The invention discloses a glass cover plate and electronic equipment, wherein the glass cover plate comprises a cover plate body, a first side and a second side, wherein the stress of the first side is smaller than that of the second side; and the antireflection film completely covers the second surface. According to the invention, the antireflection film is plated on the surface of the cover plate with large stress and is tempered again, the surface with the antireflection film cannot perform ion exchange due to the blocking of the antireflection film, and the other surface performs ion exchange, so that the stress is increased, and the balance is finally achieved. The problem of apron crooked is solved. The later stage processing of apron is convenient for, and has improved display panel's whole visual effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display panels, in particular to a glass cover plate and electronic equipment.
Background
In order to enhance the strength of the cover plate, the glass cover plate for the vehicle generally needs to be chemically toughened; as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the flat glass 10 ', the tempering depth of the front side and the back side is often inconsistent in the chemical tempering process, and the stress of the first side 11 ' is smaller than that of the second side 12 ', so that the glass is warped. If not, the processing is not beneficial to the post processing of the glass 10', the appearance of the cover plate is affected, and even the display effect of the display panel is affected.
In view of this, there is a need to improve the existing glass cover plate to reduce the stress difference between the two sides of the cover plate after tempering.

The invention discloses a glass cover plate and electronic equipment, which are used for solving the problem that the cover plate warps due to the stress difference of two surfaces of the tempered cover plate in the prior art.

In the scheme, the thickness of the antireflection film is 200-500 nm.
In the above aspect, the reflectance of the antireflection film is less than 1%.
The invention also provides electronic equipment comprising the glass cover plate in any one of the above schemes.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. the cover plate comprises a cover plate body 10 and a cover plate body, wherein the cover plate body 10 comprises a first surface 11 and a second surface 12, the stress of the first surface 11 is smaller than that of the second surface 12, the first surface 11 is subjected to inward bending force in a natural state, the second surface 12 is subjected to outward bending force, and the cover plate body 10 is bent towards the first surface 11; and an antireflection film 20 completely covering the second face 20. The cover plate body 10 is made of toughened glass. And tempered again after plating the antireflection film 20. Antireflection film 20 is capable of blocking ion exchange during tempering of second face 12.
According to the invention, the second surface 12 with large stress of the cover plate body 10 is plated with the antireflection film 20 and then is tempered again, the second surface 12 cannot perform ion exchange due to the blocking of the antireflection film 20, and the first surface 11 performs ion exchange, so that the stress is increased, and finally the balance is achieved. The problem of apron crooked is solved.
The antireflection film 20 is made of one or more of silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, niobium oxide, and titanium oxide.
The antireflection film has at least two layers, and since a single layer of the antireflection film 20 hardly achieves a desired effect, a multilayer antireflection film 20 is used in order to achieve zero reflection at a single wavelength or achieve a good antireflection effect in a wide spectral region. Preferably, the antireflection film has 5 to 9 layers, and is formed by stacking two materials with different refractive indexes, wherein the low refractive index material comprises silicon dioxide, and the high refractive index material comprises silicon nitride, niobium oxide and titanium oxide.
The thickness of the antireflection film 20 is 200 to 500 nm.
In the present embodiment, the reflectance of antireflection film 20 is preferably less than 1%. The effect of eliminating the reflected light is good.
Example 2
The invention also provides an electronic device comprising the glass cover plate in the embodiment 1. The electronic equipment using the glass cover plate is characterized in that the second surface 12 with large stress of the cover plate is plated with the antireflection film 20 and is tempered again, the second surface cannot exchange ions due to the blocking of the antireflection film 20, and the first surface 11 exchanges ions, so that the stress is increased, and the balance is finally achieved. The problem of apron crooked is solved. The later stage processing of apron is convenient for, and has improved display panel's whole visual effect.

1. A glass cover plate is characterized by comprising,
the cover plate comprises a cover plate body and a first side, wherein the stress of the first side is smaller than that of the second side, and the cover plate body is bent towards the first side in a natural state;
and the antireflection film completely covers the second surface.
2. The glass cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate body is tempered glass.
3. The glass cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate body is tempered again after plating the antireflection film.
4. The glass cover sheet according to claim 3, wherein the antireflection film is capable of blocking ion exchange during tempering of the second side.
5. The glass cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the antireflection film is made of one or more of silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, niobium oxide, titanium oxide.
6. The glass cover plate according to claim 1, wherein said antireflection film has at least two layers.
7. The glass cover sheet according to claim 6, wherein the antireflection film has 5 to 9 layers.
8. The glass cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the antireflection film has a thickness of 200 to 500 nm.
9. The glass cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the antireflection film has a reflectivity of less than 1%.
10. An electronic device comprising the glass cover plate according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
