The air supply device 1 is arranged at the upper part of the spraying chamber 7, supplies air from top to bottom, forms micro-positive pressure in the spraying chamber 7 and sends atomized coating to the recovery tank 3 below. Light substances in the atomized coating can float and rise; the air supply device 1 and the recovery tank 3 are positioned so that the air supply direction is parallel to the movement direction of the light substances in the atomized coating, thereby improving the discharge effect of the light substances. The atomized dope is preliminarily filtered by the filter balls 31 in the recovery tank 3. Of course, other filter structures than filter balls 31 may be used, such as: filter cotton, filter membranes, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a dust settling chamber 4 is further provided between the recovery tank 3 and the separation processing device 5, and the atomized coating is precipitated in the dust settling chamber 4.
The larger particles in the atomized coating material settle in the dust-settling chamber 4 to purify the atomized coating material (the air stream containing the atomized coating material).
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the dust settling chamber 4 is connected to the separation processing device 5 through a transfer line 6; the inlet of the conveying pipeline 6 connected with the dust settling chamber 4 is provided with filter cotton 62.
The filter cotton 62 at the inlet of the conveying pipeline 6 carries out secondary filtration on the atomized coating. Of course, other filter structures than filter cotton 62 can be used, such as: filtration membranes, and the like. A filter plate 61 can be arranged at the inlet of the conveying pipeline 6, and the filter plate 61 can be arranged at the front end of the filter cotton 62.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the separation processing device 5 includes a cyclone spray cabinet 51 and an environmentally friendly filter tank 52, the cyclone spray cabinet 51 is disposed at a front end of the environmentally friendly filter tank 52; the cyclone spraying cabinet 51 performs dust and mist separation on the atomized coating to remove dust in the atomized coating; the environmental protection filter tank 52 filters the remaining atomized dope.
The cyclone spray cabinet 51 removes dust from the atomized coating, i.e., dust-mist separation. The environmental protection filter box 52 performs a third filtration of the atomized coating.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the separation processing device 5 further includes a centrifugal fan 53, and the atomized coating is filtered by the environmental protection filter box 52 and discharged to the atmosphere under the action of the centrifugal fan 53.
After the atomized coating is subjected to precipitation, three times of filtration and dust and mist separation, the atomized coating reaches the environmental protection standard and can be discharged into the atmosphere under the action of the centrifugal fan 53.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air supply device 1 includes an axial flow fan 11 and a filter plate 12 at an outlet of the axial flow fan 11; the swirl plate 2 is arranged below the air filter plate 12. The air filter plate 12 is provided with a plurality of balance air ports 121, and the balance air ports 121 are uniformly distributed on the air filter plate 12.
The air filter plate 12 makes the air sent out by the axial flow fan 11 more uniform, and the subsequent rotational flow plate 2 is convenient for changing the air supply into the rotational air flow.
In an exemplary embodiment, the atomized coating is a water-based coating.
The spraying purification system provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for purifying atomized coating formed by water-based coating in the spraying chamber 7, and certainly has certain effect on other forms of coating.
The lower air suction spraying and purifying system provided by the embodiment of the application has a good discharging effect on redundant atomized paint in the spraying chamber 7, can effectively purify the spraying chamber 7, and can be started in the spraying operation process or after the spraying operation is completed. The atomized coating discharged from the spraying chamber 7 can be directly discharged into the atmosphere after the steps of precipitation, tertiary filtration and dust-mist separation, thereby meeting the environmental protection standard and greatly reducing the pollution to the environment. The spraying clean system that this application embodiment provided, the structure is simple relatively, reliable operation, long service life has very high practicality.

the air supply device is arranged at the upper part of the spraying chamber and supplies air into the spraying chamber to form positive pressure; the cyclone plate is arranged at the outlet of the air supply device and changes the air supply of the air supply device into rotating airflow; the recovery tank is arranged at the bottom of the spraying chamber, and the rotary airflow sends redundant atomized coating in the spraying chamber to the recovery tank for filtering; and the filtered atomized coating enters the separation treatment device for dust and mist separation and filtering discharge.
2. The spray purification system of claim 1, wherein a filter ball for filtering the atomized coating is disposed in the recovery tank.
3. The spray purification system of claim 2, wherein a dust settling chamber is further disposed between the recovery tank and the separation treatment device, and the atomized coating material is precipitated in the dust settling chamber.
4. The spray purification system of claim 3, wherein the dust settling chamber is connected with the separation treatment device through a conveying pipeline;
and filter cotton is arranged at the inlet of the conveying pipeline connected with the dust settling chamber.
5. The spray purification system of claim 1, wherein the separation treatment device comprises a cyclone spray cabinet and an environmentally-friendly filter tank, and the cyclone spray cabinet is arranged at the front end of the environmentally-friendly filter tank;
the cyclone spraying cabinet is used for carrying out dust and mist separation on the atomized coating to remove dust in the atomized coating; and the environment-friendly filter box filters the rest atomized coating.
6. The spray purification system of claim 5, wherein the separation treatment device further comprises a centrifugal fan, and the atomized coating is filtered by the environment-friendly filter box and then discharged to the atmosphere under the action of the centrifugal fan.
7. The spray purification system of claim 1, wherein the air supply device comprises an axial fan and the air filter plate at an outlet of the axial fan;
the cyclone plate is arranged below the air filter plate.
8. The spray purification system of claim 7, wherein a plurality of balance vents are disposed on the air filter plate.
9. The spray purification system of claim 8, wherein the plurality of balance vents are evenly distributed across the air screen.
10. The spray decontamination system of any one of claims 1-9, wherein said atomized coating material is a water-based coating material.
