3) stirring the mixed substances in the step 2) again, taking the standing for a preset time as a reference that no precipitation occurs, increasing the mixing degree by intermittently adding a dispersing agent daily in the mixing process, and selectively adding a suspending agent to adjust the mixing degree of the mixture;
4) mixing the mixture formed in the step 3) for the second time, and adding the mixture into a dusting powder stirring roller for stirring and mixing again;
5) feeding the mixture formed in the step 4) into a packaging machine for packaging, and then placing the mixture into a cool and dry place for storage.
When stirring is performed in step 2), stirring is performed by a variable speed stirring method.
Example four
In this example, the herbicide formed by the present invention was subjected to verification of the efficacy.
Three crop planting areas with the same area on the same land are respectively selected for verification, specifically an experimental group, a blank group and a control group, wherein the experimental group is sprayed with the herbicide provided by the invention, the blank group is sprayed with water, and the control group is sprayed with the herbicide commonly used in the prior art.
In the process of respectively diluting the herbicide provided by the invention into pesticide, the herbicide is sprayed on the plots corresponding to the experimental group, meanwhile, the same amount of water is sprayed on the blank group, the herbicide in the prior art is diluted and then sprayed on the control group, three groups are simultaneously carried out, and the growth conditions of crops and weeds on the plots are recorded in different time periods.
The test results show that the weed can be removed by adopting the formula provided by the invention, so that a more thorough effect can be obtained, and the influence on crops can not be caused; however, the growth of the crops in the control group has a certain growth inhibition tendency, weeds are controlled to a certain extent, and the growth of the weeds in the blank group in the three groups is most flourishing.
EXAMPLE five
In this embodiment, an experimental group two, a blank group two and a control group two are respectively added, wherein the experimental group is used for spraying the herbicide provided by the present invention on the land areas where different crops are located, the blank group two is used for spraying clear water on different land areas, the control group two is used for spraying the herbicide in the prior art on different crops, and then the crop and weed removal effects are observed after a period of time.
Experiments show that the herbicide provided by the invention can inhibit different weeds in different crops, and does not have certain influence on the crops; however, some weeds in the control group were not inhibited, while weed growth was most vigorous in the blank group.
In conclusion, the herbicide provided by the invention not only achieves the aim of eradicating different types of weeds, but also does not cause adverse effect on crops, and has strong functionality.
The present invention and the embodiments thereof have been described above, but the description is not limited thereto, and the embodiments shown in the examples are only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual content is not limited thereto. In summary, those skilled in the art should appreciate that embodiments and examples similar to those of the present invention can be devised without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (7)
1. The herbicide which does not cause inhibition problem to crops is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
2-5 parts of quinclorac, 3-4 parts of sulfentrazone, 1-3 parts of cinosulfuron, 3-5 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 1-3 parts of xanthan gum, 4-6 parts of mefenacet, 1-4 parts of butachlor, 7-9 parts of pretilachlor and 10-20 parts of a carrier.
2. A herbicide formulation which does not pose an inhibition problem to crops as claimed in claim 1, wherein said carrier comprises urea and crystalline ammonium sulfate.
3. The herbicide which does not cause inhibition problem to crops is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
2 parts of quinclorac, 3 parts of sulfentrazone, 1 part of cinosulfuron, 3 parts of alkylphenol ethoxylates, 1 part of xanthan gum, 4 parts of mefenacet, 1 part of butachlor, 7 parts of pretilachlor and 10 parts of a carrier.
4. The herbicide which does not cause inhibition problem to crops is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
5 parts of quinclorac, 4 parts of sulfentrazone, 3 parts of cinosulfuron, 5 parts of alkylphenol ethoxylate, 3 parts of xanthan gum, 6 parts of mefenacet, 4 parts of butachlor, 9 parts of pretilachlor and 20 parts of carrier.
5. The herbicide which does not cause inhibition problem to crops is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
3.5 parts of quinclorac, 3.5 parts of sulfentrazone, 2 parts of cinosulfuron, 3.5 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 2 parts of xanthan gum, 5 parts of mefenacet, 2.5 parts of butachlor, 8 parts of pretilachlor and 15 parts of a carrier.
6. A process for the preparation of a herbicide as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, comprising the following implementation steps:
1) respectively feeding a certain amount of quinclorac, sulfentrazone, cinosulfuron, alkylphenol ethoxylates, xanthan gum, mefenacet, butachlor, pretilachlor and a carrier into a stirring tank, setting the stirring speed, and then stirring and mixing;
2) pumping the mixture formed by stirring in the step 1) into a dosing stirring drum through a reagent metering pump, so as to realize a secondary mixing process and improve the mixing uniformity among the components;
3) stirring the mixed substances in the step 2) again, taking the standing for a preset time as a reference that no precipitation occurs, increasing the mixing degree by intermittently adding a dispersing agent daily in the mixing process, and selectively adding a suspending agent to adjust the mixing degree of the mixture;
4) mixing the mixture formed in the step 3) for the second time, and adding the mixture into a dusting powder stirring roller for stirring and mixing again;
5) feeding the mixture formed in the step 4) into a packaging machine for packaging, and then placing the mixture into a cool and dry place for storage.
7. The method for preparing a herbicide according to claim 6, wherein the stirring is performed by a variable speed stirring manner while the stirring is performed in the step 2).
