Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad application.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an exercise supervision method applied to an intelligent exercise device, where the intelligent exercise device includes a first exercise device and a plurality of pre-associated second exercise devices, and the method includes:
s1, the first motion equipment acquires motion task information and sends the motion task information to each second motion equipment, wherein the motion task information comprises a motion target, motion time and reward and punishment measures;
s2, the first motion equipment acquires the first motion quantity of a user in the motion time and receives the second motion quantity fed back by each second motion equipment in the motion time;
s3, the first motion equipment generates a real-time task process according to the first motion quantity and the plurality of second motion quantities, and outputs the real-time task process to the first motion equipment and each second motion equipment for display;
and S4, after the motion time is finished, the first motion device implements the reward and punishment measures on the first motion device and each second motion device according to the corresponding relation between the real-time task process and the motion target.
In this embodiment, the exercise supervision method is applied to a plurality of intelligent exercise devices (such as an intelligent watch with a step counting function, a rope skipping device with a networking function, and the like) associated with each other, and assuming that any one of the intelligent exercise devices is a first exercise device and the rest are second exercise devices, the first exercise device has a function of receiving and generating exercise task information (which is equivalent to establishing a group of the plurality of intelligent exercise devices, and the first exercise device is a manager of the group and has a large administrative authority). When the exercise supervision method is implemented, a user of the first exercise device customizes exercise task information and inputs the exercise task information into the first exercise device. The motion task information comprises a motion target, motion time and reward and punishment measures, the motion target comprises a motion type and a motion amount, and the motion type can be running, rope skipping or even unlimited; the amount of exercise is set corresponding to the type of exercise, for example, if the type of exercise is running, the amount of exercise can be set to be a total kilometer; if the exercise type is an unlimited type, the amount of exercise may be set to the total number of calories consumed (i.e., the exercise type is not limited as long as the calories consumed can reach the goal of the amount of exercise). The exercise time includes an exercise start time and an exercise end time, and specific values thereof are customized by a user and are not limited herein. After receiving the movement task information, the first movement device sends the movement task information to each second movement device through a wireless signal (such as a bluetooth signal, a wifi signal and the like), so that a user of each second movement device can know the specific movement task information, and the second movement device can also monitor, collect and feed back the movement condition of the user in time according to the movement time. Specifically, when the current time reaches the exercise start time, the first exercise device continuously acquires the first amount of exercise of the user (i.e., the amount of exercise of the user of the first exercise device) for the exercise time before the exercise end time. Meanwhile, each second motion device continuously acquires the motion amount of the user of the second motion device within the motion time to form a second motion amount, and the second motion amount is transmitted to the first motion device. After receiving the second motion quantity fed back by each second motion device, the first motion device counts the first motion quantity and each second motion quantity of the first motion device, so that a real-time task process is generated, and the real-time task process is output to display interfaces of the first motion device and each second motion device to be displayed, so that users of the first motion device and each second motion device can know the current motion task progress in time. After the exercise end time is reached, the first exercise device and each second exercise device determine that the exercise time is ended, and the amount of exercise of the user is not monitored any more. The first sports equipment compares the final result of the real-time task process (the final result of the real-time task process is the total amount of motion of all users in the whole sports time because the real-time task process is updated in real time) with the sports target, so as to judge whether the users of the first sports equipment and each second sports equipment complete the sports target in the sports time. And if the final result of the real-time task process is not less than the moving target, the first moving device judges that the moving target is finished, and outputs the corresponding reward measures to the first moving device and each second moving device according to a first preset rule and executes the reward measures, so that the reward measures are implemented for all users. And if the final result of the real-time task process is smaller than the moving target, the first moving device judges that the moving target is not completed, and the first moving device outputs the corresponding penalty measures to the first moving device and each second moving device according to a second preset rule and executes the penalty measures, so that the penalty measures are implemented for all users. The specific content of the reward and punishment measures is customized by the user, for example, measures such as rewarding a certain amount of money or limiting consumption amount are not specifically limited herein.
In this embodiment, each intelligent motion device shares the motion amount acquired by the first motion device and each second motion device in real time, and executes corresponding reward and punishment measures to the user of the intelligent motion device according to the final motion result after the motion is finished, so that the interest and interactivity of the motion are greatly enhanced, the motion interest and motion effect of the user are effectively improved, and the purpose of motion supervision is realized.
Further, the step of generating a real-time task process according to the first motion amount and the plurality of second motion amounts includes:
s301, generating a stacking bar-shaped statistical graph according to the first motion amount and each second motion amount;
and S302, marking the first identification of the first motion device and the second identification of each second motion device on the corresponding stacking bar in the stacking bar statistical graph to obtain the real-time task progress.
In this embodiment, the first exercise device generates a stacked bar statistic graph according to the first exercise amount and the second exercise amount, the stacked bar statistic graph is composed of stacked bars corresponding to the first exercise amount and each of the second exercise amounts, and the length of the stacked bars represents the size of the exercise amount (the longer the stacked bars are, the larger the represented exercise amount is). And the total length of the piled bars after splicing represents the total amount of exercise of all users. In order to better distinguish the stacked bars corresponding to different users, the first motion device sets the stacked bars corresponding to different users to different display colors (for example, user 1 corresponds to red stacked bar, and user 2 corresponds to blue stacked bar). In order to further distinguish the differences among the stacked bars, so that a user can recognize the stacked bars corresponding to the user, the first motion device marks a first identifier of the first motion device and a second identifier corresponding to each second motion device on the stacked bars corresponding to each motion device in the stacked bar statistical chart, and a real-time task process is obtained after the integration. The first identifier and the second identifier may be information such as an account name and a head portrait of the sports equipment, and are specifically defined by a user, and are not specifically limited herein.
Further, after the motion time is ended, the step of performing the reward and punishment measure on the first motion device and each of the second motion devices according to the corresponding relationship between the real-time task process and the motion target by the first motion device includes:
s401, after the movement time is finished, judging whether the movement target is finished according to the final result of the real-time task process;
s402, if the moving target is finished, performing descending ranking on the first moving equipment and the second moving equipment according to the first moving quantity and the second moving quantities to obtain ranking names respectively corresponding to the first moving equipment and the second moving equipment;
s403, screening reward measures respectively corresponding to the ranking ranks from the reward and punishment measures, sending the reward measures to intelligent motion equipment corresponding to the ranking ranks, and controlling the first motion equipment and the second motion equipment to execute actions corresponding to the reward measures;
s404, if the motion target is not finished, selecting punishment measures from the reward punishment measures, and controlling the first motion equipment and each second motion equipment to execute actions corresponding to the punishment measures.
In this embodiment, after the movement time is over, the first movement device compares the final result of the real-time task process with the movement target, so as to determine whether the current movement target is completed. And if the final result of the real-time task process is not less than the task target, the first motion device judges that the current motion target is finished, and selects reward measures according to a first preset rule. Specifically, the first motion device performs descending ranking on the first motion device and each second motion device according to the first motion amount and each second motion amount (that is, the larger the motion amount is, the more the corresponding ranking rank is), so as to obtain the ranking rank corresponding to each motion device. And then, the first motion equipment screens reward measures respectively corresponding to the ranking orders from the reward and punishment measures, and sends the reward measures to the intelligent operation equipment corresponding to the ranking orders. After the first sports equipment and each second sports equipment receive the corresponding reward measures, actions (such as accumulated reward amount) corresponding to the reward measures are executed, and implementation of the reward measures is achieved.
And if the final result of the real-time task process is smaller than the task target, the first motion device judges that the current motion target is not completed, and selects punishment measures according to a second preset rule. Specifically, the first motion device may select a penalty measure of a corresponding level according to a difference between a final result of the real-time task process and a task target; and one of the plurality of self-defined penalty measures can be randomly selected as the current penalty measure. The first sport setting outputs the screened punishment measures to the first sport device and each second sport device, so that each intelligent sport device implements actions corresponding to the punishment measures (such as limiting the maximum consumption amount of the daily electronic wallet of the intelligent sport device user), and implements the reward measures.
Further, the step of screening penalty measures from the reward and penalty measures includes:
s4041, calculating a first motion amount difference value between the motion target and the final result;
s4042, the punishment measures of the grade corresponding to the first motion amount difference value are obtained from the reward punishment measures in a matching mode.
In this embodiment, the reward and punishment measures include a motion amount difference range and penalty level mapping table, the motion amount difference range and penalty level mapping table includes a plurality of groups of motion amount difference ranges and penalty levels in one-to-one correspondence, for example, the motion amount difference range (0-50) corresponds to penalty level 1, and the motion amount difference range (50-100) corresponds to penalty level 2; the specific corresponding relationship and value are defined by the user, and are not limited in detail herein. During implementation, the first motion device calculates a difference between the motion target and a final result of the real-time task progress to obtain a first motion amount difference. And then, screening the punishment measures of the grade corresponding to the first motion amount difference value from the motion amount difference value range and the punishment grade mapping relation table by the first motion device according to the motion amount difference value range in which the first motion amount difference value falls.
Further, after the step of outputting the real-time task process to the first motion device and each second motion device for display, the method includes:
s5, acquiring a reminding instruction input by a user, wherein the reminding instruction carries a plurality of third motion identifiers;
and S6, generating first reminding information according to the reminding instruction, and sending the first reminding information to third motion equipment corresponding to each third motion identifier respectively so as to control each third motion equipment to execute a first reminding action.
In this embodiment, in the exercise time, if the exercise completion condition of each user of the intelligent exercise device is not satisfactory for other users, a reminding instruction may be input on the intelligent exercise device to remind other users (one or more of them may be) of the exercise. The first and second sports apparatuses have the above functions, and the first sports apparatus is taken as an execution subject for illustration in this embodiment. Specifically, the first motion device monitors a reminding instruction input by the user, where the reminding instruction carries a plurality of third motion identifiers (for example, when the user double-clicks a plurality of user avatars on the stacked bar-type statistical chart, a double-click action is a reminding instruction, and a plurality of user avatars are third motion identifiers). The third motion identifier is the motion identifier selected by the current user from the second motion devices, and is included in the second motion identifiers. The first motion equipment generates first reminding information according to the collected reminding instruction, and the first reminding information is respectively sent to the third motion equipment corresponding to each third motion identifier (each third motion equipment is contained in each second motion equipment and is all or part of each second motion equipment), so that each third motion equipment is controlled to execute the first reminding action. For example, after each third motion device receives the first reminding information, the third motion device continuously shakes for a preset time to remind the user of the third motion device to actively move so as to complete the motion target.
Further, after the step of generating the real-time task process by the first motion device according to the first motion amount and the plurality of second motion amounts, the method includes:
s7, calculating a second motion amount difference value between the real-time task process and the task target and the remaining duration of the motion time according to a preset frequency;
s8, acquiring a second reminding action of a corresponding level according to the second motion amount difference value and the remaining duration;
and S9, the first motion equipment executes the second reminding action, generates second reminding information according to the second reminding action, and sends the second reminding information to each second motion equipment so as to control each second motion equipment to execute the second reminding action.
In this embodiment, in the movement time, the first movement device calculates a difference between a total movement amount included in the real-time task process and the task target according to the preset frequency, so as to obtain a second movement amount difference. Meanwhile, the remaining duration of the movement time is calculated according to the current time and the movement ending time of the movement time. The method comprises the steps that a mapping relation table of the motion amount difference, the residual time length and the reminding level is constructed in advance in first motion equipment, and the mapping relation table of the motion amount difference, the residual time length and the reminding level comprises a plurality of groups of motion amount difference ranges, residual time length ranges and reminding levels which are in one-to-one correspondence, such as the motion amount difference range (0-50), the residual time length range (1-2 h) and the corresponding reminding level 1; the range of the motion amount difference (50-100) and the range of the residual time length (1-2 h) correspond to the reminding level 2; the motion amount difference range (50-100) and the residual duration range (1-2 h) correspond to the reminding level 3; the higher the reminding level is, the larger the reminding action amplitude is, and the longer the reminding action duration is. The motion amount difference value, the remaining time length, and the motion amount difference value range, the remaining time length range, and the reminding level in the reminding level mapping relation table are customized by the user according to the actual situation, and are not specifically limited herein. And the first motion equipment matches the motion difference, the residual time length and the reminding level mapping relation table to obtain a second reminding action of a corresponding level according to the current second motion difference and the residual time length. The first motion equipment executes the second reminding action, generates second reminding information according to the second reminding action, and sends the second reminding information to each second motion equipment so as to control each second motion equipment to execute the second reminding action, remind all users, supervise the users to finish the current motion target as soon as possible, and improve the enthusiasm of the users.
Further, the step of acquiring, by the first motion device, a first amount of motion of a user within the motion time, and receiving, by the first motion device within the motion time, a second amount of motion fed back by each of the second motion devices, includes:
s201, monitoring whether the current moment is the same as the motion starting moment in real time;
and S202, if the current moment is the same as the motion starting moment, controlling the first motion equipment to collect the first motion quantity before the motion ending moment, and receiving the second motion quantities respectively fed back by the second motion equipment before the motion ending moment.
