In addition, in this context, it is also to be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly formed on "or" under "the other element or be indirectly formed on" or "under" the other element through an intermediate element.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-4, the structure and method of use of the length adjustable expansion shoe will be described in detail. The length-adjustable retractable shoe 100 of this embodiment is composed of an elastic upper 101 and a retractable sole 102, wherein the elastic upper 101 is made of high-elastic EVA, elastic mesh material, etc., and when the sole 102 is retracted, the upper 101 can flexibly extend following the extension amount of the sole 102.
The telescopic sole is the main technical area of the invention. The sole 102 includes a sole portion 103, an expansion member 105, and a heel portion 104, the sole portion 103 and the heel portion 104 being connected by the expansion member 105. The telescopic member 105 comprises a first telescopic part 106, a second telescopic part 107 and a fixed bolt 110, and when the telescopic amount of the telescopic member 105 is adjusted, the first telescopic part 106 slides in the second telescopic part 107; the first telescopic part 106 is provided with a plurality of fixing teeth 114 which are in limit fit with the fixing bolts 110, and the second telescopic part 107 is provided with a first through hole 120 through which the fixing bolt 110 passes.
Preferably, the extensible member 105 is a drawer-type sheet structure, wherein the first extensible part 106 and the second extensible part 107 are both in a sheet shape, and the first extensible part 106 is telescopically nested in the second extensible part 107.
Further, in order to better fix the expansion piece 105 to the sole 102, a first groove portion 108 and a second groove portion 109 are provided in the sole portion 103 and the heel portion 104, respectively. Preferably, the first flexible portion 106 is fixed to the first recess portion 108 by, but not limited to, gluing, and the second flexible portion 107 is fixed to the second recess portion 109 by, but not limited to, gluing. In order to improve the user's feeling when wearing, the first and second stretchable parts 106 and 107 are covered with a fabric buffer layer after being adhered in the recessed parts, so that the stretchable member 105 is not exposed to the outside, and the user's sole does not feel uncomfortable by directly touching the stretchable member 105.
The present embodiment does not limit the recess portion to which the first telescopic portion 106 and the second telescopic portion 107 are fixed, and theoretically, the first telescopic portion 106 and the second telescopic portion 107 can be fixed in any of the two recess portions to achieve the technical effect of freely extending and retracting, but the position of the fixing bolt 110 needs to be matched with the position change of the first telescopic portion 106. Since the heel portion has a large thickness and the fixing pin 110 is preferably provided, it is more practical to fix the first expansion portion 106 and the second expansion portion 107 to the first groove portion 108 and the second groove portion 109.
Further, although the fixing bolt 110 (latch) itself can function as a detent to stop the length of the telescopic member 105 at a proper position, the user cannot intuitively feel the adjusted length of the telescopic member 105, i.e., the user does not know whether the telescopic amount of the telescopic member 105 is proper or not. In order to solve the above technical problem, in the present embodiment, it is more preferable that a gear adjustment catch 115 is provided on the first telescopic part 106, and a chuck 116 engaged with the gear adjustment catch 115 is provided on the second telescopic part 107. The gear adjusting slot 115 may be formed by a slot body and a plurality of protruding portions, a tooth-shaped recessed area formed by the two protruding portions is used for accommodating the chuck 116, and in addition, the edges at the two ends of the slot body may also form an area for stopping the chuck 116. For example, two adjacent protrusions are arranged in the elongated slot body, the first end of the slot body is a first gear, the recessed area clamped by the two protrusions is a second gear, and the second end of the slot body is a third gear. When the user adjusts the extension lengths of the first and second telescopic parts 106 and 107, the chuck 116 slides over the protruding part and the two ends of the groove body of the gear adjusting slot 115, and the user can intuitively feel different gears.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the insertion of the fixing peg 110 from the outside of the sole to the inside of the telescopic element, a through hole is provided in the lateral region of the heel 104 of the sole 102 for the fixing peg 110 to pass through. More preferably, the fixing bolt 110 comprises a bolt body 113 and a bolt sleeve 119, one end of the bolt sleeve 119 is fixed on the second telescopic part 107, for example, it can be realized by means of a snap, and the bolt body 113 passes through the bolt sleeve 119 and is clamped with the bolt sleeve 119. In order to better realize the fixation of the bolt body 113 and the bolt sleeve 119, a first clamping portion 117 is arranged on the bolt body 113, a second clamping portion 118 is arranged on the inner wall of the bolt sleeve 119, and the first clamping portion 117 is connected with the second clamping portion 118 in a buckling manner.
Further, in order to realize the drawer-type sheet structure of the first telescopic part 106 and the second telescopic part 107, the thickness of the first telescopic part 106 is often thinner than the thickness of the inner space of the second telescopic part 107, which makes the first telescopic part 106 more prone to be twisted and deformed to be damaged when being pulled out. In order to solve the above technical problem, in this embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 111 are disposed in the longitudinal direction of the first expansion part 106, and the thickness of the reinforcing ribs 111 is the same as or close to the thickness of the inner space of the second expansion part 107, so that the first expansion part 106 can be kept horizontal without torsional deformation when the first expansion part 106 is drawn.
Example two
Referring to fig. 5-8, another preferred embodiment of the telescoping member 105 is provided. Compared with the structure of the first embodiment, the structure of the extensible member 105 provided by the embodiment is firmer, more stable in extension and retraction, better in operation hand feeling, not easy to damage, and not easy to leak glue. In this embodiment, the parts of the shoe other than the extension member 105 are not substantially changed and will not be described herein.
Specifically, the telescopic member 105 includes a first telescopic portion 106, a second telescopic portion 107 and a fixing bolt 110, and when the telescopic amount of the telescopic member 105 is adjusted, the first telescopic portion 106 slides in the second telescopic portion 107; the first telescopic part 106 is provided with a plurality of fixing teeth 114 which are in limit fit with the fixing bolts 110, and the second telescopic part 107 is provided with a through hole 129 for the fixing bolts 110 to pass through.
Further, the first expansion part 106 is a T-shaped expansion piece, the wider head area of the T-shaped expansion piece is fixed in the first groove 108 of the sole part 103, and the narrower tail area of the expansion piece can be inserted in the second expansion part 107. The narrower tail area of the first surface of the telescopic piece is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 111 along the length direction, preferably two parallel reinforcing ribs 111, the reinforcing ribs 111 protrude out of the surface of the telescopic piece, and the height of the reinforcing ribs is matched with the thickness of the inner cavity of the second telescopic part 107, so that the first telescopic part 106 can be prevented from loosening or breaking due to twisting in the second telescopic part 107.
Further, a plurality of shift notches 122 are provided in the width direction of the reinforcing rib 111, and a recessed area is formed between two shift notches 122, and the recessed area is matched with a protrusion 130 at the entrance of the second expansion part 107 (described in detail below). Although fig. 5 shows two shift position latches 122, the specific number can be set according to the requirement of the actual drawing length, and the embodiment is not limited in particular.
Furthermore, a stopping part 121 parallel to the reinforcing rib 111 is arranged at the upper position of the middle of the two reinforcing ribs 111, the stopping part 121 is a long strip-shaped bulge, and the lower edge of the stopping part is flush with the upper edge of the reinforcing rib 111. When the reinforcement rib 111 is fully inserted into the cavity of the second telescopic part 107, the stopper 121 abuts against the edge of the cavity of the second telescopic part 107, thereby preventing the first telescopic part 106 from being excessively inserted to damage the telescopic member 105.
Furthermore, a T-shaped sliding groove 126 is formed in a proper position of the second surface of the T-shaped telescopic piece, the T-shaped sliding groove 126 is matched with a T-shaped clamping head 123 on the second telescopic portion 107, when the T-shaped telescopic piece is extended, drawn and inserted in the second telescopic portion 107, the T-shaped clamping head 123 slides in the T-shaped sliding groove 126, at the moment, the protruding portions on two sides of the T-shaped clamping head 123 are firmly clamped in the sliding rails on two sides of the T-shaped sliding groove 126 and cannot slide out of the sliding grooves, the accuracy of the extending, drawing and inserting actions is ensured, and the first telescopic portion 106 and the second telescopic portion 107 are prevented from being separated. An anti-overflow flange 125 extending along the width direction of the T-shaped telescopic piece is further provided on the second face of the T-shaped telescopic piece, and the anti-overflow flange 125 is provided at the upper portion of the T-shaped sliding groove 126 and near the head region of the telescopic piece for preventing the glue in the first groove portion 108 of the sole portion 103 from overflowing into the T-shaped sliding groove 126. More preferably, the extension profile of the spill-preventing flange 125 matches the profile of the protruding edge 141 of the head region 139 of the second telescopic part 107 for the T-clamp 123, and the spill-preventing flange 125 abuts against the protruding edge 141 of the second telescopic part 107 when the first telescopic part 106 is fully inserted into the second telescopic part 107.
Further, the second telescopic part 107 comprises a head region 139 and a cavity part 140, the head region 139 is provided with a T-shaped clamp 123, and the head region 139 has a protruding edge 141, the thickness of which is greater than that of the head region 139, so that the protruding edge 141 protrudes out of the surface of the head region 139. The contour of the protruding edge 141 matches the contour of the edge of the second groove 109 of the heel 104, and when the second expansion part 107 is fixed inside the second groove 109, the protruding edge 141 abuts against the edge of the second groove 109, thereby preventing the glue inside the second groove 109 from overflowing. The cavity portion 140 is provided with groove portions 124 aligned with the reinforcing ribs 111, and a convex portion 127 is formed between each two groove portions 124. When the first telescopic part 106 is inserted into and retracted from the cavity 140, the reinforcing rib 111 slides along the groove portion 124 until the stopping portion 121 of the first telescopic part 106 abuts against the protrusion 127.
Further, a protrusion 130 is disposed near an entrance of each groove portion 124, when the reinforcing rib 111 slides along the groove portion 124, the plurality of gear latches 122 on the reinforcing rib 111 rub against the protrusion 130, and the protrusion 130 enters between two gear latches 122 to form a recessed area, so that a user can feel a click sound or vibration for adjusting the telescopic gear obviously, and the user can adjust the telescopic member 105 conveniently. Compared with the first embodiment, in the present embodiment, the gear latches 122 and the protruding portions 130 are respectively disposed in the reinforcing ribs 111 and the groove portions 124, on one hand, the number of the gear latches 122 and the protruding portions 130 can be increased, the operation hand feeling of the user is better, and the wear redundancy is better; on the other hand, the first telescopic part 106 and the second telescopic part 107 can be combined more tightly, so that the first telescopic part 106 is less prone to shaking or twisting in the second telescopic part 107, damage is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
Further, the side surface of the cavity part 140 of the second telescopic part 107 is provided with a bayonet 128 for clamping the bolt sleeve 119 of the fixing bolt, and the bottom of the bayonet 128 is provided with a through hole 129 for facilitating the passing of the tail end 137 of the bolt body 113 of the fixing bolt.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the fixing bolt comprises a bolt sleeve 119 and a bolt body 113.
Wherein, the bolt sleeve 119 is provided with an annular groove 132 which is clamped with the bayonet 128 at a proper position near the first end, and a surrounding convex part 133 which is used for stopping the bolt body 113 is provided at a proper position near the second end. The bolt sleeve 119 is provided with a second through hole 134 for the rod part 138 of the bolt body 113 to pass through, and a plurality of protrusions 118 are arranged on the inner wall of the second through hole 134.
The plug body 113 includes a cap portion 136 and a rod portion 138, wherein the rod portion 138 is provided with a surrounding flange 117, and when the rod portion 138 is inserted into and retracted from the second through hole 134, the surrounding flange 117 slides over the plurality of protrusions 118, so that a blocking feeling is generated for a user, and the operation feeling of the user is improved. At the same time, the protrusions 118 also serve to fix the surrounding flange 117 and prevent the bolt body 113 from falling out.
Furthermore, the cap 136 is further provided with a groove 135 matching with the end shape of the plug sleeve 119, when the plug body 113 is completely inserted, the portion of the second end of the plug sleeve 119 above the surrounding protrusion 133 enters the groove 135, so that the plug body 113 is inserted into the interior of the shoe as deep as possible, and the cap 136 is exposed out of the shoe as little as possible.
Further, for the combining strength of the groove 135 of the cap 136 and the end surface of the plug sleeve 119, the protruding edge 139 is arranged on the portion of the second end of the plug sleeve 119 above the surrounding protrusion 133, and due to the existence of the protruding edge 139, the combining strength of the plug body 113 and the plug sleeve 119 is stronger, and the plug body 113 is less prone to be loosened.
Further, the distal end 137 of the post 138 is wedge-shaped or otherwise shaped to mate with the stationary teeth 114.
EXAMPLE III
Since the end 137 of the bolt body 113 of the fixing bolt in the second embodiment is in a wedge shape matching with the fixing teeth 114, but since the size of the end 137 is similar to that of the fixing teeth 114 (i.e., the end 137 is relatively thin), when a person presses the sole with his foot, the first telescopic part 106 and the second telescopic part 107 are deformed to some extent, at this time, a certain offset occurs between the fixing teeth 114 and the end 137, the end 137 is easily separated from the fixing teeth 114, and the first telescopic part cannot be fixed by the fixing bolt. In order to overcome the above problems, the present embodiment further improves the structure of the fixing bolt on the basis of the second embodiment, and other structures are the same as those of the first and second embodiments, and are not described again in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 9-11, the fixing bolt of the present embodiment includes a bolt sleeve 144 and a bolt body 148, and a clamping portion 142 matching with the bolt sleeve 144 is provided at a side portion of the second telescopic portion 107.
As shown in fig. 11, in order to prevent the tapered end of the bolt from escaping from the fixed teeth, the bolt 148 of the present embodiment is designed to include a bolt rod 150, a bolt cap 149, a boss 152 and an end 151. Wherein the end 151 is provided with a wedge-shaped head having a width greater than the width of the bolt 150 and having a width equal to or close to the width of the side of the second telescoping part 107. The reason for this is that, because the first telescopic part 106 needs to slide in the second telescopic part 107 in a telescopic manner, the width of the fixing teeth 114 on the first telescopic part 106 is inevitably smaller than the width of the side face of the second telescopic part 107, and therefore the width of the fixing teeth 114 is also inevitably smaller than the width of the wedge-shaped head, and at this time, no matter how the second telescopic part is deformed by the pressure of the sole, the wedge-shaped head at the end 151 of the bolt body 148 cannot be separated from the fixing teeth, thereby ensuring the fixing of the fixing bolt on the first telescopic part.
Further, since the width of the wedge-shaped head is greater than the width of the bolt 150 and necessarily greater than the width of the inner through hole 146 of the sleeve 145 of the bolt sleeve 144, it is necessary to redesign the installation structure of the bolt sleeve 144 and the bolt body 148. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 10, the plug sheath 144 of this embodiment has a stepped snap head that mates with a stepped snap portion 142 on the side of the second telescoping section 107, which is removably attached to the snap portion 142. The inner wall of the inner through hole 146 of the sleeve 145 of the bolt sleeve 144 is provided with a bearing 147 matched with the boss 152, when the bolt body stretches and draws in the bolt sleeve, the boss 152 and the bearing 147 can play a role in positioning the bolt rod 150, so that the bolt rod 150 cannot be loosened when being completely inserted into the bolt sleeve 144.
Referring to fig. 9, at the end of the clamping portion 142, there is a wedge-shaped slot 143, and the wedge-shaped slot 143 is used for accommodating the wedge-shaped head of the end 151, and the wedge-shaped slot 143 also serves as a positioning function for the wedge-shaped head of the end 151.
Referring to FIG. 11, the bolt 150 and the bolt cap 149 are designed to be removably connected, preferably, the head of the bolt 150 has external threads that mate with the internal threads of the bolt cap 149.
When the fixing bolt is installed, the head of the bolt rod 150 firstly passes through the inner through hole 146 of the bolt sleeve 144, then the step-shaped clamping joint of the bolt sleeve 144 is placed in the step-shaped clamping joint part 142 on the side surface of the second telescopic part 107, and then the bolt cap 149 is in threaded connection with the head of the bolt rod 150, so that the integral installation of the fixing bolt is realized. When the user uses the plug 150, the plug 150 is completely inserted into the plug sleeve 144 by pressing the head of the plug 150, and at this time, the wedge-shaped head of the end 151 is located in the wedge-shaped groove 143, and the protruding portion 152 and the receiving portion 147 are firmly clamped, so that the telescopic length of the first telescopic portion 106 is fixed. When the fixing of the fixing bolt to the first telescopic part 106 is released, the user only needs to lift the head of the bolt rod 150, so that the boss 152 and the socket 147 are released, and the wedge-shaped head of the end 151 is also released from the wedge-shaped groove 143, at this time, the telescopic length of the first telescopic part 106 can be freely adjusted.
Further, the cap 149 has a straight or cross-shaped slot for removal of the cap 149.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the width of the wedge-shaped head of the end 151 of the bolt 150 is designed to be greater than the width of the bolt 150, greater than the width of the inner through hole 146 of the sleeve 145 of the bolt sleeve 144, and equal to or close to the width of the side surface of the second telescopic part 107, so as to ensure that the fixing bolt and the fixing teeth 114 are not loosened by itself due to the pressure of the sole, ensure that the user of the shoe does not pull out the fixing bolt completely due to misoperation, and improve the reliability of the retractable shoe.
The length-adjustable telescopic shoe provided by the invention has the advantages that the length of the shoe can be adjusted by utilizing the structural principle of the telescopic sheet, the structure is simple, the design is ingenious, the operation is easy, the production is convenient, the stability is high, the shoe is safe and healthy, and the shoe is suitable for children of different ages. The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
