Please refer to fig. 1A and fig. 1B. Fig. 1A is a schematic view of a carrier for transferring an article according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view of the carrier of FIG. 1A taken along line A-A'. The carrier 100 for transferring articles of the present invention comprises a flexible body 10 and a pressing member 20. In the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible body 10 is made of an integrally formed flexible material, which includes a material beneficial for the flexible body 10 to wind, such as soft glue, silica gel, paper, metal, or a combination thereof. The flexible body 10 has a first surface 12, a second surface 14 opposite to the first surface 12, and a plurality of transfer units 30 provided between the first surface 12 and the second surface 14. Each transfer unit 30 has a first opening formed on the first surface 12, a second opening formed on the second surface 14, and a receiving space for receiving a decorative article. The transfer unit 30 can be designed to have various sizes to accommodate decorative articles of different sizes. The transfer unit 30 may be provided at any position of the flexible body 10, and each transfer unit 30 is independently and separately provided to the flexible body 10. By changing the position or size of the transfer unit 30, different patterns of patterned arrays can be formed. For detailed features of the transfer unit 30, please refer to the following description of fig. 3A and 3B. In the embodiment of the present invention, the plane of the flexible body 10 (or the first surface 12 and the second surface 14) is circular, and in other embodiments, the plane of the flexible body 10 may be rectangular or polygonal, etc. In this embodiment, the edge portion of the carrier is provided with a flipping area 15, the flipping area on the first surface 12 of the carrier 100 is an abutting area 15', and the first surface 12 is divided into three areas 16, 17, 18. In the present embodiment, the flipping area 15 is located in the area 16, in other embodiments, the flipping area 15 may change its position depending on the shape of the flexible body 10, and the area to which the position belongs may also change, and is not limited to the position of the present embodiment. In the first preferred embodiment, since the pressing member 20 is provided, an abutting region 15' is required for fixing the pressing member 20. In the second preferred embodiment of fig. 6, the turn-down member 20 may not be required, so that the abutment zone 15 (i.e. the area of the turn-over zone at the first surface) is maintained as a plane.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first surface 12 of the flexible body 10 is divided into three areas 16, 17, 18, each area being provided with a transfer portion of a different size and each section being provided with only transfer portions of the same size. For example, in the embodiment of fig. 1A, the flexible body 10 is concentrically divided into three regions 16, 17, 18, the outermost region 16 is provided with the largest size transfer unit 30 (larger width and depth), and the innermost region 18 is provided with the smallest size transfer unit 30 (smaller width and depth). In the present embodiment, since the transfer unit 30 having the largest size is provided in the outermost region 16, the thickness (height of the first surface and the second surface) of the flexible body in the corresponding region is also higher than that in other regions. In other embodiments, the two or more regions may be divided into two or more regions in concentric circles, or divided into multiple regions in other ways, such as parallel division, perpendicular division, or random division, without limitation. In other embodiments, the flexible body 10 may not have a partition. Although the transferring parts with different sizes can accommodate the decorative articles with different sizes, the transferring part 30 and the flexible body 10 are integrally formed and have the characteristic of deformation, so that the transferring part 30 can accommodate the decorative articles with specific size range within the limitation of extensibility.
In the embodiment of fig. 1A, the pressure-rotating member 20 of the carrier 100 is fixed to the abutting region 15' of the first surface 12 of the flexible body 10. The abutment zone' 15 is located at an edge region on the first surface 12 of the flexible body 10. In order to enable the pressure member 20 to be wound around the entire flexible body 10, the abutment zone 15 is provided as far as possible on the edge region of the first surface 12. In this embodiment, the pressure piece 20 includes a connection portion 22 and a shaft portion 24, and the shaft portion 24 is fixed on the flexible body 10 through the connection portion 22. Links 22 may include one or more ear loops, clips, threads, rivets, or the like. The shaft portion 24 is a round rod or a long bar suitable for manual operation. In other embodiments, the pressure transducer 20 may simplify the coupling portion 22 as an adhesive or a strong sticker, etc., such that the shaft portion 24 may still be secured to the flexible body 10 (as shown in the embodiment of fig. 4).
Please refer to fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the reverse side of the carrier of fig. 1A. The second surface 14 of the carrier 100, except for the opening of the transfer unit 30, is configured as a flat plane to facilitate the tiling for attaching to the surface of a specific external carrier. It should be noted that the reverse side of the carrier of the embodiment of fig. 6 is the same as the reverse side of the carrier of fig. 2.
Please refer to fig. 3A and fig. 3B. Fig. 3A is a schematic view of a first preferred embodiment of a transfer unit of the carrier of fig. 1A. Fig. 3B is a schematic view of the transfer unit of fig. 3A from another perspective. For convenience of understanding, the transfer part is regarded as a bowl shape, and actually the transfer part and the flexible body are integrally formed, that is, the transfer part is a bowl-shaped recess formed in the thickness of the flexible body, and the description is given here. The moving and carrying part 30 of the present embodiment is used for accommodating decorative objects, such as micro ornaments or accessories, for example, ornaments made of materials such as rhinestones, silver ornaments, pearls, metal alloys or plastics, and functional micro wearing accessories. The transferring unit 30 includes a stopper 32, a pressing unit 34, a first opening 36, a second opening 38 and a receiving space (not shown). The pressing portion 34 is located at the first opening 36, and is designed as a ring-shaped plane along the edge of the first opening 36. The stop 32 is located at the second opening 38 and is designed as an annular protrusion along the edge of the second opening 38, and the protrusion is slightly inward of the opening. In another embodiment, the pressing portion 34 may be a circular plane that completely encloses the first opening 36 (as shown in fig. 3C). In other embodiments, the pressing portion 34 may be a crescent-shaped plane or a semicircular plane that semi-closely covers the first opening 36. The stopper 32 is used to prevent the decorative article from separating from the second opening 38 or falling out of the transfer unit 30 when the decorative article is accommodated in the transfer unit 30, and also to prevent the decorative article from separating from the transfer unit 30 when the carrier 100 is operated. The pressing portion 34 is used to prevent the decorative article from separating from the first opening 36 or falling out of the transfer portion 30 when the decorative article is accommodated in the transfer portion 30, and to provide a transmission pressure on the decorative article when the carrier 100 is operated to help the decorative article separate from the transfer portion 30. Since the transfer unit 30 has a deformation characteristic, when the decoration article is received in the transfer unit 30, the stopper 32 can be contracted and expanded to achieve the functions of fixing the decoration article and releasing the decoration article. Likewise, the pressing portion 34 can achieve the function of transmitting pressure to or pressing the decorative article when deformed by a force due to the deformation characteristic.
In the embodiment, the transfer unit 30 is similar to a bowl-shaped cavity, and the second opening 38 in the second plane 14 is larger than the first opening 36 in the first plane 12. The second opening 38 is an access area for the decorative article. The second opening 38 is sized to allow a specific decorative object to be placed into the receiving space from the outside without the decorative object easily falling out of the receiving space, and the stop portion 32 is disposed to support the decorative object more effectively. The size of the first opening 36 is preferably smaller, so that the decorative article is prevented from coming off the transfer unit 30, and the pressing unit 34 is formed to narrow the first opening 36. However, in other embodiments, the first opening 36 is sized for positioning a decorative article. In accordance with the above design, the second opening 38 is typically larger than the first opening 36. Since the transfer unit 30 and the flexible body 10 are integrally formed, and both are made of the same material and have the property of deformation, in other embodiments, the size of the first opening 36 may be designed to be equal to the size of the second opening 38, so as to achieve the function of the transfer unit 30.
In a preferred embodiment, the carrier 100 for transferring articles further comprises a positioning member (not shown). The positioning member is removably disposed on the first opening 36 of the transfer unit 30, so as to fix the decorative article in the accommodating space. The positioning member includes, but is not limited to, a removable sticker, a removable adhesive film, and the like. For example, when the positioning member is a removable adhesive film, the positioning member can be first laid on the first opening 36 of each transferring portion 30, and when the decoration article is accommodated in the transferring portion 30, a portion of the decoration article (a portion close to the first opening 36) can be adhered to the adhesive film, which is helpful for fixing the decoration article in the accommodating space. In this embodiment, the first opening 36 is designed to have a size that allows the adhesive film to be used for attaching a decorative article.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the operation of the embodiment of fig. 1 and 4. The embodiment of fig. 5 uses human skin as the external carrier 4, but is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the external carrier 4 may be a wall, a shell, a fleece, a garment, or the like. First, the second surface 14 of the flexible body 10 of the carrier 100 is applied to the skin 4, the positioning members (not shown) on the first opening are removed to release the positioning of the objects in the first opening, (optionally, the pressing portions 34 of the transfer unit 30 are pressed by hand to make the objects 3 in the transfer unit 30 contact the external carrier 4 first), and then the flexible body 10 is rolled by the rolling member 20 to gradually wind the flexible body 10 around the rolling member 20. When the pressure member 20 moves to the corresponding transfer unit 30, a pressure is applied to the pressing portion 34 of each transfer unit 30, and is transmitted to each object by being pressed by the pressing portion 34. Because of the deformation characteristics of the transfer part 30, the second opening 38 of the transfer part 30 through which the pressure-transferring members 20 pass one by one is expanded, and each decorative article is pushed toward the second opening 38 of the transfer part 30 by being pressed, gradually separated from the accommodating space of the transfer part 30, and contacted and attached to the skin. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom surface of the decorative object 3 (i.e. the surface facing the second opening or the surface to be applied to the skin) is coated with an adhesive, for example a pressure sensitive adhesive. The glue is used to enable the decorative article to be affixed to the external carrier 4. It should be noted that the viscosity of the adhesive or the area of the adhesive applied is such that the viscosity of the bottom of the decorative article is greater than the viscosity of the positioning member (which may be a sticker or an adhesive) at the first opening 36, so that the decorative article can be easily detached from the transfer unit 30 and easily attached to the external carrier 4. The outer layer of the pressure sensitive adhesive has a release film, and before the flexible body 10 is laid on the external carrier 4, the release film covering the second surface of the flexible body 10 needs to be torn off, so that the adhesive on the bottom of the decorative article can be exposed. Finally, after the pressure transfer tool 20 passes through each transfer unit 30, each decorative article 3 can be detached from each transfer unit 30 sequentially or simultaneously and stably attached to the skin 4. The flexible body 10 is gradually wound around the rotating/pressing member 20 and removed from the skin, in the process, the whole number of the decorative articles 3 inside the flexible body can be observed from each bearing part 30 wound around the rotating/pressing member 20 and transferred to the skin, if part of the decorative articles 3 are left, the rotating/pressing member 20 is rotated in the opposite direction, the bearing part 30 on which the decorative articles 3 are left is returned to the original position on the covered skin, the decorative articles 3 inside the flexible body are pressurized by rotating the rotating/pressing member 20 relative to the bearing parts 30 again, and the decorative articles 3 are separated from the transferring part 30 and attached to the skin. The local reciprocating movement of the pressing member to the corresponding transfer portion 30 can enhance the pressing of the decorative member to the second opening 38, so as to ensure that each decorative article 3 is attached to the skin without affecting the position of the other parts of the flexible body 10 on the skin. The flexible body 10 is gradually rolled up by the rotating and pressing member 20 or the pressing portion 34 of each transferring portion 30 is locally and reciprocally pressed when necessary, so that each transferring portion 30 is separated from the skin and rolled on the rotating and pressing member 20, each decorative article 3 is sequentially or synchronously detached from the transferring portion 30 and attached to the skin, and the decorative articles 3 are transferred to the skin in an integral configuration.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of the embodiment of fig. 6. The embodiment of fig. 7 uses human skin as the external carrier 4, but is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the external carrier 4 may be a wall, a shell, a fleece, a garment, or the like. In this embodiment, the carrier 100 omits the arrangement of the pressure-converting member 20. First, the second surface 14 of the flexible body 10 is laid on an external carrier 4, and a hand is used to apply downward pressure to each pressing portion 34, so that each transfer unit 30 and each decorative article are pressed, and the pressed decorative article is pushed toward the second opening 38 of the transfer unit 30 and gradually separated from a part of the accommodating space of the transfer unit 30 to contact the external carrier 4. The flexible body 10 is pulled and rotated with the edge portion of the turning area 15 of the flexible body 10 as a starting point, so that the flexible body 10 is turned over relative to each pressing portion 34, and each transferring portion 30 is moved away from the external carrier 4 sequentially or synchronously. In the process, each decorative article 3 is also sequentially or synchronously detached from each transfer part 30 and attached to the external carrier 4. The decorative item is finally worn on the external carrier 4 in a patterned configuration.
The bearing device for transferring the decorative articles disclosed by the invention is provided with a transferring part capable of fixing and releasing the decorative articles, and is matched with an operation part, such as a turning area and a rotating and pressing piece, for turning the flexible body by taking each pressing part as a fulcrum, when the flexible body is laid on an external carrier, the flexible body is pressed and rotated to transfer the decorative articles through hands or the rotating and pressing piece, the flexible body is moved away from the external carrier to generate moment, so that the decorative articles are subjected to upward tension, the downward pressure transmitted to each decorative article by the pressing parts can be offset, each decorative article can still be stably attached to the external carrier, only the flexible body is separated from the external carrier independently, and the function of transferring the articles with graphical configurations on the flexible body onto the external carrier is achieved. The local transfer part can also be moved to and fro by the rotary pressing piece, pressure is applied to the pressing part, and each decorative article can be ensured to be separated from the transfer part and completely transferred to the external carrier. The user or consumer can use the portable miniature ornament by himself, and the portable miniature ornament can be easily worn on the human body or the wearing carrier of the mobile phone shell according to various graphical designs without the assistance of other tools in operation.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention.
