The authority management personnel can click an 'edit' button in a white list interface, select a 'leader' label from the organization structure and add the label into the white list, and the label is a 'leader' enterprise WeChat account number and is added into the white list. The permission configuration operation can also be setting of default group chat creation permission, namely setting of group chat creation permission of the team accounts out of the white list. Illustratively, the second team account is set as an enterprise wechat account W, and after the authority management personnel logs in the enterprise wechat by using the enterprise wechat account W, the enterprise wechat displays a chat management interface. The authority manager clicks a drop-down list in a chat management interface to select that the upper limit of the number of people for creating the group chat is 5 by default, then clicks a 'save' button, the upper limit of the number of people for creating the group chat by the enterprise wechat accounts outside the white list is set to be 5, and the enterprise wechat accounts in the white list can create the group chat with more than 5 people, as shown in fig. 18 specifically.
And the team instant messaging application responds to the permission configuration operation and sends the permission data of each team account to a background server of the team instant messaging application. The permission data can be a group chat creation permission list, and each group account and the group chat creation permission corresponding to each group account are saved in the group chat creation permission list. For example, the group chat creating authority list stores an enterprise wechat account B, an enterprise wechat account C, an enterprise wechat account D, and an upper limit of 2000 persons for creating group chat corresponding to the enterprise wechat account B, the enterprise wechat account C, and the enterprise wechat account D.
Step S1202, when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is matched with the group chat creating authority, the background server sends creating group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account.
Specifically, the request for creating group chat also includes group member accounts, and the group chat number may be determined by the background server according to each group member account, or may be determined by the first group account according to each group member account and sent to the background server. And after the background server sends the created group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account, the user terminals corresponding to the first group account and each group member account display the created group chat interface. Illustratively, the interface of the "discussion group M" created by the enterprise wechat account a is shown in fig. 19, and the "discussion group M" includes a total of 3 group member accounts, namely, the enterprise wechat account a, the enterprise wechat account B, and the enterprise wechat account C.
In the embodiment of the application, the authority of each team account for creating the group chat is configured in the team instant messaging application through the authority management account, and the authority of each team account for creating the group chat is stored in the background server of the team instant messaging application, so that when the team accounts create the group chat, the background server of the team instant messaging application determines whether the team accounts are allowed to create the group chat or not by inquiring the authority of the team accounts for creating the group chat, and realizes the differentiated control on the authority of enterprise staff for creating the group chat so as to adapt to the hierarchical relationship of internal groups of an enterprise, thereby facilitating enterprise management and staff communication and improving the working efficiency.
Optionally, in step S1202, the group chat creating authority may be an upper limit number of people who create the group chat, or a range of people who create the group chat, and for different group chat creating authorities, the backend server adopts different rules to determine whether to allow the first group account to create the group chat, which specifically includes at least the following two implementation manners:
in one possible implementation manner, when the group chat creating authority is the upper limit number of the created group chat, the group chat number determined based on each group member account is compared with the upper limit number of the created group chat, and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is not more than the upper limit number of the created group chat of the first group account, the background server sends created group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account.
Exemplarily, the upper limit number of people for creating group chat by the enterprise wechat account B is set to 10, the request for creating group chat sent by the enterprise wechat account B to the background server includes 8 group member accounts, and when the background server receives the request for creating group chat sent by the enterprise wechat account B, the background server determines that the group chat staff is 9 people based on the group member accounts in the request for creating group chat, and is not greater than the upper limit number of people for creating group chat by the enterprise wechat account B, and sends created group chat response data to the enterprise wechat account B and the 8 group member accounts.
According to one possible implementation manner, when the group chat establishing authority is a people number range for establishing the group chat, the group chat people number determined based on each group member account is compared with the people number range for establishing the group chat, and when the group chat people number determined based on each group member account is located in the people number range for establishing the group chat by the first group account, the background server sends group chat establishing response data to the first group account and each group member account.
Exemplarily, the number range of people for creating group chat by the enterprise wechat account C is set to be 3-10, the group chat creating request sent by the enterprise wechat account C to the background server includes 8 group member accounts, when the background server receives the group chat creating request sent by the enterprise wechat account C, the background server determines that the group chat staff is 9 people based on the group member accounts in the group chat creating request, and the group chat creating request is located in the number range for creating group chat by the enterprise wechat account C, and sends group chat creating response data to the enterprise wechat account C and the 8 group member accounts.
The upper limit of the number of people for each team account to create group chat is configured in the team instant messaging application through the authority management account, so that the authority for different members in a team to create group chat is different, the upper limit of the number of people for the team members to create group chat is differentially controlled, the upper limit of the number of people for the team members to create group chat is adapted to the hierarchical relationship of the team, and member management and communication are facilitated.
Optionally, in step S1202, when the group chat number determined based on each group member account does not match the group chat creating authority, the backend server sends an error message to the first group account.
Specifically, the background server sends an error report message to a first team account, a user side corresponding to the first team account displays an error report interface, the error report interface comprises an error report message, and the team instant messaging application can be accompanied by error report interface jitter or voice prompt and the like when displaying the error report interface.
In one possible implementation manner, when the group chat establishing authority is the upper limit number of the group chat, the group chat number determined based on each group member account is compared with the upper limit number of the group chat, and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is larger than the upper limit number of the group chat established by the first group account, the background server sends an error report message to the first group account.
For example, the upper limit number of people for creating a group chat with an enterprise wechat account B is set to 10, the group chat creating request sent by the enterprise wechat account B to a backend server includes 10 group member accounts, the backend server determines that the group chat people are 11 people based on the group member accounts in the group chat creating request when receiving the group chat creating request sent by the enterprise wechat account B, and if the number of people is greater than the upper limit number of people for creating the group chat with the enterprise wechat account B, sends an error report message to the enterprise wechat account B, and a user side corresponding to the enterprise wechat account B displays an error report interface, specifically as shown in fig. 20, the error report message displayed in the error report interface is "you do not currently have the authority of creating a group chat with more than 10 people. Please contact the administrator if needed.
In one possible implementation manner, when the group chat establishing authority is a group chat establishing people number range, the group chat people number determined based on each group member account is compared with the group chat establishing people number range, and when the group chat people number determined based on each group member account is not in the group chat establishing people number range of the first group account, the background server sends an error report message to the first group account.
Exemplarily, the number range of the group chat created by the enterprise wechat account C is set to 3-10, the group chat creating request sent by the enterprise wechat account C to the backend server includes 10 group member accounts, when the backend server receives the group chat creating request sent by the enterprise wechat account C, the group chat staff is determined to be 11 based on the group member accounts in the group chat creating request, and is not located in the number range of the group chat created by the enterprise wechat account C, an error report message is sent to the enterprise wechat account C, a user side corresponding to the enterprise wechat account C displays an error report interface, and the error report message displayed in the error report interface is' you do not currently have the authority of creating more than 10 group chat. Please contact the administrator if needed. And configuring a people upper limit of each team account for creating group chat in the team instant messaging application through the authority management account, and when the member creating group chat in the team is larger than the upper limit people of the creating group chat, prompting through an error message to realize differential control on the people upper limit of the group chat created by the member creating group chat.
Optionally, in the step S1201, the authority data includes a group chat creation authority list, where each group account and a group chat creation authority corresponding to each group account are saved in the group chat creation authority list. And the background server queries the group chat creation permission list by taking the first group account as an index, and determines the group chat creation permission corresponding to the first group account.

And when the group chat number is determined to be 6 based on the group member account carried by the request for creating the group chat. And the background server takes the enterprise wechat account A as an index lookup table 1, and determines that the upper limit number of people for creating group chat by the enterprise wechat account A is 5. And the background server sends an error report message to the enterprise wechat account A because the group chat number is larger than the upper limit number of the group chat established by the enterprise wechat account A.
The background server stores each team account and the group chat establishing authority corresponding to each team account by establishing a group chat establishing authority list, so that when a group chat establishing request sent by the team accounts is received, the group chat establishing authority of the team accounts can be obtained by looking up the list, and the authority judgment efficiency is improved.
Optionally, in step S1102, the following method is adopted in the embodiment of the present application to determine whether the first group account has the group chat creating authority, specifically:
and when determining that the first group account has the group chat creating right according to the account attribute and/or the interaction information of the first group account, sending created group chat response data to the first group account, and otherwise, sending an error message to the first group account.
In specific implementation, the background server may determine the account attribute of the first group account by querying the violation blacklist, allow the first group account to create group chat if the first group account is not in the violation blacklist, and send response data of creating group chat to the first group account, otherwise send an error message to the first group account. In addition, the background server can analyze interactive information such as historical chat records and historical operation records of the first team account, judge whether the first team account is suspect, allow the first team account to create group chat if the first team account is suspect, and send response data of creating group chat to the first team account, otherwise send an error message to the first team account. The background server can also judge whether the first group account has group chat creating authority or not by combining account attributes and interaction information. Optionally, when it is determined that the first group account has the group chat creating right according to the account attribute and/or the interaction information of the first group account, further determining whether the group chat number determined based on each group member account is not greater than an upper limit number of the group chat created by the first group account, if so, the background server sends the created group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account, otherwise, sends an error message to the first group account, where the group member account may be carried in the created group chat request.
In the embodiment of the application, the background server analyzes account attributes and/or interaction information of the first team account to determine whether the first team account is suspect, and when the first team account is suspect, the first team account is allowed to create the group chat, otherwise, the first team account is not allowed to create the group chat, so that illegal users are prevented from creating the group chat, and the security of team information is improved.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, after the first group account creates the group chat, the first group account may send a member adding request to the background server, where the member adding request includes the first group account and each newly added group member account, the background server determines the group chat number according to the existing group member accounts and each newly added group member account in the group chat, and when the group chat number matches the group chat creation authority, the background server sends member adding response data to the first group account and each group member account, otherwise sends an error reporting message to the first group account.
Illustratively, the upper limit number of people for creating the group chat by the enterprise wechat account B is set to 10, and the group chat Q created by the enterprise wechat account B comprises 8 people. The team member performs member adding operation in the group chat Q of the enterprise WeChat. And if a new group member account is added, the enterprise wechat sends an adding member request to the background server, the adding member request comprises a new group member account, the background server determines that the number of the group chat people is 9 according to the existing group member accounts and each newly added group member account in the group chat, and the number of the group chat people is not more than the upper limit number of the group chat established by the enterprise wechat account B, and then sends adding member response data to the enterprise wechat account B and the 8 group member accounts. And if 3 new group member accounts are added, the enterprise WeChat sends an adding member request to the background server, the adding member request comprises the 3 new group member accounts, the background server determines that the number of the group chat people is 11 according to the existing group member accounts and each newly added group member account in the group chat, and the number of the group chat people is larger than the upper limit number of the group chat people created by the enterprise WeChat account B, and then sends an error report message to the enterprise WeChat account B.
In order to better explain the embodiment of the application, a group chat authority control method provided by the embodiment of the application is described below by combining a specific implementation scenario, and the method is interactively executed by an authority management account, a team account and a background server, and comprises an authority configuration stage and a group chat creation stage, wherein the team instant messaging application is enterprise wechat, the authority management account is an enterprise wechat authority management account, the team account is an enterprise wechat account, an authority manager registers the enterprise wechat authority management account in the enterprise wechat, and an enterprise user registers the enterprise wechat account in the enterprise wechat.
Firstly, a permission configuration stage is introduced, and the permission configuration stage is executed by exchanging an enterprise wechat permission management account with a background server.
And clicking a drop-down list in a chat management interface by the authority management personnel to select that the upper limit of the number of people for creating the group chat is 5 by default, namely the upper limit of the number of people for creating the group chat by the enterprise WeChat account outside a white list is 5. And (4) limiting the manager to click a 'add white list' button in the chat management interface, and switching the enterprise WeChat to the add white list interface. Clicking an 'edit' button in a white list interface, selecting an enterprise wechat account B, an enterprise wechat account C and an enterprise wechat account D from an organization structure, adding the selected enterprise wechat account B, the enterprise wechat account C and the selected enterprise wechat account D into a white list, clicking a pull-down list in the white list interface to select the upper limit of the number of people creating group chat corresponding to the white list to be 10 people, clicking a 'save' button in the white list interface by an authority manager after the configuration operation is finished, displaying the set white list authority in the chat management interface, and then clicking a 'save' button in the chat management interface, wherein the specific figure is shown in fig. 21.
And the enterprise wechat authority management account sends the enterprise wechat account B, the enterprise wechat account C and the enterprise wechat account D to create an upper limit of the number of the group chat and an upper limit of the number of the group chat created by the enterprise wechat account out of the white list to the background server. And the background server correspondingly stores the enterprise wechat account B, the enterprise wechat account C and the enterprise wechat account D with the upper limit of 10 people, and correspondingly stores the enterprise wechat account B, the enterprise wechat account C and the enterprise wechat account D except the enterprise wechat account D with the upper limit of 5 people.
The group chat creating phase is described below, and the group chat creating phase is performed by exchanging the enterprise wechat account with the background server.
After the enterprise user logs in the enterprise wechat through the registered enterprise wechat account a, a "initiate group chat" button is clicked in a message interface of the enterprise wechat, as shown in fig. 22 a. And switching the message interface of the enterprise WeChat to a contact person selection interface.
Setting an enterprise user's enterprise wechat account B, enterprise wechat account C, and enterprise wechat account D in the selected contact interface as group member accounts, and then clicking a "ok" button, as shown in fig. 22B. The enterprise wechat account A sends a group chat establishing request to the background server, wherein the group chat establishing request comprises an enterprise wechat account A, an enterprise wechat account B, an enterprise wechat account C and an enterprise wechat account D. And the background server matches the enterprise wechat account A with the stored authority data, and the upper limit of the number of people for establishing group chat by the enterprise wechat account A is determined to be 5. And the background server determines that the group chat number is 4 according to the group member account in the request for establishing the group chat and is smaller than the upper limit of the group chat number established by the enterprise WeChat account A, and sends the response data for establishing the group chat to the enterprise WeChat account A, the enterprise WeChat account B, the enterprise WeChat account C and the enterprise WeChat account D. The user terminals corresponding to the enterprise wechat account a, the enterprise wechat account B, the enterprise wechat account C, and the enterprise wechat account D display the created group chat interface, as shown in fig. 22C.
Setting an enterprise user to select an enterprise wechat account B, an enterprise wechat account C, an enterprise wechat account D, an enterprise wechat account E and an enterprise wechat account F in a contact interface as group member accounts, and then clicking a "confirm" button, as shown in fig. 23 specifically. The enterprise wechat account A sends a group chat creating request to the background server, wherein the group chat creating request comprises an enterprise wechat account A, an enterprise wechat account B, an enterprise wechat account C, an enterprise wechat account D, an enterprise wechat account E and an enterprise wechat account F. And the background server matches the enterprise wechat account A with the stored authority data, and the upper limit of the number of people for establishing group chat by the enterprise wechat account A is determined to be 5. And the background server determines that the number of group chats is 6 according to the group member account in the request for establishing the group chatting, and sends an error report message to the enterprise wechat account A if the number of the group chats is larger than the upper limit of the number of the group chats established by the enterprise wechat account A. The user side corresponding to the enterprise wechat account a displays an error reporting interface, specifically as shown in fig. 24, an error reporting message displayed in the error reporting interface is "you do not currently have the authority to create more than 5 group chats. Please contact the administrator if needed.
In the embodiment of the application, the authority of each team account for creating the group chat is configured in the team instant messaging application through the authority management account, the authority of each team account for creating the group chat is stored in the background server of the team instant messaging application, so that when the team accounts create the group chat, the background server of the team instant messaging application determines whether the team accounts are allowed to create the group chat or not by inquiring the authority of the team accounts for creating the group chat, the upper limit of the number of the group chat created by enterprise staff is differentially controlled to adapt to the hierarchical relationship of the internal groups of an enterprise, enterprise management and staff communication are facilitated, and working efficiency is improved.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a backend server for team instant messaging applications, as shown in fig. 25, the backend server 2500 includes:
a first receiving module 2501, configured to receive a group chat creation request sent by a first group account, where the group chat creation request includes the first group account;

Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the present application provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 27, including at least one processor 2701 and a memory 2702 connected to the at least one processor, where a specific connection medium between the processor 2701 and the memory 2702 is not limited in this embodiment, and the processor 2701 and the memory 2702 are connected through a bus in fig. 18 as an example. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc.
In this embodiment, the memory 2702 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 2701, and the at least one processor 2701 may execute the steps included in the aforementioned group chat control method by executing the instructions stored in the memory 2702.
The processor 2701 is a control center of the computer device, and may be connected to various parts of the computer device through various interfaces and lines, and perform group chat control by executing or executing instructions stored in the memory 2702 and calling data stored in the memory 2702. Optionally, the processor 2701 may include one or more processing units, and the processor 2701 may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, wherein the application processor mainly handles an operating system, a user interface, application programs, and the like, and the modem processor mainly handles wireless communication. Memory 2702 is provided as a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium that can be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. Claims (15)

1. A control method for group chat authority is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a background server of a team instant messaging application receives a group chat creating request sent by a first team account, wherein the group chat creating request comprises the first team account;
and the background server sends created group chat response data to the first group account when determining that the first group account has the group chat creating right.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the create group chat request further comprises a group member account number;
when the background server determines that the first group account has the group chat creating right, sending created group chat response data to the first group account, wherein the step of sending the created group chat response data to the first group account comprises the following steps:
the background server determines a group chat creation authority corresponding to the first team account from preset authority data, wherein the authority data are sent to the background server by a second team account, and the second team account is an authority management account;
and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is matched with the group chat creation authority, the background server sends created group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the background server sending create group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account when the determined group chat number based on each group member account matches the group chat creation permission, comprising:
and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is not more than the upper limit number of the group chat established by the first group account, the background server sends establishing group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is not matched with the group chat establishing authority, the background server sends an error report message to the first group account.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the background server sending an error message to the first team account when the determined group chat people based on the respective group member accounts do not match the group chat creation authority, comprising:
and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is larger than the upper limit number of the group chat established by the first group account, the background server sends an error report message to the first group account.
6. The method of any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the permission data comprises a group chat creation permission list in which each team account and a group chat creation permission corresponding to each team account are saved;
the background server determines a group chat creation authority corresponding to the first group account from preset authority data, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the background server queries the group chat creation permission list by taking the first group account as an index, and determines the group chat creation permission corresponding to the first group account.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the background server sending create group chat response data to the first group account upon determining that the first group account has group chat create rights, comprising:
and the background server sends created group chat response data to the first group account when determining that the first group account has the group chat creating right according to the account attribute and/or the interaction information of the first group account.
8. A control method for group chat authority is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the team instant messaging application receives authority configuration operation of each team account input by an authority management person through a second team account, wherein the second team account is an authority management account;
the team instant messaging application responds to the authority configuration operation, and sends authority data of each team account to a background server of the team instant messaging application, so that when the background server receives a group chat creating request sent by a first team account, a group chat creating authority corresponding to the first team account is determined from the authority data, and when the group chat number is matched with the group chat creating authority, the background server sends group chat creating response data to the first team account and each group member account, wherein the group chat number is determined according to each group member account carried in the group chat creating request.
9. A backend server of a team instant messaging application, comprising:
the device comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a third receiving module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a group chat creating request sent by a first group account, and the group chat creating request comprises the first group account;
and the first processing module is used for sending created group chat response data to the first team account when the first team account is determined to have the group chat creating right.
10. A background server as claimed in claim 9, wherein the create group chat request further includes a group member account number;
the first processing module is specifically configured to:
determining group chat creation permission corresponding to the first team account from preset permission data, wherein the permission data is sent to the background server by a second team account, and the second team account is a permission management account;
and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is matched with the group chat creation authority, sending created group chat response data to the first group account and each group member account.
11. A backend server according to claim 10, wherein the first processing module is specifically configured to:
and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is not more than the upper limit number of the group chat established by the first group account, sending the response data of establishing the group chat to the first group account and each group member account.
12. A backend server according to claim 10, wherein the first processing module is further to:
and when the group chat number determined based on each group member account is not matched with the group chat establishing authority, sending an error report message to the first group account.
13. A team instant messaging application, comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving authority configuration operation of each team account input by an authority management person through a second team account, and the second team account is an authority management account;
the second processing module is used for responding to the authority configuration operation, sending the authority data of each team account to a background server of a team instant messaging application, so that when the background server receives a group chat creating request sent by a first team account, the background server determines group chat creating authority corresponding to the first team account from the authority data, and when the group chat number is matched with the group chat creating authority, the background server sends group chat creating response data to the first team account and each group member account, wherein the group chat number is determined according to each group member account carried in the group chat creating request.
14. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 or the steps of the method of claim 8 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program executable by a computer device, the program, when executed on the computer device, causing the computer device to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 or the steps of the method of claim 8.
