Background
The display device generally includes a display panel, a middle frame, and a back board assembly, where the display panel and the back board assembly are disposed opposite to each other and connected through the middle frame. For larger-sized display devices and narrow-bezel display devices, generally, the display panel requires higher fixing strength. When the display panel and the backlight assembly are connected through the middle frame, the display panel is usually bonded to the middle frame only through the double-sided adhesive tape, so that the display panel may fall off.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a display device, aiming at solving the problem that the fixing strength between a display panel and a middle frame is low.

In addition, the bottom plate 311 is connected to one end of the side plate 312, and the other end is connected to the main body 230 in an integrated structure or in a snap-fit manner, so that the backlight bottom frame 310 is connected to the middle frame 200.

By such arrangement, on one hand, the injection volume of a worker during injection of the reinforcing glue 400 can be increased, so that the reinforcing glue 400 can extend into the groove 211, and the connection strength of the reinforcing glue 400 between the middle frame 200 and the display panel 100 is enhanced; on the other hand, the reinforcing glue 400 can bond the middle frame 200 and the display panel 100 together, and also can bond the backlight bottom frame 310 together, so that the overall stability of the display device is further improved, and the installation strength of the display panel 100 is further enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 7, in the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the third embodiment of the present invention, the direction from the supporting portion 210 to the display panel 100 is defined as a low-to-high direction, the display panel 100 further has a light emitting surface 102 deviating from the light incident surface 101, and the retaining wall 220 is disposed below or flush with the light emitting surface 102 of the display panel 100.
By disposing the retaining wall 220 below or flush with the light emitting surface 102 of the display panel 100, it is convenient for workers to inject the reinforcing adhesive 400 between the retaining wall 220 and the display panel 100, thereby reducing the difficulty of injection. Specifically, when the retaining wall 220 is lower than the light emitting surface 102 of the display panel 100, the top of the retaining wall 220 (i.e., the direction of the retaining wall 220 away from the supporting portion 210) has a certain operating space, and a worker can inject the reinforcing adhesive 400 between the retaining wall 220 and the side surface of the display panel 100 along a direction forming an included angle with the extending direction of the retaining wall 220, so that the reinforcing adhesive 400 is conveniently bonded with the display panel 100, the difficulty of injection can be greatly reduced, and the situation that the injection head touches the display panel 100 is reduced. Or, the height of the retaining wall 220 may be equal to the height of the light incident surface 101 of the display panel 100, and at this time, the user may inject the reinforcement adhesive 400 into the gap between the display panel 100 and the retaining wall 220, so as to ensure that the reinforcement adhesive 400 can be injected between the display panel 100 and the retaining wall 220, thereby reducing the difficulty of injection.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, in the first, second and third embodiments of the present invention, the direction from the supporting portion 210 to the display panel 100 is defined as a low-to-high direction, and the side of the reinforcement adhesive 400 departing from the supporting portion 210 is lower than or flush with the side of the retaining wall 220 departing from the supporting portion 210.
By setting the side of the reinforcement adhesive 400 away from the supporting portion 210 lower than or equal to the side of the retaining wall 220 away from the supporting portion 210, the reinforcement adhesive 400 is prevented from overflowing out of the retaining wall 220, or the reinforcement adhesive 400 is prevented from overflowing out of the display panel 100 to affect the display effect of the display panel 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the edge of the bonding glue 500 connected to the reinforcing glue 400 is serrated.
In this embodiment, the edges of the bonding glue 500 connected to the reinforcing glue 400 are zigzag, so that the connecting area between the edges of the reinforcing glue 400 and the bonding glue 500 can be increased when the edges are connected, thereby improving the connecting strength between the reinforcing glue 400 and the bonding glue 500. In addition, one side of the reinforcing glue 400 connected with the bonding glue 500 is also in a zigzag shape, so that when the edge of the reinforcing glue 400 in the zigzag shape is correspondingly connected with the display panel 100, the connection area between the reinforcing glue 400 and the display panel 100 is increased, the bonding strength between the display panel 100 and the reinforcing glue 400 is further improved, and the installation stability of the display panel 100 is improved. Specifically, the edge of the adhesive 500 may be circular arc-shaped saw-toothed, or zigzag-shaped saw-toothed.
Further, based on the scheme of connecting the reinforcing glue 400 and the adhesive glue 500, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 5, and fig. 7, the projection of the adhesive glue 500 on the light incident surface 101 is located on the side of the edge of the light incident surface 101 far from the retaining wall 220.
The projection of the adhesive 500 on the light incident surface 101 is located on the side, away from the retaining wall 220, of the edge of the light incident surface 101, so that a gap is reserved between the edge of the light incident surface 101 and the supporting portion 210, and further, when the reinforcement adhesive 400 is connected with the adhesive 500, the reinforcement adhesive can extend to a position between the display panel 100 and the supporting portion 210, so that the adhesion area between the reinforcement adhesive 400 and the display panel 100 is increased, the installation strength of the display panel 100 is further improved, and the display device can be allowed to be manufactured into a narrow-frame structure to a certain extent. In addition, the reinforcing glue 400 is connected with the adhesive glue 500, so that the reinforcing glue 400 and the adhesive glue 500 are integrated, the bonding strength of the reinforcing glue 400 and the adhesive glue 500 is mutually enhanced, and the bonding strength of the display panel 100 is further improved.

Claims (8)
1. A display device comprises a display panel, a middle frame and bonding glue, wherein the middle frame comprises a supporting part and a connecting part connected with the supporting part, the display panel is provided with a light incident surface, the supporting part is arranged opposite to the light incident surface and is close to the edge of the light incident surface, the supporting part is used for supporting the display panel, and the bonding glue is connected between the light incident surface and the supporting part; the retaining wall is connected with the supporting part and is arranged opposite to the side face of the display panel; the display equipment further comprises a reinforcing adhesive, wherein the reinforcing adhesive is arranged between the retaining wall and the side surface of the display panel and is used for connecting the retaining wall and the display panel; defining the direction from the supporting part to the display panel to be a low-to-high direction, wherein the display panel is also provided with a light emergent surface deviating from the light incident surface, and the retaining wall is arranged lower than the light emergent surface of the display panel; the display device further comprises a backlight bottom frame, the backlight bottom frame comprises a bottom plate and side plates, the bottom plate is arranged opposite to the display panel and is positioned on one side, away from the display panel, of the supporting part; one end of the side plate is connected with the bottom plate, and one end of the side plate, which is far away from the bottom plate, penetrates through the supporting part and is covered by the reinforcing glue; the reinforcing glue is further bonded between the supporting portion and the light incident surface and connected with the bonding glue.
2. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting portion is formed with a groove, the groove communicates with a gap between the display panel and the retaining wall, and the reinforcing glue extends into the groove.
3. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the connecting portion further includes a main body portion connected to a side of the supporting portion facing away from the display panel.
4. The display device of claim 2, wherein a bottom wall of the recess defines a through hole; one end of the side plate, which is far away from the bottom plate, penetrates through the through hole and is covered by the reinforcing glue.
5. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the direction from the support portion to the display panel is defined as a low-to-high direction, and a side of the reinforcement adhesive facing away from the support portion is lower than or flush with a side of the retaining wall facing away from the support portion.
6. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein edges of the adhesive paste connected to the reinforcing paste are serrated.
7. The display device of claim 1, wherein edges of the adhesive paste connected to the reinforcing paste are curved or linear-type serrated.
8. The display device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the projection of the adhesive on the light incident surface is located on a side of the edge of the light incident surface away from the retaining wall.
