A dust-collecting apparatus for textile processing according to claim 4, wherein the spraying direction of the spraying head (20) at the dust inlet end of the filter plate (4) is towards the filter plate (4), and the spraying direction of the spraying head (20) at the dust outlet end of the filter plate (4) is towards the downward liquid collecting groove (21).

A textile processing dust-removing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the dust-removing box (1) is provided with a mounting assembly (15); the mounting assembly (15) comprises a connecting seat (26), a mounting rod (28), a telescopic rod (29) and a mounting plate (32); the connecting seat (26) is rotatably arranged on the dust removing box (1); one end of the mounting rod (28) is connected with the connecting seat (26), and the other end is connected with the telescopic rod (29) in a sliding manner; the mounting plate (32) is rotatably arranged on the telescopic rod (29).

A dusting apparatus for textile processing according to claim 7, characterized in that the mounting assembly (15) further comprises a first threaded rod (27) and a first nut; a circle of first fixing holes (13) are formed in the dust removing box (1) along the periphery of the connecting seat (26); one end of the mounting rod (28) is provided with a first threaded through groove; the first threaded rod (27) is in threaded fit with the first mounting rod (28) through the first threaded through groove, and is clamped into the first fixing hole (13) at the corresponding position, and the other end of the first threaded rod is matched with the first nut.

The dust removing device for textile processing as recited in claim 8, wherein the mounting assembly (15) further comprises a second threaded rod (30) and a second nut; the other end of the mounting rod (28) is provided with a threaded through groove II; a second fixing hole (31) is formed in the telescopic rod (29); and the second threaded rod (30) is in threaded fit with the mounting rod (28) through the second threaded through groove and is clamped into the second fixing hole (31) at the corresponding position, and the other end of the second threaded rod is matched with the second nut.
10. A dusting apparatus for textile processing according to any of claims 1-9, characterised in that the working method is as follows:
s1, firstly, operating the installation assembly (15) when the equipment is installed, rotating the connecting seat (26), sliding the telescopic rod (29) to enable the height and the position of the dust removal box (1) to be proper, then, matching the threaded rod I (27) with the nut I, fixing the connecting seat (26), matching the threaded rod II (30) with the nut II, fixing the telescopic rod (29), and completing installation of the equipment;
s2, conveying the textile fabric to the lower part of a first dust removal part (14), driving a mounting seat (10) to rotate by a motor, adjusting the height of a rotating roller (11), and cleaning and collecting textile dust on the fabric by bristles (12);
s3, driving a dust removal plate (16) to move back and forth by a dust removal part II (9) through an air cylinder (18), removing clustered textile dust on the bristles (12), and sucking the textile dust into a dust removal chamber (33) through a dust collection fan I (3);
s4, sucking the residual textile dust into a dust removal chamber (33) by a dust collection cover (8);
s5, filtering the textile dust by a filter plate (4), entering a filter chamber (34) and finally entering a dust bag (6);
s6, a liquid storage box (19) is filled with a settling liquid, the spray nozzle (20) at one side sprays the settling liquid to the dust inlet end of the filter plate (4) to wash and clean the dust inlet end, and the spray nozzle (20) at the other side sprays the settling liquid to the residual textile dust to enable the textile dust to settle and fall into a liquid collection hopper (22);
s7, a water pipe (25) and a circulating pump (24) are matched, and the settling solution circulates.
