Abstract

A water-soluble liquid polyether filter aid for filtering fine materials and a using method thereof belong to the technical field of industrial filtration, and can solve the problem that surfactant filter aids and flocculant filter aids are difficult to realize effective filter aid of fine materials, wherein the filter aid comprises liquid polyether water-soluble polymer filter aids. The polyether polymer filter aid is adsorbed on the surface of a fine material, and the permeability of a filter cake structure is improved due to the directionality of the polymerized ether bond. The embodiment is that the water-soluble liquid polyether filter aid helps to filter iron ore concentrate, and the adsorption of the filter aid on the surface of fine iron ore concentrate powder improves the stacking gaps of fine iron ore concentrate filter cake particles, improves the filtering speed and reduces the water content of the filter cake. The filter aid is fully contacted with the iron ore concentrate, so that the filter aid is uniformly adsorbed among fine particles, larger gaps are formed among the particles in a filter cake in the filtering process, the filtering speed is improved, and the water content of the filter cake is reduced.

Description

Water-soluble liquid polyether filter aid for filtering fine materials and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial filtration, and particularly relates to a water-soluble liquid polyether filter aid for filtering fine materials and a using method thereof.
Background
With the development of society in recent years, iron and steel support materials are widely used in transportation, energy, electronic communication, building, chemical equipment and other industries. Iron ore is a major raw material for steel production. With the large consumption of steel materials, high-quality iron ore resources are increasingly exhausted. More and more low grade refractory iron ore is mined and ground resulting in a smaller and smaller particle size of the ground product. There are various methods for separating the ground gangue minerals from the target minerals. The magnetic separation method and the flotation method are main methods for separating iron ore concentrates by a wet method, the separated iron ore concentrate slurry is filtered and dehydrated to ensure that the iron ore concentrates can realize pellet sintering, higher filter cake moisture can generate adverse effects on subsequent sintering procedures, the energy consumption of the sintering procedures is increased, and the production capacity of the sintering procedures is reduced. Therefore, the filtration performance of iron ore concentrates has a significant impact on the efficiency of iron ore concentrate production and steel production. At present, disc type vacuum filtration equipment, a plate-and-frame filter press and the like are commonly adopted for filtering and dewatering the artificial magnetite concentrate, the medicament consumption in the filtration process is large, and even normal production is difficult to realize. The method develops a proper fine iron ore concentrate filter aid agent without changing the existing filtering process and saving investment, is an economic and effective method, and provides guarantee for large-scale fine iron ore selection in China.
The filter aid added into the ore pulp is used as a simple and easy reinforced filtering and dewatering measure, a large amount of theoretical researches are carried out by domestic ore selection workers, and the developed product also obtains good effects in the application of certain mineral processing fields. At present, the pulp filter aid mainly comprises a surfactant type and a flocculating agent type or a mixed type of the surfactant type and the flocculating agent type. The surfactant filter aid can obviously reduce the water content of a filter cake, but the adding amount is usually more than 200g/t, and even though the anionic surfactant with lower price is used, the use cost is high; although the flocculating agent type filter aid can be accelerated to form a cake, the using amount is small, the effect of reducing the water content of the filter cake is not obvious, and particularly under the condition of large adding amount or high hydrolysis degree, the purposes of reducing the water content of the filter cake and improving the filtering speed can be simultaneously realized by selecting a proper flocculating agent and a proper using amount under a certain condition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims at the ore grinding granularity and the superfine materials, and the effective filter aid of the superfine materials is difficult to realize through a surfactant type filter aid and a flocculating agent type filter aid, so that a novel superfine material filter aid, namely water-soluble liquid polyether, is provided, the filtering speed of the superfine materials can be improved, and the water content of a filter cake can be reduced. The filter aid improves the filtering performance of the fine materials and has important influence on the washing production efficiency of the fine materials.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a water-soluble liquid polyether filter aid for filtering fine material is composed of water-soluble liquid polyether high-molecular filter aid.
The liquid polyether polymer filter aid comprises water-soluble products of liquid polyether.
A method for using a water-soluble liquid polyether filter aid for filtering fine materials comprises the following steps:
step one, stirring the slurry of the fine material evenly;
and secondly, adding a filter aid into the sample, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture, filtering the mixture in a filter, recording the filtering speed, weighing the filter cake after filtering, putting the filter cake into an oven, drying, weighing, and calculating the water content.
In the second step, the dosage of the filter aid is 18g/t +/-9 g/t, and the final dosage is related to the material property and the granularity.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the polyether polymer filter aid has the advantages that the compressive strength of a polymer structure is improved due to the directionality of the polymerized ether bond, the stacking looseness of fine material particles is improved due to the adsorption of the filter aid on the surfaces of fine materials, the filtering speed can be improved, and the water content of filter cakes is reduced. The filter aid is fully contacted with a sample, so that the filter aid is uniformly adsorbed among fine particles, larger gaps are formed among the particles, the filtering speed is improved, and the water content of a filter cake is reduced.

Detailed Description
Examples
A filter aid can improve the filtering speed of fine iron ore concentrate pulp and simultaneously reduce the water content of a filter cake, the filter aid is liquid polyether, and a comparison experiment is carried out for verifying the filter aid performance, and the steps are as follows:
selecting 4 filter aids which are respectively different types of liquid polyether, propylene glycol block polyether (L-35), alkylphenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether (NPE-105), organic silicon polyether (W-601) and glycerol polyether, wherein firstly, the propylene glycol block polyether (L-35), the alkylphenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether (NPE-105), the organic silicon polyether (W-601) and the glycerol polyether of the different filter aids are respectively diluted to 0.1% +/-0.05%. Then 1.8ml of the diluted medicament is respectively added into 45ml of fine iron ore concentrate pulp and stirred uniformly. And filtering the mixed sample by using an FCD-30 vacuum filter, recording the time required by filtering, weighing the solid obtained after filtering, putting the solid into an oven to be dried for 3-4 hours, taking out and weighing, and calculating the water content of the filter cake. In addition, 45ml of the sample without any agent added is also subjected to suction filtration as a blank test. It was observed whether the addition of the agent caused a change in the filtration rate and the water content of the filter cake. Experiments show that the glycerol polyether and the W-601 medicament are added to effectively improve the filtering speed and reduce the water content of a filter cake. The result shows that the addition of the glycerol polyether and the W-601 medicament can effectively improve the filtering speed and the water content of the filter cake and has similar effect. The infrared and Raman results show that the glycerol polyether and the W-601 are synthesized high-purity liquid polyether filter aid.
The above examples illustrate the technical solution and the gist of the present invention in detail, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and the water-soluble liquid polyether filter aid of the present invention includes but is not limited to those used in the examples, and any simple modification and equivalent structural change or modification made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
