The reinforced adhesion method of sprayed hard foam polyurethane and leveling layer for outer wall of building includes spraying hard foam polyurethane (1) as heat insulating material for outer wall of building, spraying cement anti-cracking mortar (2) as leveling layer material, spraying cement steel nail (3) as reinforcing rib material and spraying mold cavity (4) formed in hard foam polyurethane.
The reinforced bonding method of the spray hard foam polyurethane and the leveling layer for the building outer wall is characterized in that the apparent density of the spray hard foam polyurethane (1) is more than or equal to 45kg/m3And fire rating of above grade B2.
The reinforced bonding method of the sprayed rigid foam polyurethane and the leveling layer for the building outer wall is characterized in that the leveling layer material (2) is usually cement anti-cracking mortar and does not contain rubber powder polyphenyl particle thermal insulation mortar.
The reinforced bonding method of the sprayed hard foam polyurethane and the leveling layer for the building outer wall is characterized in that a cement steel nail (3) used as a reinforcing rib material is a steel nail made of C40-45# medium carbon steel.
The reinforced bonding method of the spray hard foam polyurethane and the leveling layer for the building outer wall is characterized in that the spray hard foam polyurethane foam is formed by a mould pressing method generally as a forming method of a cavity (4) in the spray hard foam polyurethane foam, and the forming method comprises but is not limited to the forming methods; the shape of the cavity is generally a cylinder, a cone, a polygon and the like, the bottom of the cavity can be a flat bottom, an arc bottom and a cone-tip bottom, and the outer contour of the cavity can be a linear type or an arc type, including but not limited to the above cavity forming method, cavity shape, cavity outer contour and cavity bottom shape.
The reinforced adhesion method of the sprayed hard foam polyurethane and the leveling layer for the building outer wall is characterized in that when the minimum thickness of a cement anti-cracking mortar layer serving as the leveling layer meets the design requirement of the protective layer, the mortar layer can be used instead of the protective layer.
The key innovation of the invention is as follows:
1. according to the solid-state change characteristic of material state by the gradual transform of rheology state in the solidification forming process of spraying rigid foam polyurethane, at the middle and later stages that spraying rigid foam polyurethane is not completely solidified and formed yet, adopt the special mould that hard material made to carry out artifical mould pressing to spraying rigid foam polyurethane surface layer design point position, make it form a plurality of die cavities in spraying rigid foam polyurethane foam, finally become one and not destroy spraying rigid foam polyurethane inner structure on a large scale, can wipe into the physics anchor point of cement mortar again.
2. By plastering the cement anti-crack mortar into the middle cavity of the sprayed hard foam polyurethane foam body and implanting the reinforcing rib cement steel nail, the shear strength and the bonding strength of the interface between the cement anti-crack mortar layer and the leveling layer and the sprayed hard foam polyurethane are increased, so that the overall stability and the reliability of the decorative layer of the outer wall of the building are improved.
