Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a cold enamel product, which comprises the following steps: after a leather substrate with a plurality of grooves is treated by an impermeable fixing film, a plurality of metal wires are embedded in the grooves by using a binder and divide the leather substrate into a plurality of closed areas, and then a plurality of enamel-like layers are formed after the closed areas are filled with liquid resin glue. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surface processing of leather products, in particular to a preparation method of a cold enamel product.
Background
The enamel ware is a ware made of enamel as a material decoration. The traditional enamel is generally obtained by applying a pulverized and ground enamel glaze on the surface of a metal product manufactured by a metal processing process, and then performing the manufacturing steps of drying, firing and the like, and the preparation process is complex and high in cost.
The cold enamel process for filling and curing artware by using resin instead of traditional enamel glaze has the advantages of low cost, simple manufacture and high yield, and the enamel-imitated surface formed by the finished product can show the same artistic effect of the traditional enamel. However, since the cold enamel manufacturing process does not need to be sintered in a high temperature furnace for color development, and most substrates are made of metal materials, the bonding strength between the enamel-imitated layer and the metal material substrate is weak, and the application range of the enamel-imitated process is limited.
Therefore, there is a need to develop new cold enamel products and methods for making the same that address the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a cold enamel product, which aims to realize the effect of imitating enamel on the surface of a cortical substrate so as to expand the application of an enamel imitation process and ensure the bonding strength between the cortical substrate and an enamel imitation material.
To achieve the above objects, the method of making a cold enamel article according to the present invention comprises the steps of:
s0: providing a cortex substrate, a plurality of metal wires, liquid resin adhesive, a dye-proofing agent and an adhesive, wherein a plurality of grooves are formed on the surface to be processed of the cortex substrate;
s1: coating the surface to be processed of the cortical substrate and the inner surface of the groove with the dye-resist to form an impermeable film;
s2: embedding the metal wires in the grooves through the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves, and dividing the surface to be processed of the leather substrate into a plurality of closed areas;
s3: covering the bottom surfaces of the plurality of closed areas by using the liquid resin adhesive and filling at least part of space in each closed area to form a plurality of filling structures;
s4: and curing the filling structures to form a plurality of enamel-imitated layers to obtain the cold enamel product.
The preparation method of the cold enamel product has the beneficial effects that: by covering and fixing the impermeable fixing film on the surface to be processed of the leather substrate and the inner surface of the groove in the step S1, the bonding strength between the leather substrate and the imitation enamel layer is prevented from being reduced due to the direct contact permeation of the imitation enamel material used for forming the imitation enamel layer and the leather substrate in the preparation process, and the bonding strength between the plurality of metal wires and the leather substrate is also prevented from being reduced due to the contact permeation of the adhesive which may be caused by the direct adhesive fixing of the plurality of imitation enamel layers by the plurality of metal wires; in addition, in step S2, a plurality of closed regions are defined by the plurality of wires, and a plurality of enamel-imitation layers fill the space in each closed region, and the plurality of wires further enhance the fixing effect on the plurality of enamel-imitation layers, so that the enamel-imitation effect is exhibited on the surface of the cortical base to expand the application of the enamel-imitation process, and the bonding strength between the cortical base and the enamel-imitation layers is ensured.
Preferably, the plurality of grooves are arc-shaped, and step S0 further includes: providing a nicking tool, and carrying out a scribing operation on the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin through the nicking tool so as to form a plurality of grooves; and during the line scribing operation, controlling the nicking knife to be inclined to the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin to form an acute angle of 45-60 degrees, wherein the depth of the nicking knife cutting into the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin is 1/2-1/3 of the thickness of the original vegetable tanning skin. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. As used herein, the word "comprising" and similar words are intended to mean that the element or item listed before the word covers the element or item listed after the word and its equivalents, but does not exclude other elements or items.
The embodiment of the invention provides a cold enamel product and a preparation method thereof, which are used for realizing the enamel imitation effect on the surface of a cortical substrate so as to expand the application of the enamel imitation process and ensure the bonding strength between the cortical substrate and an enamel imitation material.
Specifically, the cold enamel product includes:
the cortical base is provided with a plurality of grooves;
the anti-seepage fixing film covers and is fixed on the technical surface of the leather substrate and the surfaces of the grooves;
the bonding layers are fixedly bonded to the anti-seepage fixing film;
the metal wires are bonded and fixed in the grooves through the bonding layers in a one-to-one correspondence mode so as to fill the openings of the grooves, and the leather substrate is divided into a plurality of closed areas;
the plurality of enamel-imitated layers are fixedly adhered to each closed area one by one so as to cover the anti-seepage fixing film of each closed area and fill the space in each closed area.
The method for preparing the cold enamel product disclosed by the invention refers to fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
s0: providing a cortex substrate, a plurality of metal wires, liquid resin adhesive, a dye-proofing agent and an adhesive, wherein a plurality of grooves are formed on the surface to be processed of the cortex substrate;
s1: coating the surface to be processed of the cortical substrate and the inner surface of the groove with the dye-resist to form an impermeable film;
s2: embedding the metal wires in the grooves through the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves, and dividing the surface to be processed of the leather substrate into a plurality of closed areas;
s3: covering the bottom surfaces of the plurality of closed areas by using the liquid resin adhesive and filling at least part of space in each closed area to form a plurality of filling structures;
s4: and curing the filling structures to form a plurality of enamel-imitated layers to obtain the cold enamel product.
Some embodiments wet the raw vegetable tanning skin as the leather substrate with water to make the water absorption of the raw vegetable tanning skin not less than 50% to increase plasticity of the raw vegetable tanning skin before performing the step S0.
In some embodiments, the raw vegetable tanned skin is any one of a semi-vegetable tanned skin and a whole vegetable tanned skin.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the structure formed by the wet original vegetable tanning surface after the surface of the wet original vegetable tanning surface is scribed. Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of grooves 2 are formed on the surface of the wet original vegetable tanning skin 1, and a part of the grooves 2 is arc-shaped, and the other part is linear. More specifically, the linear grooves 2 form a square frame, and the arc-shaped grooves 2 divide the square frame into a plurality of regions.
In step S0 of some embodiments, the step of performing a line scribing operation on the surface to be processed of the raw vegetable-tanned skin by the scribing cutter to form the plurality of grooves having the arc shape includes performing the line scribing operation by the scribing cutter and controlling the height of the plurality of grooves having the arc shape to be 1 to 1.5 mm.
Specifically, firstly, drawing a pattern on a piece of transparent paper, covering the wetted surface of the original vegetable-tanned leather 1 with the transparent paper, then drawing lines according to the pattern of the pattern by using a round-head stylus, and transferring the pattern to the surface of the original vegetable-tanned leather 1; then, a scribing tool is used to scribe along the lines of the pattern, so as to form a plurality of grooves 2 as shown in fig. 2.
In some embodiments, the surface to be processed of the raw vegetable tanning skin 1 is subjected to a line scribing operation by the nicking tool to form a plurality of grooves in an arc shape; during the scribing operation, the nicking knife is controlled to be inclined at an acute angle of 45-60 degrees relative to the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin as a leather substrate, and the nicking knife cuts into the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin to a depth of 1/2-1/3 of the thickness of the original vegetable tanning skin.
In some embodiments, the nicking tool is a rotary nicking tool.
In some embodiments, the grooves are formed to a depth of 1/2-1/3 of the thickness of the cortical base, which is no less than 2 mm thick.
In some embodiments, the cortical base is any one of a semi-tanned base and a fully tanned base.
In step S1 of some embodiments, the step of coating the processed surface of the cortical substrate with the stain-resist to form an impermeable film specifically includes: the leather surface of the leather substrate is evenly coated with the dye-proof liquid dipped by cotton cloth or a cotton ball to form a layer of protective film, so that subsequent glue dripping is prevented from permeating the leather surface to cause damage to the leather substrate. Specific stain blocking agents are those conventional in the art.
It is emphasized that the step S1 is performed after the lines are scribed, so that the impermeable fixing film can not only cover and be fixed on the process surface of the leather substrate, i.e. the surface to be processed, but also cover and be fixed on the surfaces of the grooves, and further effectively prevent the dripping glue from penetrating the leather surface. The method avoids the reduction of the bonding strength between the leather substrate and the imitation enamel layer caused by the direct contact permeation of the imitation enamel material used for forming the imitation enamel layer and the leather substrate in the preparation process, and also avoids the reduction of the bonding strength between the metal wires and the leather substrate caused by the contact permeation of the adhesive possibly caused by the direct bonding and fixing of the metal wires on the imitation enamel layer.
In step S2 of some embodiments, the step of embedding the plurality of wires in the plurality of grooves with the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves further includes controlling a thickness of the impermeable fastening film 1/10 to be lower than a vertical distance from a top surface of the wires to a top surface of the cortical base, so as to prevent the cortical base from being infiltrated without affecting the embedding of the wires.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a structure formed by embedding a wire on the structure shown in fig. 2.
In step S2 of some embodiments, embedding the plurality of wires in the plurality of grooves with the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves further includes controlling the grooves to grip the wires with the adhesive to achieve a tight fit.
In the step S2 of some embodiments, the adhesive is a white glue or a B-7000 glue. Referring to fig. 3, each wire 3 is dipped with white glue or B-7000 glue and then embedded into the original skin graft 1 to form a plurality of closed areas, and the fixing effect on a plurality of subsequently formed enamel-imitated layers is further enhanced through the plurality of wires. Further, the grooves grip the wire to achieve a tight fit.
In some embodiments, before performing step S2, a plurality of original wires are patterned by using tweezers to form a plurality of wires.
In the step S2 of some embodiments, embedding the plurality of wires in the plurality of grooves with the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves includes controlling the depth of embedding of the wires in the grooves to be 1/3-1/2 of the depth of the grooves.
In some embodiments, the wire has a width of 3 mm to 5 mm, a thickness of 1 mm, and the groove has a height of 1 mm to 1.5 mm.
In step S2, the embedding the plurality of metal wires in the plurality of grooves by the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves further includes controlling the top surfaces of the plurality of metal wires to have the same height from the top surface of the cortical base, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process to ensure the bonding strength between the cortical base and the enamel-imitated layer.

In the step S0 of some embodiments, any one of a semi-tanned leather substrate and a fully tanned leather substrate is selected as the leather substrate, and a plurality of flexible wires are selected as the plurality of wires.
In some embodiments, the wire is a flexible wire. The width of the flexible metal wire is 2-3 mm, and the thickness of the flexible metal wire is not more than 2 mm.

1. A method of making a cold enamel article, comprising the steps of:
s0: providing a cortex substrate, a plurality of metal wires, liquid resin adhesive, a dye-proofing agent and an adhesive, wherein a plurality of grooves are formed on the surface to be processed of the cortex substrate;
s1: coating the surface to be processed of the cortical substrate and the inner surface of the groove with the dye-resist to form an impermeable film;
s2: embedding the metal wires in the grooves through the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves, and dividing the surface to be processed of the leather substrate into a plurality of closed areas;
s3: covering the bottom surfaces of the plurality of closed areas by using the liquid resin adhesive and filling at least part of space in each closed area to form a plurality of filling structures;
s4: and curing the filling structures to form a plurality of enamel-imitated layers to obtain the cold enamel product.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the leather substrate is raw tanned leather, at least a portion of the plurality of grooves is curved, and step S0 further comprises: providing a nicking tool, and carrying out a scribing operation on the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin through the nicking tool to form a plurality of arc-shaped grooves;
and during the line scribing operation, controlling the nicking knife to be inclined to the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin to form an acute angle of 45-60 degrees, wherein the depth of the nicking knife cutting into the surface to be processed of the original vegetable tanning skin is 1/2-1/3 of the thickness of the original vegetable tanning skin.

The method according to claim 5, wherein the step of inserting the plurality of wires into the plurality of grooves via the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves in step S2 further comprises controlling the thickness of the impermeable fixing film to be less than 1/10 of the vertical distance from the top surface of the wires to the top surface of the cortical base.
7. The method according to claim 5, wherein the step of inserting the plurality of wires into the plurality of grooves via the adhesive to fill the openings of the grooves in step S2 further comprises controlling the grooves to grip the wires via the adhesive to achieve a tight fit.
