The cutter solves the problems of poor surface roughness, large shape error and large coaxiality error of the inner hole of the relative guide pipe of the sealing ring belt, improves the processing qualification rate of the cylinder cover of the multi-cylinder diesel engine, saves manpower and processing cost, and has advanced technology and strong practicability.
Description
Technical Field

Background
The multi-cylinder diesel engine valve seat ring is generally made of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy cast iron, the basic structure of the multi-cylinder diesel engine valve seat ring is refined pearlite, a small amount of alloy cementite, a phosphorus eutectic compound and about 10% of needle-shaped structures (bainite and retained austenite) are contained, and the hardness is 35-40HRC, so that the multi-cylinder diesel engine valve seat ring has the characteristics of high hardness, high strength, good oxidation resistance and wear resistance and the like. 5. The clearance angle of the seat ring valve line reamer is 15 degrees, the sharpness of a cutting edge of the cutter is ensured, and the vibration caused by the friction surface between the rear cutter surface and the workpiece is reduced.
