verification information to determine a verification result;
and the result output module is used for outputting a corresponding extraction result according to the verification result.
25. A self-service pickup device, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring logistics object information of a logistics object and extracting verification information of the logistics object;
the information checking module is used for checking according to the logistics object information and the verification information to determine a checking result;
and the result confirmation module outputs a corresponding extraction result according to the verification result.
26. A self-service pickup device, comprising:
the image data acquisition module is used for acquiring an object information image of the logistics object on the bottom tray and acquiring verification information for extracting the logistics object;
the first image data identification module is used for identifying the object information image and determining logistics object information of the logistics object;
the second image data identification module is used for identifying the verification information image and determining corresponding verification information;
the verification processing module is used for determining a verification result according to the logistics object information, the verification information and the body temperature data of the user;
and the taking result output module is used for outputting a corresponding taking result according to the checking result.
27. A self-service pickup device, comprising:
the information determining module is used for acquiring a food object image of a food object on the bottom tray and acquiring a user image for extracting the food object;
the first information processing module is used for identifying the object information image and determining food object information of the food object;
the second information processing module is used for identifying the user image and determining corresponding verification information;
and the verification execution module is used for verifying according to the food object information and the verification information and determining a verification result.

memory having stored thereon executable code which, when executed, causes the processor to perform the method of one or more of claims 9-23.
