Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及阴道窥器,尤其涉及一种使用压缩空气来维持穿过阴道的通道以便获得进入宫颈或其它解剖结构的通路的阴道窥器。
背景技术
阴道窥器提供进入阴道和宫颈的通路,以用于身体检查和用于引入手术器械,例如用于收集组织样品或用于引入药物。
可膨胀的阴道窥器已经用于检查阴道和宫颈。然而,现有技术的可膨胀窥器需要使隔膜密封抵靠阴道壁,例如利用放置在窥器远端处的水密或气密隔膜或插塞。该密封件用于防止流体(水或空气)从阴道流出,同时允许加压流进入阴道。
发明内容
本发明寻求提供一种新颖的空气窥器,如下面详细描述的。
本发明的窥器提供了现有技术窥器的所有功能。本发明的窥器可以用于许多手术过程,例如但不限于阴道和宫颈全面检查、宫颈活检(例如,宫颈抹片检查)以及作为用于阴道、宫颈和子宫手术的工作端口。
由于没有不适或羞耻感并且外科医生不必接触女性的性器官,所以窥器的许多优点之中是显著减少了对女性造成的疼痛并且更容易被女性接受。该窥器能够以更高的分辨率检查和治疗更大面积的阴道和宫颈。诸如子宫镜之类的器械可以在不消毒的情况下使用。存在显著改进的照明以观察和检查阴道。
因此,根据本发明的非限制性实施方式提供一种窥器,所述窥器包含窥器护套,所述窥器护套形成有:第一内腔,所述第一内腔与泵和控制器单元流体连通以用于将加压空气引入到阴道中;第二内腔,所述第二内腔与所述泵和控制器单元流体连通以用于测量阴道中的气压;以及第三内腔,在所述第三内腔中设置有观察装置。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1A和图1B,它们示出了根据本发明的非限制性实施方式构造和操作的空气窥器10。
窥器10包含窥器护套12,该窥器护套可为一次性的,该窥器护套与安装在手柄16上的光源14联接。观察装置(摄像机)18被布置成进入窥器护套12中。

可选地,如图2B和图2C所示,可设置第四内腔32(工作通道)以用于引入宫颈抹片检查刷子33(图2B)或工具34(图2C),例如但不限于活检工具、切割切口工具、药物递送工具和许多其它工具和装置。
空气窥器及其内腔的尺寸、形状和轮廓可由不同因素决定,例如但不限于,在插入和使用所述装置时使疼痛最小化或消除疼痛的结构以及为了有效的充气和压力测量而尽可能密封阴道入口的结构。
例如,如图3A和图3B中所见,窥器护套12可为椭圆形以更好地密封抵靠阴道的小阴唇和/或大阴唇,或可具有其它可能的形状和尺寸以适应其它照明和观察装置内腔并且使结构密封抵靠女性解剖结构。观察装置18可以位于中心,在观察装置18周围具有多于一个的这种光源14(例如三个光源14)。
该装置的直径可以是但不限于约6mm。第一内腔20可用于使阴道腔膨胀直到20mmHg,而没有限制。膨胀流体可以是例如空气、CO2或氮气。第二内腔26可用于感测阴道通道中的实时压力以避免压力下降。
现在参考图4,图4是泵和控制器单元24的简化方框图。单元24可以包括但不限于泵40,该泵可以通过可以是脚控制的开关41接通和断开。泵40联接到流体入口39,并经由用于安全的压力释放安全阀46将加压流体输出到流量计43。加压流体例如经由比例流量控制阀44从流量计43流到管道23(如上文在图2A中所示该管道连接到第一内腔20)。如上所述,管道29用于测量阴道中的空气压力。管道29可以联接到压力传感器45,该压力传感器联接到流量计43。这提供了反馈控制,以用于调节供应到阴道的加压流体。
图5是引入到患者阴道中的窥器10的简化图示。
在使用中,所述窥器提供连续的流动控制,而不需要任何阴道插塞。阴道腔中的压力被连续地监测,并且任何压力下降都可以通过泵送更多的空气来补偿。可行性测试已经表明,在没有插塞或密封的情况下,窥器可以在阴道中维持大约15mm/Hg的压力。可行性测试使用18mmHg使阴道膨胀,并且压力释放在20mmHg下开始操作。为了保持阴道膨胀,不需要高流速。
Claims (7)
1.一种窥器(10),所述窥器包括:
窥器护套(12),所述窥器护套形成有:第一内腔(20),所述第一内腔与泵和控制器单元(24)流体连通以用于将加压流体引入到阴道中;第二内腔(26),所述第二内腔与所述泵和控制器单元(24)流体连通以用于测量阴道中的流体压力;以及第三内腔(30),在所述第三内腔中设置有观察装置(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窥器(10),所述窥器还包括联接到所述窥器护套(12)的光源(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的窥器(10),其中,所述泵和控制器单元(24)包括泵(40)、流量计(43)和压力释放安全阀(46)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的窥器(10),其中,所述泵和控制器单元(24)包括联接到泵(40)和所述第二内腔(26)的压力传感器(45),其中,所述泵和控制器单元(24)使用来自所述压力传感器(45)的反馈来控制所述泵(40)以供应所述加压流体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的窥器(10),所述窥器包括第四内腔(32),以通过所述第四内腔(32)引入工具。
6.根据权利要求1所述的窥器(10),其中,所述窥器护套(12)是椭圆形的。
