When the drainage tube is used for a human body, the drainage tube 2 can be subjected to acting force along with the movement of a patient, so that when the drainage tube 2 moves forwards and backwards (towards or away from a pancreatic duct), the drainage end of the drainage tube can move forwards and backwards in the outer sleeve 1-2 for a certain distance, a buffering effect is achieved, the acting force formed by the movement of the patient on the drainage tube 2 is prevented from being directly applied to the pancreatic duct and human tissues at the pancreatic duct end through the drainage end, the drainage end is prevented from falling off the pancreatic duct, meanwhile, the drainage tube 2 can be restored to the original normal position in the outer sleeve end 1 under the action of the restoring force of the elastic silica gel sleeve along with the disappearance of the external acting force, and the discomfort caused by the direct impact of the drainage end of the drainage tube 2 when the drainage tube 2 moves can be avoided at the same time through the buffering effect provided by the elastic silica gel sleeve. In addition, the patient may also cause the eduction tube 2 to receive a rotational acting force (such as twisting the body), which may cause the eduction tube 2 to rotate to a certain degree, the eduction tube 2 may twist to a certain angle in the sheath end 1, and simultaneously, the rotation force may be buffered as much as possible by matching with the elastic torsion of the elastic silicone sleeve to a certain degree, and may not be obviously applied to the sheath end 1, which avoids the problem that the drainage tube drops because the drainage tube transmits a certain angle of torsion in the prior art, and the torsion force is directly applied to the pancreatic tube end through the drainage tube, when the external torsion force disappears, the eduction tube 2 may rotate again in the sheath end 1 to slowly recover to the original normal position under the action of the torsion recovery force of the elastic silicone sleeve.
Furthermore, the outer surface of the outer sleeve 1-2 is also provided with a plurality of second anti-skid elastic sheets 4, the second anti-skid elastic sheets 4 are elastic silica gel layers covering the side walls of the outer sleeve 1-2, the edges of the elastic silica gel layers are connected with the side walls of the outer sleeve 1-2, air bags 5 are arranged between each elastic silica gel layer and the side walls of the outer sleeve 1-2, each air bag 5 is communicated with an air inflation channel 6 arranged inside the side walls of the outer sleeve 1-2, and the air inflation channel 6 is connected with an air inflation and deflation joint 7; the air bag 5 can be expanded by inflating air through the inflation and deflation joint 7, so that the elastic silica gel layer deforms and bulges, and is tightly attached to the internal tissues of the human body to play a role in skid resistance. When the anti-skid elastic pieces are implanted into a human body, the air bags below the second anti-skid elastic pieces 4 on the outer sleeve 1-2 can be inflated to expand and bulge to a certain degree and can be closely contacted with human tissues at one end of a pancreatic duct, so that the frictional binding force between the human tissues and the outer sleeve 1-2 is increased, and meanwhile, the frictional binding force can also consume the acting force of direct impact on the insertion end 1-1 when the extraction tube 2 is stressed, and further is favorable for preventing the insertion end 1-1 from falling off from the pancreatic duct. The anti-skid lines or anti-skid protrusions arranged on the second anti-skid elastic sheet 4 can obviously increase the friction force between the outer sleeve end 1 and human tissues. In this embodiment, each air bag 5 may also be inflated without using an additional inflation device, and the structure of the elastic silicone sleeve 3 may be modified to enable the elastic silicone sleeve 3 to have a function of inflating each air bag 5, specifically, referring to fig. 5, the side wall of the elastic silicone sleeve 3 is made into a double-layer structure, that is, the elastic silicone sleeve 3 includes an inner silicone layer 3-2 and an outer silicone layer 3-1, the right ends of the inner silicone layer 3-2 and the outer silicone layer 3-1 may both be fixedly connected to an annular connection edge 10 in a sealing manner, and the annular connection edge 10 is arranged on the extraction pipe 2 around the circumference of the extraction pipe 2. When in use, after the insertion end 1-1 of the embodiment is inserted into a pancreatic duct, the outer sleeve 1-2 is placed at a proper human tissue, at this time, one hand fixes the rear end of the outer sleeve 1-2 to keep the outer sleeve 1-2 from moving, the other hand holds the left end of the outlet 2 at the joint with the elastic silicone sleeve 3, the outlet 2 is pushed and pulled slightly back and forth to stretch and compress the elastic silicone sleeve 3 for a plurality of times, as shown in fig. 6, when the elastic silicone sleeve 3 is stretched, the closed gap 3-3 between the inner silicone layer 3-2 and the outer silicone layer 3-1 is enlarged to form an air suction cavity, so that air can be sucked into the air suction cavity from the air inlet one-way valve 11, when the elastic silicone sleeve 3 is compressed, the air in the air suction cavity is filled into each air bag 5 through the air outlet one-way valve 12, the flexible conduit 13, the air charging and discharging connector 7 and the air charging channel 6, so that each air bag 5 is expanded, each second anti-skidding elastic sheet 4 is tightly attached to the human tissue after each air bag 5 is expanded to a proper volume, then the air outlet one-way valve is closed, when the elastic silica gel sleeve 3 is restored to a normal length (as shown in the state of figure 5) under the action of the elasticity, the air charging one-way valve is closed, the whole drainage end is fixed in the human tissue, when the drainage tube needs to be taken out in the later period, the air can be automatically discharged from each air bag 5 only by disconnecting the flexible conduit and the air charging and discharging connector 7 or directly cutting off the flexible conduit, so that the outer sleeve 1-2 is not tightly combined with the human tissue any more, and the drainage end of the drainage tube can be taken out conveniently. The double-layer elastic silica gel sleeve 3 of the embodiment not only plays a corresponding buffering role, but also plays a role in inflating the air bag by utilizing the elastic expansion characteristic of the double-layer elastic silica gel sleeve, achieves the effect of killing two birds with one stone, and saves the troublesome operation of a special inflating device.
Furthermore, the first anti-skid elastic sheet 1-1-2 is also an elastic silica gel layer and has better elasticity and friction force contacting with a human body; the surfaces of the first anti-slip elastic sheet 1-1-2 elastic silica gel layer and the second anti-slip elastic sheet 4 elastic silica gel layer are provided with anti-slip grains or anti-slip bulges, so that the friction force between the anti-slip elastic sheets and human tissues can be further enhanced.

Further, the elastic silica gel sleeve 3 is of a corrugated pipe structure so as to realize longer elastic stretching and elastic twisting functions.
Furthermore, an annular sealing ring 9 is arranged on the inner side wall of the rear end of the outer sleeve 1-2, and the eduction tube 2 is connected in the outer sleeve 1-2 in a sliding sealing manner through the annular sealing ring 9, so that pancreatic juice is prevented from entering between the elastic silica gel sleeve 3 and the eduction tube 2.
Furthermore, the outer side wall of the rear end of the insertion end 1-1 is provided with a convex edge 8 around the circumference thereof, the convex edge 8 is provided with a plurality of surgical needle suture positioning holes 8-1 along the circumference thereof, which is convenient for a doctor to suture the drainage tube on an affected part accurately after an operation, and the convex edge 8 can also play a certain role in inserting the insertion end into a limit position.
