1. A method for realizing medical image annotation management is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, setting corresponding participation accounts according to each link of medical image labeling management, and establishing a block chain consisting of a plurality of blocks, wherein each block comprises a block head and a block body;
s2 the processor corresponding to the participating account generates a block, the processor is used as a node of the block chain, and the operation data on the processor corresponding to the participating account is uploaded to the block corresponding to the block to be used as the actual data of the block;
s3 entering the operation data upload time, hash of the operation data in step S2 and hash of the last block of the block in step S2 into the block header of the current block in step S2 as the feature value of the current block;
s4, connecting the characteristic values of the current block in the step S3 to form a character string, and calculating the hash of the character string to obtain the hash of the current block in the step S3;
s5 generates a tracing identification code for tracing the block chain.
2. The method for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 1, wherein:
the participation accounts corresponding to all links of the medical image annotation management comprise a project responsible member account, an auditor account, an annotator account and an administrator account;
the operation authority of the project responsible member account on the corresponding processor comprises the steps of creating a medical image data annotation task and distributing the medical image data annotation task to a designated annotator account;
the operation authority of the annotator account on the corresponding processor comprises processing the distributed medical image data annotation task and uploading the corresponding image annotation version;
the operation authority of the auditor account on the corresponding processor comprises auditing the image annotation versions generated by the annotator accounts and sending qualified image annotation versions to the project responsible member account;
the operation authority of the project responsible administrator account on the corresponding processor further comprises the steps of selecting a final image annotation version from the received qualified image annotation versions, and sending a release sharing application about the selected image annotation version to the administrator account;
the operation authority of the administrator account on the corresponding processor comprises auditing the issuing and sharing application, generating an issuing and sharing contract and executing the generated issuing and sharing contract.
3. The method for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 2, wherein:
when the project responsible member account carries out medical image data annotation task allocation, the medical image data annotation task is divided into a plurality of subtasks, and at least one subtask is allocated to a designated annotator account.
4. A method for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending the source tracing identification code to a processor corresponding to the administrator account.
5. The method for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 4, wherein the operation authority of the administrator account on the corresponding processor further comprises:
receiving a data downloading application sent by a processor of a user;
auditing the data download application;
generating a download usage contract corresponding to the data download application after the data download application is approved;
and sending the source tracing identification code to a processor of the user according to the download usage contract.
6. The method for implementing medical image annotation management according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the uploading the operation data on the processor corresponding to the participation account to the block body of the corresponding block comprises:
encrypting the operation data on the processor corresponding to the participating account to generate ciphertext data;
generating an access authority table of the ciphertext data; wherein, the access authority table records access authority of different participating accounts to the ciphertext data;
and storing the ciphertext data and the access authority table to a block chain.
7. An implementation system for medical image annotation management, the system comprising:
the participation account setting module is used for setting corresponding participation accounts according to all links of medical image labeling management;
a plurality of processors, each processor corresponding to a participation account, the processors being configured to record operational data of the corresponding participation account; the processor generates a block, a plurality of blocks form a block chain, the processor is used as a node of the block chain, and the processor uploads operation data corresponding to the participation account to the block body of the corresponding block to be used as actual data of the block; the processor records the uploading time of the operation data, the hash of the operation data and the hash of the previous block into the block head of the current block as a characteristic value of the current block; the processor connects the characteristic values of the current block to form a character string, and calculates the hash of the character string to obtain the hash of the current block; the processor generates a tracing identification code for tracing the block chain.
8. The system for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 7, wherein:
the participation accounts corresponding to all links of the medical image annotation management comprise a project responsible member account, an auditor account, an annotator account and an administrator account;
the operation authority of the project responsible member account on the corresponding processor comprises the steps of creating a medical image data annotation task and distributing the medical image data annotation task to a designated annotator account;
the operation authority of the annotator account on the corresponding processor comprises processing the distributed medical image data annotation task and uploading the corresponding image annotation version;
the operation authority of the auditor account on the corresponding processor comprises auditing the image annotation versions generated by the annotator accounts and sending qualified image annotation versions to the project responsible member account;
the operation authority of the project responsible administrator account on the corresponding processor further comprises the steps of selecting a final image annotation version from the received qualified image annotation versions, and sending a release sharing application about the selected image annotation version to the administrator account;
the operation authority of the administrator account on the corresponding processor comprises auditing the issuing and sharing application, generating an issuing and sharing contract and executing the generated issuing and sharing contract.
9. The system for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 8, wherein:
when the project responsible member account carries out medical image data annotation task allocation, the medical image data annotation task is divided into a plurality of subtasks, and at least one subtask is allocated to a designated annotator account.
10. The system for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 7, wherein:
and the processor also sends the generated tracing identification code for tracing the block chain to the processor corresponding to the administrator account.
11. The system for implementing medical image annotation management according to claim 10, wherein the operation authority of the administrator account on the corresponding processor further comprises:
receiving a data downloading application sent by a processor of a user;
auditing the data download application;
generating a download usage contract corresponding to the data download application after the data download application is approved;
and sending the source tracing identification code to a processor of the user according to the download usage contract.

The system for implementing medical image annotation management according to any one of claims 7 to 11, wherein the processor uploads the operation data corresponding to the participating account into the block of the corresponding block as the actual data of the block, and specifically executes:
encrypting the operation data on the processor corresponding to the participating account to generate ciphertext data;
generating an access authority table of the ciphertext data; wherein, the access authority table records access authority of different participating accounts to the ciphertext data;
and storing the ciphertext data and the access authority table to a block chain.
