Referring to fig. 3 to 6, a guide hole 15 penetrates through the bottom wall of the key hole 13, and when the pressing portion 311 is pressed, one end of the key post 32 away from the key cap 31 can pass through the guide hole 15 to contact the trigger 2 to trigger the trigger 2. According to some embodiments of the present application, an annular sealing ring 34 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the key post 32, and the outer peripheral surface of the sealing ring 34 is in abutting engagement with the inner wall surface of the guide hole 15. The seal ring 34 can effectively prevent water, dust, and impurities from entering the inside of the housing 1 through a gap between the outer peripheral wall of the key post 32 and the inner peripheral side wall of the guide hole 15. This can improve the sealing performance of the electronic apparatus 100. For example, when the electronic device 100 is a smart watch, the sealing ring 34 is sealed between the key post 32 and the guiding hole 15, so that the electronic device 100 can achieve the waterproof requirement of 5 ATM.
In some embodiments of the present application, the sealing ring 34 may have elastic deformation properties. Optionally, the sealing ring 34 is a silicone or rubber member. The outer diameter of the sealing ring 34 in its naturally stretched state is larger than the inner diameter of the guide hole 15. During assembly, after the sealing ring 34 enters the guide hole 15 along with the key post 32, the sealing ring 34 is compressed and deformed by the inner peripheral side wall of the guide hole 15, so that the sealing ring 34 can be in close contact with the inner peripheral side wall of the guide hole 15 to a large extent, and the sealing ring 34 blocks the gap between the inner peripheral wall of the guide hole 15 and the outer peripheral wall of the key post 32.
It can be understood that, because the key post 32 in the present application always keeps moving perpendicular to the direction of the trigger 2, the situation that the sealing ring 34 is pressed on one side when the key post 32 inclines is avoided, so that the sealing performance of the electronic device 100 is further improved, the friction between the sealing ring 34 and the inner peripheral side wall of the guide hole 15 is reduced, the pressing force is reduced, and the pressing hand feeling is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, an annular groove 321 is formed on the peripheral wall of the key post 32, and the sealing ring 34 is disposed in the annular groove 321. Therefore, the position of the sealing ring 34 can be stabilized, and the sealing ring 34 is prevented from slipping off the key post 32, so that the sealing performance of the electronic device 100 is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present application, an annular protrusion 16 is provided on the inner bottom wall of the key hole 13, and the annular protrusion 16 surrounds the outer periphery of the key post 32. Referring to fig. 4, a portion of the key post 32 is inserted into the annular protrusion 16. For example, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3 to 6, two elastic restoring members 351 are disposed between each pressing portion 311 and the casing 1, and the two elastic restoring members 351 are respectively located at two sides of the key post 32. Wherein, the elastic restoring member 351 is a spring. For example, two springs may be located on both sides of key post 32 in the length direction or width direction of key cap 31. Therefore, the stress of the key cap 31 can be uniform, which is beneficial to improving the moving stationarity of the key column 32 and the key cap 31, and further improving the pressing hand feeling of the key assembly 3.
According to some embodiments of the present application, at least one of the case 1 and the key cap 31 is provided with a fixing groove for receiving the elastic restoring member 351. Therefore, the position of the elastic resetting piece 351 can be stabilized, and the performance of the elastic resetting piece 351 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, a limiting platform 133 is disposed in the key hole 13, and the limiting platform 133 is in abutting engagement with the key cap 31 when the key cap 31 is pressed. Specifically, when key cap 31 is pressed, limiting table 133 may be in abutting engagement with a side surface of key cap 31 close to case 1.
In some embodiments of the present application, the stopper 133 may be formed in a ring shape, for example, the stopper 133 may be surrounded on an inner sidewall of the key hole 13. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the limiting table 133 may be formed in a square block shape, the limiting table 133 may be two, two limiting tables 133 are disposed at intervals in the length direction of the key hole 13, and the two limiting tables 133 are respectively opposite to two ends of the key cap 31 in the length direction. In still other embodiments of the present application, the stop 133 may also be opposite the middle of the keycap 31. It should be noted that "the middle portion of the key cap 31" in this application should be understood in a broad sense, that is, the position between the two end portions in the length direction of the key cap 31 can be understood as the middle portion of the key cap 31.
For example, referring to fig. 4 and 6, when the pressing portion 311 is pressed, after the key cap 31 rotates by a certain angle, the end of the key cap 31 abuts against the limiting table 133, and the limiting table 133 prevents the key cap 31 from continuing to rotate, so that the rotation angle and the movement distance of the key cap 31 can be limited by the limiting table 133, and the trigger 2 is prevented from being excessively pressed due to an excessively large rotation angle of the key cap 31, so that the trigger 2 is prevented from being damaged, the trigger 2 is effectively protected, and the reliability of the electronic device 100 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, when assembling the electronic device 100, the key post 32 sleeved with the sealing ring 34 may be first installed in the guiding hole 15, then the four elastic resetting members 351 are respectively installed in the fixing grooves, the elastic resetting members 351 play a role of providing elasticity for the key cap 31, then the elastic pad 33 is fixed in the accommodating groove 313 on the key cap 31, then the key cap 31 is integrally installed in the key hole 13, and finally the positioning pin 4 is inserted into the first positioning hole 14 and the second positioning hole 312, so as to fix the whole key assembly 3 on the casing 1.

Claims (14)

1. An electronic device, comprising:

The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the key cap is rotatably connected to the housing by a positioning pin, the positioning pin is located between the two key posts, a first positioning hole is formed through a sidewall of the key hole, a second positioning hole is formed on the key cap, and the positioning pin is inserted into the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole.
4. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the key cap is rotatably coupled to the housing by a ball shaft, the ball shaft being disposed in one of the key hole and the key cap, the other of the key hole and the key cap having a socket, the ball shaft being adapted to extend into the socket to engage the socket.
5. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the key cap is rotatably coupled to the housing via a pivot assembly, the pivot assembly including a pivot shaft and a pivot hole, the pivot shaft adapted to extend into the pivot hole to engage the pivot hole, the pivot shaft being disposed on one of the key hole and the key cap, and the pivot hole being disposed on the other of the key cap and the key hole.
6. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein a side surface of the key cap facing the housing is provided with a receiving groove, and at least a portion of the elastic pad is received in the receiving groove.
7. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein two guide holes are formed in the housing, two key posts are respectively disposed in the two guide holes, and the key posts are in clearance fit with the guide holes.
8. The electronic device according to claim 7, wherein an annular seal ring is provided on an outer peripheral wall of the key post, and an outer peripheral surface of the seal ring is in abutting engagement with an inner wall surface of the guide hole.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein an annular groove is formed in an outer peripheral wall of the key post, and the sealing ring is sleeved in the annular groove.
10. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein an annular protrusion is disposed on an inner bottom wall of the key hole, and the annular protrusion surrounds an outer periphery of the key post.
11. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein one or more elastic reset members are provided between each of the pressing portions and the housing, and the elastic reset members are configured to drive the pressing portions to reset after the pressing portions are pressed.
12. The electronic device according to claim 11, wherein two elastic restoring members are disposed between each pressing portion and the housing, and the two elastic restoring members are respectively located at two sides of the key post.
13. The electronic device of claim 11, wherein at least one of the housing and the key cap is provided with a retaining groove for receiving the resilient return member.
14. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein a limiting platform is disposed in the key hole, and the limiting platform is in abutting engagement with the key cap when the key cap is pressed.
