Description

Ozone disinfection device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization and disinfection, in particular to equipment capable of disinfecting a breathing machine and a mask hose, and more particularly relates to an ozone disinfection device.
Background
At present, the mode of disinfecting medical instruments, tableware, food processing and the like is ozone disinfection. Ozone disinfection has many advantages, such as good sterilization effect, thoroughness of space dead angle diffusion, low cost, environmental protection, little harm to human body inhalation, and the like.
However, ozone disinfection is not perfect and has its own drawbacks. Because many disinfection products on the market utilize ozone to sterilize and disinfect objects to be disinfected in a closed space, and the disinfection effect can be achieved only when certain ozone concentration is achieved. The attenuation of the residual ozone needs a certain time after the disinfection, and after the disinfection process is finished, a large amount of residual ozone still exists in the closed space, and if measures are not taken, the residual ozone is completely recovered and removed. This can cause the items to be disinfected to often be associated with a harsh and unpleasant smell, and a large inhalation can also be a health hazard.
The mainstream solution to this problem in the market is to place consumables such as activated carbon inside the disinfection device, but the activated carbon needs to be replaced regularly, which increases the cost for the user and is inconvenient to use. In addition, when the sterilizing apparatus is used to sterilize the inside of a device to be sterilized (e.g., a ventilator, etc.), the activated carbon cannot remove odor from ozone remaining in a pipe connecting the device to be sterilized and the inside of the device to be sterilized. Secondly, the time and effect of the odor removal of the activated carbon are not ideal, and the activated carbon occupies the limited use space inside the disinfection equipment.
