The kitchen and bathroom suspended ceiling prefabricated structure of claim 1, wherein at least one kitchen unit and one bathroom unit are prefabricated in the formwork, and water consumption equipment of the kitchen unit and the bathroom unit are connected with a bathroom suspended ceiling space pipeline to form a water inlet channel, a sewage drainage channel and a waste water drainage channel for integral transportation.

The kitchen and bath suspended ceiling prefabricated structure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the water distributors is at least two, the water inlet of each water distributor is connected with the water supply end, and at least one branch water outlet is connected with a cold water equipment pipeline; the other branch water outlet is connected with a water heater; the water outlet of the water heater is connected with another water separator, and each branch water outlet of the water separator is connected with a pipeline of hot water equipment.

The kitchen and bath ceiling prefabricated structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when two kitchens and two bathrooms are arranged in one formwork, the two bathroom ceiling spaces are connected and the two bathroom ceiling spaces are arranged between the two kitchen ceiling spaces; when a kitchen and two bathrooms are arranged in one mould frame, the two bathroom ceiling spaces are connected, and the kitchen ceiling space is arranged on one side of one bathroom ceiling space.
