The fourth control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a cold machine refrigeration mode, and the refrigeration capacity proportion is a second target proportion calculated according to a preset mapping function and the use data.
And S305, determining third control information of the cooling equipment as cooling control information.
If it is determined that the usage data is not greater than the fourth preset threshold (i.e., c% ≦ x% ≦ d%) or the fourth duration does not reach the preset duration (i.e., T4 < T), it is necessary to determine the third control information of the cooling apparatus as the cooling control information. and the third determining unit is used for determining third control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information according to the temperature difference between the water supply temperature and the water return temperature if the use data is not greater than a second preset threshold value or the second duration time does not reach the preset time.
The first duration is the duration that the use data is smaller than a first preset threshold; the second duration is a duration in which the usage data is greater than a second preset threshold.
Further, in the control device for cooling equipment in a data center room of this embodiment, the determining module 13 further includes: a fourth determination unit.
The judging unit is further used for judging whether the use data is smaller than a third preset threshold and whether the third duration time reaches the preset time if the control type information indicates accurate control;

and the third determining unit is further used for determining third control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information if the using data is not larger than a fourth preset threshold or the fourth duration does not reach the preset duration.
The third duration is the duration that the usage data is smaller than a third preset threshold; the fourth duration is a duration in which the usage data is greater than a fourth preset threshold.

Further, in the control device of cooling equipment in a data center room of this embodiment, the control module includes: a natural refrigeration control unit and a cold refrigeration control unit; the cooling apparatus includes: natural refrigeration equipment and cold machine refrigeration equipment.
The natural refrigeration equipment is used for controlling the natural refrigeration equipment to be started if the refrigeration mode is the natural ventilation mode;
and the refrigerating control unit is used for controlling the refrigerating equipment of the refrigerator to be started according to the refrigerating capacity proportion if the refrigerating mode is the refrigerating mode of the refrigerator.

The interactive component 31 and the cooling equipment 33 are respectively connected with the cooling equipment control equipment 32 of the data center machine room; the cooling equipment 33 is connected to the room air conditioner 34.
A user can select a control type through the interaction component 31, and the interaction component 31 sends control type information corresponding to the control type to the control equipment 32 of the cooling equipment in the data center machine room; the data center room cooling device control device 32 is configured to control the cooling device 33 to cool the data center room through the room air conditioner 34 according to the control type information.

As shown in fig. 7, in the data center room cooling system of the present embodiment, the cooling device 33 includes: a natural cooling device 332 and a chiller cooling device 331. The natural cooling device 332 includes: a closed cooling tower 3321 and a cooling water pump 3322; the chiller refrigeration unit 331 includes: an air-cooled screw unit 3311 and a chilled water pump 3312.
The closed cooling tower 3321 is connected with a cooling water pump 3322, and the closed cooling tower 3321 and the cooling water pump 3322 are respectively connected with the machine room air conditioner 34, so that natural cooling water circulation is formed among the closed cooling tower 3321, the cooling water pump 3322 and the machine room air conditioner 34; the air-cooled screw unit 3311 is connected to a chilled water pump 3312, and the air-cooled screw unit 3311, the chilled water pump 3312, and the machine room air conditioner 34 form chilled water circulation.
In this embodiment, 3 sets of the closed cooling tower 3321, the cooling water pump 3322, the air-cooled screw unit 3311, and the chilled water pump 3312 are shown in fig. 7. Wherein TK1, TK2 and TK3 are three groups of closed cooling towers 3321; the LQB1, the LQB2 and the LQB3 are three groups of cooling water pumps 3322; CH1, CH2 and CH3 are three groups of air-cooled screw sets 3311; LDB1, LDB2, and LDB3 are three sets of chilled water pumps 3312.

Claims (12)

1. A control method for cooling equipment in a data center machine room is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring use data of a data center machine room in real time;
acquiring control type information corresponding to cooling equipment;
determining refrigeration control information of the cold supply equipment according to preset use data and refrigeration capacity configuration rules corresponding to the control type information and the use data and the control type information;
controlling the cooling equipment according to the refrigeration control information so that the cooling equipment can supply cold to the data center machine room;
the determining the refrigeration control information of the cold supply equipment according to the preset use data and refrigeration capacity configuration rule corresponding to the control type information and the use data and the control type information comprises:
if the control type information represents energy-saving control, judging whether the use data is smaller than a first preset threshold value and whether the first duration time reaches a preset time;
if the usage data is smaller than the first preset threshold and the first duration reaches the preset duration, determining first control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information;
if the usage data is not less than the first preset threshold or the first duration does not reach the preset duration, judging whether the usage data is greater than a second preset threshold and whether the second duration reaches the preset duration;
if the usage data is larger than the second preset threshold and the second duration reaches the preset duration, determining second control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information;
if the use data is not larger than the second preset threshold or the second duration time does not reach the preset time, determining third control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information according to the temperature difference between the water supply temperature and the water return temperature;
wherein the first duration is a duration in which the usage data is smaller than the first preset threshold; the second duration is a duration that the usage data is greater than the second preset threshold.
2. The method for controlling cooling equipment in a data center room according to claim 1, wherein the determining the cooling control information of the cooling equipment according to the usage data and the control type information based on preset usage data and cooling capacity configuration rules corresponding to the control type information further comprises:
if the control type information represents accurate control, judging whether the use data is smaller than a third preset threshold value and whether a third duration time reaches the preset time;
if the usage data is smaller than the third preset threshold and the third duration reaches the preset duration, determining first control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information;
if the usage data is not less than the third preset threshold or the third duration time does not reach the preset duration time, judging whether the usage data is greater than a fourth preset threshold or not and whether the fourth duration time reaches the preset duration time or not;
if the usage data is larger than the fourth preset threshold and the fourth duration reaches the preset duration, determining fourth control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information according to a preset mapping function and the usage data;
if the usage data is not greater than the fourth preset threshold or the fourth duration does not reach the preset duration, determining third control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information;
wherein the third duration is a duration in which the usage data is smaller than the third preset threshold; the fourth duration is a duration that the usage data is greater than the fourth preset threshold.
3. The method for controlling cooling equipment in a data center room according to claim 2, wherein the cooling control information comprises: the refrigeration mode and the refrigeration capacity proportion;
the first control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a natural ventilation mode, and the refrigeration capacity proportion is zero proportion;
the second control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a refrigerator refrigeration mode, and the refrigeration capacity proportion is a complete proportion;
the third control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a cold machine refrigeration mode, and the refrigeration quantity proportion is a first target proportion calculated by utilizing a PID (proportion integration differentiation) adjusting technology according to the temperature difference between the water supply temperature and the water return temperature;
the fourth control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a cold machine refrigeration mode, and the refrigeration capacity proportion is a second target proportion calculated according to the preset mapping function and the use data.
4. The method for controlling the cooling equipment of the data center machine room according to claim 3, wherein the cooling equipment comprises: natural refrigeration equipment and cold machine refrigeration equipment;
the controlling the cooling equipment according to the refrigeration control information comprises:
if the refrigeration mode is a natural ventilation mode, controlling the natural refrigeration equipment to be started;
and if the refrigeration mode is a cold machine refrigeration mode, controlling the cold machine refrigeration equipment to be started according to the refrigerating capacity proportion.
5. The method for controlling cooling equipment in a data center room according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the usage data includes: CPU occupancy and/or memory occupancy.
6. A data center computer lab cooling equipment controlling means, characterized in that includes:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the use data of the data center machine room in real time;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring control type information corresponding to the cooling equipment;
the determining module is used for determining refrigeration control information of the cold supply equipment according to the use data and the control type information based on preset use data and refrigeration capacity configuration rules corresponding to the control type information;
the control module is used for controlling the cooling equipment according to the refrigeration control information so that the cooling equipment can supply cold to the data center machine room;
the determining module comprises: the device comprises a judging unit, a first determining unit, a second determining unit and a third determining unit;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the use data is smaller than a first preset threshold value and whether a first duration time reaches a preset time length or not if the control type information represents energy-saving control;
the first determining unit is configured to determine first control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information if the usage data is smaller than the first preset threshold and the first duration reaches the preset duration;
the judging unit is further configured to judge whether the usage data is greater than a second preset threshold and whether a second duration time reaches the preset time length if the usage data is not less than the first preset threshold or the first duration time length does not reach the preset time length;
the second determining unit is configured to determine second control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information if the usage data is greater than the second preset threshold and the second duration time reaches the preset time;
the third determining unit is configured to determine, according to a temperature difference between a water supply temperature and a water return temperature, third control information of the cooling device as the refrigeration control information if the usage data is not greater than the second preset threshold or the second duration time does not reach the preset time;
wherein the first duration is a duration in which the usage data is smaller than the first preset threshold; the second duration is a duration that the usage data is greater than the second preset threshold.
7. The control device of cooling equipment in a data center room of claim 6, wherein the determining module further comprises: a fourth determination unit;
the judging unit is further configured to judge whether the usage data is smaller than a third preset threshold and whether a third duration reaches the preset duration if the control type information indicates accurate control;
the first judging unit is further configured to determine first control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information if the usage data is smaller than the third preset threshold and the third duration reaches the preset duration;
the judging unit is further configured to judge whether the usage data is greater than a fourth preset threshold and whether a fourth duration reaches the preset duration if the usage data is not less than the third preset threshold or the third duration does not reach the preset duration;
the fourth determining unit is configured to determine, according to a preset mapping function and the usage data, fourth control information of the cooling equipment as the refrigeration control information if the usage data is greater than the fourth preset threshold and the fourth duration reaches the preset duration;
the third determining unit is further configured to determine third control information of the cooling device as the refrigeration control information if the usage data is not greater than the fourth preset threshold or the fourth duration does not reach the preset duration;
wherein the third duration is a duration in which the usage data is smaller than the third preset threshold; the fourth duration is a duration that the usage data is greater than the fourth preset threshold.
8. The control device for the cooling equipment in the data center room according to claim 7, wherein the cooling control information comprises: the refrigeration mode and the refrigeration capacity proportion;
the first control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a natural ventilation mode, and the refrigeration capacity proportion is zero proportion;
the second control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a cold machine refrigeration mode, and the refrigeration capacity proportion is a complete proportion;
the third control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a cold machine refrigeration mode, and the refrigeration quantity proportion is a first target proportion calculated by utilizing a PID (proportion integration differentiation) adjusting technology according to the temperature difference between the water supply temperature and the water return temperature;
the fourth control information includes: the refrigeration mode is a cold machine refrigeration mode, and the refrigeration capacity proportion is a second target proportion calculated according to the preset mapping function and the use data.
