And because the thread forming part 31 of the thread forming member 30 is the same as the thread part 12 of the molding member 10 in structure and is located outside the molding cavity 201, the thread characteristics of the thread forming part 31 are not affected basically during molding, and the thread forming part 31 is directly formed into the thread part 12 of the molding member 10. In other words, the molding body 11 is formed in the molding cavity 201 along with the molding process, the thread forming member 30 is embedded and fixed in the molding body 11, and the thread forming portion 31 of the thread forming member 30 constitutes the thread portion 12 provided in the molding body 11. To this end, the molded body 11 and the threaded portion 12 are all prepared to complete the molding 10. The profile 10 does not require a second cutting operation to form the thread. At the same time, the quality of the finished molded part 10 with thread is high, since no secondary machining is required to weaken or damage the molded part 10.
Preferably, an external cavity 203 is formed in the forming die assembly 20, and the protruding portion of the thread forming member 30, i.e., the portion including the thread forming portion 31, is disposed in the external cavity 203. Therefore, in the molding process, the thread forming part 31 of the thread forming member 30 is positioned in the external cavity 203, the thread characteristics of the thread forming part 31 are not affected by the molten molding raw material in the molding cavity 201 basically, and are not affected by the external environment, and the quality of the molded part 10 can be ensured. It will be appreciated that the thread-forming portion 31 may also extend directly and be located outside the forming die assembly 20.
Preferably, the external cavity 203 includes an accommodating cavity 2031 and an obstructing cavity 2032 in communication. The portion of the thread forming member 30 extending out of the external port 202, i.e., the extending portion, includes an interference portion 32. The blocking portion 32 is connected to the thread forming portion 31, and the blocking portion 32 is located in the blocking cavity 2032 and blocks the communicating port 2033 between the accommodating cavity 2031 and the blocking cavity 2032, so as to prevent liquid or semi-liquid molding material from entering the accommodating cavity 2031 to wrap the thread of the thread forming portion 31 during molding.
Further, the blocking cavity 2032 is disposed in a clearance fit with the blocking portion 32. Therefore, the arrangement is convenient for the thread forming member 30 to be placed in the external cavity 203, and can prevent the melted molding material from entering the accommodating cavity 2031 to wrap the thread of the thread forming part 31 during molding, and can further increase the connection firmness of the molding die assembly 20 and the thread forming member 30, and prevent the thread forming member 30 from moving during molding.
Preferably, the thread forming member 30 includes an embedding portion 33.
