To solve the above problems, many manufacturers have introduced a self-cleaning function, and the current mainstream self-cleaning techniques are classified into three types. The first is steam hot water washing, which dissolves oil stain with steam, washes with hot water, and dries with hot air, and the disadvantage is that the oil is easy to emulsify and can not be completely removed due to high water temperature. The heating device is arranged outside the shell, can raise the air temperature to 350 ℃, ensures that stubborn oil stains can be melted, and reduces the adhesion of the stubborn oil stains to the minimum.
3. The side wall of the main pipe of the spray head is provided with the plurality of spray holes, so that oil stains on the blades of the impeller are only locally heated, and the energy utilization rate is high. The hot air spray holes are aligned with the blades of the centrifugal fan. The hot air sprayed from the hot air spray holes in the hot air spray head 7 uniformly covers the whole blade, so that no dead angle exists when the high-temperature air flow impacts the blade, the heating efficiency is improved, the oil stain melting is accelerated, and the uniform heating of the blade is realized.

After the hot air heats the blades of the impeller for a period of time, the controller controls the impeller to rotate positively for a certain time, oil stains on the blades are thrown off by utilizing centrifugal force, hydrophobic and oleophobic coatings are arranged on the impeller and the inner wall of the volute, and the thrown-off oil stains are prevented from being detained and solidified on the inner wall of the volute. The oil stain can flow into the waste oil collecting box 11 along the volute wall continuously because of gravity, so that the oil stain is prevented from being solidified again after being cooled, secondary pollution is avoided, and oil stain cleaning of the impeller of the range hood is realized.
