The invention has the beneficial effects that: the medicine spraying device has reasonable structural design, the medicine in the medicine barrel can be continuously extruded into the medicine spraying pipe after being pressurized by the pressurizing barrel through the adjusting barrel, meanwhile, compressed air in the pressurizing barrel can blow and pressurize the medicine spraying pipe through the air duct, so that the medicine can be uniformly sprayed to an affected part from a medicine spraying hole of the smearing plate through the medicine spraying head, the medicine spraying cotton sleeve can be used for auxiliary smearing, the rotating rod can rotate along with the rotating rod by rotating the adjusting knob in the medicine smearing process, the adjusting plate is driven to move up and down by meshing of the gear and the teeth, the size of the through hole of the barrel cavity of the adjusting barrel is changed, and therefore, the flow rate of medicine extrusion can be adjusted.
