Abstract
The invention discloses a page-crossing panoramic photographic paper and a preparation process thereof, wherein the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper comprises a photographic paper body, a through hole is arranged on the inner side of an outer edge sideline on the photographic paper body, the length direction of the through hole is consistent with the length direction of the photographic paper body, two opposite surfaces of the photographic paper body are respectively provided with an adhesive tape layer covering the through hole, and one surface of the adhesive tape layer, which is far away from the through hole, is coated with a solidified ink layer. The photo album solves the problem that the photo album bound by the traditional photographic paper can not be spread by 180 degrees, the problem that the picture contents between the adjacent pages can not be seamlessly connected and aligned after the photo album bound by the traditional photographic paper, and the problem that the thickness and the page number of the photo album bound by the traditional photographic paper are limited.

Background
Photographic paper, also known as photographic paper, photographic paper and photographic paper, is one material used in the traditional printing industry for developing photographs. The butterfly binding is a more exquisite binding mode, the process is complex, a PVC interlayer or a paperboard with a certain thickness is generally required to be clamped between two pieces of photographic paper for the butterfly binding to serve as a paper core, the two sides of the paper core are pasted by a glue machine, the materials are harder after being pasted, the stiffness is good, the appearance is attractive and elegant, the grade is high, each page of the book is connected, 180-degree flattening can be realized on the inner page after the book is turned open, and the picture connection is complete and attractive. When current photographic paper in market is bound through mounting butterfly, have following problem: the manufacturing cost is high, the process is complex, the speed is slow, the production cycle is long, the increase of the paper core causes the thickness of the photo album to be large, the weight of the photo album to be large, the total number of pages of the photo album to be limited, and the economic benefit is halved.

The invention aims to overcome the defects, provides the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper, solves the problem that the traditional photographic paper cannot be spread by 180 degrees after being bound into an album, solves the problem that the picture contents between adjacent pages cannot be seamlessly connected and aligned after the traditional photographic paper is bound into the album, and solves the problem that the thickness and the number of pages of the album are limited after the traditional photographic paper is bound into the album; in addition, the invention also provides a preparation process of the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a page-crossing panoramic photographic paper, which includes a photographic paper body, wherein a through hole is formed in an inner side of an outer edge line of the photographic paper body, a length direction of the through hole is identical to a length direction of the photographic paper body, two opposite surfaces of the photographic paper body are respectively provided with an adhesive tape layer covering the through hole, and one surface of the adhesive tape layer facing away from the through hole is coated with a cured ink layer.
In the page-spanning panoramic photographic paper, the through holes are waist-shaped through holes.
By adopting the technical scheme, the through hole is arranged to be the waist-shaped through hole, so that paper jamming can be avoided when the photographic paper is printed.
The page-spread panoramic photographic paper is characterized in that the width of the waist-shaped through hole is 3 mm.
The page-spread panoramic photographic paper is characterized in that the width of the adhesive tape layer is 9mm, and the thickness of the adhesive tape layer is 15 micrometers.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation process of the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper, which comprises the following steps:
s1, using a cutting device to cut a through hole on the photographic paper body;
s2, respectively sticking adhesive tape layers covering the through holes on the two opposite surfaces of the photographic paper body;
and S3, coating a solidified ink layer on the surface of the adhesive tape layer, which is far away from the through hole, through a coating machine, and thus obtaining the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper.
Further, the coater in the step S3 applies the coating by using the nanometer micropore technology.
The printing ink is coated by the nano-scale micropore technology, so that the printing ink can be quickly absorbed by the honeycomb micropores on the surface of the solidified printing ink layer after the printing is finished on the surface of the photographic paper, and the printing effect is further improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. The page-crossing panoramic photographic paper can be spread and turned over at 180 degrees after being packaged into an album through wireless glue, no page scattering occurs, and the picture contents between adjacent pages in the album are perfectly and seamlessly connected; the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper can be bound into an album without a paper core when the album is bound by mounting butterflies, and the page number of the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper bound into the album by mounting butterflies is at least twice of the page number of the album bound into the album by the traditional photographic paper when the thickness of the album bound into the album by mounting butterflies is the same as that of the existing photographic paper, so that the whole thickness of the album is greatly reduced while the whole page number of the album is ensured; the page-crossing panoramic paper can be spread and turned over at 180 degrees without being glued by a wire, the loose pages cannot occur, the thickness of the photo album is small, and the picture contents between adjacent pages in the photo album are perfectly and seamlessly connected.
3. The binding procedure of the invention is simple and convenient when the page-spanning panoramic photographic paper is bound into the photo album, the binding cost is low, and the invention is convenient and fast.

Wherein, the through hole 2 is a waist-shaped through hole. The through hole 2 is a waist-shaped through hole, so that paper jam can be avoided when the photographic paper is printed.

Further, the coater in step S3 applies the coating by the nano-scale micro-pore technique, but is not limited to the above technique as long as the coated surface of the cured ink layer 4 is formed into honeycomb micro-pores. The printing ink is coated by the nano-scale micropore technology, so that the printing ink can be quickly absorbed by the honeycomb micropores on the surface of the solidified ink layer 4 after the printing is finished on the surface of the photographic paper, and the printing effect is further improved. The curing ink layer 4 of the present invention is suitable for water-based printing, Indigo digital printing and carbon powder printing, but is not limited to the above three printing methods. The model of the coater in this embodiment is TJ-330.
The setting of the solidified ink layer 4 ensures that the picture printed on the photographic paper has excellent water resistance, light resistance and firmness, long storage time and excellent antistatic performance, so that the photographic paper has certain smoothness, high strength, bending resistance, folding resistance, enough reflection density and good color expression. The solidified ink layer 4 in the invention is reasonably selected according to the actual use of the photographic paper.
After the page-crossing panoramic photographic paper is bound into the photographic paper, the through holes 2 are positioned at the spine position, so that the problem that the traditional photographic paper cannot be spread by 180 degrees after being bound into the photo album is solved, the problem that the picture contents between the adjacent pages after the traditional photographic paper is bound into the photo album cannot be seamlessly connected and aligned is solved, and the problem that the thickness and the number of pages of the photo album are limited after the traditional photographic paper is bound into the photo album is solved.
