However, some printed products use special paper such as gold card paper, silver card paper, laser paper, etc., and in the printing process of this type of paper, the change of the reflected light of the base paper is large, especially the change of the laser paper with the light beam is the largest. The light beam laser paper has strong reflected light and large change of the intensity of the reflected light, so that the photoelectric automatic control registration system is greatly interfered and cannot be used for normally registering and printing. Therefore, when printing with the laser paper, it is necessary to add a base color to print, print the base color with the same width as the cursor on the position of the printing cursor to cover the laser paper, print the overprint cursor on the base color, and make the reflected light and electric signals of the paper near the position of the detection cursor completely consistent, so as to make the printing registration system work stably. However, this results in that when printing with the laser paper with light beam, a color set must be added to the normal printing color set for overprinting the base color of the cursor position. After the two parameters are adjusted, the work of the registration system is stabilized, and the normal production requirement is met.
By adopting the technical scheme, the inventor invents a registration device for printing the overprinting cursor on the laser paper and a use method thereof on the basis of a DT-3000 registration system.

(2) installing a double-layer filter: installing a filter frame (2) provided with a double-layer filter (17) on the registering electric eye support (1), and fixing the filter frame (2) by using a locking screw (9) to ensure that the distance between the double-layer filter (17) and the laser beam column paper is 4-6 mm;
(3) selecting laser light beam paper registration parameters: dialing a registration electric eye signal gain selector switch (6) at a laser light column paper gear, calling out a registration parameter setting interface on a parameter setting registration touch screen, selecting a standard registration parameter when printing the laser light column paper, adjusting the longitudinal fine tuning offset from 0.5mm set by a system to 0.3mm, simultaneously adjusting the transverse fine tuning offset from 0.5mm set by the system to 0.3mm, keeping other parameters unchanged, and shielding the detected interference wave outside the adjustment action of the registration system through parameter adjustment;
(4) printing and adjusting a registration cursor: the paper feeding path and the operation mode of the laser beam paper are not different from those of ordinary paper, after the equipment is started, the laser beam paper roll is discharged from an uncoiler and then is fed by a driving roller, the laser beam paper roll is transmitted to a position between a printing plate roller (22) and an embossing rubber roller (23) through a paper passing roller (20), the paper is compacted on the printing plate roller (22) through the embossing rubber roller (23), an engraved pattern and an engraved cursor (21) on the printing plate roller (22) are transferred onto the paper through ink, a registration electric eye is transversely adjusted to a cursor printing position, when a printed cursor (24) on the paper runs to a position below a registration electric eye cursor signal acquisition port (16), a reflected light signal is obviously changed, at the moment, a photoelectric conversion control box converts the reflected light signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to an automatic color registration control system, and a printing cursor waveform diagram is displayed through a parameter setting registration touch screen;
(5) adjusting the printing waveform chart: switching the interface of the parameter setting registration touch screen to a printing oscillogram interface, adjusting the waveform of the natural color set cursor to be consistent when repeated appearance is required according to the adjustment of the waveform effect, and carrying out fine adjustment through a fine adjustment screw (13) in front and back of an electric eye until a stable oscillogram with the best printing overprinting effect is achieved;
(6) automatic control of printing overprinting: after the color set is registered with the pattern of the reference color set, the relative positions of the cursor waveform of the color set and the cursor waveform of the reference color set are locked in a wave gate, namely, the registration process of the overprinting cursor is finished.
