An air conditioner control system, an air conditioner, and a control method of the air conditioner according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioning control system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioning control system includes: a controller (not shown in the figure), a compressor 1, a four-way valve assembly 2, an outdoor heat exchanger 3, an outdoor fan 4, an outdoor electronic expansion valve 5, a first indoor electronic expansion valve 6, a second indoor electronic expansion valve 7, a third indoor electronic expansion valve 12, a first indoor heat exchanger 8, a second indoor heat exchanger 9, a first indoor fan 10 and a second indoor fan 11.
That is, the air conditioning control system according to the embodiment of the present invention relates to a novel air conditioner structure, which is in the form of a dual-fan and dual-heat exchanger, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes a first indoor heat exchanger 8 and a second indoor heat exchanger 9, and a first indoor fan 10 and a second indoor fan 11. The two sections of heat exchangers are subjected to different throttling controls, so that the temperatures of the two sections of heat exchangers are different, one section of heat exchanger is in a low-temperature area, the other section of heat exchanger is in a high-temperature area, and a temperature difference is generated through the wind fields of the two sections of heat exchangers, so that the dehumidification capacity and the air outlet temperature are reasonably controlled, and the purposes of temperature control and dehumidification are achieved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, an output end of a compressor 1 is connected to one end of an outdoor heat exchanger 3 through a four-way valve assembly 2, the other end of the outdoor heat exchanger 3 is connected to one end of a first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 and one end of a second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 through an outdoor electronic expansion valve 5, and an outdoor fan 4 is disposed opposite to the outdoor heat exchanger 3.
The other end of the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 is connected to one end of a first indoor heat exchanger 8.
The other end of the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 is connected to one end of a second indoor heat exchanger 9.
The other end of the second indoor heat exchanger 9 is connected to the other end of the first indoor heat exchanger 8 through a third indoor electronic expansion valve 12, a first indoor fan 10 is provided for the first indoor heat exchanger 8, and a second indoor fan 11 is provided for the second indoor heat exchanger 9.
The controller is used for controlling one or more of the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5, the first to third indoor electronic expansion valves and the first and second indoor fans according to the operation mode of the air conditioner so as to perform throttling control on the air conditioner.
That is, the first indoor heat exchanger 8 and the second indoor heat exchanger 9 adopt a parallel control mode, refrigerant is discharged from the compressor 1, passes through the outdoor heat exchanger 3 and the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5, and is divided into two paths which respectively and correspondingly enter the first indoor heat exchanger 8 and the second indoor heat exchanger 9, the two sections of indoor heat exchangers (namely, the first indoor heat exchanger 8 and the second indoor heat exchanger 9) are arranged in parallel and respectively and correspondingly controlled by the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 and the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7, and air is fed into two sides of the double-fan structure (namely, the first indoor fan 10 and the second indoor fan 11) and is discharged after being mixed, for example, as shown in fig. 2.
Therefore, the air conditioner control system adopts a double-fan double-heat exchanger form, different throttling controls are carried out on two sections of heat exchangers of the indoor unit by controlling the opening degree of one or more electronic expansion valves, the temperatures of the two sections of heat exchangers are different, one section of heat exchanger is in a low-temperature area, the other section of heat exchanger is in a high-temperature area, the two sections of heat exchangers are divided into different temperature areas, and the temperature change of a mixed air field is reasonably controlled through the temperature difference generated by the air fields of the two sections of heat exchangers, so that the purposes of temperature control (temperature rise, temperature reduction and constant temperature) and dehumidification are achieved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioning control system further includes: a gas-liquid separator 13, an electromagnetic valve 14 and a refrigerant heat dissipation module (not shown).
Wherein, the first end of the gas-liquid separator 13 is connected with the other end of the first indoor heat exchanger 8, and the first end of the gas-liquid separator 13 is also connected with the second indoor heat exchanger 9 through a third indoor electronic expansion valve 12; the second end of the gas-liquid separator 13 is connected with the output end of the compressor 1 through the four-way valve component 2; the third end of the gas-liquid separator 13 is connected with the input end of the compressor 1 sequentially through the electromagnetic valve 14 and the refrigerant heat dissipation module, and the electromagnetic valve 14 is used for controlling the opening or closing of the refrigerant heat dissipation module.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the cooling mode, the controller is configured to: the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5 and the third indoor electronic expansion valve 12 are controlled to be opened at maximum opening degrees, the opening degrees of the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 and the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 are adjusted, the opening degrees of the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 and the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 are made to be different, and the first indoor fan 10 and the second indoor fan 11 are controlled to respectively supply air at preset gears, so that throttling control is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, when the air conditioner is in the cooling mode, the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5 and the third indoor electronic expansion valve 12 are controlled to be fully opened, that is, the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5 and the third indoor electronic expansion valve 12 are controlled to be fully opened at the maximum opening degree, at this time, throttling is not performed, the opening degrees of the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 and the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 are adjusted, and throttling control is performed by the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 and the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7, so that the two-stage heat exchanger has different expansion valve opening degrees, that is, the opening degrees of the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 and the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 are different, thereby accurately controlling the outlet air temperature and improving energy efficiency. Meanwhile, the first indoor fan 10 and the second indoor fan 11 are controlled to supply air at preset gears, specifically, for example, the first indoor fan 10 and the second indoor fan 11 are controlled to supply air at three-gear rotation speed. Therefore, the dual-fan structure (i.e., the first indoor fan 10 and the second indoor fan 11) enables a user to control the six-gear rotating speed, so that the control of the air volume temperature is more accurate.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the cooling mode, the controller is further configured to: the electromagnetic valve 14 is controlled to be opened, so that the liquid refrigerant separated by the gas-liquid separator 13 is gasified by the refrigerant heat dissipation module and then flows into the compressor 1 through the input end of the compressor 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the refrigerant flow of the gas-liquid separator 13 in the cooling mode functions to split the gas-liquid refrigerant. Specifically, after the refrigerant enters the gas-liquid separator 13, the gas-liquid separator 13 performs gas-liquid separation on the refrigerant, and further outputs the gaseous refrigerant through one output end of the gas-liquid separator 13, so that the gaseous refrigerant enters the liquid reservoir of the compressor 1; the other output end of the gas-liquid separator 13 outputs a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant, the liquid refrigerant passes through the refrigerant heat dissipation module and then enters the liquid reservoir of the compressor 1, and at this time, the electromagnetic valve 14 is in a communication state.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the heating mode, the controller is configured to: and controlling the first to third indoor electronic expansion valves to be opened at the maximum opening degree, controlling the opening degree of the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5, and controlling the first indoor fan 10 and the second indoor fan 11 to supply air at preset gears respectively so as to perform accurate air supply of double fans, thereby realizing throttling control.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the heating mode, the controller is further configured to: the control solenoid 14 is closed.
Specifically, when the air conditioner is in the heating mode, the three indoor electronic expansion valves are controlled to be fully opened, that is, the first to third indoor electronic expansion valves 12 are all controlled to be opened at the maximum opening degree, at this time, throttling is not performed, throttling is adjusted through the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5, and accurate double-fan air control is achieved by controlling the first indoor fan 10 and the second indoor fan 11. Further, the solenoid valve 14 is controlled to be closed, so that the refrigerant heat dissipation module does not operate.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the dehumidification mode, the controller is configured to: and controlling the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5 to be opened at the maximum opening degree, controlling the electromagnetic valve 14 to be opened, and adjusting the opening degree of the first indoor heat exchanger 8 to reduce the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger 8 to be lower than the dew point temperature, wherein the dew point temperature is calculated according to the indoor temperature and humidity.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the dehumidification mode, the controller is further configured to: the first indoor fan 10 is controlled to supply air at a set low damper.
Specifically, when the air conditioner is operated in the dehumidification mode, three operation modes can be adopted: cooling dehumidification, constant temperature dehumidification and heating dehumidification. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, which dehumidification mode is to be entered can be determined according to the indoor environment temperature and the user setting temperature Ts, the setting temperature Ts is lower than the indoor environment temperature to perform cooling dehumidification, the setting temperature Ts is equal to the indoor environment temperature to perform constant temperature dehumidification, and the setting temperature Ts is higher than the indoor environment temperature to perform heating dehumidification. In the dehumidification mode, the air conditioner performs cooling, the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5 is controlled to be opened at the maximum opening degree, that is, the outdoor electronic expansion valve 5 is controlled to be fully opened, and throttling is performed by the first to third indoor electronic expansion valves. Indoor dew point temperature is calculated according to indoor humiture sensed by the environment humiture sensor, then the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6 is adjusted to a smaller opening degree, so that the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger 8 is lower than the dew point temperature, and indoor water vapor is condensed on the first indoor heat exchanger 8 to dehumidify. Meanwhile, the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 is controlled to adopt a certain opening degree (or fully opened), the overall outlet air temperature is controlled by controlling the opening degree of the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7, and the opening degree of the third indoor electronic expansion valve 12 is adjusted according to the dehumidification set temperature. In addition, the first indoor fan 10 can be set to be low wind in the dehumidification process, so that the evaporation temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger 8 can be lower, the dehumidification effect can be improved, the dehumidification capacity can be increased, and the humidity can be accurately controlled by controlling the combined action of the first indoor fan 10 and the first indoor electronic expansion valve 6; the second indoor fan 11 is operated according to a user-set windshield.
If the set temperature Ts set by the user in the dehumidification mode is lower than the indoor ambient temperature, the temperature is reduced and dehumidification is performed, the opening degree of the indoor second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 needs to be reduced to increase the throttling, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is increased to reduce the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger 9, and meanwhile, the third indoor electronic expansion valve 12 is controlled to be fully opened. If the set temperature Ts set by the user in the dehumidification mode is higher than or equal to the indoor ambient temperature (or equal to the indoor temperature), temperature rise dehumidification (or constant temperature dehumidification) is performed, at this time, it is necessary to control the second indoor electronic expansion valve 7 to be fully opened, and reduce the rotation speed of the outdoor fan 4, so that the second indoor heat exchanger 9 is used as a condenser, the temperature rises, thereby controlling the outlet air temperature to be higher than the indoor ambient temperature (or equal to the indoor ambient temperature), and adjust the opening degree of the third indoor electronic expansion valve 12, so that the pressure of the refrigerant flowing out of the second indoor heat exchanger 9 is reduced, and is balanced with the pressure of the refrigerant flowing out of the first indoor heat exchanger 8, thereby generating no pressure difference. Meanwhile, the second indoor fan 11 is controlled to operate at a low damper according to the user setting.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can realize the effects of intelligent temperature control dehumidification and accurate dehumidification through the structures of the double-chamber inner fans and the parallel heat exchangers.
