Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the base paper conveyance mechanism 3 includes a base paper placement frame 31, a base paper conveyance belt 32 provided at the bottom of the base paper placement frame 31, and a base paper conveyance pair roller group 33 provided between the base paper placement frame 31 and the sizing mechanism 4. The lowermost base paper in the base paper placing frame 31 is carried out by the base paper conveying belt 32, and is conveyed to the gumming mechanism 4 by the base paper conveying pair roller group 33.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the sizing mechanism 4 includes a sizing counter roller group 41 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, a rubber outlet tube 42 disposed above the sizing counter roller group 41, a conveying counter roller group 43 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, and a rubber return groove 44 disposed below the sizing roller group. Glue is conveyed between the upper glue roller sets 41 through the glue outlet pipe 42, and the bottom paper is conveyed through the conveying roller sets 43, so that the purpose of automatic glue application is achieved.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the laminating mechanism 5 includes plural sets of laminating pairs 51 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, the plural sets of laminating pairs 51 being arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the base paper conveying mechanism 3. In order to improve the transition stability between the mechanisms during the transfer of the base paper and the facial tissues, a bridge plate group 52 is arranged between the base paper transfer mechanism 3 and the gluing mechanism 4, and between the gluing mechanism 4 and the pressing mechanism 5.
The implementation principle is as follows: first, the initial state preparation process is completed by placing the face paper and the base paper at the face paper conveying mechanism 2 and the base paper conveying mechanism 3, respectively, and connecting the glue solution to the glue applying mechanism 4.
Secondly, according to the sizes of the facial tissues and the base papers, the distance between the conveying belt assemblies 222 in the facial tissue conveying mechanism 2 is adjusted, so that the conveying belt assemblies 222 slide on the adjusting cross rod 224 and are fixed by the fixing piece 225 so as to be matched with the size of the facial tissues for normal conveying; the inclination angles between the conveying belt assembly 222 and the deviation correcting support 2212 in the facial tissue deviation correcting belt assembly 221 are adjusted, so that the deviation correcting effect on facial tissue conveying is realized, and the anastomosis between facial tissue conveying and base tissue laminating is improved; the facial tissues are conveyed to a facial tissue horizontal conveying device 22 through a facial tissue automatic feeding device 21, conveyed and corrected by a facial tissue correction belt assembly 221, and finally conveyed to a facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 for pressing. Meanwhile, the bottom paper is carried out by the bottom paper conveyer belt 32 in the bottom paper conveyer mechanism 3, and then is conveyed to the gluing mechanism 4 by the bottom paper conveying pair roller set 33; the glue feeding mechanism 4 conveys glue solution between the glue feeding pair roller sets 41 through the glue outlet pipe 42, and conveys base paper through the glue feeding pair roller sets 41, so that the purpose of automatic glue feeding and conveying is achieved.
Finally, the photoelectric sensor 29 at the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 detects the conveying speed of the facial tissue in the facial tissue conveying mechanism 3, and the servo motor 27 controls the rotation of the pressing wheel 28 to control the conveying speed of facial tissue, so that the aim of merging the facial tissue and the facial tissue at the pressing mechanism 5 is fulfilled; the final lamination mechanism 5 carries out lamination conveying on the surface paper and the sized base paper through a plurality of groups of lamination pair roller groups 51 which are rotatably arranged on the frame 1, so as to realize the paper mounting process; through setting up facial tissue conveying mechanism 2, base stock conveying mechanism 3, rubberizing mechanism 4 and pressing mechanism 5, have that the adaptation degree is strong, take effect efficiently, effectively reduce manufacturing cost, and conveniently rectify the paper and prevent that it from appearing the skew phenomenon to improve the effect of mounting paper production quality.
