As shown in fig. 10, the cell attributes that can be set in the cell attribute setting interface include, but are not limited to: cell identification, cell coding, cell name, cell width, cell height, horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, top left bottom right gap, border style, font setting, underlining, foreground color, background color, lock editing (data access rights control), allowed copying, data type, picture extension attachment (may support attached drawing, attached rich text), formatting string, data length, allowed to be blank, initial reading formula (or called automation formula), write data formula, dynamic pull-down data formula, content annotation, custom data, whether to use a chapter (whether to allow signing a report page to be sealed), whether to use a set (whether to use a set of cell contents), other extensible data (up to 9 can be supported), and the like.
If the picture expansion accessory is an accessory drawing, the user can draw a vector diagram, and if the picture expansion accessory is an accessory rich text, the user can edit a piece of rich text content through a rich text editor, as shown in fig. 11. After the editing is quitted, the corresponding drawing schematic diagram or the rich text content can be automatically placed into the corresponding cell and displayed in the picture effect, and after double-click is performed again, the user can modify the schematic diagram or modify the content of the rich text.
Among them, the data types include but are not limited to: text, values, sets, time of day, boolean values, pictures, vector graphics, rich text, attachments, audio and video, etc.
Similarly, the cell attributes may also be saved in an xml format, which is not described herein.
212: changing the appearance of the cell or the data of the cell according to the cell attribute parameter.
Here, the appearance refers to attributes such as the shape and size of the cell. The data of the cell is the content filled in the cell.
The data of the cells correspond to data types, the data types are different, the values corresponding to the cells are different, for example, if the data types are vector graphics, the values stored in the cells are vector graphics.
Data such as text, numerical values, sets, time of day, boolean values, etc. may be obtained through input or formulas that may be used to reference one of the global parameter, the global variable, the local parameter, the local variable, an external parameter, and an external variable.
For data such as pictures, vector graphics, rich text and the like, data of cells can be obtained by drawing, text editing and the like.
For data such as pictures, attachments, audios and videos, the data of the cells can be obtained in the modes of importing, uploading and the like.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of setting a cell attribute according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 12, a cell for displaying a local parameter "report number" is provided with an automation formula, so that the cell can automatically obtain and display the "report number" from a global variable.
For example, the value of the "report number" cell may automatically refer to the global parameter of the report: report code, the defined format of its formula is: m { $ P { Reportcode } }, M represents an automatic filling formula, $ P represents a reference report parameter, the Reportcode represents a specific parameter name, { } is used for identifying the variable action range in an expression,
illustratively, the report number ReportCode of the utility boiler periodic inspection report is generated according to the rule: when a new plant boiler regular inspection report is built, once a user selects the report template, the system automatically matches the corresponding report number rule, automatically generates the report number of the report and transmits the report number to the report template in a parameter value mode, so that the generated report number value is automatically filled in each report page in the report template as long as a cell which refers to the parameter of the report number exists: dzgl _ dqjy _2021_08_ 0001.
In addition, in addition to the implementation of automatically filling cells, which uses global parameters, global variables, and the like to automatically fill all the cited cells, there is another implementation manner: setting an initialization reading formula of the cell on the cell. For example, basic information of the device is pre-stored in a data table, and in order to reduce the repeated entry of device data in a report by a user, the capability of setting a cell reading formula is provided. For example, the reading formula is expressed as R { TBS _ EQU _ NAME }, where R represents an automatic data reading formula, and the server system may first obtain an xml description file of each template report page in the report from the remote file system, and analyze all cells defining the reading formula from the xml description file, then automatically query one or more lines of data in the device data table corresponding to the report (TBS _ EQU represents a device data table NAME), and then obtain one or more attribute information of the corresponding device, for example: if a certain cell in the electronic report page defines the above-mentioned automatic reading formula of the device NAME, the server-side system may extract the data value of the device NAME and automatically fill the data value into the cell corresponding to the formula.
That is, the automation formula may reference one of the global parameter, the global variable, the local parameter, the local variable, an external parameter, and an external variable, where the external parameter and the external variable may be parameters and variables stored in the server.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of setting a cell attribute according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 13, in response to the data type being a picture or a vector graphic, the picture extended auxiliary is set as a vector drawing, an auxiliary picture drawing interface is displayed in the second interface, a user input is received through the auxiliary picture drawing interface, and a corresponding auxiliary drawing is output.
Illustratively, for vector graphics, a graphic name, a graphic byte number, a graphic width and height, a graphic description, a graphic format (PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, etc.), vector graphics extension data, byte content (encoded using Base 64) in a report cell displaying a PNG diagram, and the like may be further set.
As shown in FIG. 13, a large cell in the "boiler barrel map" report page defines a corresponding data format as: the picture, set up the picture to expand and attach to do: vector drawing (extending the type of attached drawing). Then, double-clicking the cell by a mouse, popping up a tool for designing vector graphics, selecting a tube part, and quickly drawing a tube pattern. After the vector graphics are designed, the current report page can be returned.
In addition to vector drawing tools, for text, mathematical formulas may also be entered by extending the mathematical formula tools. For rich text, the rich text can be input by expanding the rich text tool, such as setting the font, color, size, bold italics, upper and lower corner marks of paragraphs, text content, and the ability to insert pictures and special characters.
213: and moving the selected first report page from the first report page group to the second report page group in response to the first moving instruction of the first report page. Or, in response to the second movement instruction of the first report page, moving the selected first report page in the first report page group to adjust the position of the first report page.
Illustratively, the moving the selected first report page from the first report page group to the second report page group in response to the moving instruction of the first report page includes:
acquiring a first tree structure relationship of the electronic report;
adjusting the first tree structure relationship according to the child node of the group where the starting point of the moving instruction is located and the child node of the group where the end point of the moving instruction is located to obtain a second tree structure relationship;
and displaying the second report page under the second report page group according to the second tree structure relationship.
The first tree structure relationship and the second tree structure relationship are contents displayed in the first interface, and corresponding data of the contents can be stored in the xml file.
Taking the diagram shown in fig. 13 as an example, when the leaf node "superheater tube" is selected and it is detected that the "superheater tube" is dragged from the "superheater itemized report" group to the "reheater itemized report" group, the "superheater tube" report page is moved from the "superheater itemized report" group to the "reheater itemized report" group, that is, the "superheater tube" report page is newly added to the "reheater itemized report" group, and the "superheater tube" report page of the "superheater itemized report" group is deleted.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the implementation manner of the second move instruction is similar to that of the first move instruction, and the position of the report page is moved according to the tree structure relationship, which is not described herein again.
214: and generating the same report page as the second report page in the fourth report page group under the third report page group in response to the copy instruction of the second report page.
The report page is copied similarly to the move in step S213, except for the instruction generation manner, and the original report page is not deleted after the copy.
Optionally, the method may further include:
in response to a report page export instruction, exporting the report page selected by the report page export instruction into an xml file;
and responding to the report page import instruction, and generating a corresponding report page in the report page group selected by the report page import instruction according to the xml file to be imported.
Wherein, the steps 209 to 214 are optional steps, and there is no sequence restriction among the steps 209, 210, 212, 213, and 214.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a plurality of independent report pages in a complex report are freely classified, organized in a dragging way and quickly located in a tree structure mode. The complexity of organizing and searching the structure of the report page is greatly reduced, and the time cost is saved. The data content of each individual report page is defined in a table form, and the characteristics of the page such as paper size, horizontal and vertical directions, margin, automatic paging, whether to calculate page number, and printing in a nested mode can be additionally set. Each data cell in the report page corresponds to each cell in the table, and the row and column position, the width and the height, the content identification (used when the analysis is used again), the font style, the frame style, the locking edition, the copy permission, the data type, the automatic filling formula and the like of the data cell can be recorded. Thus, a complex electronic report content can be formed from unstructured data into a structurable data file, thereby realizing report data electronization, report content accurate printing and report data reanalysis and reuse. One node may point to a single report page file or to a group classified for a plurality of report page files, and the level and number of nodes are not limited. The organization structure of the report is not continuous page by page, but forms a tree hierarchy, the composition structure of a plurality of pages is flexible, and the page sequence can be changed at any time. The scheme can rapidly organize, move, circulate and distribute the report page contents of a certain node and the subordinate child nodes thereof, and control the access rights of the report page and the data contents. All report pages of a certain tree node and child nodes thereof are quickly copied to generate a new tree node, and the issuing efficiency of large-scale complex electronic reports is greatly improved. And a plurality of external report page files can be classified and imported to a certain tree node, so that the report pages can be shared and reused conveniently. An unlimited number of parameters and variables are allowed to be customized for a certain tree node, so that the corresponding parameter values and variable values are automatically filled in a cell data area of a report page in the following process, and the automatic issuing capability of the report is improved.
