The gateway device 102 may carry an operation component for operating a container mirror image in the container, and after the target container is determined, the gateway device 102 may further perform image analysis on the target operation image determined in step S201 by using the container mirror image in the target container, so as to obtain a device operation state for the target substation device.
In the above device detection method based on gateway and container technology, the gateway device 102 acquires the device operation image acquired by the image acquisition device 103, and determines a target operation image of the target substation device to be detected from the device operation image; acquiring a target container corresponding to target substation equipment from a container warehouse 104 in which various containers are stored in advance; and acquiring a container mirror image in the target container, and performing image analysis on the target operation image by using the container mirror image in the target container to obtain the equipment operation state of the target substation equipment. This application can obtain the target running image of the target substation equipment that waits to detect that image acquisition device 103 gathers through gateway equipment 102, and combine container technology, can obtain the container mirror image that is used for detecting equipment running state according to equipment running image in real time from container warehouse 104, and utilize this container mirror image to carry out image analysis to target running image and obtain corresponding equipment running state, compare and need to move image recognition algorithm in proper order and carry out image analysis among the conventional art, this application is through combining container technology in gateway equipment 102, can be according to the target substation equipment who determines and select the container mirror image among the corresponding target container and carry out the analysis, thereby can improve substation equipment's running state monitoring efficiency.
In one embodiment, the device operation image carries the device identifier of the substation device shot in the device operation image; as shown in fig. 3, step S201 may further include:
step S301, the gateway device 102 obtains a target device identifier of the target substation device.
In this embodiment, after the image acquisition device 103 acquires the device operation image, the device identifier of the substation device shot by the device operation image may be further carried in the device operation image, and the target device identifier refers to the device identifier of the target substation device. After the gateway device 102 determines the target substation device, a device identifier corresponding to the target substation device may be further determined as the target device identifier.
Step S302, the gateway device 102 screens out the device running image carrying the target device identifier from the device running images as a target running image.
Then, the gateway device 102 may find out the device running image with the target device identifier from the device running images, for example, the device identifier carried in each device running image may be compared with the target device identifier, so as to find out the device running image with the carried device identifier as the target device identifier, which is used as the target running image.
For example, the target device identifier corresponding to the target substation device is a device identifier a, the device operation image acquired in the image acquisition device 103 includes an operation image a, an operation image B, and an operation image C, and the device identifiers respectively corresponding to the device identifier a, the device identifier B, and the device identifier C, so that the gateway device can determine that the operation image a corresponding to the device identifier a can be used as the target operation image of the target substation device.

For example, the correspondence stored in the gateway device 102 may include that the device identifier a corresponds to the container a, the device identifier B corresponds to the container B, the device identifier C corresponds to the container a, and the like, and when the gateway device 102 determines that the target device identifier is the device identifier C, the gateway device may determine, according to the correspondence, the container corresponding to the device identifier C, that is, the container a serves as the target container.
In the above embodiment, the gateway device 102 may determine the target operation image from the device operation image and determine the target container from multiple containers in the container warehouse according to the target device identifier of the target substation device, so that the efficiency of determining the target operation image and the target container may be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before step S201, the method may further include:
step S401, the gateway device 102 responds to an operation state detection request, triggered by the detection terminal 101, for substation devices in a preset substation, and obtains a substation device list corresponding to the preset substation; the substation equipment list stores substation equipment information of each substation equipment included in a preset substation.
The operation state detection request is triggered by a user corresponding to the detection terminal 101 and is used for realizing a request for detecting the operation state of equipment for substation equipment carried in a preset substation, the preset substation refers to a preset substation, and the substation may be a substation to which the user triggering the operation state detection request belongs or a substation selected by the user in the detection terminal 101 in advance.
Specifically, when a user needs to detect the operating state of the substation equipment in the preset substation, an operating state detection request may be triggered to the gateway device 102 through the detection terminal 101, and the gateway device 102 may respond to the request to read a preset substation equipment list carrying equipment information of all the substation equipment in the preset substation.
Step S402, the gateway device 102 returns the substation device list to the detection terminal 101 for display;
step S403, the gateway device 102 acquires target substation device information selected by the detection terminal 101 in the displayed substation device list, and takes the substation device corresponding to the target substation device information as the target substation device.
After obtaining the substation equipment list, the gateway device 102 may return the substation equipment list to the detection terminal 101 that triggers the operation state detection request, and display the substation equipment list through the display device of the detection terminal 101. Then, the user of the detection terminal 101 may select one or more substation devices in the displayed substation device list, for example, the selection operation may be triggered by clicking one or more pieces of substation device information in the substation device list, so that the detection terminal 101 may return the substation device information selected by the user, that is, the target substation device information to the gateway device 102, and the gateway device 102 may use the substation device corresponding to the selected substation device information as the target substation device.
For example, the substation equipment list displayed by the detection terminal 101 may include substation equipment information a of the substation equipment a, substation equipment information B of the substation equipment B, and substation equipment information C of the substation equipment C, when a user needs to perform operation state detection on the substation equipment a and the substation equipment C, the substation equipment information a and the substation equipment information C included in the substation equipment list may be selected, at this time, the detection terminal 101 may return the substation equipment information a and the substation equipment information C to the gateway device 102 as selected target substation equipment information, and the gateway device 102 may determine that the target substation equipment is the substation equipment a and the substation equipment C.
In this embodiment, the gateway device 102 may also return the substation device list to the detection terminal 101 for display, and the user selects the target substation device to be detected through the detection terminal 101, so that the acquisition efficiency of the target substation device may be improved, and the operation difficulty of the user may be reduced.
In one embodiment, when the container mirror is a first container mirror for determining the operating state of the device according to the switch state of the target substation device, as shown in fig. 5, step S203 may further include:
step S501, the gateway device 102 obtains the switch image information of the target substation device from the target operation image by using the first container mirror image.
The first container mirror image is a container mirror image used for obtaining the operation state of the target substation equipment according to the switch state of the target substation equipment, and some substation equipment can judge whether the substation equipment is normally operated according to the state of the switch of the substation equipment, for example, the switch of the substation equipment may be in a closed state in normal operation, and if the switch of the substation equipment is opened at the time, the operation state of the substation equipment is not normally operated. In this embodiment, if the device operating state of the target substation device can be determined by the switch state of the target substation device, the container mirror image in the target container corresponding to the target substation device may be the first container mirror image, and at this time, the gateway device 102 may obtain, by using the first container mirror image, the switch image information of the target substation device from the shot target operating image, or may be an image of the target substation device near the switch area.
Step S502, the gateway device 102 determines the current on-off state of the target substation device based on the on-off image information;
in step S503, the gateway device 102 determines the device operating state of the target substation device according to the current switch state.
Then, the gateway device 102 may determine the current on-off state of the target substation device according to the determined on-off image information, for example, by comparing a pre-stored image of the switch in the on-off state with a pre-stored image of the switch in the off-state, so that after determining whether the current on-off state of the target substation device belongs to the on-off state or the off-state according to the comparison result, the device operating state of the target substation device may be determined by using the on-off state.
In this embodiment, when the container mirror image is the first container mirror image, the gateway device 102 may determine the current on-off state of the target substation device according to the switch image information of the target substation device, and may further determine the operating state of the device by using the current on-off state.
In one embodiment, when the container mirror is a second container mirror for determining the operation state of the device according to the dial reading of the target substation device, as shown in fig. 6, step S203 may further include:
step S601, the gateway device 102 obtains dial reading image information of the target substation device from the target operation image by using the second container mirror image.
The second container mirror image is a container mirror image used for obtaining the running state of the target substation equipment according to the reading of the dial plate carried in the target substation equipment, and some substation equipment can judge whether the substation equipment is running normally or not according to the reading of the dial plate, for example, the reading of the dial plate of the substation equipment should be in a certain reading interval in normal running, and if the reading of the dial plate is outside the reading interval at the moment, the running state is not running normally. In this embodiment, if the judgment of the device operating state of the target substation device can be performed through the dial reading, the container mirror image in the target container corresponding to the target substation device may be the second container mirror image, and at this time, the gateway device 102 may obtain, by using the first container mirror image, the dial reading image information of the target substation device from the shot target operating image, which may be an image of the target substation device near the dial area.
Step S602, the gateway device 102 performs character recognition on dial reading image information to determine the current dial reading of the target substation device;
and step S603, determining the equipment running state of the target substation equipment according to the current dial reading.
Then, the gateway device 102 may determine the reading of the current dial plate of the target substation device according to the determined dial plate reading image information, for example, may identify the reading currently displayed on the dial plate through a character recognition technology, so as to determine whether the reading displayed on the current dial plate meets a reading interval that needs to be met when the substation device operates normally, that is, the dial plate reading may be used to determine the device operating state of the target substation device.
In this embodiment, when the container mirror image is the second container mirror image, the gateway device 102 may obtain the current dial reading of the target substation device according to the dial reading image information of the target substation device, and may further determine the operating state of the device by using the current dial reading.
In an embodiment, when the container mirror image is a third container mirror image for determining an operation state of the device according to an on/off state of an indicator light carried on the target substation device, as shown in fig. 7, step S203 may further include:
step S701, the gateway device 102 obtains the indicator light image information of the target substation device from the target operation image by using the third container mirror image.
The third container mirror image is a container mirror image used for obtaining the operating state of the target substation equipment according to the state of the indicator lamp carried in the target substation equipment, and some substation equipment can judge whether the substation equipment is normally operating according to the on-off state of the indicator lamp, for example, the indicator lamp of the substation equipment should be in the on state in normal operation, and if the indicator lamp is in the off state at the moment, the operating state is not normally operating. In this embodiment, if the device operating state of the target substation device can be determined by the state of the indicator lamp of the target substation device, the container mirror image in the target container corresponding to the target substation device may be a third container mirror image, and at this time, the gateway device 102 may obtain image information of the indicator lamp of the target substation device from the shot target operating image by using the third container mirror image, or may be an image of the target substation device near the indicator lamp area.
Step S702, the gateway device 102 determines the current on-off state of the indicator light of the target substation device based on the indicator light image information;
step S703, the gateway device 102 determines the device operating state of the target substation device according to the current on-off state.
Then, the gateway device 102 may determine, according to the determined image information of the indicator lamp, a current on-off state of the indicator lamp of the target substation device, for example, by comparing a pre-stored image of the indicator lamp in the on-state with a pre-stored image of the indicator lamp in the off-state, so as to determine, according to a comparison result, whether the current on-off state of the indicator lamp of the target substation device belongs to the on-state or the off-state, that is, determine the device operating state of the target substation device by using the on-off state.
In this embodiment, when the container mirror image is the third container mirror image, the gateway device 102 may determine the current on-off state of the indicator lamp of the target substation device according to the indicator lamp image information of the target substation device, and may further determine the operating state of the device by using the current on-off state of the indicator lamp.
In an application example, an equipment running state detection method based on gateway and container technology is provided, an acquired equipment running image is sent to an intelligent gateway through an image acquisition device, the intelligent gateway determines target substation equipment needing running state detection according to the obtained picture information, a preset corresponding relation between the equipment and a container is utilized to obtain a target container corresponding to the target substation equipment from a container warehouse, and the container mirror image of the target container is utilized to analyze the equipment running image to obtain a corresponding running state. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) and acquiring an equipment running image acquired by the image acquisition device, and determining a target running image from the equipment running image.
The intelligent gateway can determine the equipment running image used for detecting the equipment running state of the target substation equipment from the acquired equipment running image to serve as the target running image.
For example, when the image acquisition device acquires the device image, the shot device identifier of the substation device can be carried into the device running image, and when the intelligent gateway acquires the device running image, the device running image carrying the device identifier of the target substation device can be judged according to the device identifier carried by the device running image and used as the target running image.
The selection of the target substation equipment can be that a user triggers an operation state detection request aiming at the substation equipment through a terminal of the user, when the user needs to execute equipment operation state detection, the operation state detection request can be triggered through an intelligent gateway, the intelligent gateway can respond to the request, an equipment list carrying all the substation equipment in the substation is returned to the terminal for display, the user can select the equipment by clicking the substation equipment in the equipment list displayed on the terminal, and then the intelligent gateway can take the substation equipment selected by the user as the target substation equipment needing operation state monitoring.
(2) And acquiring a target container corresponding to the target substation equipment from the container warehouse in which the various containers are stored.
In the scheme, the target container refers to a container carrying a mirror image used for analyzing the running state of the target substation equipment, and the gateway equipment can obtain the container corresponding to the target substation equipment from the container warehouse and serve as the target container.
