本发明属于生物护肤品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种具有美白功效的石斛护肤品方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平提高,越来越多的女士们会对美产生追求,她们通常使用各种护肤品来保养自己的皮肤,以达到自己对自己皮肤所需的各种状态,通常有美白、保湿、抗皱、抗衰老等功效。
铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale):铁皮石斛俗称米斛,是兰科石斛属的多年生草本植物。其茎直立,为圆柱形,具有不分支、具多节、叶二列等特点。铁皮石斛的主要药用部位是茎部,其有效成分能大幅度提高人体内SOD水平(SOD 是一种能够通过歧化反应催化超氧化物转化为氧气和过氧化氢的酶,是一种重要的抗氧化剂,保护暴露于氧气中的细胞),因此对经常熬夜、身体羸弱、用脑过度和酗酒吸烟的人群非常适宜。在东汉时期,《神农本草经》中将铁皮石斛列为上品,具有伤中、除痹、下气和补五脏、虚劳羸弱、强阴、久服厚肠胃及轻身延年等功效。有人研究多种石斛发现,石斛中主要的有效成分是石斛中的石斛多糖和石斛碱,石斛多糖在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降血糖、促进肠胃蠕动等方面具有较强的药物活性。2007年,铁皮石斛通过国家质量监督检验检疫总局审批,成为中国地理标志产品之一。铁皮石斛多糖提取物的抗氧化能力良好,可以通过减少小鼠皮肤组织内各种活性氧自由基(ROS)来提高小鼠皮肤组织内的基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子,从而保护紫外光线导致的皮肤损伤。
故现有技术将铁皮石斛利用在护肤品成分中,但现有技术很难有天然的美白功效,均是通过增加美白添加剂的方式进行美白,这种方式对皮肤造成的伤害大,影响皮肤和身体健康。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术所提出的现有护肤品均是通过添加美白剂的方式进行美白,对皮肤伤害大,影响皮肤健康的问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有美白功效的石斛护肤品方法,所述石斛护肤品包括以下工艺步骤:
1)铁皮石斛提取物的制备:
(1)将铁皮石斛洗净晾干后,加入对应体积的蒸馏水提取,获得铁皮石斛提取液;
(2)将铁皮石斛提取液倒入离心机中,加入无水乙醇,离心6h-8h,过滤并将滤液沉淀,取沉淀物;
(3)将沉淀物中加入适量蒸馏水溶解后,通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,获得颜色较纯的铁皮石斛沉淀溶液;
(4)向铁皮石斛沉淀溶液中加入有机溶剂进行萃取,分离有机相和水相,并将水相进行透析处理获得透析液,将透析液进行浓缩和干燥处理,获得铁皮石斛提取物;
2)冷饭团发酵液的制备:
(1)将冷饭团清洗干净并晾干,加入对应体积的蒸馏水进行粉碎,将粉碎的混合液进行发酵处理,获得冷饭团发酵液;
(2)将发酵液通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,调节PH值至6.5-7.2;(3) 将沉淀物中加入适量蒸馏水溶解,通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,调节PH值至 6.5-7.2;
3)混合乳液的制备:
(1)将步骤1)和2)中分别获得的铁皮石斛提取物和冷饭团发酵液按比例混合,并加入适量的蜂胶和胶原蛋白,获得含有铁皮石斛提取物和冷饭团发酵液的混合物;
(2)在溶解锅中溶解乳化剂后,保持温度为75℃-78℃,将混合物倒入乳化剂中,搅拌均匀后,加入溶解后的保湿剂、增稠剂和去离子水,搅拌均匀,获得混合乳液物;
(3)将混合乳液加入至95℃-100℃,保持30min-35min进行灭菌;
4)乳化并灌装:
(1)将灭菌后的混合乳液倒入至乳化锅中,熬制10min-18min,搅拌速率为3000rpm-4500rpm,结束后保温并持续搅拌30min,搅拌速率为50rmp-80rmp;
(2)将乳化后的混合乳液冷却至55℃,加入防腐剂,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;
(3)将冷却后的混合乳液进行灌装保存,得到具有美白功效的石斛护肤品。
较佳的,所述方法中按照重量组分计数为:铁皮石斛提取物55-65份、冷饭团发酵液30-40份、蜂胶15-20份、胶原蛋白8-15份、乳化剂10-18份、保湿剂4-8份、增稠剂1-2份、去离子水60-75份、防腐剂0.5-1份。
较佳的,所述步骤1)和步骤2)中的无水乙醇体积浓度达到40%-60%。

1)铁皮石斛提取物的制备:
(1)将铁皮石斛洗净晾干后,加入对应体积的蒸馏水提取,获得铁皮石斛提取液;
(2)将铁皮石斛研磨液倒入离心机中,加入无水乙醇,离心6h-8h,过滤并将滤液沉淀,取沉淀物;
(3)将沉淀物中加入适量蒸馏水溶解后,通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,获得颜色较纯的铁皮石斛沉淀溶液;
(4)向铁皮石斛沉淀溶液中加入有机溶剂进行萃取,分离有机相和水相,并将水相进行透析处理获得透析液,将透析液进行浓缩和干燥处理,获得铁皮石斛提取物;
2)冷饭团发酵液的制备:
(1)将冷饭团清洗干净并晾干,加入对应体积的蒸馏水进行粉碎,将粉碎的混合液进行发酵处理,获得冷饭团发酵液;
(2)将发酵液通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,调节PH值至6.5-7.2;(3) 将沉淀物中加入适量蒸馏水溶解,通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,调节PH值至 6.5-7.2;(3)将沉淀物中加入适量蒸馏水溶解,通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,调节PH值至6.5-7.2;
3)混合乳液的制备:
(1)将步骤1)和2)中分别获得的铁皮石斛提取物和冷饭团发酵液按比例混合,并加入适量的蜂胶和胶原蛋白,获得含有铁皮石斛提取物和冷饭团发酵液的混合物;
(2)在溶解锅中溶解乳化剂后,保持温度为75℃-78℃,将混合物倒入乳化剂中,搅拌均匀后,加入溶解后的保湿剂、增稠剂和去离子水,搅拌均匀,获得混合乳液物;
(3)将混合乳液加入至95℃-100℃,保持30min-35min进行灭菌;
4)乳化并灌装:
(1)将灭菌后的混合乳液倒入至乳化锅中,熬制10min-18min,搅拌速率为3000rpm-4500rpm,结束后保温并持续搅拌30min,搅拌速率为50rmp-80rmp;
(2)将乳化后的混合乳液冷却至55℃,加入防腐剂,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;
(3)将冷却后的混合乳液进行灌装保存,得到具有美白功效的石斛护肤品。
所述方法中按照重量组分计数为:铁皮石斛提取物55-65份、冷饭团发酵液 30-40份、蜂胶15-20份、胶原蛋白8-15份、乳化剂10-18份、保湿剂4-8份、增稠剂1-2份、去离子水60-75份、防腐剂0.5-1份。
所述步骤1)和步骤2)中的无水乙醇体积浓度达到40%-60%。
所述步骤1)和步骤2)中透析处理为3000-6000Da的MWCO透析12h-36h。
所述步骤1)和步骤2)中的有机溶剂为氯仿-正丁醇。
所述步骤3)中溶解温度为85℃-95℃。
所述步骤4)中室温为24℃-26℃。
实施例1
通过上述方法中,按照重量份数为铁皮石斛提取物60份、冷饭团发酵液30 份、蜂胶15份、胶原蛋白8份、乳化剂14份、保湿剂6份、增稠剂1份、去离子水67.5份、防腐剂1份;
实施例2
通过上述方法中,按照重量份数为铁皮石斛提取物60份、冷饭团40份、蜂胶20份、胶原蛋白15份、乳化剂14份、保湿剂6份、增稠剂1份、去离子水 67.5份、防腐剂1份;
实施例3
通过上述方法中,按照重量份数为铁皮石斛提取物60份、冷饭团发酵液35 份、蜂胶17.5份、胶原蛋白11.5份、乳化剂14份、保湿剂6份、增稠剂1份、去离子水67.5份、防腐剂1份;
对比例1
通过上述方法中,按照重量份数为铁皮石斛提取物60份、冷饭团发酵液20 份、蜂胶10份、胶原蛋白5份、乳化剂14份、保湿剂6份、增稠剂1份、去离子水67.5份、防腐剂1份;
对比例2
通过上述方法中,按照重量份数为铁皮石斛提取物60份、冷饭团发酵液50 份、蜂胶30份、胶原蛋白20份、乳化剂14份、保湿剂6份、增稠剂1份、去离子水67.5份、防腐剂1份;
根据上述3个实施例和2个对比例,研究人员测试100名女性志愿者为期 10天试用上述5个案例生产的护肤品,获得以下结果,见表1:

由上述表1可见,实施例3为最佳实施例,效果非常明显和效果明显总比为68.1%,没效果的仅占比11.3%。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有美白功效的石斛护肤品方法,其特征在于:所述石斛护肤品包括以下工艺步骤:
1)铁皮石斛提取物的制备:
(1)将铁皮石斛洗净晾干后,加入对应体积的蒸馏水提取,获得铁皮石斛提取液;
(2)将铁皮石斛提取液倒入离心机中,加入无水乙醇,离心6h-8h,过滤并将滤液沉淀,取沉淀物;
(3)将沉淀物中加入适量蒸馏水溶解后,通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,获得颜色较纯的铁皮石斛沉淀溶液;
(4)向铁皮石斛沉淀溶液中加入有机溶剂进行萃取,分离有机相和水相,并将水相进行透析处理获得透析液,将透析液进行浓缩和干燥处理,获得铁皮石斛提取物;
2)冷饭团发酵液的制备:
(1)将冷饭团清洗干净并晾干,加入对应体积的蒸馏水进行粉碎,将粉碎的混合液进行发酵处理,获得冷饭团发酵液;
(2)将发酵液通过活性炭进行退色素处理后,调节PH值至6.5-7.2;
3)混合乳液的制备:
(1)将步骤1)和2)中分别获得的铁皮石斛提取物和冷饭团发酵液按比例混合,并加入适量的蜂胶和胶原蛋白,获得含有铁皮石斛提取物和冷饭团发酵液的混合物;
(2)在溶解锅中溶解乳化剂后,保持温度为75℃-78℃,将混合物倒入乳化剂中,搅拌均匀后,加入溶解后的保湿剂、增稠剂和去离子水,搅拌均匀,获得混合乳液物;
(3)将混合乳液加入至95℃-100℃,保持30min-35min进行灭菌;
4)乳化并灌装:
(1)将灭菌后的混合乳液倒入至乳化锅中,熬制10min-18min,搅拌速率为3000rpm-4500rpm,结束后保温并持续搅拌30min,搅拌速率为50rmp-80rmp;
(2)将乳化后的混合乳液冷却至55℃,加入防腐剂,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;
(3)将冷却后的混合乳液进行灌装保存,得到具有美白功效的石斛护肤品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石斛护肤品方法,其特征在于:所述方法中按照重量组分计数为:铁皮石斛提取物55-65份、冷饭团发酵液30-40份、蜂胶15-20份、胶原蛋白8-15份、乳化剂10-18份、保湿剂4-8份、增稠剂1-2份、去离子水60-75份、防腐剂0.5-1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石斛护肤品方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)和步骤2)中的无水乙醇体积浓度达到40%-60%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石斛护肤品方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)和步骤2)中透析处理为3000-6000Da的MWCO透析12h-36h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的石斛护肤品方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)和步骤2)中的有机溶剂为氯仿-正丁醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的石斛护肤品方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中溶解温度为85℃-95℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的石斛护肤品方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中室温为24℃-26℃。
