Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The message processing method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The first terminal 102 communicates with the second terminal 104, the third terminal 106, the fourth terminal 108, and the like through a network. The first terminal 102, the second terminal 104, the third terminal 106, and the fourth terminal 108 may be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The first terminal 102, the second terminal 104, the third terminal 106 and the fourth terminal 108 are all installed with instant messaging application programs. Taking the first terminal 102 as an example, the messages sent by the second terminal 104, the third terminal 106, and the fourth terminal 108 may be received respectively, and if it is recognized that the message type of one or more of the messages belongs to the target type, a corresponding prompt entry is shown in the first terminal 102, where the prompt entry includes a prompt identifier corresponding to the message type. And the user triggers a prompt entrance, the first terminal 102 responds to a trigger event of the prompt entrance, enters a message set hinge, and an unread message set under the message type corresponding to the prompt identifier is displayed in the message set hinge. Therefore, the user can conveniently and quickly locate the message of the target type concerned by the user in a plurality of information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a message processing method is provided, which is described by taking an example that the method is applied to a first terminal (hereinafter, referred to as a terminal) in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, receiving a message, and identifying a message type corresponding to the message.
The instant communication application program is installed in the terminal. The terminal receives the message through a message receiver of the instant messaging application. The message may come from an individual user, a group, or a notification, etc. And the instant messaging application program identifies the corresponding message type of the received message and respectively caches the message in the message queue corresponding to the message type. The message types comprise a resource sharing message type, a keyword message type, a specified reading message type, an active attention message type, a common message type and the like. The resource sharing message type, the keyword message type, the specified reading message type and the active attention message type belong to target types. The message belonging to the target type is a message of which the user focuses attention and can be called a target message or a focused message. The resource sharing message includes the shared digital resource or virtual resource, for example, the resource sharing message may include messages related to a red envelope, a money collection, a money transfer, and the like. The keyword message comprises a message related to a keyword which is pre-defined by a user. The specified read message is a message specified to be read by other users or groups, and the specified read message includes a preset character and a user identifier, for example, the user identifier currently logged in by the terminal is zhang, the preset character is @, when the message includes @ zhang, the message is a message specified to be read by zhang, and the corresponding message is the specified read message. The active interest message originates from a user who has set a special interest in advance.
Step 204, when the message type belongs to the target type, a prompt entrance is displayed; the prompt entry includes a prompt identification corresponding to the message type.
And when the message type of the received message is recognized to belong to the target type, the instant messaging application program displays a corresponding prompt entry. For example, the reminder entry may be presented in a message list, or may be presented in another interface of the instant messaging application. A schematic diagram showing the prompt entries in the message list is shown in fig. 3-1. Prompt entries may also be set in the message main tab of the navigation bar, and when the user clicks the message main tab, prompt entries for each message type may be presented, as shown in fig. 3-2.
The prompt entry includes a prompt identifier corresponding to the message type, where the prompt identifier may be a general prompt identifier indicating that a message of the target type is received, or a prompt identifier corresponding to each message type belonging to the target type, that is, different message types may correspond to different prompt identifiers. When the number of the prompt entries is one, the message type of the unread message which is received latest and belongs to the target type can be determined as the current message type, and the prompt identifier corresponding to the current message type is displayed through the prompt entries. The latest reception means that the difference between the reception time of the unread message and the current time is minimum. As shown in fig. 3-1, the alert flag currently presented in the alert entry is designated to read the message alert flag. When there are multiple hint entries, each hint entry can respectively show hint identifiers corresponding to various message types, as shown in fig. 3-2.
And step 206, entering a message set hinge when a trigger event aiming at the prompt entrance occurs.
And step 208, displaying the unread message set under the message type corresponding to the prompt identifier in the message set hinge.
And the user triggers the prompt entrance to generate a trigger event aiming at the prompt entrance, and the instant messaging application program responds to the trigger event to enter the message set hinge. The message set page may include a plurality of message type tags corresponding to hint identifiers for message types. All message type tags can be displayed in the message set page, and partial message type tags can also be displayed. After entering the message set hinge, the instant messaging application program may display the unread message set corresponding to the message type tag, that is, the unread message set in the message type corresponding to the prompt identifier. As shown in fig. 3 to 3, the unread message sets corresponding to each message type may be respectively displayed according to the message type tags, and in the message set hinge, the unread message sets corresponding to each message type may be switched to by triggering other message type tags. Also, as shown in fig. 3-4, the unread message set corresponding to the partial message type tag and the prompt entries corresponding to other message types can be presented. And switching to the corresponding unread message set by triggering prompt entries corresponding to other message types. Therefore, target messages of different message types are classified and managed, the messages are not displayed alternately according to a single time dimension, and a user can check the target messages more quickly and efficiently.
In this embodiment, after the instant messaging application receives the message, when it is recognized that the message type corresponding to the message belongs to the target type, the prompt entry is displayed. And displaying a prompt identifier corresponding to the message type through a prompt entrance. When a trigger event for a prompt entry occurs, the message set page is entered. And displaying the unread message set under the message type corresponding to the prompt identification in the message set hinge. The message list does not need to be set at the top in advance, so that the occupation of the space of the message list is avoided. By carrying out classification management on the messages of each target type, the messages are not alternately displayed according to a single time dimension, and the messages of the target types can be checked more quickly and efficiently. Therefore, the message concerned by the user can be quickly displayed without occupying the space of the message list.
In one embodiment, when a triggering event for a prompt entry occurs, a message set page is entered, including: when the number of the unread messages corresponding to the target type is one and a trigger event aiming at a prompt entrance occurs, entering a chat window where the unread messages are located and positioning the unread messages; when the number of the unread messages corresponding to the target type is more than one and a trigger event aiming at a prompt entrance occurs, entering a message set hinge; or, when the number of the unread messages corresponding to the target type is more than one and a trigger event aiming at the prompt entrance occurs, entering a chat window where the unread messages received latest are located.
Because the target type message (target message for short) is a message that the user focuses on, in this embodiment, the target message can be quickly located in the chat window, which is convenient for the user to quickly check. Specifically, the number of received unread messages belonging to the target type is read in the message buffer. When the number of the unread messages is one and a trigger event aiming at the prompt entrance occurs, the instant messaging application program can directly enter the corresponding chat window according to the message identification and the message source. And searching a sequencing position corresponding to the unread message in the message queue of the corresponding message type, and positioning the unread message in the chat window according to the sequencing position. For example, fig. 3-5 can be entered from fig. 3-1 to locate the designated read message in the chat window.
And when the target type corresponds to more than one unread message and a trigger event aiming at the prompt entrance occurs, entering a message set page. The user can click one target message in the message set page, the instant communication application program obtains a message click event, responds to the message click event and enters a corresponding chat window according to the message identifier and the message source. And the instant messaging application program searches the sequencing position of the clicked target message in the message queue of the corresponding message type, and positions the clicked target message in the chat window according to the sequencing position. For example, the positioning in the chat window after one of the designated read messages in fig. 3-4 is clicked is shown in fig. 3-5. Thereby enabling a target message of interest to the user to be quickly located in the chat window.
Or, when the number of the unread messages corresponding to the target type is more than one and a trigger event aiming at the prompt entrance occurs, entering a chat window where the unread messages received latest are located. When the number of the prompt entries is one, the message type of the unread message which is received latest and belongs to the target type can be determined as the current message type, and the prompt identifier corresponding to the current message type is displayed through the prompt entries. When a trigger event aiming at a prompt entrance occurs, the instant messaging application program enters a corresponding chat window according to the message identifier and the message source, searches the sequencing position of the latest received unread message in the message queue of the current message type, and positions the latest received unread message in the chat window according to the sequencing position. For example, the current message type in fig. 3-1 is designated read message type, and the newly received unread message is "next week to see cherry blossom", which can be quickly located in the corresponding chat window by triggering the alert portal, as shown in fig. 3-5.
And when the number of the prompt entries is multiple, the prompt entries respectively display prompt identifications corresponding to different message types. When the number of the unread messages corresponding to the target type is more than one, the unread messages belonging to different target types can be received respectively, or the number of the unread messages belonging to the same target type can be more than one. When a trigger event aiming at a prompt entrance occurs, the instant messaging application program enters a corresponding chat window according to the message identifier and the message source, searches the sequencing position of the latest received unread message in the message queue of the corresponding message type, and positions the latest received unread message in the chat window according to the sequencing position. For example, in fig. 3-2, the target type corresponds to more than one unread message, and the newly received unread message is designated as the read message "see cherry blossom next week", and the unread message can be quickly located in the corresponding chat window by triggering the prompt entry, as shown in fig. 3-5.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a timing chart of a message processing method is provided, which specifically includes:
402: when the received message belongs to a message of a target type (called a target message for short), a prompt entrance is displayed, and a user clicks the prompt entrance;
404: entering a message set hinge; acquiring corresponding target messages in the message queues of the target types;
406: displaying an unread message set corresponding to each message type in a message set hinge according to the sequence of each target message in a message queue;
408: clicking a target message in an unread message set by a user;
410: and entering a corresponding chat window, and positioning the clicked target message in the chat window.
In one embodiment, the target type comprises a resource sharing message type, and the prompt identifier comprises a resource prompt identifier; the unread message set under the message type corresponding to the display prompt identifier comprises: displaying an unread message set corresponding to the resource prompt identifier in a message set hinge; displaying the resource sharing message and a resource prompt identifier corresponding to the resource sharing message in the unread message set; the method further comprises the following steps: and when a click event corresponding to the resource prompt identifier occurs, triggering resource sharing, and displaying a resource sharing result in the unread message set.
For the resource sharing message type, in addition to referring to the manner in the above embodiment, the resource sharing message is positioned in the chat window to perform resource sharing, and besides, the resource sharing can be performed quickly in the unread message set. And displaying an unread message set corresponding to the resource prompt identifier in the message set hinge, displaying a resource sharing message in the unread message set, and displaying the resource prompt identifier corresponding to the resource sharing message. Different resource sharing messages can correspond to different resource prompt identifiers. The resource prompt identifier corresponding to the resource sharing message comprises a virtual resource identifier. The virtual resource identifier may be used to identify a type of the virtual resource, for example, the type includes a transfer type and a red envelope type, the transfer type identifier may be a money amount icon, and the red envelope type identifier may be a red envelope icon. When a user clicks one of the resource prompt identifiers, the instant messaging application program enters a resource sharing process, resource sharing is carried out according to the resource sharing process, and a resource sharing result is displayed in a current unread message set.
Further, when multiple resource prompt identifiers are displayed in the unread message set corresponding to the resource prompt identifiers, the user can sequentially click each resource prompt identifier, the instant messaging application program can sequentially enter a resource sharing process, resource sharing is performed according to the resource sharing process, and multiple resource sharing results are displayed in the current unread message set.
Taking the resource prompt identifier as a red packet icon as an example, as shown in fig. 5-1, the red packet icon corresponding to the resource sharing message is displayed in the unread message set. After one of the red-envelope icons is clicked, the resource sharing result is as shown in fig. 5-2. After the multiple red-envelope icons are clicked, the resource sharing result is shown in fig. 5-3.
In this embodiment, by clicking the resource prompt identifier in the unread message set corresponding to the resource prompt identifier, resource sharing can be performed quickly, and a resource sharing result is obtained. The method and the device not only improve the positioning efficiency of the resource sharing message, but also further improve the processing efficiency of resource sharing.
In one embodiment, the target type comprises a keyword message type, and the hint identifier comprises a keyword message hint identifier; identifying the message type corresponding to the message comprises: when the message comprises a preset keyword, identifying the message as a keyword message; the unread message set under the message type corresponding to the display prompt identifier comprises: and displaying an unread message set corresponding to the keyword message prompt identifier in a message set hinge.

The method breaks through the limitation of the message type setting of the inherent functional layer and can provide more personalized messages.
The user can add custom keywords in the message set page. The custom keywords can be set according to the personal needs of the user. For example, the custom keyword may be a name of a person, an event, and the like, which the user is interested in. When the received message is of a keyword message type, a prompt entry can display a keyword message prompt identifier. The user triggers the prompt entrance to generate a trigger event of the prompt entrance, and the instant messaging application program responds to the trigger event and enters the message set hinge. And displaying an unread message set corresponding to the keyword message prompt identifier in a message set hinge.
In one embodiment, in the message set page, presenting an unread message set under a message type corresponding to the prompt identifier includes: displaying a keyword label corresponding to each preset keyword in a message set hinge; determining a keyword label in a selected state; displaying an unread message set corresponding to the keyword label; and the keyword messages in the unread message set comprise keywords corresponding to the keyword labels in the selected state.
The unread message set corresponding to the keyword message prompt identifier can display the keyword tags corresponding to the preset keywords and the unread keyword messages. When the unread message set comprises at least two keyword tags, a user can select one keyword tag, and the instant messaging application program displays the unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag according to the keyword tag in the selected state. The keyword messages in the unread message set comprise keywords corresponding to the keyword tags in the selected state. For example, in FIG. 6-1 a prompt entry is triggered to enter the unread message set in FIG. 6-2, and all keyword tags are displayed in FIG. 6-2. The keyword label "concert" is selected in fig. 6-2, and the entry is made to fig. 6-3, where the unread keyword message associated with "concert" is shown in fig. 6-3. Further, keywords in the unread message set may also be highlighted. For example, the keyword may be highlighted, displayed in a different color, displayed in a different font, displayed in enlarged size, or the like.
By displaying the unread message sets corresponding to the keyword tags, the user can quickly check the personalized keyword messages, and can further quickly check the unread message set corresponding to a certain keyword by clicking the keyword tags, so that the convenience of the user in checking the keyword messages is further improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when the chat window comprises preset keywords, displaying corresponding keyword labels; entering an unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag when a click event corresponding to the keyword tag occurs; and when a message click event occurs in the unread message set, positioning the clicked keyword message in the chat window.
The instant messaging application may be configured to present the messages in the chat window after entering the chat window in the manner provided in the above embodiments, or after otherwise conducting the chat window. The messages in the chat window may be either target messages or ordinary messages. And when the unread messages in the chat window contain preset keywords, displaying corresponding keyword labels in the chat window. For example, the prompt may be made on one side of a chat window. Further, the number of unread keyword messages can be displayed in the keyword tags together. When the chat window includes a plurality of different keywords, the keyword tags corresponding to the keywords may be displayed, as shown in fig. 7-1.
The user clicks on the keyword tag in the chat window and enters the unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag, as shown in fig. 7-2. When only two or more keyword tags are included in the chat window, the user may click one of the keyword tags on the unread message set to enter the unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag in the selected state, as shown in fig. 7-3. When one of the keyword messages is clicked, the clicked keyword message can be located in the chat window in the manner provided in the above embodiment, for example, after one of the keyword messages in fig. 7-2 is clicked, the clicked keyword message can be located in the chat window as shown in fig. 7-4.
By presenting the keyword tag in the chat window, the keyword message in which the user is interested can be quickly located in various messages in the chat window. And a more personalized message viewing mode is provided for the user.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring a keyword editing instruction on a message set hinge; editing the keywords corresponding to the keyword labels according to the editing instruction; and updating the unread message set corresponding to the keyword label according to the edited keyword.
In this embodiment, the keyword editing instruction includes a keyword addition instruction, a keyword modification instruction, a keyword deletion instruction, and the like. The instant communication application program obtains a keyword newly-increased instruction, displays a keyword newly-increased page, obtains an input custom keyword, and generates a newly-increased keyword tag by using the custom keyword. After completing the addition of the keyword tag, if the keyword message corresponding to the newly added keyword tag is received, the unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag can be displayed by referring to the manner provided in the above embodiment, so as to update the unread message set corresponding to the original keyword tag. Therefore, the newly added keyword message can be displayed in time according to the preference of the user.
The instant communication application program obtains a keyword modification instruction, displays a keyword modification page, obtains a modified keyword, and generates a modified keyword tag by using the modified keyword. After the modification of the keyword tag is completed, if the keyword message corresponding to the modified keyword tag is received, the unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag can be displayed by referring to the manner provided in the above embodiment, so as to update the unread message set corresponding to the original keyword tag. Therefore, the keyword messages required to be displayed can be adjusted in time according to the preference of the user.
The instant communication application program obtains a keyword deleting instruction, displays a keyword deleting page, deletes one or more selected keywords, and deletes corresponding keyword tags. After the keyword tag is deleted, if the keyword message corresponding to the deleted keyword tag is received, the message type is not identified as the target type any more, and the unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag is not displayed in the manner provided in the above embodiment, so that the unread message set corresponding to the keyword tag which is interested by the user is updated.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring the selected message in the unread message set as a message to be replied; acquiring a reply instruction of a message to be replied, and entering a chat window according to the reply instruction; and acquiring the reply content in an input box in the chat window to generate a corresponding reply message.
For the target message in the unread message set, the user does not need to reply after positioning the target message in the chat window. And selecting one target message as a message to be replied from the unread message set, and acquiring a reply instruction of the message to be replied by the instant messaging application program. The reply instruction may be that when the user presses the message to be replied for a time period longer than a first threshold value, the reply icon is displayed, as shown in fig. 8-1. When a click event corresponding to the reply icon occurs, a message reply instruction may be generated. After the reply instruction is acquired, entering the chat window according to the reply instruction, displaying the content of the message to be replied on one side of the input box of the chat window, and after the reply content input in the input box is acquired, generating a reply message corresponding to the message to be replied by using the content of the message to be replied and the reply content, as shown in fig. 8-2. The instant messaging application may prompt upon receipt of each target type of message through a prompt portal. The prompting entrance has a preset size, and in order to reduce the occlusion of the prompting entrance to the message list, the size of the prompting entrance is smaller. Wherein, only one message type icon can be displayed in the prompt entrance. When receiving two or more target types of messages, the corresponding prompt identifiers can be dynamically changed and displayed. The instant messaging application program can obtain the receiving time of the message and determine the message type of the newly received unread message belonging to the target type as the current message type. And displaying the prompt identifier corresponding to the current message type through a prompt entrance. Therefore, under the condition that the influence of a prompt entry on the message list is reduced, the prompt identification of the newly received unread message belonging to the target type can be displayed, and convenience is provided for a user.
Further, when a prompt identifier corresponding to the current message type is triggered, the message collection page is entered, the message collection page comprises a plurality of message type tags, the message type tag corresponding to the current message type is in a selected state, and an unread message collection corresponding to the message type is displayed. For example, a target message received latest is a resource sharing message, and assuming that the resource sharing message contains content related to payment, the prompt identifier in the prompt entry may be changed to a money prompt identifier. And after clicking a prompt entrance, entering a message set hinge and displaying an unread message set corresponding to the money label. As shown in fig. 9-1 and 9-2. When one of the resource sharing messages is clicked, the corresponding dialog box is entered, and the resource sharing message containing the payment content is located, as shown in fig. 9-3. Therefore, convenience is provided for the user to quickly know the target message. When the user clicks other message category labels in the message collection page, the instant messaging application program can be correspondingly switched to a corresponding unread message collection. Therefore, the user can conveniently and quickly check the target messages of other categories.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and after the message is updated to the read message for a preset time, if a new message belonging to the target type is not received, performing display weakening processing on the prompt entrance.
After viewing a target type message (referred to as a target message for short) in the manner provided in the embodiments above, the instant messaging application updates the unread target message to a read message. In order to avoid interference on a user caused by continuous display of the prompt entrance, after the target message is updated to the read message for a preset time, if a new target message is not received, the prompt entrance is subjected to display weakening treatment. The preset duration may be the second threshold. The second threshold may be the same as or different from the first threshold. Ways to display the weakening process include various ways, such as, for example, fading the prompt entry color, reducing the size, moving to the edge of the message list, hiding, not displaying, etc. A schematic illustration of one such weakening display is shown in fig. 10. And when the target message is received again, restoring the display prompt entrance.
In order to further avoid the prompt entrance from shielding the message list and the like, the display mode of the prompt entrance can be switched. In one embodiment, when the message type belongs to the target type, presenting a hint entry includes: and when the message type belongs to the target type and a trigger event aiming at the target type message label in the navigation bar occurs, responding to the trigger event and displaying a prompt entry corresponding to each message type.
A target type message tag may be set on the navigation bar, and when a target type message is received, the unread number may be prompted through the target type message tag. After a trigger event for a target type message tag occurs, the instant messaging application program can display prompt entries corresponding to various message types. For example, as shown in FIGS. 11-1 and 11-2. Or the corresponding prompt entrance can be displayed according to the type of the currently received message belonging to the target type. For example, only the keyword message is currently received, only the prompt entry corresponding to the type of the keyword message may be presented. As shown in fig. 11-3. The prompt portal may be located above the navigation bar or anywhere in the message list. By switching the display mode of the prompt entrance, the user can conveniently and quickly check the concerned target type message, and the shielding of the prompt entrance to normal message browsing can be further reduced. Further, when all target messages are updated to be read messages, if the target type message tags are clicked again, prompt entries corresponding to all message types can be displayed, and therefore a user can conveniently and quickly check historical target messages.
