Abstract

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a water flow regulating valve, which comprises a valve body, wherein two ends of the valve body are respectively communicated with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, a plurality of groups of water delivery channels are arranged in the valve body, each group of water delivery channels comprises two water delivery pipes, two groups of ball valves are correspondingly arranged in the water delivery pipes, the two groups of ball valves are driven to rotate by a first rotating piece and a second rotating piece which are correspondingly arranged in a driving box, the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece are respectively coaxially provided with a rotating wheel I and a rotating wheel II, the rotating wheels I and the rotating wheels II are in transmission connection, the first rotating piece is fixedly connected with the rotating wheel I, the second rotating piece and the rotating wheel II form a ratchet structure, and the ratchet structure is used for driving the second rotating piece to rotate along a preset rotating direction in cooperation with the first rotating piece.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the invention, a water flow regulating valve comprises a valve body 3, two ends of the valve body 3 are respectively communicated with a water inlet pipe 1 and a water outlet pipe 2, a plurality of groups of water delivery channels are arranged in the valve body 3, each group of water delivery channels comprises two water delivery pipes, two groups of ball valves 4 are correspondingly arranged in the two water delivery pipes, the two groups of ball valves 4 are driven to rotate by a first rotating member and a second rotating member which are correspondingly arranged in a driving box 5, the first rotating member and the second rotating member are respectively coaxially provided with a rotating wheel I512 and a rotating wheel II 521, the rotating wheels I512 and the rotating wheel II 521 are in transmission connection, the first rotating member is fixedly connected with the rotating wheel I512, the second rotating member and the rotating wheel 521 form a ratchet structure, and the ratchet structure is used for driving the second rotating member to rotate along a preset rotating direction in cooperation with the first rotating member.
The water delivery channels selected in the invention are two groups, and the water delivery channels in different groups can be independently controlled to open and close according to the actual situation, so that the water delivery operation is combined by matching the water delivery channels in multiple groups.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of explanation of the embodiment, a water delivery channel located at an upper side is exemplified, in the water delivery channel, the first rotating member is a first rotating shaft 51, the second rotating member is a second rotating shaft 52, the first rotating shaft 51 and the second rotating shaft 52 are arranged in parallel, and the water delivery channels are laterally offset, so that the second rotating shaft 52 is prevented from passing through the first water delivery tank;
meanwhile, the first rotating shaft 51 controls the first ball valve 41 in the first water pipe 31, the second rotating shaft 52 controls the second ball valve 42 in the second water pipe 32, and the water pipe is communicated by adjusting the first ball valve 41 and the second ball valve 42 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a wrench 511 is installed to act on the outer side of the driving case 5, and this can be used to control the rotation of the first rotating shaft 51 by rotating the wrench 511.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3, an identification arrow is provided on one side of the wrench 511, and the number of the water pipes is displayed by matching the identification arrow with the number provided by the driving box 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rotating wheel i 512 and the rotating wheel ii 521 are both installed on the first rotating shaft 51 and the second rotating shaft 52, which extend out of the valve body 3 and act on the driving case 5, and the rotating wheel i 512 and the rotating wheel ii 521 are connected by transmission through the transmission belt 6, and the rotating wheel ii 521 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotating wheel i 512, and meanwhile, a ratchet structure is formed between the rotating wheel ii 521 and the first rotating shaft 51, so that when the rotating wheel i 512 drives the rotating wheel ii 521 to rotate in a preset rotating direction, the rotating wheel ii 521 can only rotate about the second rotating shaft 52, whereas when the rotating wheel i 512 drives the rotating wheel ii 521 to rotate in a preset rotating opposite direction, the rotating wheel ii 521 cannot rotate about the second rotating shaft 52, and by designing the ratchet structure, whether the second rotating shaft 52 is controlled to rotate or not is enabled by different rotating directions of the first rotating shaft 51, and thus whether the second water pipe 32 is opened or not to cooperate with the first water pipe 31 for water delivery.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a fixing ring is arranged at the connection part of the valve body 3, the water inlet pipe 1 and the water outlet pipe 2, a fixing ring I101 is arranged at the position of the water inlet pipe 1, a fixing ring II 201 is arranged at the position of the water outlet pipe 2, and the pipeline at the connection part is fixedly sealed by designing the fixing ring.
Compared with the prior art, the ball valve 4 is driven to rotate by the two rotating shafts respectively, the two rotating shafts are in transmission connection through the transmission belt 6, a ratchet structure is arranged between the driven rotating shaft (namely the second rotating shaft 52) and the transmission belt 6, the driven rotating shaft is driven to rotate along the preset rotating direction by the driving rotating shaft (namely the first rotating shaft 51) through the ratchet structure, and conversely, when the driving rotating shaft rotates along the preset opposite direction, the driven rotating shaft cannot be driven to rotate, so that the driving rotating shaft can control the communication of the two water conveying pipes through different rotating directions to realize water flow regulation control, and meanwhile, the flow control of the water inlet and outlet pipes 2 is realized through the cooperation of the water conveying channels, so that the problem that the water flow is controlled through the rotation of the regulating valve at present is avoided, but the water quantity is troublesome to use by a user through experience control of the rotating angle is solved.
