Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic stapler, comprising: a base which can be moved arbitrarily; the main seat is fixedly arranged on the base; a rotation driving part installed on the main seat; the input side of the connecting rod group is in transmission connection with the output end of the rotary driving part; the upper movable part of the stapler main body is movably connected with the output side of the connecting rod group; and the infrared sensor enables the rotary driving part to output preset torque when sensing the paper, and drives the upper movable part of the stapler main body to rotate downwards through the linkage so as to execute stapling operation. By adopting the scheme, automatic binding operation can be performed on the file.

At present, common staplers are mostly used for stapling common documents in places such as life, office and the like, a mode of one-to-one stapling is adopted, a lot of time is consumed for staffs, meanwhile, force is applied to staple the documents, and the mode of one-to-one manual stapling is time-consuming and labor-consuming for the staffs.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: an automatic stapler, comprising:
a base which can be moved arbitrarily;
the main seat is fixedly arranged on the base;
a rotation driving part installed on the main seat;
the input side of the connecting rod group is in transmission connection with the output end of the rotary driving part;
the stapler comprises a stapler body, an upper movable part of the stapler body is movably connected with the output side of the connecting rod group, a lower fixed part of the stapler body is fixedly arranged on the base, and the stapler body is in an open state under the non-stapling state;
and the infrared sensor is arranged on the stapler main body, enables the rotary driving part to output preset torque when sensing paper, and drives the upper movable part of the stapler main body to rotate downwards through the connecting rod group so as to execute stapling operation.
Further, the rotary driving part is a motor, the motor is a servo motor and is installed on the main seat, and an output shaft of the motor is in synchronous transmission connection with an input side of the connecting rod group.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the automatic binding machine can automatically bind files, paper is placed at a binding position during operation, meanwhile, the infrared sensor automatically senses the existence of the files, data calculation is carried out according to signals of the infrared sensor, the motor is driven to output corresponding torque, and the upper movable part of the stapler main body is pressed down through a series of transmission, so that automatic binding is completed, and the automatic binding machine is very convenient to use;
2. the quantity information of the staples can be timely obtained, and a user can timely obtain the actual quantity of the staples.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the accompanying figures 1-2 and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1-2, an automatic stapler includes:
the base 10 can be moved to any position by holding the base in hand according to the requirement;
the main seat 9, the main seat 9 is fixedly arranged on the base 10;
a rotation driving part installed on the main base 9;
the input side of the connecting rod group is in transmission connection with the output end of the rotary driving part;
a stapler body 6, wherein the upper movable part of the stapler body 6 is movably connected with the output side of the linkage, the lower fixed part of the stapler body 6 is fixedly arranged on the base 10, and the stapler body 6 is in an open state under the non-stapling state;
and an infrared sensor 7 provided on the stapler body 6, wherein the infrared sensor 7 causes the rotation driving part to output a predetermined torque when sensing the paper, and drives the upper movable portion of the stapler body 6 to rotate downward through the linkage to perform a stapling operation.
Wherein, the rotary driving part is set as a motor 2, the motor 2 is a servo motor and is arranged on the main seat 9, and the output shaft of the motor 2 is in synchronous transmission connection with the input side of the connecting rod group.
The stapler further comprises a control panel 8 mounted on the base 10, the infrared sensor 7 is electrically connected to the control panel 8 and feeds back a sensing signal to the control panel 8, the motor 2 is controlled by the control panel 8, the control panel 8 at least has a display interface, and the display interface of the control panel 8 displays the number of staples in the stapler body 6 in real time and subtracts the number of staples synchronously with the sensing times of the infrared sensor 7.
The upper movable part of the stapler main body 6 is provided with an upper hinge base 5, and the upper hinge base 5 is movably connected with the output side of the linkage.
The connecting rod group comprises a driving wheel 3 and an inclined driving connecting rod 4, the driving wheel 3 is fixedly sleeved with an output shaft of the motor 2, the upper end of the driving connecting rod 4 is rotatably connected with the part, deviated to the paper direction, of the upper side of the driving wheel 3, and the lower end of the driving connecting rod 4 is rotatably connected with an upper hinged support 5.
The base 10 is provided with a power supply 1 for supplying power to the motor 2 and the control panel 8.
The infrared sensor 7 is attached to the upper movable portion or the lower fixed portion of the stapler body 6, and the infrared sensor 7 generates a sensing signal while ensuring that the sheets are placed on the lower fixed portion of the stapler body 6 as long as the stapling operation is not interfered.
In operation, paper is placed at the binding position, meanwhile, the infrared sensor 7 automatically senses the existence of a file, data calculation is carried out according to signals of the infrared sensor 7, the motor 2 is driven to output corresponding torque, the upper movable part of the stapler main body 6 is pressed down through a series of transmission, and therefore automatic binding is completed.
In order to accurately calculate the number of staples so as to remind the user of timely replenishing the staples, after each sensing of the infrared sensor 7, the number of the staples is reduced by one based on the number of the original staples, and the number of the staples is updated in time.
A device for automatically replenishing staples may be provided as the case may be.

Claims (7)
1. An automatic stapler, comprising:
a base (10) which can be moved arbitrarily;
the main seat (9), the main seat (9) is fixedly arranged on the base (10);
a rotary drive member mounted on the main seat (9);
the input side of the connecting rod group is in transmission connection with the output end of the rotary driving part;
the stapler comprises a stapler body (6), wherein the upper movable part of the stapler body (6) is movably connected with the output side of the connecting rod group, the lower fixed part of the stapler body (6) is fixedly arranged on a base (10), and the stapler body (6) is in an open state in an unstitched state;
and the infrared sensor (7) is arranged on the stapler main body (6), and when the infrared sensor (7) senses paper, the rotary driving part outputs preset torque, and the upper movable part of the stapler main body (6) is driven to rotate downwards through the linkage group to perform stapling operation.
