Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a steel tube tower flange modularized positioning device which is convenient to operate, high in efficiency and strong in stability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a steel pipe tower flange modular positioning device which comprises a supporting table, a guide rail and a sliding seat, wherein the supporting table is arranged at two ends of the guide rail, the sliding seat slides along the guide rail in a guiding manner, an installation table is rotatably arranged on the sliding seat and comprises two connecting frames which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the sliding seat, the two connecting frames can be used for pre-installing flanges, and the two connecting frames can move towards the opposite/back directions.
The technical scheme has the advantages that: after the main steel pipe is hung and conveyed to the supporting table, the sliding seat can slide firstly, the position of the connecting frame is adjusted to the position corresponding to the branch pipe of the main steel pipe, then the two connecting frames move oppositely, the flange preassembled on the connecting frame is attached to the branch pipe, when the flange is attached to the branch pipe, the two connecting frames continue to move oppositely, at the moment, if the flange and the branch pipe are inclined, the operation mounting table rotates, the flange and the branch pipe are attached flatly, and finally the flange connected to the connecting frame in advance is installed on the branch pipe.
The invention can be further configured as follows: the mounting table is provided with an elongated slot, a screw rod and two screw connection blocks, the screw rod penetrates through the elongated slot and is provided with an operation part penetrating through the elongated slot, the screw rod and the operation part are in anti-rotation fit, the two screw connection blocks are slidably arranged in the elongated slot and are in screw connection fit with the screw rod, internal threads of the two screw connection blocks are arranged in a reverse direction, and the two connecting frames are respectively connected to the two screw connection blocks.
Through further setting, constitute the link by two spiro union pieces, the screw rod that are connected with two links respectively and can move towards the direction of looks/dorsad to when the screw rod rotated, two links can move simultaneously and let the adjustment more convenient.
The invention can be further configured as follows: the sliding seat comprises an index plate, a first rotating portion and a second rotating portion are arranged on the sliding seat and the mounting table respectively, an annular rolling way is arranged between the first rotating portion and the second rotating portion, balls are fully arranged in the annular rolling way, and a locking assembly capable of forming rotation stopping of the first rotating portion and the second rotating portion is arranged between the first rotating portion and the second rotating portion.

The invention may further be arranged to: a second elastic piece which can cause the connecting frame and the screw joint block to reset after swinging is arranged between the connecting frame and the screw joint block.
Through further setting, when the flange is obliquely abutted to the branch pipe, the connecting frame swings, the locking assembly releases the limit between the mounting table and the sliding seat, at the moment, the mounting table can rotate under the urging of the elastic force of the second elastic piece, the connecting frame and the mounting table are reset, and the locking assembly forms the limit between the mounting table and the sliding seat again.
The invention may further be arranged to: the locking components are two and are respectively arranged corresponding to the two connecting frames, and the other end of the swing rod extends to a position close to the operation part.
Through further setting, when main steel pipe only one side branch pipe, can push away the other end of pendulum rod through the step and make the locking subassembly of reorganizing and be in the unblock state, later normally operate the operating portion, the staff of being convenient for uses.
The invention may further be arranged to: the operating part is rotatably arranged on the mounting table, the screw rod is slidably inserted on the operating part and is in spline fit with the operating part, and a third elastic piece is arranged between the screw rod and the operating part.
Through further setting, when main steel pipe and the link of both sides have not the interval for one's time, can relative slip between screw rod and the operating portion for the link of both sides can both be laminated on the branch pipe.

The invention may further be arranged to: the connecting frame comprises a bottom plate and an upper plate, the bottom plate is arranged on the mounting table, a plurality of long holes which radially extend by taking the same point as the circle center are formed in the upper plate, the upper plate is vertically connected with the bottom plate, and reinforcing parts are arranged at the joints of the bottom plate and the upper plate.

The mounting table 4 and the sliding seat 3 are respectively provided with a first rotating part 42 and a second rotating part 31, an annular rolling way is arranged between the first rotating part 42 and the second rotating part 31, the annular rolling way is filled with balls 5, and the sliding seat comprises an index plate 32 which is controlled to rotate by a worker. In this embodiment, the connecting frame 41 is provided with an extending portion 411, the extending portion 411 is sleeved on the swing rod 63 to form a sliding connection therebetween, the screw connection block 45 is provided with a rod portion 451 in an extending manner, and the swing rod 63 is provided with a sliding groove 631 into which the rod portion 451 is slidably inserted. A second elastic element 47 for promoting the swinging and resetting of the connecting frame 41 and the screw joint block 45 is arranged between the two. In this embodiment, the second elastic member 47 is a spring block inserted on the connecting bracket 41 and the screw block 45. The number of the locking assemblies 6 is two, the locking assemblies 6 are respectively arranged corresponding to the two connecting frames 41, and the other end of the swing link 63 extends to a position close to the operating portion 46. The operating part 46 is rotatably arranged on the mounting table 4, the screw 44 is slidably inserted on the operating part 46 and is in spline fit with the operating part 46, and a third elastic element 48 is arranged between the screw 44 and the operating part 46. In the present embodiment, the third elastic member 48 is a spring. Flanges 49 capable of being in abutting fit with the connecting frame 41 are arranged on two sides of the mounting table 4. The connecting frame 41 comprises a bottom plate 412 and an upper plate 413, the bottom plate 412 is arranged on the mounting table 4, a plurality of long holes 4131 which radially extend by taking the same point as a circle center are arranged on the upper plate 413, the upper plate 413 is vertically connected with the bottom plate 412, and a reinforcing part 414 is arranged at the joint of the bottom plate 412 and the upper plate 413.
